Romance › Re: Why are so many African marriages breaking up abroad?. by Freiburger(m): 1:40pm On Feb 14, 2010 |
pafun: I have a friend whose wife of more than 20 years living in US threatened him with divorce. My friend hired a lawyer to throw her out of his life permanently. She tried to retract but the harm had been done. The system abroad encourages single parents and women are actively encouraged to divorce their husbands at the least provocation especially when they are at economic advantage - or they perceive that the venture could prove lucrative in terms of alimony and related settlement. Our women living abroad need more education of the right kind. Many behave like village girls who have just ben brought to Lagos and trying exceedingly hard to look funky so that nobody will know that they are fresh from the village - and you know they always overdo it with disastrous consequences. I don't thik there could be a better answer. |

Travel › Re: How Do I Mend My Five Years Greece Residence In Germany by Freiburger(m): 11:12am On Feb 12, 2010 |
juzme: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/3513889.stm
If u look at what Germany is refering to in that page u will find out that they 're fefering to the eastern europeans countries like ukraine croatia n so on, not the full Eu citizens like Bulgaria. i know a lot of the Eeastern Europeans woking here on the EU permit. @ poster, no you dont need any special lawer to help u with any document all you need when u get to Germany is for your wife to go n get herself a job and getting a job in Germany can sometimes be very challenging, but it also depends on her qualification and her level of knowledge of the German Language, in any case it still all depends on the kind of job she will want to do, gastronomie jobs for example don't need much language in carring out the duties. As to whether he will loose his 5yrs greece residency, its obvious that if you leave your country of resideny for some time without explaining to the related authority, u 're bound to loose your resident permit. The couples are not coming to Germany for a sometime i guess they are planing to live permanently in Germany as working class couples, that's why i think if the poster already decided where i wants to live. and the Eu rule states that: the resident permit for an Eu citizen's spouse should be issued within 6months from the date of application, i 've seen cases here in Germany where the resident parmit was issue the same day of application and i 've heard cases in the uk where the eu citizen spouse have to wait for over a year, so it all depends on the individual cases. |
Travel › Re: How Do I Mend My Five Years Greece Residence In Germany by Freiburger(m): 7:07pm On Feb 11, 2010 |
juzme: It is better you face the reality. In Germany it will not be easy at the moment for you to obtain residence card. This is because your wife will need to obtain a work permit in germany before she can get regisered. She need to get a job first before she cant get registered in Germany. And you may end up losing your Residence card in Greece if you stay out of the country for a long time. You wife can benefit to EU regulation on freedom of movement only by visiting without visa and can stay up to 90 days in Germany. She can search for job as well and if she find then she can apply for work permit. It only after she has done this that you will have to register as a spouse of EU citizen. My advise for you is that if your wife should try search for work in Germany if she find then good for both of you. But if she cannot find then, it is better you wait after Bulgaria transitional period expires which I think will be soon. Do Eu citizens need a work permit to work in other Eu countries? I know that Bulgaria and Rumania are exections in some countries but not in Germany. Like i said before she will not require any work permit to work in Germany the registration certificate is only require because he the non-Eu citizen will be appyling for the resident permit and that registration certificate confirms the right of resident which she already have. Germany does not discriminate against he new Eu members that were recently integrated, Ofcouse it's necessary for the Eu spouse to have a job when applying for the 5yrs resident permit so as to avoid any doubt the foreign authority mght have that the couples will rely on state fund as u know Germany has one of the most effficient social system in the world. |

I 've always defined that word they call love as a stronger feelings that last for a period of time it could be for an hour and could also be a 100years. Looking at the above responses i confirmed that, that word does not even exist as i 've always did. |
