If the latter, we cannot say for sure if it is finite, infinite, ever expanding or even incomprehensible, at least for us. The universe being mutable or finite, mutable especially, does not nullify the possibility of it being the source of all. Our world and existence is heavily flawed, it is not out of place that the possible creator is mutable. Only religious people sing and believe God is immutable. Some designs in the human body and the world we live in points to intentional or conscious design, not because they are without flaws, but because they reflect a level of awareness. By whom or for what? I do not know. I am an irreligious theist, I believe a creator or creators exist, perhaps this creator or creators are separate from us and might be beings or powers from other realities or planes. It is also possible that the universe created everything, if so, then the universe is conscious and can be called God. Anyway or whatever you choose to call it, higher powers exist. How to prevent and manage cancer and other diseases. This is especially for preventing and slowing the growth of different kinds of cancer, internal organs diseases and malfunction. To reduce fatality and pain. 1) Go natural and organic: you can go on the vegan keto diet, eat seed plants. Good fats is what most of our daily calories should be coming from. If you can't go keto, eat only natural foods, whole grains, guinea corn, fonio, buckwheat. This foods are calorie dense, protein and fiber rich. Making you feel full for longer. You can also eat quinoa or green peas especially if you want to burn fat and lose weight, the lesser fat you have in your body, the lesser the susceptibility to diseases, inflammation, pain, and rapid growth of tumors. Onion leaves and scallion can also be added as a meal. Soak and cook all your foods. No roasting, frying, etc. Let your cooking pot sit covered for at least 15 minutes or more after cooking, this allows the food to absorb moisture and increases its resistant starch. Making you feel full for longer and giving you more energy and nutrients. 2)Cut out and avoid extracted oils, added salt, sugar, msgs, animals and animal products. The grains and foods you eat already have oil in them, same with sodium and sugar. Avoid folding your legs during sleep, it can cause leg nerve palsy, sleep with your legs in a more straight posture. 7)Avoid carbs and heavy meals at night, the body doesn't need much energy while asleep. Eating carbs at night can lead to high glucose in the blood during sleep and also overworks the digestive system. This can lead to many health issues including diabetes. Best to skip dinner altogether, the digestive system should be given at least 16 hours of rest everyday, especially at night sleep, to rest and repair. Eat one or two meals a day, have your last meal before 5pm. If you must have dinner, eat just onion leaves or medicinal vegetables as dinner before 7pm. 8 ] Fruits are better avoided, especially climacteric fruits. Yeah, they contain vitamins, but you can get all those vitamins from vegetables without all the sugars. I have been too unmotivated to actually drop some of the information I discovered about the human body and health, but I will be brief. Weight Loss. If you want to lose weight with an healthy approach, especially fats. Eat plain foods, no added oils or salt. One meal a day, half or one cup of guinea corn a day, or half cup of seed plants, or one or two cups of quinoa a day. Foods that are fiber and protein rich. Don't eat more than 2 times in a day, cut out or cut down on oil, salt, msgs, butter, milk, etc. You will definitely lose weight and shed off fats, this will make you more energetic and less susceptible to diseases. Weight Gain. If you want to gain healthy weight, eat more calorie dense protein rich foods. However, the fastest way to gain weight is to eat good high fats food. Herb mixing might be needed with some ailments, but you don't need it to treat malaria, typhoid, weak immune system, etc. Just take or add a strong antibacterial herb to your food everyday. Which can be gotten through high fiber whole grains and beans. Soy beans is better avoided, except if processed into organic soy products. Why did God create us? Have you seen a child playing alone? You will notice that he creates and destroys. He will create characters, make them fight, build homes and then destroy them. You and God are one, not separate at all. There are only distinctions in the thought, faulty self-realisation, and subconscious memories. To be mukt, to be completely free, to be in moksha is in forgetting every matter of this world, being completely free, free of not only bad deeds but good ones as well, and attaining a state of zero, and here you don't find god but realise the God within. This is the real purpose of this complicated game. Not many win here because they seek victory in some small insignificant points on the board. They don't know what victory is. He has love for all his creations but also doesn't hesitate in destruction because destruction doesn't destroy, it helps in creating a fresh character out of the mud, a more evolved or destructive. You expect him to feel your pain, but his consciousness is much more evolved and free to overlook temporary emotions. In Bhagwat Gita it is clearly mentioned that you are not you, they are not they, it is not it, everything is God. Some people or philosophies believe that nature is svyambhu: creates and destroys itself, evolving by itself because its nature is to grow. Right, but who gave it the quality to grow? Who gave Earth the exact gravity to sustain life, exact components mixed with each other to sustain consciousness. Anyway, we call it God, you can call it nature, since you have not reached the deepest point of nature or completely reverse engineered it, so you cannot deny what is beneath the smallest unit of life or what is beyond the multiverse. Call it nature, doesnt matter. God is critical to us because he doesn't see us as different from him. Our acts against his consciousness or will make him angry, but he doesn't get angry; that's why he created nature to serve justice. People say Why do we die? Okay so what if you don't die? Only births? And of course, people are not the only life on this planet, cells keep growing, insects keep growing, and snakes keep growing. Chaos chaos everywhere not a moment to live. Why would a cell in your body die if you don't die? It will keep expanding. So every body will be full of hanging cysts the size of a mountain. What if no one dies and no one is born? A limited group of people exist forever, lost in their ego, same consciousness, same thoughts, repeated crores and crores of times. So exciting, isn't it? Boring and full, much worse than death. Destruction is the essence of creation. But that doesn't mean that if a man kills another man, he is acting for God. He is acting for god, it is a truth, but he is acting through his mind, by his will, by the force of senses and circumstances. So, he will face his results. What happened was God's will, but someone's deed as well. And that someone has created a fresh set of karma, and no karma goes unnoticed or unheard. People say that the poor must not give birth as it will increase poverty, but if the same soul that they carry beneath is given a body of the poor, they will still love their life and want to reproduce and live. Everybody has emotional needs irrespective of their status. Even a bacteria living inside faeces wants to live. Because this body creates an urge to live and grow, it's not the urge of your soul but this body, and that creates a game. Once a person loses the urge to live, they are out of the game then and there. They will live till nature has some purpose with them. God loves action, and hence karma beats all predictions, grah dasha, hastrekha, and numerology. Keep doing, keep acting, keep deciding, keep making moves. You will defeat the worst of grah dasha.
