As i type this am not mad,i am only learning from past mistakes. A relative of my died 2004 in Ikeja in the hands of Arm robbers, a month after his death, they chase her wife and Children out of Mopol barrack . saying the person entitled to live there is no more. Do you expect me to forget it just like that?

Good. I, myself, am a good rope skipper, doing over 2000 skips at a stretch within an average time of 15 minutes. I remember having difficulty going just above 100 in the early days, but it is different now. I do skips in addition to jogging, and other body-weight and abs exercises. I will soon incorporate free weights in my fitness plan.

Cool.. i am not in the weight lifting category, i do other exercises except weight lifting..

You're hiding alot of details from the thread. How many bad things/actions/situations have you been caught with by him or anyone?

Are you saying he has always been like this to you since childhood or it started later on?

Exercise every weekend for 1-2 hours.
