Igbo's are not the only ones facing this problem, it is national complaint even in the North. This is why we Deltans are also to be blamed, for accepting mediocrity from lbori to Uduaghan and now Okowa. There have been very few visionary Governors in the history of Nigeria.
But is the balkinization of this entity the antidote to our problem? Maybe, Maybe not.
But the system in place makes it difficult to hold them accountable. It was designed that way on purpose.
PoliticsRe: Why Didn't Nnamdi Kanu Accept Biafra With The Only 5 States? by Freemancipation: 12:27pm On Jul 20, 2017
First of all. Nnamdi Kanu never said that he was offered Biafra with 5 states. That is just a lie. simple

I will denounce Biafra if Nnamdi Kanu ever agreed to such evil and malicious proposal because south east contains 3/5 of igbos. What about the remaining 2/5 in the south south. I am anioma and I will never support a Biafra that leaves my people behind in Nigeria.

What about other minorities in the niger delta that want to be part of Biafra and have made videos proclaiming their support?

Only people who hate Biafra and everything it stands for will believe that story.

It will change a lot in ways you cannot understand. Thats why the igbo politicians are fighting it.
Exactly that what I am trying to explain to him. They know that the laws in Biafra will imprison or lynch them for corruption and the Nigerian laws will protect them. They are fighting for their survival and self interest.
PoliticsRe: Why I Hate Nigeria And Love Biafra by Freemancipation: 12:12pm On Jul 20, 2017
As Peter obi said, Nigeria is like a car with a knocked engine (corrupt system). No matter who the driver is, the car will never move.

And to change the car engine (corrupt system) the north has to agree which to me is impossible. They rejected the aburi accord and went to war against it.

Whatever you think you can do in new Biafra, experiment with it first in the zoo to see how it goes.
No we have tried enough but north refuses to allow Nigeria to reform so that they system can be fair and just. They control the house and the senate. They control the presidency and military. So how do you think we can make that work in Nigeria.

Do you think we will be talking about Biafra today if these things were able to be done in Nigeria?

This is why the South Eastern Governors are also to be blamed. The lgbos in power are more of a problem to you than the rest of Nigeria.
Tell this to your leaders.
Igbo leaders love one Nigeria because the corrupt system of government it created enables them to steal without accountability. With Biafra they know that they will not even have a chance to steal because of the systematic checks and balances in the constitution.
PoliticsRe: Why Nigerians Are More United Outside Nigeria Than In Nigeria by Freemancipation: 11:39am On Jul 20, 2017
It comes down to who you can relate to best if you migrate to another country. If you go to a new place you don know much people but you know that there are Nigerians somewhere, you might naturally gravitate towards that area. Plus you will find out the places to buy and eat Nigerian foods from them. It is out of convenience not out of love for each other.
PoliticsThe Problem With One Nigerianists On Nairaland by Freemancipation(op): 10:44am On Jul 20, 2017
They spend to much time obsessing about Biafra and opening propaganda threads against Biafra

BUT

Have you noticed that they never open any thread detailing

How to solve Nigerian pressing issues.

How to hold politicians accountable and reduce corruption.

How to and ways to better Nigeria in general.

Yet they spend all day running from one Biafran thread to another spewing hate.

If you claim you love Nigeria so much, why don't you spend your energy in things that will better your country

Define yourself by what you are and not what you are not

In summary if nobody is willing to fight the Hausa Fulani if they decide to leave Nigeria tomorrow then why the constant threat against the igbos?
PoliticsThe Hypocrisy Of Anti-biafran and The Reason To Ignore Them by Freemancipation(op):
I asked a very simple question last year with my old account.

If the north decides to leave Nigeria would you fight to keep them in one Nigeria?

That thread was one of the most revealing thread on nairaland.

The fact that all responders, some of whom threatened genocide on igbos constantly are willing to let the north to leave their indivisible Nigeria tells me that these losers desperately need Igbo in their lives in order to feel complete. They cannot imagine a world where they are on their own and face their own future by themselves without the Igbo man being around to assist with his ingenuity.

The Igbo man is the most confident black man in Africa. He believes that he has the power to shape the world around him while the rest think that the white man is the God that will decide their fate.
PoliticsRe: We Don’t Understand What Nigerians Mean By Restructuring – APC by Freemancipation: 11:44pm On Jul 19, 2017
Restructuring was written in APC party manifesto but now they got elected they don't know what it means.

This constant hypocrisy by Nigerian politicians is why people are supporting Mazi Nnamdi Kanu election boycott.

It doesn't matter what party it is. They lack principles and Nnamdi Kanu pointed out that is the biggest problem of these political prostitudes.

Look at tinubu that used preach sovereign national conference in the 90s.

Lesson to igbos: AFrica is is far much bigger market. The world doesn't start and end in Lagos or Abuja.

PoliticsRe: Boko Haram Ex-combatants Undergo Rehabilitation After Surrender (Photos) by Freemancipation: 6:42pm On Jul 11, 2017
IPOB youths that were peacefully protesting and didn't spill any blood were murdered in cold blood.

While boko haram members that committed so many evils and atrocities are being cuddled, released and going through rehabilitation while being fed by Nigerian government.
PoliticsRe: Why The Current Biafran Agitation Is Difficult To Defeat by Freemancipation:
If you want to motivate an Igbo man, tell him that he can't do something.

The true reason why the 20 pounds policy failed to impoverish ndigbo was because igbos took it as a challenge. Today you can't differentiate where the war was fought because Igbos with their hard work rebuilt their cities.

You don't get it.

IPOB always had people from those minorities areas handling sensitive posts in IPOB organization from the very start of the struggle.

This is why it is impossible for IPOB to make the Biafran struggle an Igbo one now that denouncements are coming in from political and traditional rulers from those areas.
IPOB despite the bashing she is currently receiving from Igbo nationalists to turn the struggle to an Igbo only one, simply can't, because she can't do that without compromising its own operational structure, since it already have minorities handling sensitive posts, she might lose loyalty of those minorities within it, who might go on to self destruct the organization.

This is why I toned down on my castigation of IPOB recently.

The mistake( if I can call it that) had been made from the very beginning, we just have to swallow our pride now and get these minorities to support the struggle, after which we can all part ways post Nigeria secession.
God bless you my brother for saying what I have been telling our people. I used to be one of those opposed to IPOB including minorities but even before IPOB became very popular, there were lots of minorities actively involved in the organization. That's why Nnamdi Kanu feels very confident on his stance.
PoliticsRe: Eko Atlantic City Takes Blame For Lagos Flooding by Freemancipation: 11:22am On Jul 09, 2017
It's too late now. There was a Yoruba professor who was raising the alarm of the outcome of Eko Atlantic project to fashola but he was ignored. Now he has the last laugh.

Eko Atlantic is actually a privately owned city. And will be managed by private investors. It might not do much for the real Lagos economy other than isolating the super rich in a fantasy land fill where everything is provided to them.

Lekki might be abandoned in the future because of global warming and sea rise. Sorry to all those who built expensive houses there. This will only get worse.

The moon can only pretend to be powerful during solar eclipse.

The moon can never cover the sun for long no matter how hard it tries. The sun will always rise and shine.

PoliticsRe: Ipob Members Stage Anti-okorocha Rally In Owerri by Freemancipation: 8:25am On Jul 05, 2017
Abagworo:
Okorocha's popularity gives IPOB heart attack but unfortunately they have little or no presence in Imo. Can they penetrate Imo? I still doubt because Imo is presently enjoying very good governance and most Imolites don't want any distractions from an outsider. PDP members in Imo State have tried to capitalize on IPOB's popularity in neighbouring States to make a comeback but no impact has been made.
A family friend who is a doctor in US built a clinic in owerri and called okoracha to come and cut the ribbon. Okorocha asked him for $20,000. The man was so disappointed but ended up paying the money to continue the ceremony.

This is the type of men you wish upon Igbo land. IPOB will take everywhere by storm.

Some people will be better neighbours than living in same room with you.

I don't think Igbos hate us. They said they want to go but you refused.

A woman says he wants divorce but you locked the door and say no going out. You can't make love to that woman again. Though in same house but no peace. So Igbos are not the issue here but Nigeria that wants to eat their cake and have it.
Well said. Thanks

The only reason a lot of people pretend to love Nigeria is because they haven't gotten the chance or opportunity to escape the country.

If you bring an American slave ship to Apapa today, a lot of people will be fighting to come on board. And they are the same folks shouting one Nigeria all over nairaland.

For those who don't know. BILIE Is the legal arm and human rights organization of IPOB. They are dealing with Nigerian government through the court of law.

Next is to move the case to ECOWAS then to AU and UN
