I faced similar prob,but I think it actually saved,it was just not displaying it.I don't think one would be able to submit with blank spaces.

@factorial1 I was able to submit even though after saving,some details just go off.Thats I fill a space but after saving it,the space turn blank again.What do u suggest I do?Would I have been able to submit if the info I filled was not actually saved?

I think some of you above are missing the point or are deliberately being smart by a half. GEJ had appointments for people from all over the country but he never cornered posts to one region as we are now witnessing. The above list is that of only Northerners to show they were not being marginalised as is being claimed in some quarters.
