ogugua88: Everyone said that Obama was rusty, but I don't buy that at all. As someone said earlier, he's never been a good debater. He was always a bore against McCain as well. He's simply not a good debater. He's a former Harvard professor, so yes, preaching/speeches/lecturing is what he does best lol.
The bolded is probably the truest of them all. Romney basically denounced everything that he's been saying. The fate of Americans and the United States should not rest in the hands of undecided voters. While they were busy watching "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" and "Real Housewives of New York", Romney was stating that the emergency room in hospitals is the healthcare option for the uninsured. He was politicizing the murder of Ambassador Stevens. He was complaining that airplanes need windows that can be wound down or opened so that there's an exit in case disaster strikes. These are all things you won't hear the fool him say during debates. He's fully aware. Check the education and income levels of many of the republican states, particularly the southern belt. Horrifying. They're not as educated and a lot of them certainly aren't middle class, yet the GOP reside there. Tell them what they want to hear and they'll obliviously vote against their own interests. And also because Obama is a "half-breed" as some of them say lol. And let me add to this, You know who always finds it difficult winning election in the United States? the Democrats becacause that is the party that don't always tell voters what they wanna hear. Considering what Geaoge W Bush and his father did to that county's ecomomy, there shouldn't be a way the GOP will be able to control that house of congress in the next 20years, But the fact that a black man is in charge, they will do anything to bring the GOP back to power, i doubt if most of the GOP followers are aware of what this election is all about. Imagine Romney accusing the president of adding $5 trillion to the deficit, my answer to him is this, If $5 trillion is what the US could borrow in order to avoid an economic depression comparable to that of the 1930s, then he must be a saviour to that Nation. The 1930s Great depression is what someone like Adolf Hitler took advantage of and came to power and we all know about the aftermath. |

occam: Latest polls in Penn & Michigan are within margin of error; though leaning Obama. Personally, I think these 2 states can still go either way.
Florida, Colorado, Virginia are going with Romney. So Obama must win Nevada & of course Ohio The president don't even need Florida or colorado to win, If he can just pick up Navada and Ohio he will already be at 271 electoral votes. However, these swing states like Virginia, North Carolina and Florida are still very important to the president for a comfortable and stronger democrats's house of congress. |
