sundyke107: Mrs Right, is Anambra State the only state health workers have gone on strike? People like you will never cease to spur unhealthy criticisms. Again, is the health sector the only sector in Anambra State? Probably either of your folks is in the health sector or among the disbanded Doctors with fake identities in Anambra State.

Come, you better adjust yourself or I envoke the spirit of amadioha against you.
you are a fool, was it not the health sector that the post you quoted focused on? where else do you want us to talk of Peter Obi's failed govt, education? roads? urbanization? you better quit dragging your dumbness on this forum. You just keep ranting nonsense without addressing the issues I raised on Peter Obi's performance you supported. Better invoke that spirit of amadioha to feed on your dead brain.

sundyke107: Hey! I dont want to join issues with you but all I can say to you is " Respect others opinion" anyways, I dont expect you to give what you dont have. However, if intelligency/literacy is measured by the level of mischief you exhibit here, then I choose to remain an illiterate. In other words, resorting to name-calling as only means of disagreeing with peoples opinion speaks a volume of the kind of woman you are. The most annoying thing is that; most of you here have not been in Anambra State for once not to talk of knowing about the metropolis.

I am a true indigene of Anambra State, from Ekwusigo LGA, Ichi to be precise, hence challenge you to mention your LGA here.

Obi is working, haters are barking.
you are just unintelligent, I challenged your endorsement of that post concerning what Peter obi achieved in health sector with facts that doctors were on strike in the state for long and there has not been employment in the sector for 8 years and because you are allergic to facts, you started talking rubbish. I will allow you to swim in your ignorance

Obi haters over to you.
what is there to get over to? bunch of made up stories without any proof. Believing that bullcrap says a lot about your intelligence. Is it the same Anambra doctors were on strike for God knows number of years? How many medical personnel has Peter Obi employed in 8 years. Arrant Nonsense, most of you Peter obi supporters are illiterates anyway

9japipper: In response to OBI fans

1) Agulu lake resort: I was just discussing this with my mum yesterday. If you live in Anambra you'll know that their is no other place where such magnitude of road construction is going on. The reason why he is doing this is cus he has personal interest in that resort that is why he is channelling the state funds to construct that road and resort. All the roads in Awka which were constructed by Obi's regime is either spoilt or abandoned. Let me give you quick examples.
1)The road that stretches from Aroma junction up to Nnamdi Azikiwe uni (back gate) was constructed about 3years ago. You should take a trip down there and see 4 urself how bad the road is becoming.
2) The Esther Obiako road( the road from enugu-onisha express down to ifete-unizik road): this road project was started in 2009 and uptill today that project is yet to be completed. Infact if you actually live around that axis "u go wan dey cry lol". Do you live in Awka @all? Have u ever taken your time to observe how trashed and dilapidated the heart of the town looks?( From Amansi to Amaobia) ie Enugu-Onitsha express. 2years ago erosion almost cut unizik junction into two. The gov started a project to check it. Today the project has been abandoned and the big culverts that has since been under"construction" has now been converted to refuge dump etc. If you have not been to Awka b4 Unizik junction is the heart of the town its just like an equivalent of Ibom plaza in uyo, computer villa axis in Ikeja. I believe their are so many roads especially in The state capital that needs total rehabilitation. Not just the roads, the whole environment is dirty, their is simply no sanity in the state and you come here to tell me about Agulu lake resort and the mighty suspended bridge over Agulu lake. Is that what we need right now??

PROF DIKE LIBRARY: Please I didn't hear you mention that. Please o for those that have not been to Awka b4 this above mentioned library is just an empty building with no books inside. The building is under lock and key. The compound has ben over grown with grasses.
Have you been to Ibom digital library in Uyo b4? Then you will not even mention that we have a library in Awka. The library was built in 2010 abi 2011 and when GEJ visited to capital he commissioned an empty building. Abi have you ever used the library b4? Who is deceiving who?
THE AMAKU TEACHING HOSPITAL:
Yes I will give him credit for such initiative cus am not biased. He did well but my question is this. Have you entered the hospital before? They are even short of medical doctors not to talk more of medical equipment. Just like the state library, the hospital is likewise empty their are no medical equipment inside ooo! He doesn't want to employ Doctors.

My problem with Obi's gov is that he makes it look like he has done anything extraordinary for the state, he makes the gov a private affair. Can u imagine that project billboards in the state has Mr peter Obi as the client? Go to Majua street off Ziks Avenue. The small road that was constructed there has Peter Obi's name as the name of the client on the project bill board. Who is deceiving who? The security cars you mentioned; yes I will give him credit for all those but again let me ask. Is he not doing his job? Are these stuffs not the function of the government? Is he executing any of these project with his personal funds? We are entitled to all these things and even much more as a people.
Dear Gov peter Obi, you and your gov has contributed a quota to d development of Anambra state but most of the things you did were for your own selfish interest. You claim to be discipline and keeping the state debt free while you silently siphon the state funds.
Dear Anambrarians do not be deceived anymore, demand a government that will bring uncommon change to the state, vote a government that will make you fell the presence of state gov in the state. Enough of cheap propaganda!!
Please this write up is not politically instigated I do not support any particular party or candidate this is just how I feel about Obi's gov.
Peter Obi is a fraud and propagandist, disregard his paid trumpeters on nairaland. most of them are illiterates that have never stepped out of Anambra

this sounds like a beer parlor gist. try again. how do you expect to hear APC in an APGA function.

Are these hospitals? smh. where is the room for ventilation? I bet people who go there for treatment will return with new infections. These are the poor structures Peter Obi is dumping in the state, nowhere like his Abuja mall. I'm curious as to why he doesn't award projects to competent contractors but heck its late and they will zoom with the money. what a petty and visionless governor.

mekaboy: This is Nigeria, people vote party and not the candidate. You can be the right person for the job, but if you are in the wrong party, you have lost. Ngige might be the right person for the job, but he is in the wrong party.

In Nigeria, parties have what they represent, and APC represents opposition at the federal level. Even PDP in anambra will vote APGA to protect their federal interest.
you are clearly ignorant. So people voted for ACN and not APGA in the Senate Ngige won? PDP and APGA has no relationship whatsoever in Anambra, the relationship is only between Peter Obi and GEJ. You just sound like a kid..

I like the level of consciousness some igbo journalists have developed. I read my favorite Nigerian columnist Steve Nwosu's article in Sun newspapers today and was highly impressed. you should check it out too. Enough of these southwest people using igbo journalists for their hatchet job.

Politics › Top PDP Stalwart Condemns Campaign Of Calumny Against Ngige By Peter Obi by FreeGlobe(op): 11:03pm On Oct 23, 2013
ENUGU — A chieftian of the Peoples Democratic
Party, PDP, in Anambra State, Chief Ben Ezeibe has frowned at what he described as the campaign of calumny being mounted against the governorship candidate of All Progressives Congress, APC, Senator Chris Ngige by Governor
Peter Obi of Anambra State.
Ezeibe, a founding member of PDP and a former Vice Chairman of the party condemned in strong terms the high level of politics with bitterness being practiced with the machinery of Anambra State.
Ezeibe, who spoke with reporters at the Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu shortly on arrival from China said: “I am still a chieftain of PDP. I am not a member of APC but I have my sympathy, like every other patriotic Anambrarian for Dr. Chris Ngige who is being humiliated with state machinery and resources.”
He said what was worrisome to him was that
“the state governor is campaigning and
squandering state treasury to ensure that Dr.
Chris Ngige does not emerge as the next
governor.”
He described the action of the governor as
“man’s inhumanity to man” querying “what has
he done to deserve being humiliated the way the governor is going about it.”
Ezeibe said that Anambra grassroots voters are
much wiser and not as timid as before to be
deceived with executive recklessness.
He insisted that if the APGA candidate, Willie
Obiano is contesting to govern Anambra people, he should go to the field alone and face the electorate and prove his popularity and not
straddling on the back of incumbency advantage.
The politician cum businessman said: “We have
finished with Peter Obi, he has served for 8
years and should quit the scene honourably. By
going to the field openly campaigning for Willie
Obiano is hurting the feelings of Anambrarians,
we are not fools.”
Ezeibe observed that Obi’s eight as governor has reduced Onitsha, the commercial hub of the state, to a bankrupt city since his introduction of Stock Exchange in 2006/2007.
”Since then traders were faced with high level
consumer poverty and obvious perpetual bankruptcy. What was needed at that time was not Stock Exchange House but Commodity
Exchange House for Onitsha. You can see that
the venture was counter productive and a
disaster. What we lack are customers and
patronage for goods and services, stock
exchange was alien to the traders,” Ezeibe said.
