I think your wife i.e the Bulgaria citizen 've to obtain an Eu citizen registration certificate from the foreign office here in Germany, this normaly takes few some minutes. B4 u the spouse can apply for an EG 5 yrs resident permit. but note the u yourself will experience some delays in obtain your EG residence coz she ist not a citizen of the Eu 25, Bulgaria and Rumania were recently admitted into the Eu i think in 2007. If i corretly understood u earlier u already have a 5yrs residence in Greece so your case supposed to be processed faster since u are both coming from another Eu country.
Also check out www.Aufenthaltstitel.de navigate to a word called UBERSETZUNG to enable u transcribe the page to English language or anyother suitable language.
