Akerewe:No, you are only seeing the United Capital there because the notice was sent to me by them and of course It's through them I will want other customers to subscribe too because na them value me. However, there are 3 other arrangers. Infact the main/Lead arranger sef na Stanbic IBTC. I don't understand what you mean by "the guaranteed CP. |
Akerewe:Though it's been a while you asked, you can still make use of it if interested. A Commercial Paper for less than 5 Mill. Infact the of this is 2 mill. So if interested, you can do your due diligence and if convinced hop in. Arrangers are United Capital (Joint), Stanbic IBTC (Lead), FSL Securities (Joint) and one other.

bastardson:Google Morgan Capital itrade on you browser and use it there. |
6ixpaq:I can't exactly remember what happened again but I think it displayed and I downloaded it or so. |
6ixpaq:https://tin.jtb.gov.ng/ Through here? |
Pentagon007:Do not just save. Invest the money. At least it will grow to cover some percentage of the inflation we are encountering instead of just leaving it it in the Bank. If you worry about investment risks and access to your funds, you can just do mutual funds with Asset Management firms around (most of which are subsidiaries of the bank you know) |
Akerewe:Like all investments, it comes with risks. However, you are expected to do your due diligence before investing. Though, so far, I haven't heard of any but there is a risk of payment default if the issuer faces liquidity issues It's a form of lending without any collateral. You the lender can only rely on the credit worthiness of the company or firm issuing the papers. That said, CP's are assumed to be relatively safe as the only safer short term debt alternative to it is TB. Also, the arrangers ( The Merchant Bank and Co) marketing it to customers will do their own due diligence to some extent in order not to hurt their brand name. However, the most important due diligence is still your own. The company reports are most times sent with the advert, your can also make your enquiry by searching the web for the outcome of the previous issue of whatever CPs it you intend to invest in etc before making the call. |
Ademike007:First of all, transfers to Stanbic IBTC MMF account is best sent in the morning (that's at least before 12: 00 PM) if you desire same day crediting. Secondly, while sending the funds, you are expected to indicate your e-account number on the remark/reasons for payment column. If you don't, your money will be left hanging. Infact most time after indicating I will put hyphen and indicate my name too. Thirdly, with some banks even after indicating the above on the remark column it will not reflect on their side. That's what they several when I transferred to them via Opay and they didn't credit me till I have to switch to FBN and GTB before it subsides. Finally, they could be human error too sometimes and they will maybe mistakenly skip the payment into your account believing they already did. So with this, all you have to do is remind them about it. However, my with them is that after reminding of instead of them to effect the payment right away, they will still want to take their time. All you have to do now is contact them. You can either call or mail them but it's easier with the call first and if need be their now tell you to mail them the evidence but if you send them a mail first, they might not reply immediately or even forget to reply you at all at your problems will not be solved. |
Akerewe:No most they are usually from 5 Mil. It's only Afrinvest where and when involved that once in a while repackage some for like 1M for their clients. |
RayRay06677:I got the notifications from GMB, Coronation MB, UCAP and FBNQUEST. Each for any one they are involved. Afrinvest did not send me any notice for any of them, so I am not sure they are involved except if later sublet to them. |
Available commercial papers for interest persons.
|
talk2tonie:I have received since Monday. I didn't use FBNquest though. |
stokfrick:Your capital is credited to your account when due. |
KarlTom:Something does not seat right with the bolded. |
maziemeka2024:No wahala, just give him to check what the issue is and he his explanations first if not favourable before you take another action. Normal thing with First Bank is that deduction is done as you indicate interest to subscribe. After the auction, if successful the interest only less charges is refunded to your account and if not successful the whole fund as it were would refunded to your account. So here him out tomorrow and see. if successful, interest is refunded to |
maziemeka2024:Since you said you were very sure that you did not instruct them to invest your interest with the capital, what you should have done is to have contacted them the next week after you were notified that it was successful. It has taken too long but still nothing stops you from asking them. I have always maintained that once a subscriber/investor hears that the auction is successful or request to get from the secondary investment is successful you next line of action is to request for the certificate/proof of that investment at most a week after if you are not contacted. With the proof of investment, comes all the contract of that investment and then you will be able to query whatever you are not comfortable with right there and get answers. Just go to the branch and ask the person incharge face to face for explanations. |
machine606:Yes, it is a different bank. |
megawealth01:Easily about the best bank in Nigeria right now. No unnecessary charge either for SMS or transfer. Free ATM without maintenance charge. Very good network and safety measures in place. Alternative contactless (DIY) investment channels for TB, Bond and mutual funds. The only draw back is no enough branches. |
Nakedman:Yes ooo. That's my prayer... |
IamR:The account I used there is First Bank. |
Nakedman:Yes I have contacted them. They said the transaction failed. I don't know why sha because even on the evidence sent to me. My account was correct. So I am expecting to here from them after resending my details ooo |
bewla:Please contact the registrars to Dangote Flour and collect back your money. Dangote flour has been acquired by Crown Mill since 2019 and payment has been made to all the shareholders. So if you have not seen your money, then you have to search for their registrars and contact them with proof to get back your money. |
Sunrisepebble:If you are a Morgan Capital customer you can see bid and offer on itrade if you log in during trading hours. |
There is nothing wrong in the payments made to you. Everything there seem to be accurate apart from the interim dividend declared in August that was not included and that also will just be the same amount as the last the paid in 2024 (2023 Final Dividend) If it's confusing, you can just google Transcorp PLC dividend history and you will see that all is well. That screenshot is expressive enough and every detail required is there. It's like you expected more but unfortunately very very Transcorp has been sluggish in both capital appreciation and dividend payments over the years. It's just last year when Forte attempted a form of hostile take over that the price got elevated a little. Even at that, the quantity your Dad got is not significant enough to bring any humongous suprise as it also never declared any bonus through the years. |
fredoooooo:It's either you didn't read the post before commenting or you just lacked the capacity to comprehend. If not, what is this gibberish you are typing. The NFF should be answering questions for what? That Libya decided to use another airport instead of the one they were told to use claiming they had no permission to use it or that they did all asked them to fly from PH to Uyo and they decided they were using buses on their own? If at all anything went wrong why didn't they voice or even make an official complaint instead of opting for do me I do you as it's toddlers that handling the issue? |
efismikoko:Not yet ooo. I have not seen it. |
Ibrahim505:The payment should be tomorrow. Today na weekend. |
Chudymario:Yes, I checked on 10th, yesterday 11th and today 12th morning. Nothing came. |
Nakedman:Ok. We are still waiting for July 2027 sha.. The payment date is 10 Oct |
Nakedman:Which particular Savings Bond is this? When was it issued because I expected coupon for FGS JUL 2027 that was issued July this year and the payment date is 10 Oct and today is 11 Oct but I have not received anything ooo. If na that one please indicate make I know where my problem come from. |
Chuksteve:Very easy, you can do it with same Afrinvest na. Just send them a mail. Expressing your intentions to invest in Federal Government Savings Bond for either 2 or 3 years tenure depending on your preference and they would send you the required details and account number to fund for it. This and several other investments like CP's and co they do are usually not listed on their app. Its only when you personally indicate interest that they'll send them to you. Attached is the notice sent to me by Afrinvest.

emmanuelewumi:Even with the bolded, it's the only one among TOE's shareholders complained about at their last AGM. |
Please for those who of us who are not traders, besides Yochaa where I can monitor live prices. Is there any website that allows you to see live bid and offers
