I was just online this morning looking at some sites to see if there is anything available in regars to this.I saw so many Angel Investors site but i dont really think I was interested in it. But one website seem to stand out for me, though I think they are relatively young business just starting up. www.businessdens.com . I think this company might be really good in future, as the say they are a not for profit company. I just registered with them to see if it really works

my dear be very careful what you put inside your body. Green tea is good but u shuld reseacrh on some of the contents on some green teas out there in the market.

@OP i remeber when i lived in Nigeria, this always happened to me. Had to visit a dermatologist who said it was just irritation of the nerves and that I should avoid cold water (both drinking and bathing) as quickly as possible. He also recommended a drug for m then, but I have forgotten the name. But it is normally sold by chemists nation wide in Nigeria.

Ok folks back to fitness and health. Do you know your body metabolism rate slows by more than 50% at the age of 30 and a further 30% in 10 years after dat? Dats y most of the 'used to be slim' folks find their weight balooing after 30!! For women, body metabolism rate slows down as early ad the age of 26!!! Women adding weight is not just because of family and children stress , most times its just nature. Your body is not breaking down food at the rate it was 5 years ago. Becos of that, the older u get the more time you have to spend exercising!!! Nature its a fine thing in this regard becos the older we get, the lesser our appetite for food!!! When we were teens, we loved eating loads of food, but now we find out that we dont really want to eat that much!!!! So the question is why are people still growing fat at an older age? That is whr METABOLISM comes in!!!! There are foods that could help you increase your body metabolism rate. This foods are in an earlier post i posted here!!! So guys if we are getting fat but not eating much, worry no more. You are not alone in this. Its human anatomy!!! You just have to exercise more and eat less of sugar and carb. Cos if the truth must be told, we dont need that much energy like we did 10 years ago.

Exercises for abs is not only about the type of exercise but rather the techniques used. You might be doing the most effective abs workout routine, but without an understanding of the techniques involved you wont see results.
In todays post i would be talking about the primary element of an ab exercise. BREATHING. Yes Breathing. It might seem like an irrelevant factor during your workout. But i tell you breathing is the most important factor. Get your breathing right, then you would enjoy your workout more. You would even do more reps and sets for sit ups than you would if you dont really understand the breathing thing.
During ur 30 degrees sit up, u breath out wen you are coming up and inhale wen going down!! Wen u do this, u find out that your stomach muscles are being contracted in a regular pattern. Never try to exhale or breath out wen coming back up, it never works and u wuld feel knackered after 2mins.
To test what i am saying here, try and inhale and place your hands on ur stomach. Now try and exhale with ur hands still on your stomach. We culd see the difference wen we do these two things. Wen u inhale, ur stomach goes flat and vice versa wen u exhale.
Ab crunches and sit ups target the stomach muscles and stomach muscles are worked out best with the stomach pushed towards the back and not outwards.

Trust me with the amount of work out you just did, one Can of amstel Malta cant and wont undo it. If i calcualted right, you just burnt and approx 600 calories and taking in only about 150. Not to mention that after your cadiovascular workouts, you burn at least a further 30% of what you originally burnt off during your workouts. example: assuming you burnt off 660 calories on that work out, after that work out when you sat at home doing nothing you burnt a further 200. So dont bother about the amstel Malt, infact my clients do take more than that after a morning work out. www.afrofitz.

20mins Jolk(Jog+Walk),500 skips and 300 stair master, finished with 2 mins of ab work.
I have taken a Can of amstel malta so 3/4 of the work has been undone but YOLO!! grin

How can you tell her to use her dumbells only? My dear there is only a few things you could do to loose the hand fats. One: A daily run or a brisk walk. When You run, you loose more than 35% of Fats on your thighs and your hands cos of the movement you do when running
Two: The Cross Trainer is a nice machine to loose the arm fat. You can also make use of the rowing machines in the gym and fitness centers.

Three: If you are in Nigeria and you have no access to fitness centers or leisure Clubs, then you can do number one above.You can get a tennis ball and squeeze on it while you are watching a TV programme. Also try doing push ups as this helps you loose the arm fats.

But the Best advice out there is to watch you food intake. Stop foods that retain liquid in the body like Salts. Remember the path to a good body is achieved 80% in the Kitchen and 20% with workouts. #AfroFitz
