He built world-class secondary schools

He built an entirely new university and built new campuses for existing ones.

Imo undergrads were paying peanuts in tuition fees in his time. Yes, I know someone who benefited at the time.

He invested so much of state resources in Owerri, gave it a facelift and rocketed the real estate market in the capital.

When it comes to buildings that he constructed, they are uncountable, including Commissioners Quarters, Concorde Annex, etc.

I can go on and on. I just liked the man for his ability to think out of the box. And no matter now terrible he may be, he's the best among the terrible governors imo State has had since 1999.

Jesus Christ! Which schools did he build? I'm in the educational sector! Which commissioners' quarters? I live in Owerri too. I challenge you to be one school he built besides the KO Mbadiwe University he tried to claim as private even though he used government resources to build it......There was no free education rather there was free tuition for Imo indigenes. I maintain that Rochas was a scammer.

Imo State has never had a governor as ambitious as Rochas since 1999. Rochas' biggest undoing was awarding contracts to charlatans. Despite that, many of his projects stand firmly today.

I hope you are from or are domiciled in Imo. Rochas is a scammer with little taste. His roads were an embarrassment to him....the conference centre at Warehouse, the police headquarters at Avu, Akachukwu at Naze and every single road constructed under his government. Should we talk about Christmas decorations or slashed workers' salary? Where do we begin? As an Imo indigene who resides in the state since Ohakim's time, Rochas is the worst. He was wicked. He knew exactly what he wanted and executed it while deceiving people like you.

After robbing Imo blind. Rochas is the worst governor Imo ever had. Dirty, scamming agbero.
