Auxtan: My salesgirl understands my business to the point I am considering to just make her my family.
I don't do an easy business and I am looking to scale, which means someone that understands this business is vital for that to happen and preferably a family member.
Now I am thinking of marrying her and also in the process leaving the relationship/dating market that is a distraction.
I don't have issues whatsoever with this my salesgirl in terms of character and even accountability, she's just perfect in those aspects, but my problem is her age.
Right now, I am just thinking of taking this decision of killing 2 birds with a stone might just be the best for me, one is settling down and two is marrying someone that understands my business.
Is a 29 year old man too big for an 18 year old girl? What's the general public perception of it?
PS: For the main time, I haven't made moves on her. But my interviews on her so far shows she's not looking to enter the high institution anytime soon (probably due to funds). But if I become comfortable with the age gap that is my major concern, I'd make moves on her and see if it will be possible. I'm trying to assess general views on marrying girls in their teen like her. I know a couple whose age difference is about 20yrs, the people whose opinions you should be concerned about are the girl and her family |

Well I'm not going via study but I got my medical mail about 2 weeks after I did my biometrics. Did biometrics on 14th July and got the medical mail on 24th July, though I believe my route is a little faster than study so don't worry, I'm sure you'll get your mail soon. You could also do Canada upfront medical at IOM if you have limited time to stay in Lagos, I didn't know about it when I did my biometrics else I'd have used that option instead of having to fly to Lagos over and over again. |

What sort of reportage is this FGS? Did you even bother reviewing before posting? So many nonsense and unrelated information, you won't even know where an ad starts and ends, you just copied and pasted everything you saw without the sense to do a little edit |

helinues: Must everything be about loan. If you guys are truly care about us, gift us the money 😂 Lol, gifting us the money will not benefit them in anyway. Anyway procuring a loan is not a bad thing in itself, the western world is basically built on loans, the problem with Nigeria getting a loan is that it'd be spent on frivolities for the most part and another govt will most likely have to repay it. |
Health › Re: World Bank Plans $250 Million Health Loan For Nigeria Next Month by franugo(m): 7:02am On Aug 05, 2025 |
mrhowoto: The loans you have advanced in the past how was it utilized? It’s apparent that the world bank is an enabler of corruption in Nigeria. Honestly....it's only a foolish person that keeps doing same thing over and over again expecting a different result. |

Ournolly: Martinelli has never for once been a technical, he has always been a kick and follow type of player with pace like Walcott but poor finishing. Some people watch football like they're on crack... imagine saying martinelli is a technically gifted player, what rubbish technique does he have? The only thing he has going for him is his pace, take it out and he's not going anyway. Most of his dribbles are instances where he's just faster than the defender and runs away from them |

lordm: I hope you are not trying to demarket air peace. I wonder where in the world would a plane be leaking fuel and still be flown. Please mind what you say not when they arrest you tomorrow, you will start begging. people took videos, they placed white bucket at the spot where the leakage was coming from. I'm just happy we landed safely. |
Nairaland General › Airpeace And It's Many Failures by franugo(op): 6:32pm On Aug 03, 2025*. Modified: 7:40pm On Aug 03, 2025 |
I have been flying airpeace since I started flying over 5 years ago. Recently their service has been downright ridiculous. From rescheduling and delaying flights, now they've upgraded to using unsafe planes to fly. I'm literally in a plane heading to lagos, the plane is leaking fuel but the captain promises that he can fly like that. I would have disembarked if I didn't have to absolutely be in lagos tomorrow, so many people already disembarked....I really hope this is not my last post on NL because of airpeace. God knows after this my round trip, I will never fly airpeace again, if I survive this #modified, we have touched down in Lagos, this was the most traumatic flying experience of my life, thumbs up to the captain and air team.... airpeace Better get better planes pls, this has taken like 3yrs off my lifespan |
Sports › Re: Ademola Lookman Hands In Transfer Request At Atalanta by franugo(m): 2:45pm On Aug 03, 2025 |
youngprof1999: Very unprofessional, from Osimhen now Lookman is going down the same path. Italians can be very strict and unforgiving. He has a contract he has to honor. The club will not sell you if they don’t find a deal that brings how much they deem worth. I thought Lookman will be different cause he grew up in the UK but no. Our players lack loyalty and they are looking for the next big club they forget the club also is looking to make good money off them. Italy has a mafia like structure and behavior, there’s a reason Mafia comes from there I'm pretty sure you didn't read the op. Lukman clearly stated that he already had an agreement with mgmt to let him go for the right price and that clubs have come quoting figures that match what was agreed on initially but the club isn't letting him go. He also stated that he's been trying for months to leave with no success....I think he's done his best to stay silent till now, Atalanta should let him go, this is why I like pep, you want to go, go....no holding people back at all |
Politics › Re: Northern Leaders Should Call Atiku Abubakar To Order Before It's Too Late by franugo(m): 1:30pm On Aug 03, 2025 |
ChiefOloye: Funny people, Atiku pulled resources, made consultations, visited virtually everyone, including Buhari, didn't go back to his Dubai home after the 2023, (as he usually does after each defeat) he toiled spent to form ADC, but some people want him to hand the party over to them, because pitobi has 2 heads. Firstly, Atiku didn't form ADC, it's been in existence for a while now, he and the others are simply trying to take over and use ADC like Peter did for LP last election, all because PDP are in disarray. Secondly, Atiku has been contesting back to back for a long time now, he's never stepped down for anyone and I doubt he'd want to step down in 2027. Thirdly and in furtherance with the second point, if either Peter or Atiku refuses to step down for the other once again in 2027, Tinubu will most likely take the win again. |

omenka: He still hasn't said anything about the young man abducted and brutally murdered by those he calls his neighbors in Anambra. He's alot more concerned about what's happening in Lagos and other parts of the city. You and helinues are saying almost the same thing. You're aware that the Lagos land issue affect him personally right? He's a director in Next foods. On the issue of talking about the death of fish magnate, I've seen you guys complain that Obi talks too much and it demarkets Nigeria in global eyes, now you want him to talk again to continue demarketing us? Seems like a situation of damned if he does, damned if he doesn't, it's an unwinnable place to be in. |
Politics › Re: Obi Laments Brazen Disregard For Court Orders On Lagos Property by franugo(m): 1:15pm On Aug 03, 2025 |
helinues: You are only demarketing your principal if you guys can't correct him whenever he's doing something glaringly wrong.
This thread is not about president Tinubu but Peter Obi. He claimed to be different but has been doing things in more horrible ways I'm confused, what horrible thing did he do here exactly? |
Politics › Re: Obi Laments Brazen Disregard For Court Orders On Lagos Property by franugo(m): 1:13pm On Aug 03, 2025 |
helinues: Hahaha, you might need megaphone 📣 to pass this your message oo. We are not hearing your fainted voice from the back
Fish Magnet, the boy from Anambra state was killed some days ago, in Anambra state oo, Peter Obi hasn't said peem about it but here he is jumping on Lagos matter.
Should we say there is nothing like charity in Peter Obi's case? Why should you be more concerned about the events happening elsewhere while ignoring the burning issues affecting not just your own region but your own state? Did you even bother reading the op? 😲 |
