So if tomorrow pdp find it difficult to win the heart of Nigerians again just know that they are still afraid of people like igbinedion

INEC has already recieved the cash, however, some states have either refused to pay or have severely downgraded the allowances. That is the issue.

INEC said they needed corp members to volunteer, in exchange for a stipend, we volunteered and even used our own resources to go for training and all, now we expect INEC to hold up on their own side of the bargain. It is simple.

This is just the brginning..... the first group to show their anger. Seems like the INEC had no intention of paying them.... if they aren't paid for the 16th....why will they be paid for the 23rd?....why will they or the others show up for the 23rd if not compensated? ... budgeted money is not available .... where would extra money come from for the 23rd?.... whatever problem caused the postponement remains...plus all these other bigger problems caused by the postponement...but yet....the elections will run smoothly on the 23rd? Really? My advice to people..... buy and store as much ration as possible
