You can try a different email, and when filling out your profile, double check your inputs.
The most common issues new users face when registering were VPN related issues, back then, as certain network providers were flagged for proxy, mostly Glo and MTN, may not be the case now.

So just check your input thoroughly.

There's a project that's gaining grounds, it's called CEXP, this project is in it's 2nd phase.

It's normal, you'll experience difficulties signing up, just keep trying. Sometimes switching on and off your Airplane mode tends to help.

Firstly, SproutGigs is to support whatever you're doing, we say in the whatsapp group, don't rely solely on Sprout, have alternatives. @Bolded, I'll advice you don't quit. Quit only when you have something much better than what you currently do and SproutGigs also.

Please do you still use sproutgigs? I just started using it about 2 days ago and with my calculation, if I can do 170 tasks a day then I can make $5; which is way better than my job.

Secondly; I'm still on Sprout, but lately it's not as flexible as it once was last year or two years back, it's rigid now especially for we Nigerians. Your calculations are correct but with recent developments, you'll struggle to rack up that amount. We believe whatever restrictions placed on Nigerians are temporary and will be lifted with time. You can join the whatsapp group for further information.

At the top of your Nairaland account, you'll see [Edit] by the side of your moniker. Click and locate signature, add your number and save.
Once added to the group, all your questions will be answered.

Good evening all. Please I need help. My 2dollar about to go down the drain in sproutgigs.

Tried logging in this evening and I was told that my account has been suspended for violation of VPN rules, but I checked my phone's setting and there was no VPN activation.

I really toiled hard to earn this money. I stayed awake for three nights just to accumulate the said sum. Please how do I retrieve my account and if not possible,how do I rectify the VPN issue on my phone to avoid a reoccurrence in case I open a new account?

Were you using either of this network, MTN or Glo? If yes, that's where your problem lies.

Contact them with an Airtel sim stating you don't have a vpn and that your sim was the issue. You've switched sims and they should reinstated your account back.

One phone shouldn't be the problem.

First of download the QR image, then....

Go to your WhatsApp settings - by the side of your profile pic and name tap on the QR icon - Select Scan code - when your camera activates for scan - at the bottom of your screen select gallery and select the QR Code you just downloaded. WhatsApp will do the rest.

The reason you were rated unsatisfied was, your proof of the advertisement clicked on is missing a key detail, _BwE.

The first and second url is simple to get; once you click the ads banner the page that loads if your first page, you're to copy the page's link (make sure the link has _BwE) that's the reason you were rated unsatisfied.

Any other page you click on from there is the second page, you're to copy the page link as well. It is advisable to always look for either contact us or about us as the second page.

May be an IP address issue, try checking your ip address using this link https://whatismyip.uno/ and see what address is attached to your IP.

Another thing is to change your IP, to do that, each time you click sign up and that vpn msg pops up, switch on and off your airplane mode for about 30sec and try again.

If issue persists then the sims ip is the problem, you'll just have to try another sim.

Also not that Sproutgigs is trying to curb a lot of things, from sign ups to task completion etc. So a few more people will find it difficult to access SproutGigs easily.

Try to update your browser. If it's not chrome download one.

For the mifi, it might work but that's risky if you're not the only one using its connection. Cuz once you successfully register with the mifi, that connection is tagged to you, and no other person can use it to register on Sprout again, if that happens, that's the end of the account yours included.

The site seems to restrict new sign ups, try again and this time from an airtel sim that's in your phone not a shared network and use a chrome browser.

Please note: try your 9mobile but from your phone, if it still says vpn detected, try the above.

yeh, I usually use Airtel, although I can't remember if it's the Airtel I used to register because I have multiple sims, and I have opened my account 2019 or 2020, and I started using it few months back when I came across this thread.

I was having network issues with my Airtel so I switched to my mtn line, and i have been using it before this issue occurred. Anyway I will open a new account, it's frustrating though, I have 5dollar already, wanted to push it to 10dollar before I withdraw. Format chrome will I restore everything?

@Bolded, Yes.
Okay. For now don't use MTN or Glo. The reason for formatting your chrome, is so that past data from your previous account won't lead to the suspension of the new one you'll create.

Simply clear cache/cookie then clear data from your chrome.

You'll need a new Gmail account, a new sim or you can still use your airtel if it's not been compromised since you got the suspension while using your MTN. Also minimise how you switch between sims when you run out of data on one.

You can't, since you no longer have access to it. On opening another account, Yes! You can, but you'll have to format your chrome browser and get a new sim.

The reason is, you sim has been flagged as bad, if you use it again, the new account will be suspended. Get a new one, preferably Airtel or 9mobile, Glo and MTN are having issues on the platform. They're mostly tagged as VPN or Proxy connections. I'm sure you were using either of this network (Glo, MTN) before your account got suspended.

From your complaint above, what browser were you using before this happened. Cuz issues like this are mostly associated with Opera-mini.
