Taich: This headline has many hidden meanings. Like Dangote or hate him, the masses are the ones being played here. Dangote came into the Cementing sector, we all other players were pushed out. We know how the price of cement went. Dangote business model is market disruption at errant, then monopoly and finally the masses pay massively for the only supplier.
Which players were pushed out in the cement sector?
naturalwaves: Have you checked a dictionary before typing this? A simple check would have cleared your doubts.
I have attached some shots from Webster and Oxford for you to see. Always think well before spreading your ignorance.
The ignorant person wants to change the dictionary on a whim😂, was wondering where he was getting his own spelling from. I can't imagine doubling down on foolishness like that, like you said, a simple check would have sufficed
Barrywilly: Apart from the investigations by the police, the family of the deceased should institute a fundamental rights enforcement proceedings against guy and the military claiming damages of at least 1 billion naira. Nobody has the right to treat another person in such undignified manner.
He doesn't deserve anything, he was a fraudster. The highest I'll give his family as a judge is the 1.5m he was paid originally, fraudsters should not be encouraged.
The yahaya was a fraudster, plain and simple. I don't think he deserved to die but he's definitely not innocent. A similar game is being played by one foolish guy that was supposed to video/photo my wedding in January, he changed our plan a couple of days before the wedding and told me to give him the money I was supposed to use to lodge him, I sent him 20k and he promised to be at the venue before time. Wedding day came and he arrived well after we'd finished the occasion, I even gave him tfare to go back and we agreed he'll refund me. Over 6 months later, no refund. The only reason he's not in jail is because I do not know where he lives, he's a big fool.
DitariIzon: My mum is fair skinned, my wife dad is fair skinned, I and my wife we are black skinned and then we gave birth to a fair skinned son. The son carry my shape of head and forehead, my shape of nose my shape of fingers , my shape of ear, and my kind of voice but he is fair skinned while I'm dark.
Picture of I and the son in a farm house. Built in middle of my big plantain farm.
Itaekuson3: AKPABIO TO ADC COALITION: YOU WON’T SACK TINUBU LIKE YOU REMOVED JONATHAN—WE’RE READY TO FACE YOU ALL
In this video...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hn6ICd0FDrM Senate President Godswill Akpabio has fired a direct shot at the ADC coalition — and his message is loud and clear: you will not sack Tinubu like you did Goodluck Jonathan!
According to Akpabio, the Niger Delta is no longer just a golden goose laying eggs for others — they now have a say in who controls their resources… and their future.
He said the region has assessed President Tinubu and found him fit to continue beyond 2027. So any plot to remove him without Niger Delta's input? It’s dead on arrival.
He reminded Nigerians how a similar coalition pushed out Goodluck Jonathan, their son, in 2015 — but this time, the entire South-South is standing united. On Tinubu’s mandate, we stand!
Akpabio also listed real efforts made by Tinubu's government — new universities, cleanup projects, agricultural investment, and major appointments — all for the good of the Niger Delta.
Guys, I’ll let you watch this video for yourself so you can see exactly what I’m talking about. Also don't forget to like, share and subscribe to this channel if you haven't already done so. Take a look guys, and remember to share your thoughts after watching.
OndoRaph: On a sport like racing? Nigeria only knows football.
Her career is gone.
Don't be silly, favour ofili, blessing, Ese, Tobi etc are huge names in track events, if you don't know about a topic then don't comment or give generic comments like others did before you
In separate interviews, both Peter Obi and Nyesom Wike were asked the same bold question: "How did you make your money?"
This video puts their responses side by side, offering a rare glimpse into how two of Nigeria's most prominent political figures explain the origins of their wealth.
Watch and decide — who was more convincing?
I don't understand the need for the laughing meme and noises for wike's answer, what exactly warranted those additions?
lalasticlala: My wife and I welcomed our twin babies this week. To God be the glory.
We wanted to have our last child, the 3rd but we didn't know that God had another plan for us. We were surprised when the scan showed that we were expecting twins.
Thank God for safe delivery!
As you celebrate with us, may God grant you your heart desires.

My God what cute babies!! 😍 Congratulations 🎉🎉....I tap into your grace
moonraker: The self modification platform is a joke. An absolute joke.
Very big joke. I'm baffled at why they'd request police extract to change a phone number on the portal, everything should not be about generating IGR, now banks have been mandated to request for affidavit for account reactivation, another way to generate IGR for the soulless govt
Rexie59: This story is a tough reminder of how risky it can be to keep all your wealth in one place, especially digital assets like crypto. One small mistake and it's gone forever.
That’s why I believe in diversification, especially for Nigerians who are trying to build wealth in a real and steady way. Crypto has its place, but I also try to balance it with more stable and trackable options like real estate.
Platforms like Keble make it easier for Nigerians to invest in property without needing huge capital. It’s not about choosing one over the other, but about spreading risk and building wisely.
It's a very painful loss, brother will probably have PTSD over this
Nackzy: He's not smart, he withdrew the usdt to an account with kyc
Wouldn't have mattered, he'd have still been caught. Firstly, all wallets have some level of kyc, the wallet he used to receive the donation in the first place would have ratted him out. The site he did the domain registration also had his information. I know some people like to think they're anonymous online, the truth is you're only anonymous if the person chasing you cannot get you, for a group like the FBI, he was basically a sitting duck. Even using VPN cannot make you anonymous because the VPN administrator has your actual information and these companies will 99% of the time honor FBI requests for information, especially if it's a case of fraud
proff010: I don't understand , he did not know the crypto company he traded with. What did I know about crypto self. Ifa oracle could have helped him all this years.
He wasn't trading his crypto. This was over a decade ago, crypto trading was not a thing then, just mining and storing. It was stored in a flash drive that his partner threw away when she was cleaning.
The saga of James Howells represents one of the most astonishing tales of lost digital wealth in cryptocurrency history. After 12 years of persistent efforts, the IT professional from Newport, South Wales has finally abandoned his quest to recover a hard drive containing 8,000 Bitcoins – now valued at an astounding $742 million – that was accidentally discarded in a local landfill back in 2013. According to reports, the disposal occurred when Howells’ former partner accidentally threw out the drive, not realizing its immense value. This seemingly simple household error triggered a desperate treasure hunt that would span more than a decade. Howells didn’t accept his loss passively. Throughout his 12-year quest, he developed increasingly sophisticated recovery plans including: -AI-powered drone technology for precise location identification -Advanced robotic systems for safe extraction Environmental protection measures to prevent contamination -Self-funded recovery operations requiring no public money
Despite these technically feasible solutions, Howells’ efforts consistently met with refusal from Newport City Council. Local officials cited significant environmental concerns, including potential toxic gas release and water source contamination that could result from disturbing the landfill site.
A complex legal framework further complicated his recovery attempts. Under UK waste management regulations, materials deposited in landfills legally become property of the site, creating additional hurdles beyond the technical challenges of the recovery operation itself.
In 2024, Howells’ persistence led him to pursue legal action against Newport council. He attempted to sue for access to the landfill site or receive £495 million in compensation. However, his efforts culminated in a definitive setback when a British judge ruled that his recovery attempts had “no realistic prospect” of success.
Technical assessments presented during the case highlighted the extreme improbability of recovering functional data from a hard drive exposed to moisture, pressure, and temperature fluctuations for over a decade. UK time limitation laws, which restrict legal claims to specific timeframes, further undermined his case.
The dismissal effectively marked the end of Howells’ official search. His story evolved from a simple disposal mistake into a cautionary tale about digital asset security, where losing a single encryption key can result in permanent financial loss
blaise26abj: Kissinger ni . Alaye that minister is as incompetent as they come . The electricity bill has been in the houses since Buhari . Only that Tinubu just signed it . He didn’t do anything special . To me is just an incompetent minister who used classism to handle power tariffs . It is annoying that the same product differ in prices street to street . It is disgusting . If you think band A people get power 20-24 hrs a day , you are highly mistaken . It is such a huge sham what is going on and I suspect he is collecting some form of kickbacks . Hence his temerity to state he wants to run for governorship just barely over 2 years of being a minister .
Thank you brother, some people are just incorrigibly foolish, the power minister has not improved anything honestly, bills are higher and power is scarcer. They keep chanting 'prepaid meter is free' yet the ones we paid for are not given to us talk less of the non-existent free meters. I still don't know why they just don't let people sell the meters directly to consumers instead of always having to go through the power companies
After failing to make a significant impact in his ministry, he's looking for a governorship position, joker. The only minister I'd think about supporting for governorship is Olubunmi Ojo, he's done well so far
abayomi27: Bro i will tell you this for free. I deal with trucks, granite and other stuffs. The drivers of these trucks has sent lot of lives to early grave. If he wasn't speeding, how did he veered off the road?
I do not doubt that some truck drivers are irresponsible, just like some keke, normal vehicle, bicycle and bike drivers are also irresponsible, we are all irresponsible, our vehicle of choice notwithstanding, my point is that this particular accident was caused by bad road not bad driving. Now for your question, if you look at the picture carefully, you'll see that they are several trench-like parts of the road, the driver must have miscalculated when entering one and fell down, it's unfortunate that the Siena driver was beside him when he fell.
madridguy: This is a very sad story. May God comfort their families.
The FG still remains the biggest enablers of this madness. Nigeria truck drivers are the most heartless human on the highway. They drive and do anyhow at the high way without the consideration of other road users.
The day the FG start holding them responsible with heavy fine I believe all this will stop. They will intentionally caused accident, escape from the scene knowing their company's insurance will pay for the goods only and leave the victims families in sorrow without a kobo compensation.
And that woman scooping the victims blood is for what exactly?
Your comment is not apropos, I don't know if it's because you didn't read the op or you didn't view the picture. You should be blaming the FG and State govt for leaving the road in a deplorable state, would the truck have fallen if the road was smooth?
