In any working democracy, while the sensible and responsible lawmakers are pushing for a general cause, The next immediate and expedient action is for the citizens to mobilize into protesting and demonstrating for the implementation of that cause.... Nigerians think passing a difficult law depends solely on their senator. No.

A democracy where citizen don't participate by mounting pressure, passing information, protesting, mobilizing for action, such democracy can never grow beyond the tyranny of the elite and oligarchs. ...
