He absolutely knows how to read opposing tactics and more importantly make adjustments to adapt to changes as they occur on the field. Tuchel knows how to use the personnel he has to execute his tactics, it may not be perfect but anyone who understands and can interpret tactics/ systems in football will respect Tuchel. I never underestimate him against big teams/ big managers
