Help me how to set up a cccam server into my srt4930, the Pop up menu does well to show up and am able to open where to input the settings but the real problem is that the servers am getting after googling are having different formation than where to input in my box.

Would some one explain how to input it or just give me any server account. So that I should see if it maybe similar to what I am getting after googling. After input 8281 and select any Connection and goes for its settings here are the formation I get

1. Name
2.protocol (I choose cccam)
3. Timeout (3sec default)
4. Filter mode (auto)
5. Filter list (hiden)
6. I'd (blank)
7. Password (blank)
8.DES KEY (hidden) visible when it NEWCAMD
9.Address (blank)
10. Port (xxxxx)

What I mean here is that I can't get a server that can suite those areas,,,, here me with an example plz!!!!!!!

hon1977: In southern Africa where caz if u are in SA and Zimbabwe and some parts of Zambia its very difficult to hit green on those 2 tps which beams fta channels caz the footprint covers central africa from Madagascar to West Africa slicing the north of Zim,Central Zambia and Malawi.

KZN and Bay TV from amos5 @17E

Guys I tracked w3c and got a 92% signal quality on scrambled french Channels the likes of Canal + etc but surprisingly the frequencies of those free channels are not hitting green, got 203 channels with only france24, kzn and bay tv showing,what should I do to hit green this frequency 10804? Am using srt4930. Location: southern africa

Brite02: A tremendious increase in signal quality of this daarsat packages when I was getting it below 40% with my 60cm dish while other frequency were @ a resonable signal...I don't know if anyone is/has experience similar signal increase expecially if one is using a smaller dish like me for this 16/17'E(amos/w3c)...or is it @ as a result of 0TA mytv upgrade boosting the signal? Anyways below are pictures to verify my claims...

Mine has also improved just like yours, its not an upgrade ting coz am using srt4930 and without any upgrade it has just gone up like that

Hello Gurus!!!! I have nailed 2 dishes at almost similar angle but am getting different channels with my srt4930, one Dish has tracked Amos5 @17e with over 80 channels and more of them being scramble but Aljazeera, setanta africa,ait sport etc all being able to give me free time with signal very stable during the night, I believe the have some advert saying (Daar.sat) any guarantee that these channels will continue to be free untill soccer time?. Another Dish confuses me a lot, it caught 203+ channels many scrambled only France24,1'KZN services and Bay services are showing and hit 90% of signal quality, may I kno which satellite is this? It have only 1KZN and Bay tv services which the other Dish pointing @amos5 17E has, the rest of the channels are different,,,which satellite is this Many HD channels many start with Canal+ etc

It will be a pay to view package in south africa, there are special boxes for it now with cards, you should also note that Press tv and ifilm has gone away as well but its a different story from that of sabc, BTV will be the next to get disappeared. For FTA fanatics intelsat20 @68.5e will now be useless except for church elders

I have observed a big problem here, it seems each Receiver has it own way of describing Channels with respect to satellites (not correct anyway) many people here are confused with these satellites; Amos 5 Vs eutelsat 16(w3c) and Ses 5 Vs sirius 4. Channels on w3c sometimes people mention that they are on Amos5, Tps on ses5 sometimes are mentioned to be on serius4. This really makes it difficult for the new babies to install their Dishes that why we have endless request for assistance. Note that Amos5 is @17e very close to w3c @16e no wonder people get confused///// Ses5 is @5.2e whle sirius is @4.8/9e very close, so many don't actually kno which bird the have caught btwn the 2 hence mentioning satellites here which doesn't offer such channels
