DETACHING
I noticed we find it hard to detach from life, even when we see the pointlessness. Many people have gone through this phase including me, as I became an adult, I found out that pain is no longer the only thing keeping me from death. Desires and attachments, pleasures of the world are also big factors.

Halt all sexual activities and keep sexual thoughts out of your mind for six months to one year, abstain from all sensual pleasures and intoxication of all kinds, be sober. Stop cooking with Maggi and other unnatural seasonings, cut out added salt and extracted oils. Season your food with herbs and leafy vegetables. Packaged dried natural herbs and spices is okay, avoid pepper, except in very low amounts. Strictly stay away from consumption of animals, including shrimps and other sea foods.
Fast once in a week or twice in a month if you can, drinking only water or with leafy vegetables is also okay. Eat only whole grains preferably, legumes and black beans. No fried foods, not even fried oil, stew or soup. Do not spend most of your free time playing action or arcade games. Spend it meditating, acquiring knowledge and wisdom, solitude, growing mentally and spiritually. If you want to play games, play mind enhancing games like sudoku, chess, investigations, puzzles, e.t.c.

You need to detach even from family members, partners, friends and all emotions and desires. Even love is an attachment, love no one, hate no one either. This doesn't stop you from doing good or helping people. Transcend all emotions and desires, even saving the world is an attachment, the world does not need saving, as people live their lives and reincarnate, those who want salvation will eventually gain enough wisdom, knowledge and power to save themselves, if you try to save a people that are not ready or does not want to be saved, they will spit on you like they did to those before you.
This doesn't mean you shouldn't try to make the world a better place, but don't get overly attached to it or your headache.

Do this for six months to 1 year and see the result for yourself, you can then decide to live like this through out your days in this world. You would find the emptiness of life glaring, your survival instinct will reduce, dying or exiting this world will become easier and less scary. You will find it easier to live uprightly, you will gain more clarity and strength, mentally, physically and spiritually.

Thank you for reading, hope you transcend our severely flawed prison existence. If you cannot do this for at least six months to one year and you wish to detach from life, do not blame your attachment on survival instinct or being used to life. You simply haven't yet conquered yourself and the pleasures of the world.

Since I was a kid, I have always wondered what life was all about, at the age of 8 I was already contemplating suicide, I would go to the kitchen pick up a knife and at the end of the day, the potential pain was what stopped me.
I am from more of a middle class family

The world to me is more like a vast train or object of transportation moving a large number of people to an unknown, forgotten or guessed location, and then suddenly it stops, perhaps for a break, repair, nobody knows for sure.
People start trooping down from the vast vehicle, and then soon enough majority of them start building castles, palaces, mansions, wealth vaults, etc. They are so engrossed and desperately serious with this that they are willing to harm each other, harm themselves, harm other beings and environment they found themselves in.
One would begin to wonder if this people have forgotten they are on transit, in a temporal location. Those who do not join the trend are called stupid, lazy, immature, depressed, mad. The big question is to what end?

Even if I become the most powerful and richest person in the world, ruler of nations. What is the point to all this, get worshipped and feared by people, have as much sex mates as you want, eat any food you want, travel the world. This things aren't necessarily bad, but are they worth it? Compared to the potential horrors and sufferings in the world, the pain of terrible accidents, being ravaged by terrible diseases, the struggles and problems of everyday life, boredom, ailments of old age, etc.
The saddest part for me is that people keep on propagating this madness, the pains babies and humans go through during their birth, their lifetime and death. When we propagate life, we propagate sufferings, wars, human diseases, problems and death. This things go hand in hand with life, and the only way to end all sufferings is to end life itself.

Yes, protests won't change much, revolution will. And a revolution is what it will likely spiral into soon enough, even if this current protest ends without much violence or change.
Another one will follow soon enough, as far as Nigerians are hungry, suffering and have little to lose. The most dangerous people are those who have nothing to lose, improve the living condition of individuals and the society, or anarchy and instability will become the order of the day.

Perhaps oregano, thyme and other herbs can also suffice. However ginger tops the list, I use dried grounded ginger.

yes, prayer and meditation are two different things. However, the prayers I advocated for are silent and brief, nobody will police you on whether you participate or believe in it.
When I said pray to God, you can also pray to yourself because we are all part of God at least in my own current understanding. Those minutes can also be spent on silent positive affirmations or on silence. Nobody will police you.

Your first question, I do not know the complete nature of animals, humans or the world. I do not claim to be an authority on this matters, spiritual or physical. I am spiritually gifted, however I am a seeker like many other people, ignorant of a lot of things and searching for answers.
I do not trust the universe, nature, e.t.c. I am wary of them all, however that shouldn't prevent us from exploring and seeking answers.

Yes, meditation is very important, it is one of the purpose of the Sunday worship service, to teach people meditation and enhance their minds.

I didn't say there would be no morals and civilization without faith. Formal education inculcates a level of knowledge and common sense, does that mean this things cannot exist or be acquired without formal education?

Morals and civilization can exist without faith, but faith can serve as a ground for a society to reason and agree on things together. Hearing each other out and looking at things from different or new perspectives, thereby leading to more harmony, cooperation, civilization and widespread morals.
Faith also serves as a ground for more enlightened people to pass teachings and directions to laypeople, leading to quicker knowledge and maturity.

Something being logical and something being factual are two different things. Logical can simply be called reasonable, and yes faith can be reasonable, depending on the requisites and beliefs.

For e.g: if a farmer or individual buy crop seeds in preparation of the rainy season, they aren't guaranteed they will live to then, nor that it will really rain in the rainy season or rainy months, yet they plan according to this, believing it will work out so.

It is not just northerners, Nigeria population is increasing by millions every year. Overpopulation is a large part of the problem of Nigeria, childbirth needs to be regulated in Nigeria. Else things will continue to get more difficult as more people struggle for limited resources, jobs, land and food.

For the record, overpopulation is not all about space. Resources and its uses, are a larger factor. No Nigerian should be allowed to have more than 2 or 3 children at this time.

Only those who have nothing to lose are calling for protests. During EndSars, I saw urchins invade Shoprite in Lekki, looted everything and left it like a skeleton. That's people's years of hard work looted in a couple of hours.

Before you protest, draw up your demands, have your representatives go to Aso Rock and various government houses and present your demands. Give the government timeframes to achieve those things. If they fail to do it, then there will be a violent protest.

Nobody should be protesting on the streets because doing so is just looking for a guise to steal from hardworking people who toiled for years to achieve something significant in life.

Fasting in logical faith. The purpose of fasting in spirituality is not to deprive the body of nutrients and energy, but to discipline the mind and body, lessen attachment to food and sensual pleasures. Since the body cannot survive for long without food, going on a full fast for long periods is not an efficient way to achieve this, since you inevitably come back to eating full meals and possibly recovering what the body has lost.
A more efficient way to discipline the mind and body and lessen attachment to food and tongue pleasure is through eating to live and not for taste.

The month of February will serve as the month of purification, discipline, detachment and spiritual elevation in the faith. Adherents of the faith who wish to participate in the training are to eat only two times in a day out of six days in a week. Only grains, legumes, beans and leafy vegetables are allowed, natural herbs and spices are also allowed. Pepper is to be avoided, except in very low amounts. Fried foods are to be avoided, including cold drinks, unnatural processed foods and unnatural seasonings including maggi, junk and fast foods, ultra processed foods, added sugar, added salt, extracted oils and fruits because of their high sugar content, except fruits that are also vegetables and have low sugar content like garden egg, cucumber e.t.c. Consumption of animals and animal products are strictly forbidden, not even shrimps and other sea foods.

What I have written is but a revealed path, if you are wondering the point of it all, it ripens you for higher ascension. Death does not completely delete your spiritual and mental progress. I find it easy to eat one food for months, I find it easy to abstain from sexual activities and other sensual pleasures. This is not magic power, I would ascribe it to discipline cultivated in past lives. It gets easier as you start, the more you persevere, the more accustomed you get to it.

Logical Faith adult and children Sunday worship service. Adult service and meetings will be open to adult followers or members of the faith from age 13 upwards. Interested or inquisitive individuals who which to participate in the service or learn are also welcomed.

The children service is where the moral educations will take place, 1 minute opening prayer, 15 minutes of Godly praise songs. 3 minutes prayer for the children and their affairs, family e.t.c. 30 minutes of moral education, 3 minutes for announcements if any, and a 1 minute closing prayer.
Baptism in Logical faith is simply an affirmation in the presence of other faithfuls that you believe or are open to the believe that there is more to life than the temporal fleshly suit we currently inhabit and that more clarity can be gotten through spiritual and mental maturity.

The kingdom of God has revealed a new pathway to God, logical faith. This religion has not come to fight with existing religions, but rather to evolve and unify them to be able to carry more logical minds along in our journey to become more godlike. Some of or all of the doctrines and procedures of this faith can be adopted by other religions. Some of the religions that I am knowledgeable about to an extent that can easily assimilate this pathway includes Eckankar, the Baha'i faith and some branches of Christianity or Christianity as a whole, e.t.c.

The Bahai's particularly are experiencing what I will term spiritual distance, they have strong institutional activities, but they need an increase in spiritual exercises and activities to increase spiritual consciousness.
Some branches of Christianity on the other are becoming too stale and deviative from true spirituality and the teachings of Christ.
Religion should not be a ground for divisions, competitions and hostilities, but rather as a ground for spirituality, civilization and the unification of humanity and other beings.

Every project needs resources and finance, the logical faith will be funded by offerings and contributions from adherents and well wishers. Adherents are required to pay a voluntary 5 percent or more of their income weekly or monthly as contribution to their worship centers purse to be used for establishments, infrastructures and the good works of the faith. Electronic contributions will be encouraged and preferred to increase transparency and ease of calculations.

Adherents will be known as logical faithfuls, they will elect a 7-9 council of directors, depending on the choice of the congregation of a worship center every year to manage the affairs of the faith while answering to the assembly of faithfuls. The worship centers will build an house of worship when they realize the funds for it, a building that will serve as a ground for meetings, trainings, programs and Sunday worship service for the faithfuls. An open space, halls or houses of faithfuls can be used as worship centers until the assembly has built an house of worship.
The funds of the worship centers will be used mostly for largely safe and low risk investments like landed properties and farming. Farming might not necessarily qualify as a low risk investment, but depending on the market for food is an even bigger risk. There is need for the faith to be able to provide or give a level of assistance to its needy members and other vulnerable people in the society.

A Sunday worship service will start with a director in the faith council and the rest of the assembly saying a 3 minutes silent prayer asking God for power, wisdom and courage to be free and live beyond nonsensical expectations from the world and yourself, a max of 5 minutes will be allocated to this, followed by 15 minutes of recorded worship songs, no choir, no instrumentalists or noise, just vetted spiritual elevating worship songs sang along with closed eyes faithfuls to increase spiritual consciousness.

After the worship songs, follows a 3 minutes silent prayer by faithfuls asking God for help in all areas and ventures they need his assistance. A total of 5 minutes will also be allocated to this. Followed by 15 minutes of silent closed eyes meditation, faithfuls can start with silent number visualization and counting meditation till they advance to thoughtless, mind watching or breath watching meditations. The purpose of the meditations is to tame, upgrade and recede the mind, while preceding the spirit of God within.

After the silent meditation, the assembly will read out the logical creed together, a max of 5 minutes will also be allocated to this. Announcements will be made if any and the service will be brought to a close, 1 hour maximum, 9:30am - 10:30am.
The faith can also establish an online bank as the earnings of the faith increases, it can start giving out secured collateral loans to individuals and organizations for startups and job creations.

What USA Can Do To Increase Transparency, Lessen Illegal Activities, Terrorism, Money Laundering And Corruption.

The USD sits as the world no 1 reserve currency, this has helped the human society grow faster. While the USA has contributed and helped in the creation and funding of lots of existing humane and vital organizations in the world. We shouldn't turn a blind eye to the fact that lots of the illegal activities that take place in the world e.g: drugs, arms trade, e.t.c are transacted in USD. This is nobody's fault, it is simply because USD is accepted world over.
However, as the human society evolves, we have to find means to improve the society and societal infrastructures. The USA can create a digital USD with equal value to USD notes. If the USA does this, transparency can be increased and crime can be reduced around the world. America is developed enough to transition to a cashless society, this wouldn't be easy though and will it will take time for all the USD notes outside and inside America to be retrieved by the Federal reserve. When this is achieved, USD notes will cease to exist and any USD notes out of reach of the American federal reserve can be declared illegal tender.
This will take years to achieve, however it is worth it.
I see no disadvantages to this except that the American population might not consider themselves ready for a cashless society or might be too fearful. If the government conducts a survey and finds this to be the case. The solution to it is, the federal reserve can introduce new local currency notes to the American population, for usage inside America only.

This is about system of governance not economic model. There is currently no better alternative to capitalism known to the public. Only modifications to capitalism or socialism to make them more efficient, humane, transparent and organized.

The system of governance I am proposing is still parliamentary democracy, just with modifications. Perhaps in time, if any country takes it up, a better term can be assigned to it.

I was contemplating the pros and cons of the parliamentary system of government some years ago and an idea came to me that could actually give the masses more power in a parliamentary system.
In a parliamentary system, the parliament keeps the prime minister in check, I am also proposing an unelected brilliant society parliament made up of every adult in the country of 18 and above who has at least 5 credits in their high school leaving certificate to keep the parliament in check with the help of the prime minister.

The senate will not be directly elected by the people, but by their respective states house of assembly. This way, cost of elections will be cut down and it will also reduce the influence of parties in electing all political offices in the country. The president will be elected with the votes of all the members of the state house of assemblies. A presidential candidate will not belong to any party while in office or during presidential elections. This is to ensure neutrality on the side of the president.
The president will be a one term office.

The brilliant society shall have a village, town, local government, state and national body. In a country like Nigeria for example where a large part of the legislature aren't interested in making laws that helps the masses. The brilliant society can make laws together and implement it with the approval of the prime minister.

The brilliant society parliament will be superior to the elected parliament, however the brilliant society can only propose laws, the laws will get implemented if the prime minister or legislature approves it. If the legislature sacks a prime minister who the brilliant society believes to be working for the interest of the masses, the brilliant society can null the sack.

This is a level of direct democracy, for this to work efficiently in a country, there needs to be free quality basic education in the country to ensure that all citizens are carried along. Government supervised high school leaving examination is also required to ensure members of the brilliant society are sound academically and intellectually.
