Monday, I trekked from home to Bus-Stop
Tuesday, I trekked from Guinness ikeja to Ikeja Local Government and Lasuth.
Wednesday, I trekked to office.
Thursday, I continued.
Friday come worse. I trekked from Alausa Secretariat to Ojodu Berger, crossed bridge, trekked to Oremeta to find bus

While trekking I have been resuming late to Office. This is absolute wickedness.

Now, did you know the Lagos state government planning to bring in mini buses?

Most likely she's an introvert, there's hardly anything you can really do.
About her timidity, the best way you can help her is to just be there for her. Boosting her self esteem is a game changer but dont do it in a cheesy/suffocating manner.
Do stuff with her that would appeal to her interest, eg send her nice novels, create a quiet time for you both etc.
But all in all just be there. If she's introverted she would appreciate just your friendship than a million fake others.
Plus if she learns to be comfortable with you, she'll gradually break loose. Give it time

She's extremely reserved: no friends. She has a business going too (mini importation) but I'm concerned on how she will get customer or sales because she barely gives her fone number out or save numbers.

She wants to change, but I dunno what is holding her. She will try today, and then run back tomorrow.
Whenever we sit to talk, she improves for some time with efforts and then like snail runs back into her shell.

She find it hard to talk to ppl or mingle with new faces. A lot man. A lot!

She's a friend more than a friend. I believe in her because she's intelligent, smart, hardworking and God fearing with personal achievable dreams and goals. And she's got everything needed physically and mental to influence and make that happen.

We all know personal development is key but her SHELL is holding her back. I want to help her come out, help her improve better, help develop her the way I know she can become. She got it(sense).

LIKE she needs to come out of her shell, her emotional intelligence isn't strong but she's trying to break out; I mean I feel she is afraid of what I don't know. And she has this "marriage is an achievement" mindset which is another reason why she's finding it hard to push harder out of her SHELL.
