In as much as Calcare centers all over Nigerian should operate as one been that the kind of service u get in Lagos should be what another person can get in Taraba, but then there are certain factors that come into play......

Try contacting Calcare service@carlcare.com directly explaining what went wrong with your phone and the kind of service you received when you went to one of their outlet.

Sorry about your charger, it can be annoying and frustrating.

About the guy complaining on not being able to hold jobs, like u said u need money to be able to hold jobs.

In respect to that there's something I also discovered, you probably might have face similar issues as me, where u complete a task, and after filling in proof for submission, u get a "Whops, sorry task no longer available"

Usually I get frustrated and angry, cos of the time and data gone. But recently I found a way around it.

When u get that pop up msg, "Task no longer available" just relax and wait a couple of seconds, maximum a minute and tap submit again, if u're using PC, open the home page on another Tab and continue with other task while still trying to submit the previous task on the old tab.

85% of the time, you'll be successful in submitting the task. That's what I do now. It works mainly on reddit tasks and sometimes SEO. But when u're faced with similar issue on any task completed, try out dis method.

Kindly go to Settings < My Phone > Warranty.

Input your IMEI number to activate your E-warranty card.

Then go to Calcare App, locate their nearest center close to you, take ur phone and the receipt to the office presenting evidence.

They'll either fix it for you (90% of the time) free of charge,

OR

They'll change the Phone (don't rely on this, as if the phone is fixable, that's what you'll get, a fix)

Hello gurus in the house, please I'm facing a very dire issue with my Samsung S8+ as it refuses to boot past the Samsung logo for like 3 days running now. I had tried every key combination I saw on YouTube to boot it to recovery, its just flashing the recovery and shutting it up. I had taken it to a technician and I was told the firmware or something is having the issue and he has tried flashing a new ROM to it but he hasn't made any headway. Please I really need any way forward as I have to go to camp very soon and going in there without my phone is tormenting me already. What do you suggest I could do please.

Open I think your phone is Bricked, what did you do that resulted in the phone been stuck at bootlogo?

Yes it charges when connected to system or charger with the cord.
There is no pop up about connected USB on my phone.
It sometimes show error that this device is not recognised bla bla

Probably your Phone has revert back to its factory settings and turned off USB Configuration that's why your PC is unable to detect any USB plugged to ur Phone......

Follow these steps to solve the Issue.;
Go to Settings > About Phone/ My Phone > Locate "Build Number"

Tap on it 7-10 times till you see a pop up msg saying "You're now a developer"

Go back to settings and locate Developer options.

Under developer options locate Networking (Heading)

Scroll down to Select USB Configuration < A menu will pop up, select MTP (Media Transfer Protocol)

Lastly Restart your phone (Optional) and connect your phone to your PC. Remember Original USB cable.

When connected do u receive any pop up notifications about a connected USB?

Lastly, does ur PC show an error, "Unable to install Drive" when connected to ur phone?

No I don't use VPN, there's a strict rule against the use of VPN.

I registered two reddit acct with same gmail, I got a warning msg on both accounts but one was suspended 3days ago.

The trick is the account u will use for reddit, try to follow a page u can participate in even If u're not frequent in it. I'm using my second account as my main although my main was suspended, what I did was to follow PUBG mobile page and comment and upvote some comments.

I even got an upvote from someone in d group about a comment I made. So try and join and participate in other post while still performing the reddit job. That way your account will last.

So far I've done about 20 upvote jobs on the account I received a warning on and still the account is still active. I even got a "Thank you for participating" msg dis morning from reddit, for getting involved.

I had the same issue when I was performing Reddit tasks; I guess there's an advanced option that only experienced Reddit workers use to find those posts. I usually skip those tasks and go for the straightforward ones.

There is a search button. Just use Desktop Mode when browsing Reddit. But I've tried the search button before and still didn't find some of those posts. I'm thinking of opening alternate accounts for Reddit jobs (since they will ban my original if I continue), so I'll probably look into it again.

Although after a week of trying to understand why most posts can't be seen and waiting for ur reply, I found out that some of those posts have been deleted by Reddit itself for upvote violation. That's why no matter how you refresh reddit under category, there are certain jobs that are constant that are yet to be completed.

It's always there, that's cus people can't find the post not because the post is old or it's at the bottom, but bcoz the post is no longer on reddit.

Reddit: All you need is a Reddit account. They'll ask you to upvote certain posts and sometimes comment. After doing that, you'll be requested to provide evidence in the form of your username or sometimes a special code — don't worry, the code will be shown to you after upvoting. The issue I have is that Reddit will suspend/ban your account after a while of doing this, so you probably need several alternate accounts. Note that some jobs don't favor those who have newly created accounts, though.

I use reddit thru chrome, don't have the app, and I can't search for the post as there's no search button.

In that case you'll have to manually allocate the storage.
Go to settings
Locate Apps
In apps select the application u would want the storage to be in SD card.

For example, Let's say Chrome - open chrome - storage - change storage to external SD card.

That should work, all future downloads should be moved automatically to your SD card.

If the above doesn't work, the last option would be to format the M-card (after you must have backed up ur data to a PC or internal storage).

Restart the phone and let the phone detect the M-card and provide you options on what you would want it to do with the new found memory.

If none of the above methods work, I'm afraid I cannot help u any further.

I've been in similar situation, on my way from Makurdi to Abuja, we got pulled over by NDLEA guys, apparently according to them the occupants in the vehicle looked suspicious.

They searched our stuff and found wrapped SK in one of the guy's bag, told he rest of us to go that the guy is coming with them.

It was back and forth with the guy and the NDLEA guys, our driver chipped in, other passengers also had to intervene as the quantity of SK wasn't much, 2(two) wraps.

At the end of the day the guy had to settle them and we continued our journey.

I have seen it happen several times and they always wake up to discover it.

Tell your friend to get a surveillance cam and place it at the suspected area over night. He should get an answer by the next morning.
