I work in the construction industry, there are artisans who will not come to work the next day simply because they were paid some money the previous day...no Matter how important the work is, they won't show up.
Have this group of people not decided to remain poor for life?

we are still saying the same thing, in life some people have already made their choice to remain poor while some who are poor have made a Choice to become rich but only waiting for the right opportunity , if an artisan skips work because he was paid some cash the previous day does that mean that all artisans do the same?
