My tecno d5 refuses to boot up. it'll only show dt its loading yet refuses to come up. i've taken it to some repairers who decided to use software reloading since my vol buttons are not working. the problem now seems to be dt d usb port isn't stable, i think dts what d guy said, n thus d reloading isn't working. this is very annoying cause my usb port was working 100% b4 this problem began...what do u think its best i do? i's thinking of repairing the vol buttons then formatting it myself using vol+ n d on button.{WHich i've tried on my brother's huawei that had d same issue my phone's having,,luckily his phone is working normal now}

Hullo landers, d name's frank. i really haven't a clue how or where to start this piece so pls bear with me...my dad is one of d land owners whom state govt 'chased'? out in order to build the asaba airport. even tho there was a house on d plot of land that had just about reached d roofing phase, d surveyors/estimators undervalued d land n house at 4million total...dt isn't even the issue now. D govt of uduaghan gave us a letter promising to pay said amount but its been well over 4yrs and we haven't seen a dime..dad tried going thro d law route, but he complained dt d lawyer asked for 5K for every time he comes to court so dt plan was shut down.
.now he goes to d ministry at least once a week n comes bk with the same story. dad is approaching his 70's n i feel this issue might give him high bp one day
