The SIM has to be provisioned for 4g. It happened to me when I bought the last glo SIM.

Your phone supports glo band 28 wella. I've helped someone set her phone and I tested the glo 4g on it..... And it rocks

It's your glo sim provisioned for 4g, if not, it won't show 4g. Because spark 4 supports glo 4g?

it means it won't work for that sim again...... The same thing happened to me on one of my Airtel SIM, I can't sub again and it doesn't even show the welcome back offer. But I tried another sim and it worked
