VACANCY for Travels and Tours Business Manager

A reputable company in the travels and tours business located in Lagos Island requires a Sound Business Manager.

Responsibilities in Summary:

Promoting and marketing the business, sometimes to new or niche markets;
Sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism;
Dealing with customer’s enquiries to meet their expectations;
Selling travel products and tour packages;
Managing budgets and maintaining statistical/financial records;
Liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often one year in advance;
Overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business;
Any other responsibilities.

Experience and Qualifications:
B.Sc or HND in any discipline but with minimum of 2.2/Lower Credit.
Certifications in Ticketing, etc, will be a plus.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Travels and Tours business.

In their Abuja office where the registration can only be done in Nigeria, they charge N1, 500 for search and N50, 000 for processing and registration.
