@ezme i have got the same prob, my passport is gonna expire October 2013 and am applying for 2013 fall. am still skeptical if i should get my passport renewed before applying, or apply passport with my old passport . i plan submitting my application latest march.

bigfrancis21: I sent you all the 4 parts completely initially. 2 parts in one e-mail, that is 2 e-mails. Check again. I forwarded the same mails to others and they had no problem extracting it. I'm posting from my mobile phone. I'm not with my laptop at the moment.

i have checked and i only saw 2 parts in one mail, thatz part 3 and 4 with the read me text. guess part 1&2 are missing.
