As u stated in Your post, a mistake was made when posting the fund, our systems is fully automated an u get credited instantly when u transfer fund to our bank account but since there was an error we have to do it manually which may take between 24hr to 48hrs cos of the volume of payment we receive daily to our bank account. I can confirm my wallet is funded.

Meanwhile, your system must be made to reference two type of members unique identity. Instead of the current phone number, add the login name to it so that when one fail as a result of a mistake like it happened in this case the second reference will be picked.

Secondly, provide a form on your website where member can enter detail of payment gone wrong like this with whatever reference they use, then, once in a day let your system scan and reference it with your bank statement for quick funding of owners wallet.

All these suggestions are very easy to program into your system. Excuses that people have to wait endlessly to have their wallet funded because of system automation is not right.

Bro,I guess this was a long time ago. Believe me they have improved greatly, u don't even need to call them anymore before your wallet get funded. I remember back in the day whenever a customer wanted to buy an airtime of as low as #100 I would have to call them to pls help me with the transaction, but now everything is on auto pilot,I mean automatic u don't need to put any call across to anymore. Evening if u do bank transfer to their acct as Early as 3am u would get funded immediately. I have tried it severally,no be dem say.
