BIBLE STUDY: GOD’S POWER IN ACTION
“And through the hands of the apostles many signs and wonders were done among the people. And they were all with one accord in Solomon’s Porch.” Acts 5:12

Jesus Christ left the disciples with the power of Holy Spirit to help them accomplish the ministry He had given unto them. The power of Holy Spirit is not just in word, in writing but in action as evident in the ministries of the apostles. Their preaching and prayers were backed up with the action of the Holy Spirit. The early church experienced the power of God in action

What are the purposes of the power of God in action? Is it to show that the ministers are powerful? No, the manifestation of God’s power is not to make us proud or to idolize a man but to humble us that He can use even us. According to the Acts 5:12-33, here are the reasons for God’s power in action:

TO LEAD MULTITUDE UNTO JESUS CHRIST Acts 5:14
The manifestation of God’s power in action is not to make name or pull crowd for nothing, it is to lead the crowd to Jesus Christ with genuine salvation, not lead them to our church. God’s power is unto salvation, which is the primary purpose of the manifestation of God’s power. The power of God is to deliver us from the bondage of Satan and sin. If you claim the power of God is in action in your ministry and multitudes are not being turned to Christ through genuine salvation, then it means you are either using your own power or misusing the power of God.

Genuine salvation is not just to make or answer altar call; it is to repent and starts a new life in Jesus Christ. Calling altar call without first taking good time to explain salvation and repentance to the people is a mere act of fulfilling all righteousness.

God’s power in action is not just to perform miracles; it is to lead many to salvation. Experiencing miracles, signs and wonders in the life of sin is a miserable life. The power of God in action is to convict of sins Acts 2:37, it is to convert us from sinners to saints Acts 2:41, and to make us instruments of turning others to Christ Acts 9:15.

When the primary purpose of manifesting God’s power in our lives is to turn multitude to genuine salvation in Jesus Christ, we will not be seeking power from Satan to boost ministry. Any Christian or Christian ministry who lacks the understanding of the primary purpose of God’s power in action will miss everything.

TO DELIVER MULTITUDE FROM BONDAGE OF SICKNESS AND SATAN Acts 5:16.
The power of God in action is to put Satan to an open shame, to destroy the works of Satan, which was the reason of Jesus’ manifestation. “He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil” 1 John 3:8.

Jesus Christ manifests His power in our lives to set us free from the bondage of sin and to destroy every work of Satan in our lives. Where the power of God is in action, Satan’s works are destroyed, where the power of God is in action, Satan is put to shame and permanent silence. Where the power of God abounds, sickness, curses, and every satanic work will disappear.

If we should ask, why do we have children of God who are still under the bondage of satanic attack? The simple answer is because such believers lack understanding. Many children of God pray, fast, go to mountain, go for deliverance, yet still under the torment of Satan; many exercise strong faith, yet nothing happens. All these happen as a result of ignorance. Deliverance from sickness or satanic attack does not come through faith in your prayer, through faith in a man or woman of God or through faith in a particular church or mountain. Deliverance from sickness and satanic attacks comes only through faith in the name of Jesus Christ. It is not the prayer you pray that will put God’s power in action, it is not a man of God that will put God’s power in action, but it is name of Jesus Christ that put God’s power into action. Here is the word of God:

“Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” 7 And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. 8 So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them—walking, leaping, and praising God” Acts 3:6-8

“Now as the lame man who was healed held on to Peter and John, all the people ran together to them in the porch which is called Solomon’s, greatly amazed. 12 So when Peter saw it, he responded to the people: “Men of Israel, why do you marvel at this? Or why look so intently at us, as though by our own power or godliness we had made this man walk?” Acts 3:11, 12.

It is not our prayer, power or perfection that moves God’s power into action. Here is what Apostle Peter said, “And His name, through faith in His name, has made this man strong, whom you see and know. Yes, the faith which comes through Him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.” Acts 3:16
What this means is that you can pray and fast without God’s power in action if you faith is in your prayer – how fireful, how fasting or long you pray. You can lack God’s power in your life if your faith is in a “powerful man of God” even when Apostle Peter said “it is not by our power” You can walk with God with a perfect heart and still remain in bondage of satanic attack if you lack strong faith in the name of Jesus Christ.

It is funny that many Christians today, including ministers, think that praying in the name of Jesus Christ alone is not enough, that you need to speak in tongues, that you need to use anointing oil, that you need to use mantles, and others. But are we seeing greater signs and wonders now than when the believers were using only the name of Jesus Christ?

When your faith and focus is solely in the name of Jesus Christ, you will see His name as the only force that can spark up the power of God into action.

EXTENDING THE KINGDOM OF GOD ON EARTH Acts 5:19
God puts His power in action in our lives and ministry so as to extend His kingdom on earth, to reach out the gospel of Jesus Christ to more people; to destroy every obstacle and reach more people with the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. God’s power in action is not to build an empire in the name of ministry, it is not to become fame or popular, it is for the gospel of Jesus Christ to the glory of God.

To experience the power of God in action in your life, in your ministry, in your career or business, you must have a right mind about the power, you must rededicate your life to Jesus Christ in genuine repentance and forsaking your sins, you must be ready to use the power in the ministry, the profit and blessing in the business and career for the gospel of Jesus Christ and only to the glory of God, not your own.

Turning many to righteousness in Jesus is the primary purpose of God’s power in action, deliverance from sickness and satanic attack is the secondary, and extending the gospel of Jesus Christ to all the earth for the glory of God is the end result.

MINISTERIAL CALLING

God cannot back you up in a mission or ministry He did not call you into. So when people are calling you into a ministerial work, when your pastor, your church or whoever is calling you, if God does not call you, please don't answer the call.

Because many would have easily and successfully entered heaven if they had not answered ministerial calls which God did not call them into.

Today, many people want to become a minister or many are forced to become ministers which God didn't call them into; many are prophets, evangelists in words, music or drama, and many are pastors, prayers ministers, but only few are really called by God. And when opposition comes from people or kingdom of darkness on that ministry, they expect God to back them up, but God didn't call them into such assignment, they called themselves or their pastors or church called them.

It is a dangerous assignment, when it is not assigned by God. "And no man takes this honor to himself, but he who is called by God, just as Aaron was." Hebrews 5:4.

Before you answer any call into ministerial work, pray and be sure God is really assigning you into it, don't walk by feeling or personal interest or pastor's interest when it comes to ministerial work.

UNEDUCATED JOHN -VS- EDUCATED JUDAS
Some years back, when I was a member of a Deeper Life Bible Church in Nigeria, I know of a brother pastoring a campus fellowship, and I heard he was doing well, and then later he was removed from pastoring the fellowship, why? I heard because he was not a university graduate, and he was replaced with a “university” graduate pastor. And I began to see the demoted pastor, who was not given any other church to pastor, coming to our district church to fellowship with us, and seating at the back. Not long after, I heard the “university” graduate pastor could not successfully pastor the school fellowship, so they had to call the demoted no-B.Sc. pastor to come and help the “university” pastor as assistant pastor of the school fellowship.

This is the generation where high education is now one of the requirements for working for God at a level. No wonder I saw many of the pastors there going back to school as part-time students, not for the purpose of getting promotion in their businesses or offices, but for them to qualify to become senior pastor, because there was a limit you could reach in working for God in the church if you are not a university graduate, in fact, it wasn’t possible for anyone to become a state overseer if the person was not a university graduate. And in this same type of Christianity we are praying for revival, which type of revival, is it academic or sarcastic revival or revival of the Holy Spirit?

Do you know why we are not experiencing the move of God in the church today as before, why lots of funny things are happening, why powers of darkness are prevailing of many Christians, why pastors cannot rescue their members from darkness? It is simply because the called are not the ordained and the ordained are not the called, as a result of misappropriate of priorities, depending on human wisdom instead of God’s power, ordaining people into ministerial position by physical outward look such as academic outlook of higher education, able to speak good English, and physical outward look of financial capacity, having a good car, able to fund the church, instead of ordaining those who are genuinely called by God. How can God back you in what He doesn’t call you into?

Jesus Christ ordained Peter as the “General Overseer or Senior Pastor” of the early church, and you know who was his deputy? It was John. But both Peter and John were stark illiterates, you know people that you don’t need to spend too much time speaking with before you discover that they are illiterates and unlearned? Those were Peter and John. Let’s read it in the Bible: Acts 4:13, “Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus.”

Peter and John were not only uneducated but also unlearned, meaning they were not civilized, and Jesus Christ handed over the leadership of the church, not only in a village but worldwide, unto them. That would be impossible in this civilized type of our Christianity today where pastor are reading Bible from ipad, that is the reason our civilized Christianity cannot contain the power of God as of old.

What A Funny Generation We Are!
We are in generation where people prefer attractive packaging to effective products
We are in a generation where people prefer quality to quality
We are in a generation where people prefer popularity to productivity
We are in a generation of Christianity where people prefer speaking in tongue to speaking the truth
We are in a generation of Christians where people prefer educated Judas Iscariot to uneducated John.
We are in a sarcastic funny generation of Christianity

Depending on God’s Power Not Human Capacity
In the days of John Wesley, lay preachers with limited education would sometimes conduct the church service. One man used Luke 19:21 as his text, “Lord, I feared thee, because thou art an austere man.” KJV. Not knowing the word austere, he thought the text spoke of “an oyster man.” He explained how a diver must grope in dark, freezing water to retrieve oysters, in his attempt; he cuts his hands on the sharp edges of the shells. After he obtains oyster, he rises to the surface, clutching it “in his torn and bleeding hands.” The preacher added, “Christ descended from the glory of heaven into…..sinful human society in order to retrieve humans and bring them back up with Him to the glory of heaven. His torn and bleeding hands are a sign of the value He has placed on the object of His quest.”

Afterward, 12 men received Christ. Later that night someone came to Wesley to complain about unschooled preachers who were too ignorant even to know the meaning of the texts they were preaching on. The Oxford-educated Wesley simply said, “Never mind, the Lord gets a dozen oysters tonight.”

If we want to experience the move of God and His glory in our lives or in our ministries, we must totally depend on God for His will, not our ways, we must let God use our inadequacies and that of others for His glory. God does not choose by physical capacity or outward look, but by His own divine calling. We cannot experience revival in our lives, families, ministries, career, or business until we revert back to the standard of God and His wisdom.

1 Corinthians 1:26, 27, “For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called. 27 But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty”

AWARD WINNING MINISTRY VS SOUL WINNING MINISTRY
Some years back I was talking with a gospel music singer and she told me of several awards her album has won, I felt like what does winning awards has to do with Christian ministry? When does Christian ministration become a center for winning earthly or secular awards?

It baffles me when I watch a Christian movie and it’s advertised as award winning Christian movie, or when I enter a minister’s office and I see it decorated with several awards, or when I see a gospel songs tagged with winning awards, what does spiritual ministration has to do with winning earthly award? Or rather what is the correlation between winning souls and winning award?

In this generation of majority of Christian goats and wolf ministers, it is more impressive for a Christian movie, music or book to be tagged or advertised as an award winning than a soul winning.

Imagine, Elijah waving an award he receives from king Ahab as the best prophetic minister of the year. Imagine Apostle Peter and Paul being handed an award from the representative of Scribe or Roman Empire as the best influential ministers of God of the year. How will that sound to you?

When does Christian ministry becomes a contest or a show or a secular stuff where they begin to compare themselves with one another and giving award? Who are the people that give awards to Christian ministries or Christian ministers? I read on newspaper saying “The best pastor of the year” With what yardstick do they use to give the award? Who is the Judge of Christian ministry or ministers apart from God? When the Bible says what is highly esteemed before men are abomination to God. Those who award Christian ministry or ministers are committing evil of usurpation of God’s throne, and those who receive the carnal awards are not only disqualifying themselves as genuine ministers of the gospel but they are also making void of their God’s given ministry.

Apostle Paul boasted of salvation of souls, edification of souls, grace of God, persecution and sufferings his ministry passed through, but today’s ministers are boasting of awards, population, popularity and properties their ministries are winning.

Are we going to the same heaven?

GOD VS GOLD

We serve God with our gold and not through our gold, meaning you can serve God without gold, it is not a must to have gold before you can serve God. Apostle Peter said, “Silver and gold I don’t have” Acts 3:6

But today's preachers, "Silver and gold you must have, if you don't have silver and gold as a child of God, who will have it then? When the Bible says silver and gold belong to God, then you a child of God must have the silver and gold."

When Jesus Christ said gold is less important as additional, when the apostles said "silver and gold we don't have" the derailed preachers of today are saying "Silver and gold is a must for every child of God"

You know what? Those preachers and Christians who see silver and gold of this world as a must have already lost their heavenly goal so they are pursuing earthly gold.

SATAN'S MEETING AGAINST GOD
(Read even if you're busy)

Satan called a worldwide convention of demons. In his opening address he said, "We can't keep Christians from going to church." "We can't keep them from reading their Bibles and knowing the truth." "We can't even keep them from forming an intimate relationship with their Savior." "Once they gain that connection with Jesus, our power over them is broken."

"So let them go to their churches; let them have their covered dish dinners, but steal their time, so they don't have time to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ." "This is what I want you to do", said the devil:

"Distract them from gaining hold of their Saviour and maintaining that vital connection throughout their day!" "How shall we do this?" his demons shouted.

"Keep them busy in the nonessentials of life and invent innumerable schemes to occupy their minds," he answered.
"Tempt them to spend, spend, spend, and borrow, borrow, borrow."

"Persuade the wives to go to work for long hours and the husbands to work 6-7 days each week, 10-12 hours a day, so they can afford their empty lifestyles."

"Keep them from spending time with their children." "As their families fragment, soon, their homes will offer no escape from the pressures of work!"

"Over-stimulate their minds so that they cannot hear that still, small voice." "Entice them to play the radio or cassette player whenever they drive." "To keep the TV, VCR, CDs and their PCs going constantly in their home and see to it that every store and restaurant in the world plays non-biblical music constantly." "This will jam their minds and break that union with Christ."

"Fill the coffee tables with magazines and newspapers." "Pound their minds with the news 24 hours a day." "Invade their driving moments with billboards." "Flood their mail boxes with junk mail, mail order catalogues, sweepstakes, and every kind of newsletter and promotional offering free products, services and false hopes."
"Keep skinny, beautiful models on the magazines and TV so their husbands will believe that outward beauty is what's important, and they'll become dissatisfied with their wives." "Keep the wives too tired to love their husbands at night." "Give them headaches too!" "If they don't give their husbands the love they need, they will begin to look elsewhere." "That will fragment their families quickly!"

"Give them Santa Claus to distract them from teaching their children the real meaning of Christmas." "Give them an Easter bunny so they won't talk about his resurrection and power over sin and death."

"Even in their recreation, let them be excessive." "Have them return from their recreation exhausted." "Keep them too busy to go out in nature and reflect on God's creation." "Send them to amusement parks, sporting events, plays, concerts, and movies instead." "Keep them busy, busy, and busy!"

"And when they meet for spiritual fellowship, involve them in gossip and small talk so that they leave with troubled consciences."
"Crowd their lives with so many good causes they have no time to seek power from Jesus." "Soon they will be working in their own strength, sacrificing their health and family for the good of the cause." "It will work!" "It will work!"

It was quite a plan! The demons went eagerly to their assignments causing Christians everywhere to get busier and more rushed, going here and there. Having little time for their God or their families. Having no time to tell others about the power of Jesus to change lives.

I guess the question is, has the devil been successful at his scheme?

You be the judge! Does "busy" mean:
B-eing
U-nder
S-atan's
Y-oke?

"Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings .And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast. To him be the power for ever and ever. Amen. - I Peter 5:8-1.

If you are too busy for daily prayer time and Bible reading, then you are under the end time yoke of Satan. If you now are too busy to to have time for evangelism, visiting and calling the brethren and family members, then you have been carried away with the cares of this life. If your life is busy with the cares, longing, desires, activities of this world, then you are among the deceived. If your heart is busy with business, buyings, beauty, building project, bank account, etc, it may be too late after the rapture.

If you love football or any sports, or anything in this world, then you will have problem with your love for Jesus. The Bible commands us to love God and fellow human beings, and only "like" things; but if you love anything of this world, that is have passion for something, be it sport, cars, cares of this life, you cannot love God at the same time.

Rededicate your life to Jesus Christ, refocus your priority, purpose of living, pursuit, prayers, and preaching on heaven and preparation for His coming. Care less about the passing things of this life, and you will not be among the foolish Christians.
"And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved" Matthew 24:12, 13

"...and the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful." Matthew 13:22.
" Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming."

DON'T BE ANOTHER JUDAS ISCARIOT!
(You can't outsmart Satan, but you can only overcome him through Christ Jesus.)

Luke 22:3, “Then Satan entered Judas, surnamed Iscariot, who was numbered among the twelve.”

It is not possible for you, as a person, to outsmart Satan; you can only overcome him through Christ Jesus, but you cannot play game with Satan and outsmart him. That was what Judas Iscariot did, and he regretted it. Judas needed money, and he wanted to have it by all means, and so he thought he could play game with Satan and get the money from him. Judas thought he could get the money from Satan and then run away with the money to Jesus, since Jesus would always be there to forgive and help, and Satan is always there to offer the money; so he thought he could play a smart game on Satan by collecting the money and then run to Jesus.

But the true is that, it doesn't work that way, because we can’t mock God by willingly going against His word, and we can’t make fool of Satan by playing game with Him. Judas decided to sell Jesus and get the money, hoping that they would not be able to arrest Jesus, and he would have gotten the money from them; he believed the priests and Pharisees would be the looser, and he would get the money and still have Jesus Christ. He might have thought, “It’s absolutely impossible for them to arrest Jesus, never possible. Jesus who performed a lot of mighty miracles, who walked away several times they attempted to kill Him? Oh never, they can’t arrest Him. Since our agreement would just be for me to betray Jesus, and it is left to them to arrest Him; if they fail to, that is their problem, but then I would have gotten the money in my account. This is a golden chance for me to make money and get my dreamed properties and materials.”

But things didn't work out as he planned and played it. He lost Jesus, he lost the money, he lost his position in the ministry, he lost God’s purpose for his life and he lost eternal life, everything! Matthew 27:3-5, “Then Judas, His betrayer, seeing that He had been condemned, was remorseful and brought back the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders, 4 saying, “I have sinned by betraying innocent blood.”And they said, “What is that to us? You see to it!” 5 Then he threw down the pieces of silver in the temple and departed, and went and hanged himself.”

The same trick Satan used to deceive and destroy Judas Iscariot, he is using with so many followers of Jesus today. You need money, you need car, you need house, or you need a job, a position or promotion; you need admission, traveling documents or contracts; you need marital partner or children, whatever you need, Satan knows them. As you are trusting God for everything, then Satan would bring sinful suggestions and ungodly opportunities to you, that, “You can get the money, though in a sinful or satanic way, but after you get the money all you need to do is to run back to Jesus for forgiveness, God is always merciful, He will forgive you and you will retain the money.” Does that not sound beautiful for many people to consider? But it is a trick from the pit of hell.

He will also suggest that you can give the sinful demand to get the job, contracts, admission or documents, “just for you to get what you want and after that you go back to Jesus for forgiveness. Is it not just for a day or once? And you get what you need for life and go back to Jesus? You better be wise. The Bible says wisdom is profitable to direct, be wise!”

Satan may also suggests that you can marry the person, though not genuinely saved, but “after you get married, he or she will be saved, you can help her or him to be saved and then you serve God together” Satan will also tell you that you can give premarital sex so that you don’t loose the person. “No one will know, and after that you ask God to forgive you and get married. You have nothing to loose as long you are wise.”

The secret is that, every suggestion that you should commit sin or compromise your faith to get what you want, and after all ask God to forgive you, such suggestion is originated from Satan to deceive you and ruin you, he is trying to make another Judas Iscariot out of you. It was Satan who deceived Judas to do what he did. Luke 22:3, “Then Satan entered Judas, surnamed Iscariot, who was numbered among the twelve.”

You cannot eat your cake and have it at the same time, you cannot mock God and make it, and you cannot play game with Satan and outsmart him. Judas Iscariot tried it, and he could not retrieve his way back, he lost everything. You must be wise to be warned not to become another Judas Iscariot of this generation, by thinking you can quickly get something in a sinful or satanic way and quickly get back to Jesus; you may never find your way back again, Judas could not make it back even though he cried and was remorse.

This trick of Satan of “Go Against God And Go back To Him After you Get What You Want” is an old trick and so deceptive; he even attempted to use it against Jesus Christ. In the wilderness, he came to tempt Jesus Christ, that Jesus should fall down, and God would be there to go Him. Luke 4:9-12.

The suggestion of Satan that you can quickly fall and God is there to raise you up is an act of tempting God, and you must not turn to such so that you will not be turned to pieces.

After you are saved, never attempt to succumb to satanic suggestion to play game with your soul; never think of going quickly into sin to get back to God; that will be a dangerous trip. “For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, 27 but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries.” Hebrews 10:26, 27.

Wait upon the Lord for what you need, and be content with what you have. Never yield to the trick of Satan to take a short trip to sin to trap you. Do not be another Judas Iscariot, and do not become another Esau.

“Lest there be any fornicator or profane person like Esau, who for one morsel of food sold his birthright. For you know that afterward, when he wanted to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place for repentance, though he sought it diligently with tears.” Hebrews 12:16, 17.

DON'T BE ANOTHER JUDAS ISCARIOT!
(You can't outsmart Satan, but you can only overcome him through Christ Jesus.)

Luke 22:3, “Then Satan entered Judas, surnamed Iscariot, who was numbered among the twelve.”

It is not possible for you, as a person, to outsmart Satan; you can only overcome him through Christ Jesus, but you cannot play game with Satan and outsmart him. That was what Judas Iscariot did, and he regretted it. Judas needed money, and he wanted to have it by all means, and so he thought he could play game with Satan and get the money from him. Judas thought he could get the money from Satan and then run away with the money to Jesus, since Jesus would always be there to forgive and help, and Satan is always there to offer the money; so he thought he could play a smart game on Satan by collecting the money and then run to Jesus.

But the true is that, it doesn't work that way, because we can’t mock God by willingly going against His word, and we can’t make fool of Satan by playing game with Him. Judas decided to sell Jesus and get the money, hoping that they would not be able to arrest Jesus, and he would have gotten the money from them; he believed the priests and Pharisees would be the looser, and he would get the money and still have Jesus Christ. He might have thought, “It’s absolutely impossible for them to arrest Jesus, never possible. Jesus who performed a lot of mighty miracles, who walked away several times they attempted to kill Him? Oh never, they can’t arrest Him. Since our agreement would just be for me to betray Jesus, and it is left to them to arrest Him; if they fail to, that is their problem, but then I would have gotten the money in my account. This is a golden chance for me to make money and get my dreamed properties and materials.”

But things didn't work out as he planned and played it. He lost Jesus, he lost the money, he lost his position in the ministry, he lost God’s purpose for his life and he lost eternal life, everything! Matthew 27:3-5, “Then Judas, His betrayer, seeing that He had been condemned, was remorseful and brought back the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders, 4 saying, “I have sinned by betraying innocent blood.”And they said, “What is that to us? You see to it!” 5 Then he threw down the pieces of silver in the temple and departed, and went and hanged himself.”

The same trick Satan used to deceive and destroy Judas Iscariot, he is using with so many followers of Jesus today. You need money, you need car, you need house, or you need a job, a position or promotion; you need admission, traveling documents or contracts; you need marital partner or children, whatever you need, Satan knows them. As you are trusting God for everything, then Satan would bring sinful suggestions and ungodly opportunities to you, that, “You can get the money, though in a sinful or satanic way, but after you get the money all you need to do is to run back to Jesus for forgiveness, God is always merciful, He will forgive you and you will retain the money.” Does that not sound beautiful for many people to consider? But it is a trick from the pit of hell.

He will also suggest that you can give the sinful demand to get the job, contracts, admission or documents, “just for you to get what you want and after that you go back to Jesus for forgiveness. Is it not just for a day or once? And you get what you need for life and go back to Jesus? You better be wise. The Bible says wisdom is profitable to direct, be wise!”

Satan may also suggests that you can marry the person, though not genuinely saved, but “after you get married, he or she will be saved, you can help her or him to be saved and then you serve God together” Satan will also tell you that you can give premarital sex so that you don’t loose the person. “No one will know, and after that you ask God to forgive you and get married. You have nothing to loose as long you are wise.”

The secret is that, every suggestion that you should commit sin or compromise your faith to get what you want, and after all ask God to forgive you, such suggestion is originated from Satan to deceive you and ruin you, he is trying to make another Judas Iscariot out of you. It was Satan who deceived Judas to do what he did. Luke 22:3, “Then Satan entered Judas, surnamed Iscariot, who was numbered among the twelve.”

You cannot eat your cake and have it at the same time, you cannot mock God and make it, and you cannot play game with Satan and outsmart him. Judas Iscariot tried it, and he could not retrieve his way back, he lost everything. 7 COMMON IGNORANCE AMONG CHRISTIAN SINGLES

If you are still single, there are many things that may attract you to a man or woman for marital relationship which has nothing to do with marriage, but you may be willfully ignorant of that. Here is the list of such things:

TALENTS
When you see a brother who play musical instrument very when or a young lady or man who has a good voice, and you feel attracted to the person for marital relationship, now what does singing or musical instrument has to do with marriage? It is called single ignorance. You may not realize this until you get into marital relationship or you get married that you will know that what attracted you to the person in the first instance has nothing to do with having a successful marriage at all!

PHYSICAL ATTRACTION
This is very funny, but to many singles out there, it is not funny at all, it is rather a costly ignorance. When you are attracted to a man because he knows how to dress very well, or to a lady because she has straight legs, because the person is tall, slim, light skin or glowing skin, or because the person has good set of teeth, long hair, or because has a good smile, you are under the influence of common single’s ignorance, because none of these things have anything to do with having a good marriage.

If you go into marital relationship or get married wrongly to a person because of physical attraction, when the agony of bad marriage overwhelms you, you will wish to use cutlass to cut off the straight legs or whatever that lures you to the person.

PHYSICAL BEAUTY
In the book of Proverbs 31: 30, the Bible says, “Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, but a woman who fears the LORD, she shall be praised.” If you are single and you are still overwhelmed with single exorbitance, this Bible verse will not make any sense to you, you will feel like, “No oh, beauty is something to me o, I want to marry a beautiful woman, that is my longtime dream.” Or “I want to marry a handsome man; in fact I can’t marry less than that.” And you even quote Bible to it that God gives good things to His children. You know what? To the single, beauty is something or everything, but to the married, beauty is nothing.

If you see a beautiful lady or a handsome young man, and you are attracted to the person for marital relationship, because of the beauty, you know what? You are under the influence of single ignorance which will soon clear from your eyes until you get into it.

Physical beauty has nothing to do with a good or happy marriage. If physical beauty has anything to contribute to happy marriage, why do celebrities have more divorce rate? Why do most men with beautiful wives still cheat on their wives or abuse them physically or verbally? It is simply because physical beauty has nothing to do with having a good marriage, and just as the Bible says in Proverbs 31:30 that beauty is passing – meaning the impression that the beauty of person has on you will later pass away in marriage and you will face the reality.

FINANCIAL & MATERIAL INFLUENCE
If you marry somebody because the person is rich or have a good job or business, after you get married, you then realize that God already destined you to prosper on your own without the person, then you will wish you married the right person and prospered together. When you marry somebody because of their financial or material influence, you will not have respect of the person and you will not have rest of mind. Later you will realize that you could have made it rich without the person, that you could have married the poor right person and make it together.

When you see a couple in a brand new latest SUV, and they wear same design, when you see a couple spending their vacation or summer in an expensive place outside country, and you envy them and wish you have such marriage? What a fool! You don’t know that all those things have nothing to do with happy home. Money, materials and others have nothing to do with a good and godly home. For example, there is no amount of money your husband may have that can console you when you realize he is cheating on you.

If you are attracted to a lady because she has a good job or a man because he has money and good car, it means you have not known what marriage is all about. Do you know that more rich people commit suicide than the poor? Do you know that more wealthy couple divorce than poor couples? Do you know that money does not give joy and satisfaction in marriage? You may not believe this until you get into it; this is a common ignorance among the singles.

It is unfortunately that many singles are getting into marriage with complete ignorance of the priorities of marriage and with mistake of the fact of marriage.

EDUCATION
Another common ignorance among single in choosing partner in marriage is education. You want to marry, and you have this idol of education in your heart that the lady you want to marry must be educated or the man you want to marry must not have lesser education than you. When you ignore the perfect will of God for your life because he is not as educated as you want or because her academic qualification is too low, and you feel, “How will people feel that after all my education I now marry this person with low academic qualification.” Will it not sound well for people to hear that the person you want to marry graduated from so-so university, or s/he is a Dr, Lawyer, Engr. Etc.? You know what? People you are trying to impress by marrying a wrong educated person will not be there with you in the marriage when tragedy of wrong marriage starts to press on you.

TRIBE
Do you want to marry a particular tribe person or you want to marry the perfect will of God for your life? Will it not be so painful that the heart-breaking wrong person you marry is of same tribe with you or will not be so peaceful that the loving, godly and right person you marry is from another tribe? Which one is better for you?

It is funny when I see people saying they must marry from their tribe as if they have not seen the worst husbands or wives from that their tribe, as if marrying in their tribes is more important than marrying in the Lord.

PARENTAL INFLUENCE
When you allow your parents to choose for you instead of allowing God to choose for you or when you choose to marry somebody because his or her parents are good or godly, and you go into marital relationship with somebody because it is the wish of your parents or because the parents of the person are ministers, popular, or powerful in the society, such is called ignorance of the single. When you enter into the wrong marriage, your parents or the parents of your spouse will not be there with you.

THE ONLY RIGHT CHOICE
If you don’t want to marry and mar your life, destiny, ministry and eternity, but if you want to marry and make it in life, and also make heaven, then the only person you can marry and never regret it is the person who is the will of God for you. God has created a person for you that fits your life, destiny, God’s program for you and that is what is called the will of God in marriage. If you miss the right school, the right carrier for you or the right job, please do not miss the right person God has created for you because if you miss it, you may miss everything including heaven.

HOW TO DISCOVER THE WILL OF GOD IN MARIAGE
1, Surrender your life to Jesus. Only in Christ you have the will of God, until you are genuinely saved.
2, Surrender your will and ways to God. Let His will be your will and His way be yours, no idol.
3, Seek Him for guidance. Lean not on your own understanding
4, Settle for God’s will, not your permissive will
5, Stay pure till marriage. No premarital inordinate affection or sexual immorality.

Here is the word of God – Isaiah 1:19, 20:
“If you are willing and obedient,
You shall eat the good of the land;
20 But if you refuse and rebel,
You shall be devoured by the sword”;
For the mouth of the LORD has spoken.”

Here is the second on the list of popular doctrine of demons: FALSE TEACHING ON RICHES AND PROSPERITY

THAT IF YOU ARE FINANCIALLY RICH, YOU WILL SERVE GOD BETTER. This is a grand unbiblical, false teaching of demons in this end time. If you want to serve Jesus Christ well and make heaven, you will listen to what He Himself says about riches and wealth, not what the agents of Satan are saying in the name of pastor, bishop, evangelist or daddy G.O. Jesus Christ taught about riches and wealthy so clear that no serious minded Christian should be misled. Sometimes I wonder how popular and acceptable the doctrines of demons on riches and prosperity is among today’s Christians as if Jesus never taught about it, why can’t we follow the teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ on this topic instead of being deceived and carried away by the teachings of Satan through his agents?

Jesus Christ says if you are rich, it becomes more difficult for you to make heaven. Matthew 19:23, “Then Jesus said to His disciples, “Assuredly, I say to you that it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven.” This Bible verse is a direct statement from Jesus Christ, which the prosperity preachers will never talk about, they will even wish to remove it from the Bible. What it means is that the more you are financially rich, the more it becomes hard for you to make heaven, the more you need extra grace, watchfulness and purity. But on the contrary, the teachings of Satan through his enormous agents – prosperity preachers – says that if you are financially rich, it helps you to serve God better. Have you not heard such thing before and believe it? That if you are financially prosperous and rich, you will be able to serve God very well. You will never find such in the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ or His apostles or even among our contemporary fathers of faith, but only among the agents of Satan who call themselves prosperity preachers, motivational speakers, senior pastors, daddy G.O of Satan, bishops of demons and evangelists of hell.

The teaching that more riches makes easier for a Christian to serve God is on the contrary to the teaching of Jesus Christ and from the pit of hell. And many are being deceived today, that is the reason many Christians are looking for riches by all means because they believe it will help them to serve God better. The only thing to makes it easier to serve God is grace, not financial riches or prosperity.

The teachings of demons exalts prosperity more than purity, and that you can see in many churches’ preaching, prayer points, and among their preachers books and CDs, they preach and prayer on financial riches and prosperity as if that is the purpose of Jesus Christ dying on the cross.

You know what the Bible says about any preacher or pastor that preaches or prays on riches than righteousness or on prosperity than purity, such person is useless wranglings of men of corrupt minds and destitute of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain. From such withdraw yourself. – 1 Timothy 6:5

Bible does not say you should continue to attend a church where financial riches is exalted than righteousness, where prosperity is preached often more than purity of life, and it does not says you should keep reading books, watching program or listen to CDs of such preachers, you know what the Bible says? It says withdraw yourself from such. 1 Timothy 6:5.

When you attend a church where 6 out of 10 prayer points center on financial breakthrough and open doors of earthly blessings, where 6 out of 10 consecutive preaching and messages are about prosperity, favour, grace, glory of financial or material blessings and earthly stuffs, then you are in a mortuary, not a sanctuary. The Bible warns you to withdraw from such before you also become a living death Christian. 1 Timothy 6:5.

And you as a Christian, if 6 out 10 f your prayer points, center on riches of life, prosperity or problems of life, then you have become a spiritual member of Laodicea church. If your personal pursuits, program or plans are all about living a comfortable or prosperous life, to possess more of things of this life, to be popular, to have more money or to get the latest of materials in this passing world, then you are a living dead. You need to rededicate your life to Jesus afresh lest you perish with this world

The Bible says in the end-time many will be deceived by the doctrines of prosperity and riches, many churches that started well will end up at the feet of Satan. And are there not many who are falling apart? Are there not many Christians who are following the doctrines of Balaam? Are there not many who will miss heaven? But you must strive to make it to heaven in this perilous time.

It is all about priority! When we get our priority right to make first thing first, to seek the kingdom of God and its righteous living first, to pray and preach first on the kingdom of God, to live first for the kingdom of God, to work first for the kingdom of God in evangelism and good deed of sharing and supporting others with our riches, then prosperity from God in our lives will not become problem to our spiritual lives.

NEVER GIVE IN!
I Corinthians 9:27, "But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection"

After you are saved, even for many years, Satan will still bring sinful thoughts, feelings, ideas, and pressure; your unsaved body will want to over ride the Spirit of God. The addicted sin to smoke, drink, masturbate, etc; the pressure for sinful pleasures will come back in an overwhelming manner; the tendency to get angry, lie, drink, fight, or to do other sinful stuffs will come back; the people for sinful activities will still come back to you. Sometime the pressure will be so heavy as if you can't survive it. Satan will say, "Look, don't pretend, this thing is part of you and your salvation in Jesus can't stop it. You can't stop doing this thing, even if you don't do it now, what about tomorrow, next week, and next month? Just give in and God will understand."

My beloved in Christ, that is the deception of pit of hell to make you feel helpless as if you can't overcome sin. When next the pressure to commit sin comes again, you know what to do? DON'T GIVE IN! The pressure and the feeling will not last, it will vanish. And you know what? Every victory over a temptation to sin gives you strength to overcome the next one, and you become stronger, but every falling into temptation makes you weaker to overcome another one. Solution is not to surrender to such sinful pressure once or again, the solution is to hold it, never give in.

Paul the Apostle, after many years of his salvation, said, "I discipline my body and bring it into subjection" It is a continuous thing as Satan continuously brings temptations. Salvation does not automatically end the notion and tendency of sin, it only gives grace and strength to overcome. And we can only get the grace and strength by daily Bible reading, prayer for God's grace and daily watchfulness to walk in the Spirit. Genuine Salvation is the foundation to overcome sin and Satan, DAILY grace of God through prayer and Bible is the strength, and watchfulness, self control that is self discipline to refuse, reject and deny is the solution!

Titus 2:11, 12
For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age.

THE JUST!
“But the just shall live by his faith.” Habakkuk 2:4; Romans 1:17; Galatians 3:11; Hebrews 10:38

Another words for “The just” is the righteous, or the redeemed, the regenerated. There is no shortcut or other means by which you can live by faith except by becoming among the just.

Do you notice that the Bible does not say, “Faith will make you just” but it says “The just shall live by faith” Many preachers of today and tuning it upside down by saying if you have faith you will become justified in Christ even when you continue in unjustified lifestyle. No, this is fake! You can’t continue living in unjustified lifestyle, that is in sinful life, and claim to be just at the same time. You cannot continue in sin and live by faith at the same time.

1 John 3:7-9
"Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. 8 He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. 9 Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God."

To become a just person, you need to be justified by Jesus Christ when you repent from your sins, confess and forsake them.

SALVATION: We are saved through faith in Jesus Christ to live a faithful life, not to continue in unfaithfulness. Those who claim salvation in Christ by faith and continue in sin at the same time are living in spiritual confusion and contradiction.

You need to get the following clear:

We are saved by GRACE. “For by grace you have been saved.” Ephesians 2:8

We are saved through FAITH. “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God” Ephesians 2:8

We are saved for good work, RIGHTEOUS WALKING. “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” Ephesians 2:10

If you know the means by which and through which you are saved, but you don’t know for what purpose you are saved, you will miss everything. That is the problem with preachers who preach once saved is always saved, who say you can continue in sin and still claim faith, and the same problem with Christians who claim they are saved while they continue in worldly lifestyles.

Beloved, do you care for genuine salvation that gives victory over sin and that will give you a definite purpose for the rest of your life? Do you want to live by faith in this year and the rest of your life till you see the Blessed Jesus? Then you need to be justified in Jesus Christ. THE POPULAR DOCTRINES OF DEMONS IN THIS END-TIME. Part 1
“Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons.” 1 Timothy 4:1.

In this end-time, many are being misled by the strange but sweet doctrines inspired by demons to make many Christians miss heaven. And if you are not vigilant, you will not only be misled but also become unconscious agent of demons preaching the doctrines of demons. Here is the forewarned message from the Bible:

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; 4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. 2 Timothy 4:3,4.

The only means we can escape or overcome the traps of the doctrines of demons in this end-time is in the following verse of 2 Timothy 4:5, “But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.” WATCHFULNESS IN ALL THINGS.

Here is the list of the popular doctrines of demons in this end-time:

1, FAITH WITHOUT WORK OF RIGHTOUESNESS.

The doctrines of demons emphasize more on faith, the agents of Satan who are preaching doctrines of demons are preaching, teaching and writing more about faith today, in fact some of them name their church after faith. They confess and claim everything by faith but without work of righteousness. They say they are the righteousness of God by faith; they are misleading many people with the twisted Bible message of faith.

The doctrine of demons claims salvation in Christ by faith, sanctification by faith without work of righteousness, it says you are no longer under law, so you are free by faith to live in sin but claim the righteousness of Christ by faith in your sinful life. And many are being deceived by this doctrine of faith without work of righteousness because it is sweet with no sweat. They say your work of righteousness can’t save you so you can continue in sin and claim faith to heaven.

That is the reason we see funny things happening in Christianity today, that is the reason you see many claiming faith and continue in sin because many are being deceived by this doctrines of demon from the pit of hell. But if you care for the truth,

HERE IS THE TRUTH ABOUT FAITH AND WORK OF RIGHTEOUSNESS:

The foundation of Christian life is faith in Christ, that to be justified on Christ's account, not by our work. After we are saved, what next? Are we to continue in sin by faith and claiming justification and grace in Jesus Christ while we continue in sins? God forbids. What Apostle James says is that the first thing you need is faith in Jesus Christ to be justified, thereafter you need to add something to your faith, because faith alone cannot survive, saying you need to add work to your salvation. This Paul even made more clearer, he said, "Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling." Philippians 2:12.

When we come to Jesus with the burdens of our sins, we are saved from sins, our justification is by faith in Christ, " For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast." Ephesians 2:8,9.

What happened after we are saved? Should we continue in sin and keep on claiming justification by faith? No, We are saved and justified by faith, but we are not saved to continue in sin; we are saved by faith to live righteous. If anyone claims to be saved and continues in sin, then from what was he saved? Is salvation in Christ not to be free from the bondage of sin? So if we continue in sin, then we are not yet saved. "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them." Ephesians 2:10. Paul mentioned work different times after faith of salvation. We are saved for good righteous work, not for sinful works.

SALVATION: We are saved through faith in Jesus Christ to live a faithful life, not to continue in unfaithfulness. Those who claim salvation in Christ by faith and continue in sin at the same time are living in spiritual confusion and contradiction.

You need to get the following clear:

We are saved by GRACE. “For by grace you have been saved.” Ephesians 2:8

We are saved through FAITH. “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God” Ephesians 2:8

We are saved for good work, RIGHTEOUS WALKING. “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” Ephesians 2:10

If you know the means by which and through which you are saved, but you don’t know for what purpose you are saved, you will miss everything. That is the problem with preachers who preach once saved is always saved, who say you can continue in sin and still claim faith, and the same problem with Christians who claim they are saved while they continue in worldly lifestyles.

Beloved, do you care for genuine salvation that gives victory over sin and that will give you a definite purpose for the rest of your life? A VISION ABOUT RAPTURE: ARE YOU READY FOR THE RAPTURE?

The VISION:
"I saw myself and another sister walking side by side jesting normally, A man was walking at the other side; suddenly the man turned and said; "the rapture has just taken place 30 seconds ago", and looking at the time it was 1.00.30s AM. The man proceeded by saying go in the left direction you will find other Christians there. Go now I give you one minute. I asked him what about you? He turned and said I am the antichrist who has
lived in your midst for so long waiting for this day. I was confused but my spirit said run, my daughter, run. We ran and when I turned back; lo and behold the man had turned to the antichrist. We kept running and saw many people running as well. We got to a very large auditorium and saw multitudes of Christians.

Brethren it was a terrifying experience. People of high standing with God, Prominent men and women of God, loved ones and friends. I couldn’t comprehend this so I screamed, God what
happened? The Lord now took me in the spirit to five churches:

1. I saw the pastors announcing that the rapture had just taken place and that people should start receiving the mark right there in the church that this will substitute the beast mark and enable them to buy and sell. Brethren, what made me weep was that the innocent and ignorant members started receiving this mark not knowing it was actually the mark of the beast. The Lord then said all these pastors are agents of the beast who has been ordained to mislead the people and who already have the beast mark before his manifestation, and I saw marks on the right arm of all these pastors. A brother who was fortunate to see who to call him to start running down to the place where all other Christians are was shot in the leg as he was about climbing the top of the Christian’s hide out.

2. In the next church, the pastors were just speaking of the good things of the scripture and didn’t talk about the 2nd coming of Christ and warn the people of the wages of sin. The irony of it was that all these pastors and their members were left behind.

3. Then I saw a church where people really emphasized the coming but all the people didn’t go as a result of the hidden sins which weren’t known to man and they had not counted as sin. I wept bitterly because this was a church where holiness was professed and held in high esteem.

4. I saw a church where people concentrated mainly on attacking demons and where the true word was also preached but the people didn’t go due to and lack of spiritual concentration.
5. In d last church the people were actively involved in preaching the word and talking about the 2nd coming, but these people did not go.The whole lot was full of hypocrites who disguise themselves in shepherd’s clothes. I was then taken back to the place where the multitude were and then I saw that the people of the beast came and Christians started scrambling for safety. Brethren it was a terrifying experience. Women forgot their children, husbands their wives. The Lord then said others have received the mark. Prominent men of God all over the world, Christians and loved ones.

I asked the LORD why these people didn't make d rapture. God showed me

1.This man was perfect with me until two hours ago.

2.That other man had a small portion of his heart released to the devil.

3.That other brother was too occupied with the things of the world in terms of land and property acquisition that they took over his life.

4.That other one, I gave him a mandate to pay a certain portion of money to the church and he procrastinated it till now: sin of disobedience.

5.That other man loves his cheque book more than his life. You can see that he even has his cheque book with him. I wonder what he can buy with the money now, hope you know they are no more his. I wept because so many little things which we humans don’t count were counted by God. The Lord said, all these things which have been happening on earth have all been pointing to the end but despite all this, my people do not take heed. I am giving the last warning. Consecrate your hearts to me, my people. The trumpet would have been blown one hour ago, but I pleaded with my father. However, I can plead no further. The trumpet is already in the mouth of the Angels ready to be blown."

THE REALITY:
SALVATION
You need to surrender your life to Jesus now and experience genuine salvation without any further delay so that you will not be among the miserable that will miss the rapture. RECOMMITMENT
Are you really a child of God, living in holiness and righteousness? Yes, you have experienced genuine salvation, sanctification and serving God. You ignore worldly things, dress and lifestyle. But what about the cares of this world? Your building project has made you earthly focused as if this world is your permanent home. You find it hard to help others because of your building project, and the car you want to buy, and now you don't even care about others again, what other worldliness is worst more than that. If your Christian family think that you are not complete until you buy car or build house, then you are among the worldly Christian.
If truly you are heavenly minded, can you sell that your precious car to help that family in your church that has need? If not, you are among the worldly Christians. Many godly Christians in godly churches will miss the rapture because of the worldly care of building house, buying car, etc. These things have become competition in many churches, in fact if you are not mobile or have your own house, you may not be recommended to become a leader in the church. If Satan did not succeed to seduce you with the fashion and lifestyle of this world, He might have conquered you with the concerns and cares of this world. while so many "holy" brothers and sisters are deceived by the cares of this world, will you not rededicate and recommit your life to God and live a simple life in this world as a stranger?

Two nights ago, I had a vision of rapture, it was so terrifying as many Christians and ministers missed the rapture. I discovered that nothing is too small to hinder a Christian from making heaven. No matter how small the sin, it can disqualify a child of God from making heaven.

If you are part of Christians who believe God does not count many things as sins as many believe, that is a deception from Satan. If you believe that because majority of Christians accept or approve something does not make it a sin, you are wrong. The making of the rapture will not count by numbers, position or popularity, but by the old standard of the Bible.

Ensure you have genuine salvation, make sure you rededicate your life to Jesus and settle everything needs to be settled now. May the Lord count us worthy as we do the right things.

L E F T - B E H I N D
Luke 17:35, "Two women will be grinding together: the one will be taken and the other left. Two men will be in the field: the one will be taken and the other left.”

If you miss your booked flight at the Airport, you can wait for another flight, but there is a flight you must not miss, because it will happen once, that is the flight of the rapture to heaven, it is called the catching away of the saints by Jesus.This rapture will happen within seconds when the angels of God will blow the trumpet…in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound. 1 Corinthians 15:52.

There will be sudden disappearance of Christians who have experienced genuine salvation, who have opened up their secret sins, settled needed restitution and living in holiness and righteousness from the blemishes of the world till the seconds of the rapture. Many people will be left behind throughout the world, many Christians will be left behind also, why? Because they are not well prepared. The left behind at the flight of the rapture will be left to blight of the Anti-Christ and eternal doom; that will be devastating and destructive occurrence which never happens since the beginning of the world. This unprecedented occurrence can happen any seconds from now without any warning or feeling of awareness.

If you have not surrendered your life to Jesus Christ as your Lord, you are at the danger of being left behind to the mercy of Satan, If you are postponing your salvation, you are in serious danger; you need to surrender your life to Jesus now. if you are a Christian and toiling with sins, rising and falling, you need to rededicate your life to Jesus totally now! If you have been saved, serving God but there are some little worldliness in your lifestyles or unconfesed sin, or inconsistency in your Bible reading, prayer life, Christian life, or unforgiving people you have ignored, or unsettled restitution, you may also be among the left behind group, you need to surrender and settle all now. It may happen right when you are angry or getting involved in something sinful, and that is the end.

You need to totally surrender all, every area of your life to Jesus and at all time, because the rapture will happen within seconds and there will not be second chance for another rapture.
Many Senior pastors and big ministers of God will be left behind, many church leaders, workers and many Christians will be left behind, and all unbelievers will be dazed, at last, it will happen!
If at the moment you are reading this message rapture has not happened, then you have the choice to make the rapture. Without delay, you need to surrender all to Jesus, if you are a believer, you need to check your life and surrender all, no sin is too small to hold you down not to make the rapture, even if your big pastors do not oppose it, even if you have reasons to support yourself, even if everybody is doing it. Don't be fooled, don't be arrogant or defensive at this time, just surrender all to Jesus, because He is coming any moment from now. You must leave behind your sins, sinful partners, materials and gains so that you will not be left behind.

You have a choice: leave all behind for Jesus now, let the people and world leave you behind or you are left behind at the rapture?
Matthew 25:13, ““Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.”

THE BLESSINGS OF RESTITUTION
Judges 17:1-2. Now there was a man from the mountains of Ephraim, whose name was Micah. 2 And he said to his mother, “The eleven hundred shekels of silver that were taken from you, and on which you put a curse, even saying it in my ears—here is the silver with me; I took it.” And his mother said, “May you be blessed by the Lord, my son!

There are many blessings that follow after restitution is done, here are few of them:

THE BLESSINGS OF RESTITUTION
Judges 17:1-2. Now there was a man from the mountains of Ephraim, whose name was Micah. 2 And he said to his mother, “The eleven hundred shekels of silver that were taken from you, and on which you put a curse, even saying it in my ears—here is the silver with me; I took it.” And his mother said, “May you be blessed by the Lord, my son!

There are many blessings that follow after restitution is done, here are few of them:

Peace with Men
In our past old life, we wronged God and men, when we are saved, we make peace with God and so we must complete the process of peace by making peace with people. People we fought, we offended, or harmed before we were saved must be contacted and apologized to. People we had rancor, malice and animosity with must be settled with, even if we think they wronged us, even if we have decided not to greet them again, yet we must make peace with them for the sake of peace and to remove the bitterness, malice and others so that we don’t give room to the devil in our new lives in Christ. “If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men” Romans 12:18
People you are living with, working with, schooling with; family members, friends and neighbors, every one we had issues with, as much as we can, we should settle peacefully with them.

When we make peace with all men, both right and wrong, it confirms our peace with God, it gives us peace and it’s the only way to see God, to enter heaven. “Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord” Hebrews 12:14. When we settle with people peacefully, it shows we are truly children of God, the King of Peace; Jesus the Prince of Peace and we, the children of peace. “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.” Matthew 5:9.

It Settles Old Accounts
Restitution is to settle our old accounts and close them. If you are saved and you have not made some past wrongs right by restitution, it simply means you keep your old account open which may stand against you here on earth and eventually disallow you to enter heaven. Undone restitution has the capacity to block God’s blessing in your life here on earth and block you from entering Heaven. The old records which stand against you can only be settled and closed by restitution. “Some men’s sins are clearly evident, preceding them to judgment, but those of some men follow later.” 1 Timothy 5:24.

It confirms your new life in Jesus Christ
In different online and phone transaction, after you have sent your desired transaction, you will be asked to confirm your transaction. If you fail to “just” confirm, thinking since you have filled all the forms, supplied all the needed information and it has been sent and accepted, you think to confirm again is of no use, your transaction will be invalid and will not be processed. The same is in reality with restitution. After you have repented and confessed your sin to God and He has forgiven, cleansed and accepted you, you need to respond back to confirm your salvation by restitution. Think about it, if I were your neighbor and I stole your stuffs in past and using them. You knew and just kept quiet, then later I got saved and come to preach to you and still using what I stole from you, how will you feel? Restitution is a reality for every regenerated child of God.

It turns curses to blessings
Many curses in life are caused by wrong things that was done in past, and many problems facing children of God after they have been saved are not because the enemies are powerful over their lives in Christ but because they allow the old curses to have access to their new lives because of ignoring necessary restitution they need to do. Undone restitution allows the unsettled wrong of your past to haunt your present life even though you are now a child of God. You give access to Satan, enemies, generational curses and many attacks when you refuse to do needed restitution. This can also block the free flow of God’s blessing, progress and God’s promises for your life.

Undone restitution gives Satan to accuse you and oppose you in the present of God. Most of the problems making us to do fasting, special prayers, deliverance and attend several programs and the problems remain the same; those problems can be solved if we do simple acts of apologizing, forgiving or any necessary restitution as the case may be, and that end the mountainous problems, and that begins the progress and prosperity in your life, marriage and ministry. “And he said to his mother, “The eleven hundred shekels of silver that were taken from you, and on which you put a curse, even saying it in my ears—here is the silver with me; I took it.” And his mother said, “May you be blessed by the Lord, my son!” Judges 17:2. Obedience is better than sacrifice.

It Gives Blessed Assurance
When restitution is settled, you have peace, you have more confidence in the Lord and you have assurance of heaven. Satan will not have anything to hold against you and you will have that strong boldness in your prayer. Here is what the Word of God says, “And by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before Him. For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things. Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God. And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.” 1 John 3:19-22.

1 Samuel 12:3, “Here I am. Witness against me before the LORD and before His anointed: Whose ox have I taken, or whose donkey have I taken, or whom have I cheated? Whom have I oppressed, or from whose hand have I received any bribe with which to blind my eyes? I will restore it to you.”

1, When taking what belongs to others by force.

2, When taking what belong to others by stealing

3, When cheating by any means in any matter

4, When oppressing in deed or in word

5, When taking or giving bribe.

Any church that does not believe and repeatedly teach restitution is either a church of Satan or a Satanic manipulated church.

Restitution is as a must just as wearing cloths after taking bath is a must. There is no way any church or minister can logically or biblically discredit the importance of restitution after salvation as a must.

If there were no restitution after salvation, it means one would continue dwelling in old sin in the new life of Christ at the same time. It’s like moving forward and backward at the same time, that seems stupid, and so also it is spiritually stupid to ignore call for restitution after new life in Jesus Christ.

Restitution is a confirmation of your salvation in Christ Jesus, without restitution your salvation is unprocessed.

How Important Is Restitution After Salvation?
If a man abandons his wife with children and moves with a strange woman, after he is saved in Christ, is he not going to detach himself from the strange woman and move back to his family? If your neighbor steals your phone, and you know but just keep quiet, and later the neighbor becomes saved in Jesus and comes to preach to you while still using the phone he steals from you, are you going to accept his faith as genuine? If after you retired at the age of 60, and you use your retirement money to buy a land, then a dubious man with his influence, displaces you of your piece of land and claims it for himself, then later he become born again and still claim your land for himself, will you believe his salvation in Christ to be real? So is important for restitution after salvation or else your proclaimed salvation becomes a source of ridicule.

While You Need To Do Restitution After God Has Forgiven You
Some Christian ministers preach it and many Christian also say it that, “Why do I have to do restitution after God has forgiven me? If God has forgiven me then there is no condemnation and no need for restitution” The simple question to ask such people are that which one has God forgiven you? For example, when you lied in the about your age, your state of origin or about any of your personal data, and now you’ve given your life to Jesus Christ and you confessed to Jesus, but you refuse to correct your past lies through restitution, and so in your present life in Jesus you continue to tell the lies, every time you continue to fill form with lies in your school, workplace, etc. you continue to lie to your spouse, partner, boss, or people generally by repeating the lies you formed in your old life or by agreeing with the lies you said in the past by keeping silent. Now since you claim God has forgiven you, which one has God forgiven you, the lies of the past or the ones you are willfully repeating now?

If Satan is deceiving these preachers and people of modern day Christianity without cross, you better not deceive yourself.

It is better to go to heaven from prison than to go to hell fire from palace, so don’t be afraid of doing the restitution after you are saved, what comes may.

BIBLE STUDY: WHEN HEAVEN OPENS
2 Kings 7:19, “Then that officer had answered the man of God, and said, “Now look, if the LORD would make windows in heaven, could such a thing be?”

Open heaven has become a common topic in Christianity and Churches today, several church programs are titled “Open heaven” , books, devotions and others are tagged with “Open heaven”. Many Christians even pray the prayer of open heaven, asking God to open their heavens. But it seems that much as many people delight in open heaven, only few people really understand what it means for heaven to open.

From Genesis to Revelation, there were occurrences of the experience of heaven or windows of heaven being opened. In the Bible, there are promises and predictions of open heaven by God, since He is the only One who has the keys to open heaven. From the light of the Bible, open heaven brings two things, meaning, when heaven opens, either of the two things – blessing or judgment. What we receive when heaven opens depends on us, on the way we have been responding to the word of God. Open heaven is not an automatic blessing or synonymous to blessing; open heaven can bring you abundant blessing or abundant judgment, depending on you.

OPEN HEAVEN OF JUDGMENT
Genesis 7:11, 12, “In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, on that day all the fountains of the great deep were broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. 12 And the rain was on the earth forty days and forty nights.”

The first experience of open heaven in the history of the world was during the time of Noah, this open heaven was not a pleasant one, because it did not bring blessing, but fierce judgment upon the disobedient. After the generation turned wicked before God and refused to repent and obey God, then God opened heaven and poured rain of judgment for forty days and forty nights. There can be rain of blessing and also rain of judgment when heaven opens. This first open heaven experience on earth destroyed the whole generation except Noah and his household.

Another experience of open heaven after Noah was also an open heaven of judgment. God rained brimstone and fire on Sodom and Gomorrah. In Genesis 19:24, 25, “ Then the LORD rained brimstone and fire on Sodom and Gomorrah, from the LORD out of the heavens. 25 So He overthrew those cities, all the plain, all the inhabitants of the cities, and what grew on the ground.”
It is a good thing to pray for open heaven, but it is better to first open up your heart to God in total obedience before you wish heaven opens on you. Open heaven of God without open heart to God brings judgment of God.

Believing God’s word leads to obedience to God’s word, and that leads to blessing abundantly. But on the other hand, disbelieving God’s word brings disobedience to God’s word, which leads to judgment of God.

In the time of Elisha when there was a severe famine, king Joram’s right-hand man disbelieved and scoffed God’s word when Elisha said there would be plenty of food within 24 hours. This officer would not believe and trust God’s word for open heaven of blessing, so he experienced judgment from the open heaven; while others feasted, he was trampled to death. 2 Kings 7:17, 18.

God said, ““This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
Hear Him!” There are two commandments of God from this statement: 1, Accept Jesus Christ as the Son of God, Savior of the world. 2, Obey Jesus Christ, meaning surrender your life to Him and live to please Him in godliness, righteousness and truth.
Failure to obey both will only lead to judgment of God. If you reject Jesus as the Savior, you are destined for God’s judgment; if you refuse to surrender your total life to Jesus in holiness after you have known Him as the Savior, you are doomed for eternal judgment of God.
Isaiah 24:18, “And it shall be
That he who flees from the noise of the fear
Shall fall into the pit,
And he who comes up from the midst of the pit
Shall be caught in the snare;
For the windows from on high are open,
And the foundations of the earth are shaken.”

OPEN HEAVEN OF BLESSING
“Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today…… The LORD will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.” Deuteronomy 28:1, 12
The windows of heaven can open and pour blessings upon us when we trust and obey God. Trusting God for what He says, and obeying what He says are the only means by which we can experience blessing when heaven opens. Obedience to God’s word always attract blessing from heaven. When a Christian prays, “Father, let my heaven open” if such Christian is living against God’s word and disobeying God’s commands, though heaven will surely open, because he demands for it, but it will only bring judgment. When we read God’s promises of open heaven, there is always commands attached to it, it is when such commands from God are obeyed that heaven will pour down blessing.

Malachi 3:10, “……And try Me now in this,”
Says the LORD of hosts,
“If I will not open for you the windows of heaven
And pour out for you such blessing
That there will not be room enough to receive it.”

In the Book of Malachi, God promised open heaven on the condition of obedience to His Word - trusting God with our money and paying out tithes. But this is not the only condition of experiencing open heaven, there are more weightier commandments of God than paying tithes, so if someone pays his tithes but does not live a righteous and holy life, the open heaven will not bring blessing. There were group of people in the Bible who were faithfully paying tithes but they were unfaithful in pleasing God, and so they were condemned.

Matthew 23:23, ““Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have neglected the weightier matters of the law: justice and mercy and faith. These you ought to have done, without leaving the others undone.”

If you fulfill the righteousness of paying tithes but fail to fulfill the righteousness of presenting yourself as a holy and living sacrifice, then your tithes and offerings are baseless.
Jesus Christ experienced open heavens in His earthly ministry after He fulfilled all righteousness.

Matthew 3:15-17, “But Jesus answered and said to him, “Permit it to be so now, for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness.” Then he allowed Him.16 When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him. 17 And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”

Open heaven brings blessing when we obey God’s word and fulfill His will.

THE ULTIMATE OPEN HEAVEN
There have been several open heavens since the beginning of this world, but there is an ultimate open heaven coming upon the whole world. This will serve as grand finale open heaven, Jesus Christ and His angelic armies will stream into the world. As open heaven brings blessing and judgment, so it will be at this ultimate open heaven. There will first be open heaven of rapture for the obedient children of God, and then another open heaven of second coming of Jesus Christ for judgment on the disobedient.

Revelation 19:11, “Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war.”

Like the people in the time of Noah, many are scoffing and disbelieving this upcoming great event , so they have no reason to obey and prepare. Apostle Peter warned about such people:
“knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, 4 and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation.” 5 For this they willfully forget: that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of water and in the water, 6 by which the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water. 7 But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.” 2 Peter 3:3-7

You will not have cause to obey God’s word and keep yourself pure if you do not believe that Jesus is coming soon to take His obedient children to a blessed heaven, and to judge the sinners and careless Christians into eternal damnation. You may also echo with the king’s officer that, “even if the Lord should open windows of heavens, could this happens?” How can it be possible that this beautiful world will be thrown into hell fire? How can God pour billions of people into hell fire? Unbelievable! This sounds like a joke. That was how it seemed like joke to the people of Sodom and Gomorrah.

When the angels of God instructed Lot to warn the Sodomites that God would soon open the windows of heaven and rain fire and brimstone on them, it was like a joke. “So Lot went out and spoke to his sons-in-law, who had married his daughters, and said, “Get up, get out of this place; for the LORD will destroy this city!” But to his sons-in-law he seemed to be joking.” Genesis 19:14.

It was a matter of time, the joke became reality to them, but too late to repent. Genesis 19:24, 25, “Then the LORD rained brimstone and fire on Sodom and Gomorrah, from the LORD out of the heavens. 25 So He overthrew those cities, all the plain, all the inhabitants of the cities, and what grew on the ground.”

You should not be another victim of unbelief for destruction, it is better to learn from the history and be wise. God has made Jesus Christ to be an atonement for the whole world. Jesus is coming back again to justify His obedient saints and judge the disobedient sinners. For the obedient believers, the coming of Jesus will bring so much blessing that we “will not have room enough for it” But for the unbelievers and careless Christians, it will bring utter ruin and misery that will be so much unbearable. Matthew 13:42, 43 “And will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. 43 Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!”
If you are part of the unbelievers who reject Jesus as their Lord, you are in a dangerous team. And also if you are part of Christians who do not believe in holiness, without which no one will see God, if you think no need for restitution after salvation, if you think there is no need for total holiness and righteousness, then you are in serious danger; if you are part of the prosperity Christians who do not see purity of life as necessity for believer, if you are part of the Christians who believe in grace without holiness, who believe in claiming righteousness without living righteous, then you are part of the end time scoffers of holiness and godliness for God’s judgment.

THE ULTIMATE BLESSING!
The ultimate blessing you can experience in your life is genuine salvation of your soul and following Christ in total obedience. You can make your experience of open heaven to be a blessed and blissful experience, no matter your past and present; all you need is to believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord, repent, confess and surrender your life to Him. And after that, you start a new life in Him.

1 John 1:8, 9, “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

THE RE-APPOINTMENT OF DISAPPOINTMENT OF LIFE
“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28.

I was in several relationships before I eventually met my wife, some of these relationship ended up in disappointment, but at the end God turned the disappointment into re-appointment. The same thing has happened in other aspects of my life, terrible disappointments which eventually turned to be a blessing and better re-appointment. That exactly the promises of God for us His children, He said that all things work together for our good, including those disappointments that come your way now, God is working on them to make them re-appointments of blessings.

As long we love the Lord, we need not to be so disturbed by any disappointments that come our way. Yes some disappointments are so painful and unexpectedly that shake us, but when we have it at the back of our mind that God is at work, working to bring good and better thing out of the terrible situations we face, we will not be so disturbed or weakened.

Whichever or wherever disappointment that comes our way, while Satan and his agents are busy working disappointment on our ways, while human beings are busy working disappointments on our way, God is laughing at them, working something good and better for us behind. And so behind every disappointment along the way of every child of God is a better re-appointment from God. Take note from today.

Too bad?
Sometimes we wonder why would God allow situation to get too bad before He would intervene, we even think our situation might have gone too bad that no testimony can sweetably come out from it. But the truth is that no matter how worst our situation is or we think it is, God can always work wonder from the worst situation. When we are so worried that we think God cannot work wonder from our worst situation, it only means our faith is weak, not our God.

You Have Got To Answer This Question
“He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?” Romans 8:32. The question from this Bible passage is, if God could bring wonderful things from the most terrible thing that ever happened in the history of the world – the condemnation of the only ever sinless Man on earth and His dead on the cross, then how will He not bring good things from your worst situation as His child?

As long we love God with all our heart, He will always make EVERYTHING to work together for our good. But Satan will want to discourage us to deny or delete our love for God because of hard situation we are passing through, he will want to paint God as wicked as if God does not care for us or our situation has gone beyond repair, whereas he knows God is working some things great for us. Beloved, don’t be deceived by Satan. God is working everything for your good. No matter the situation, you should always have it at the back of your mind, that as long you still love God with all your heart, He will never work against you, but for your good, He will never disappoint you and He will always make all things to work together for your good, including the efforts of your enemies, when they think they are working against you, God forces them to work together for your good.

Too Late?
What you need to know when your expected blessing gets too late is that God wants to make it the latest, so don’t settle for the less and don't lose your long-time relationship with God.


What Of My Mistakes, Sins And Errors Of The Past?
This is one of the mysteries and multiple wonders in Christianity, that God makes our past mistake, sinful lifestyle and errors to work together for good of our present live in Jesus Christ. Here is the word of God, “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28. All the wrongs choices of your past, the sinful and wasteful lifestyle of your past, even the loss of your past God miraculously use them to work together for your good in your new life in Jesus Christ.

So you can see that all we need to do is to love God in Christ and remain in the Love of God, in living to please and serve Him, because when we love God, we have nothing to lose, when we love God with all our heart, we will not loss together with this world, but everything will work together for our good.

God led me today to speak comfort to His children, and as long you are a child of God, totally surrendered to His word and will, and you are having sorrow or situation of hardship, I pray everything should begin to work together for your good in JESUS NAME. Amen

DELIVERANCE BY HOLINESS
“But on Mount Zion will be deliverance; it will be holy, and Jacob will possess his inheritance.” Obadiah 1:17

About 3 weeks ago, on 18th of Oct. this year (2015), I received a text message on my phone, it reads,

“Sir, I need deliverance from ogboni cult group. Our leader is a spirit being that has power to command anything; he can appear and reappear anywhere. He lives in the air, many pastors are members too and top politicians in this country. I want to leave them but am afraid because of the covenant and oath I took with them”

I later called him, and let him know that there was no prayer or deliverance program that could deliver him except salvation in Jesus Christ, that genuine salvation in Jesus Christ would not only deliver him from evil group but deliver his soul from eternal judgment. I also told that this salvation is not a shortcut for relief temporal attack, but a total surrender to the lordship of Jesus Christ – meaning that he should make a decision for genuine salvation in Jesus Christ that will transform him entirely, not just a means to be free from evil group. He was ready to surrender his life to Jesus Christ, I told him to forget the issue of the evil group and focus on his relationship with Jesus and his eternal life in Him. He prayed and surrendered his life to Jesus Christ.

After praying with him and leading him to Jesus Christ, he asked, “what about the cult group, the covenant, the demonic leader?” I told him not to be concerned about that, but to focus on his personal relationship with Jesus, reading his Bible, studying it, and making amendment of his life, that it is not his responsibility to be concerned about the evil forces, God would take care of that, but his concern is to start a new life of holiness and righteousness. At initial he was so afraid to talk with me on phone, saying the group was monitoring him, but I made him to understand that Jesus was with him to save him more than the demons that would destroy him.

Since then we have been talking on phone, his spiritual life has been going forward, he started doing the necessary restitutions, confessing to his wife all his unfaithfulness, and all others. The last time he called me about 3 days ago, he has been doing fine in the Lord, I asked him about the demonic evil group, and he said he never heard from them again. God has been wonderful!

PERMANENT DELIVERNACE
If you found yourself in cultic or any evil group, they may tell you there is no way out! Yes, there is no way out except Jesus Christ, He is the only Way, Truth and Life. What you need is simple – Genuine salvation in Jesus Christ. You must genuinely repent from all your sins, confess and forsake them and start a wonderful new life in Jesus Christ. You don’t need a pastor or bishop before you do that, you can do that right away and Jesus will set you from, not only from that evil group but from all your sins and eternal sorrow.

PERSISTENT BONDAGE
Many people are suffering from bondage and attacks of enemies, they are looking for deliverance, and many churches and pastors and misleading them with all sorts of “enemies fall down and die”, fasting and prayers, anointing program, deliverance services, and etc. while those people continue in sins and worldliness. What type of deliverance are you looking for while you are still under the bondage of sin? The all-round deliverance you need is salvation in Jesus Christ. I am not talking about answering altar call, but genuine salvation that starts a new life in Jesus Christ.

Many people do not understand the meaning or magnitude of this salvation in Jesus. When you are genuinely saved, He delivers you from sins and every form of bondage of Satan and enemies, physically and spiritually, sickness, past covenants and commitment, and you become a new creature in Him, He begins to fight your battle for you; your only fight is the good fight of faith. No genuine child of God is bound to remain in bondage of attack, curse, evil covenants, and hereditary curse or evil, because everything has becomes new in Christ, and greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. 1 John 4:4.

BUT WHY?
But why do we see many children of God being attacked by evil forces, suffering from hereditary curses? The answer is simple – it’s according to their faith. Many are ignorance of the victory in Jesus Christ, they live in perpetual bondage even in the freedom in Christ. Many churches are misleading people that salvation in Jesus Christ cannot totally set them free every bondage. It will only be according to your faith – what you believe is what becomes of you.

When the boat of the disciples was sinking on the lake, they were so afraid and troubled, then they cried to Jesus for help, but Jesus did not say the situation was normal, but he asked them, “Where is your faith” Luke 8:25. So, it is possible for Jesus to be present in the boat of your life and still sink, simply because you’ve lost your faith. It is better you get your lost faith in Him before you get lost.

Faith in Jesus Christ means being victorious in Christ over Satan, principalities, powers, evil people, program, plans of enemies. You see, Satan will not first attach a child of God except he first attacks his faith in Christ. When your faith in Christ is not victorious over all, then you will be defeated at some point. If you or your pastor makes you believe that generational curse can still have power over your life after you are saved, so it will. If you believe enemies can attack you, so it will be. That is the reason you see the set of Christians who pray problematic prayer never stop praying such prayer, because they are never free. It will simply be according to your faith.

I heard a story about a pastor; a young girl who was possessed of evil power walked to him and asked him, “Sir is there anybody that evil power cannot overcome?” The pastor said no, that anybody could be attacked and overcome by evil power. The pastor was attacked and killed that same night, because he confessed it by himself.

Deliverance does not come by all these problematic enemy fall down and die, special deliverance program, prayer city Mountain and marathon prayer, but total deliverance comes by genuine salvation in Jesus Christ.

NOTE: Many Christians also remain under bondage of enemies because of unsettled restitution, while they are busy praying and fasting for deliverance. Unsettled restitution exposes believers to old curses, covenants, attacks and persistent bondage of the devil and loss of heaven at the end.

CONCLUSION
If you are in any evil cult or covenant, the only way out is salvation in Jesus Christ through repentance, and that you can do now! If you are suffering from any attacks of the devil or if you want to live a victorious life in Jesus and live in eternal blessing with Him, surrender all to Him, start a new life in Him, settle every restitution, serve the Lord and stand firm in faith!

AND WHO IS A HARLOT? Please read this!!!
Genesis 34:31, "But they said, “Should he treat our sister like a harlot?”

We tend to term or tag a harlot or prostitute to a woman who usually has sex with different men for money. But the reality is that, being a prostitute is far more than being a street or hotel sex worker. From the light of the Word of God, in the sight of God, a woman can be a prostitute or harlot without being a regular sex worker or without having sex for money; a woman can be a confirmed Prostitute and still looks and behaves decent, and still be a serious or zealous Christian woman, she can even be a minister or a minister's wife. It is a limited and inadequate insight and knowledge of people that see only women standing beside the road or hotel as prostitutes.

There are different types of harlots or prostitutes, and they are of different levels, but before God, all are seen as harlots. Let's see some other types of harlots apart from the regular sex workers:

(1) HARLOT BY GARMENT
Genesis 38:15, "When Judah saw her, he thought she was a harlot"

You can be registered as a harlot in heaven simply by the way you dress. You don't need to become an active sex worker, you don't need to commit a single sexual immorality with a man before Heaven will recognize you as a prostitute and remove your name from the Book of Life; in fact you can be a virgin but still a heavenly recognized harlot. How does that happens? It happens simply by what you wear and how you wear what you wear. If you wear low-cut dress or low necklines including ball gowns that exposes your cleavage, meaning, that shows the upper part, little trace of your breasts when you bend down, you are a harlot. You don't need to be half naked before you become harlot by garment, but as long you wear any clothing that reveals your cleavage a little, you are a harlot.

Also if you wear tight clothes that shows the anatomy of your body to the world as to show your shape, you are a harlot; if you wear transparent or perforated clothing that shows your inner-wears, you are a harlot; if you wear any dress which does not covers your arms or your kneels, you are a harlot. This may be hard to take but a spiritual reality for holy standard of the heaven minded.

You can be a pastor, a minister, deaconess; you can speak in tongues of angels, you can sing like angels, whoever you are or claim to be does not matter, but to God, you are a decent harlot. If this is too hard for you to take, you can wait until you get to the gate of heaven, only that will be too late, and I will not advise you to wait that too late. There will be surprise on the rapture day and in heaven, when our identities are declared to us, and we may say, "Lord, I am not a harlot, and never be one"

As a Christian woman, what will be your reason before God for wearing clothing that exposes your cleavage? How will you defend your motive of wearing tight, transparent, perforated and short dress?

(2) HARLOT BY GETTING
Genesis 38:21, "Then he asked the men of that place, saying, “Where is the harlot who was openly by the roadside?” And they said, “There was no harlot in this place.”

A harlot is a woman who gives sex to a man in order to get something back; so if you, as a woman, give sex to get a job, you are registered harlot in heaven, even if it is once. If you, as a woman, allow a man to sleep with you because of promotion at work, because you want to retain your job, because you want to get contract, because of your schooling, because of favor- you are a heavenly recognized prostitute. Prostitution is giving sex in exchange for something, it doesn't matter if it is money or not, and it doesn't matter if it is just once or forever.

Here is the is the terrifying truth: Whatever you have gotten by allowing men to sleep with you - even if those things were supposed to be your right, but as long as you allowed man to sleep before you got it through, you are a harlot - the job, certificate, etc are dividends of your harlotry, and the salary, profit, whatever you are getting as a result are wages of a harlot. The most terrific matter here is that, if you are giving tithes, offerings from the wages you got through harlotry, you are only waging serious judgment of God against your life and eternity, because God warned that no wages of harlotry should be brought into His house.

Here is the word of God in Deuteronomy 23:18, "You shall not bring the wages of a harlot or the price of a dog to the house of the Lord your God for any vowed offering, for both of these are an abomination to the Lord your God."

Your pastor can collect your tithes and offerings, your prosperity pastors can say anybody can bring tithes, but you are only doing yourself havoc if you are in such category. To have the mercies of God, you need to repent, open up and confess, then do necessary restitution.

(3) HARLOT BY GIVING
Genesis 34:31, "But they said, “Should he treat our sister like a harlot?”

If you are in marital relationship, and you commit premarital sex, in a way of giving your love or promise to the man, you are a harlot. Premarital sex in a marital relationship is only an act of harlotry. In the book of Genesis 34, a man called Shechem loved Dinah the daughter of Jacob, and he slept with her, even though he had not married her; when her brothers heard it, they were angry and said, “Should he treat our sister like a harlot?” - Only a prostitute will be sleeping with a man before marriage, that is what the brothers meant.

If a man is asking a woman for premarital sex in a relationship, he is only addressing the woman as a prostitute, taking her to be a prostitute; and if a woman is allowing a man to sleep with her in a marital relationship, she is only presenting herself to be a harlot. So the same man who has been sleeping with her can think and decide tomorrow that he doesn't want to marry her again, and why? "She is a harlot" But you are the same man who has been sleeping with her. The man answers, "Yes, I know, but I am not her husband yet, it only proves she is a harlot."

If you had premarital sex before you got married, and you covered it up, you need to repent NOW and realize your sin. Then you will need to confess to the necessary people: your parents, your pastors, including the pastor who joined you together. If you think it is a past matter and no need to confess to the necessary people, you are only embalming your past sin, and enlisting yourself as a harlot in hell.

Take or give, a woman who has extra-marital sex is also a harlot, even if it was once or it was in past; until she confesses to her husband, she is still a prostitute in God's eyes. But as long as such a woman has repented and confessed to her husband, she is as clean as a virgin before God, because when we repent and confess, God is always faithful to forgive and cleanse us, and never remember again our sins as long as don't go back.

AND WHAT ABOUT MEN?
So, what about men who have who ask or commit premarital sex or extra-marital sex, are they also harlots or what should we call them? The same thing is applicable to men, a man who commit premarital sex is a fornicator and a man who commits extra-marital sex is an adulterer. The solution to settle the matter is not a matter of saying, "I don't do it again and I have asked to forgive me" Such a man will need to repent, confess to God and to his wife, to one another as the case may be. If you, as man, has asked a woman for premarital or extra-marital sex, after you have repented, you will need to apologize to the woman for the "evil asking"

Hebrews 13:4, "Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge."
This message is not meant to condemn us, but it is to correct us so that we will not be condemned with the world at the end. Let us make the necessary amendment.

1 Corinthians 11:31, 32, "For if we would judge ourselves, we would not be judged. 32 But when we are judged, we are chastened by the Lord, that we may not be condemned with the world."

THE CARELESS DANGERS OF ATTENDING CHURCH

This topic is not talking about fellowshiping with a wrong or worldly church, it is not about the danger of false preachers or backsliding church, but the dangers we, ourselves by ourselves carelessly cause for ourselves when we attend or fellowship with our beloved church. Many people are missing their ways to heaven and God’s plans for their lives on earth by their carelessness in involve in attending church, not by the church they attend.

Fellowshipping with a church is very good and important especially when it is a Bible based and believing church, it helps our spiritual growth, blesses our lives and we enjoy companionship with like-minded brethren and presence of God in fellowship. But wonderful and important church fellowship is, it is causing much havoc in lives and homes of many Christians today.

Here are the ways we carelessly pose dangers to our lives when we attend church:

CARNALITY: When you become zealous to attend church because of your new set of clothing or car, then you are in danger of the spirit of carnality. When you aim giving testimony with the motive of blowing minds of people or impressing people of your achievement, then you are in danger of carnality not comfort of God’s fellowship. When the motive of attending church is to meet people or make connection, it is no longer a fellowship but an event.

COMPETITION: When attending church turns to fashion competition, car competition, or position competition, when your place of work or academic level becomes a competition, then it becomes dangerous to your spiritual life and no more good for your spiritual well-being.

COVETOUSNESS: When attending a church becomes reason for you to be covetous and not content with what God has given you, then something is wrong. Many Christians live in godliness and contentment in their neighborhood, at work, but become covetous when they go to fellowship. Some people become displeased with their husbands when they see flamboyant lifestyle of another family in church, some people become covetous by attending church when they see new dress, new car, etc. of other brethren and the way they are honored.

I heard of a woman who complained bitterly about her family because they had no car and seeing family with cars in the church. Some churches also help to implant covetousness into their members by giving special treatment to those who have more earthly riches, more academic qualification, and thereby making the lesser inferior.

Many churches are prone to give position to people who have more earthly riches, including those churches who claim to be Bible based churches, this make people to be discontent with the blessing God has given them and aim to get earthly riches by all means so they can be honored in their churches.

MISSING GOD’S PLAN: Do you know you can miss God’s plan for your life simply by attending your church? Many people are missing God’s plan for their lives because they tie themselves down in a church by position or activities and so they refuse to move or relocate to another place God is leading them. Many also refuse to go into the aspect of the ministry God leads them into because the church they attend does not have room for such ministry. When God leads you to leave a church and He leads you to another ministry, and you find it difficult to obey because you have tied yourself down to that church, then you will miss God’s plan for your life.

We all should be watchful and careful as we fellowship with a church for our spiritual well-being and not to endanger our souls.

THE KEY TO SUCCESS
Joshua 1:8, “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”

In this era of increasing knowledge, there are several types of rules and keys for success, both biblical and non-biblical. And because we all desire success, we do not relent to seek for means to succeed. As anyone would seriously desire formula for success, Joshua was; he just succeeded Moses in the leadership of the nation Israel. He was assuming an awesome responsibility in taking command of two-and-half million people. If anyone needed a formula for success, Joshua did. What comfort and assurance it must have been as the Lord Himself spoke to Joshua and gave him the master key to success – meditating upon God’s Word. Joshua was to meditate upon the Word of God day and night, meaning at all the time, and he was promised good success by so doing.

The same formula is applicable and available for us today as we desire success spiritually, physically, financially, martially, etc. Our success in life is underneath the Word of God, and by searching deep into the Word of God, we discover our desired success. We are to read it, but not just reading; we are to meditate upon reading it by repeatedly and prayerfully thinking about it in order to gain a better understanding and apply it into our daily living. This is the key to success in Christ Jesus. Any success outside the Word of God only leads to sorrow. Read your Bible every day, reason with it every time and reason through it in every situation.

Psalm 119:9, “How can a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed according to Your word.”

BE VIGILANT!
1 Peter 5:8, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.”

I woke up to pray as supposed, but my eyes were heavy and not clear of the sleep so I started running slowly around in the room as I was praying. Then I felt relieved of the sleep, but not too long as I was praying I began to feel asleep again....

Knowing fully well that if I should seat down or lie down I would sleep off, I began the exercise again in the room as I continued praying. After about 1hour my eyes were cleared off the sleep and I felt I could kneel down in front of a chair; as I knelt down praying, not too long I was dozing again, I had to resume jumping around till I almost finished the prayer. I learn a lesson from the incident: Vigilance till the end is very important in Christian race.
After you surrender your life to Jesus, you began the race, overcoming sin, self and satanic devices through the grace of God; you need to continue to be vigilant every time without relaxing because Satan never relaxes on you. When somebody overcomes sin of sexual immorality, Satan will introduce masturbation as if that does not matter.

When you stop fighting, then Satan may bring anger which you must still overcome. When you overcome malice, the devil may bring gossip, after you have overcome telling lies, Satan may bring pretending habit. When you overcome a worldly lifestyle, Satan will introduce another. If care is not taken, you may over look the later and think you are okay.

That is the reason we must be vigilant every time. Many serious, devoted Christians and ministers today are trapped by Satan with little sins which we think do not matter. We may focus on overcoming big sins and claim to be holy, but sins like bitterness, envy, jealousy; gossip, rancor, subtle pride, selfishness, etc may not take our attention except we are very vigilant. God does not demand our 99% righteousness but 100%.

How can we be vigilant?

(1) WATCHFULNESS. We must be watchful every time, every moment over our thoughts, tongues, temper and actions; and ready to heed to correction immediately when the Holy Spirit corrects us.

(2) PRAYER. Daily prayer is very important. We can’t live fervent Christian life without fervent prayer life. In our prayer we confess our weaknesses to God, ask His grace and strength to overcome them. For example, if you want to spend 30 minutes to pray after praises, you should spend at least 20mins to pray on your spiritual life for grace and strength everyday. We should daily pray that God should search us and sanctify us. When you discover an ungodly habit or thought creeping in, take it to God in prayer to be purified.

(3) BIBLE READING. All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16, 17. One of the major purposes of Bible reading is to be corrected and cleansed by the Word of God. God’s Word is a light.

So, you see the importance of daily personal devotion of prayer and Bible reading? Don’t relax in your Christian life in the name of being matured Christian and then fall short at the end. I better see myself as a baby Christian and serving God with trembling and carefulness than to relent in the name of being a matured Christian. No room to celebrate victory in Christian race until we get to heaven, Satan does not rest or relent on every serious Christian, he always devising, and so we must always be vigilant! Christian life is not a bed of roses and relaxing in prosperity and convenience, but it’s a batter, a race, a wrestling. But God is there to aid and assist unto the end in Jesus name!

“But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.” 1 Peter 5:10

THE BACKWARD CHURCH OR BACKSLIDING CHURCH?

Any church denomination that spends to build a modern church auditorium, without providing daily distributions for the needy in their church as written in Acts 4:35, such a church is a worldly church.

Any church denomination that builds schools that the poorest in the same church cannot afford is a money making church, not a disciple making church.

Any church denomination that cannot provide free Christian materials - Bibles, tracks, Christian literature, Christian movies, etc., but has money to build multi-million auditorium, such church is either a backsliding or spiritual backward church.

When a church is busy building multi-million dollars church auditorium without building people with free school, free primary health care, free library for the youth, you know the spirit working in such church? it is the spirit of distraction and worldly competition.

Beware!

THE BIBLICAL PURPOSES OF ATTENDING CHURCH

I called a Christian sister few days ago here in Nigeria, after asking her the church she still attends, I asked her to stop going to the church, that it would be better for her to stay at home and fellowship at home till God leads her to the right church than going to such church she mentioned.

Attending church is causing havoc to many lives today, spiritually, physically and martially. But before I share about the problems caused by attending church, let’s share about the biblical purpose of church or attending church.

The Book of Hebrews 10:24-25 explain the purpose of church or benefits, blessing and purposes of attending church. “And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, 25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.”

Why do we have church and why must a child of God attend church, here are the reasons:

1, TO STIR UP LOVE IN BELIEVERS. “And let us consider one another in order to stir up love” Hebrews 10:24. The first purpose of why God wants us to attend church and fellowship is for love, to stir up love in us towards God and one another.

If you, as a child of God, are attending a church and the church does not stir you up to love God more and more, if your love for God is stand still, if your desire to be more like Jesus Christ is not growing, if your love for God’s work is not going fervent by the stirring up of that church, then you are in a wrong church. Many churches out there are stirring up people to be financially rich, to be prospered, to love the world and the cares of this world, but not to love God and hate sin. If you are in such church, you are among the living death people.

To stir up love also means to love one another; in fact love for one another in purity is the evidence of a genuine church. 1 John 4:4-7. Any church which does not have practical love towards one another is a dead church.

I was once a member of a popular holiness church here in Nigeria, while they simply and seriously preach salvation, sanctification and holiness, they lack simple practical love among one another, they could preach love plainly, but hardly practice it, so many become personification of hypocrisy. Love involve sharing, like the early church with apostles, love involve caring, praying and helping one another, but when this is lacking, such church will lack behind in the Spirit, no matter the popularity or shouting they make, such a such will not be able to impact their generation or turn the world to Christ, because they are empty barren.

That is the reason I can categorically say we don’t have a popular Bible church yet in this generation, that is the reason I tell people I don't know any genuine Bible church among the popular churches of today. A church with members of 1 million has the capacity to transform a nation of 200 million populations if the church is really genuine church of holiness, love and prayer. But where we have a church of more than 2 million members nationwide and the nation remains in darkness, corruption and ungodliness, it means something is wrong the church, it means the church lacks genuine purity and power of God, and it means the church is also part of the darkness, because it is not possible for 2 million light not to lighten 200 million darkness.

This is the reason you see all these popular churches including those we claim holiness and purity, all of them are busy building multi-billion dollar auditoriums, church buildings, and expensive private schools, it is because Satan has already distracted them from reality, because somethings are wrong with them, such church can never transform their members let alone the nation. They can continue to claim prosperity, but they are spiritually poor, they can continue to claim holiness, but they are hypocrite.

A church can persistently preach holiness and purity, but lack the practical aspect of it

A church can never experience revival without genuine love for one another, no matter how much they pray and desire revival. Purity without love is a pure hypocrisy because purity in a real sense means pure love. James 1:27

2, TO STIR UP GOOD WORKS IN BELIEVERS. Hebrews 10:24, “And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works.”

The purpose of going to church is to be stirred up in good works. Many churches specialize in stirring up people’s faith, but without good works such faith is dead. James 2:26. Good works involve works of righteousness, works of evangelism and works of caring and sharing among people. A church may stir you up into giving, into believing miracle, into prayer, into sowing, but if they don’t stir you up into righteous and godly work, you are in mortuary, not sanctuary.

3, TO PREPARE BELIEVERS FOR THE DAY OF THE LORD. Hebrews 10:25, “ not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.”

The Day of the Lord is fast approaching – the Day of reckoning and the Day of rapture, and the purpose of the church are to consistently remind and exhort one another to be prepared. But if the church you attend does not prepare you for this Day, but prepare you majorly for dancing, deliverance or discovering secrets to success and prosperity in life, then you are in a Laodicean church. Revelations 3:14-18.

Any church that focuses more on earthly things than heaven things and preparation for the day of the Lord is a satanic church.

So the purpose of attending church is not just to fulfil all righteousness or because you are a Christian and you must be attached to a church, but the purposes are for love, good works and preparation for the Day of the Lord. Hebrews 10:24, 25. Are these purposes being fulfilled in your life since you have been going to church? If not, it is either you are in a wrong church or you are making wrong choices.

This year, as we are more approaching the end, rededicate your life to Jesus Christ, let God lead to a right church, even if it is not a popular church, and make the right choices of love, good works and daily preparation for the Day of the Lord. You must prayerfully wait till God leads you to the right church.

FAITH, FATE AND FAKE, Please crosscheck!
It is paramount for you to crosscheck the base and principle on which you are living your life. Reading this article will be of good by the help of the Holy Spirit.

Everybody in this life, irrespective of their religion or life view, lives maybe by faith, by fate or by fake, and many times, these three life’s bases seem similar and can be mistaken to another if proper care is not taken. That is the reason this message is to clarify the three.

How have you been living all these while? But the good news is that God is right beside you to help to live this year as the best ever and as to begin for better life.

LIVING BY FATE / Pronounce as /feit/
According to online dictionary, fate is the development of events outside a person's control, regarded as predetermined by a supernatural power. From this definition, we can reword fate as living outside one’s control by supernatural power – supernatural power is power above human power which could by God’s power or Satan’s power, but since God does not work by fate, hence it is Satan’s power.

To live by fate is to throw your destiny to the air for Satan to control; it is like one releasing the control of his ship to the wave of the sea. Every religion in this world is based on fate (you know Christianity is not a religion, it is a relationship with God), and so people under religion are controlled by crisis, not Christ; they are living in pieces, not in peace; they settle with anything that circumstances bring their ways, since they have no control, and they are not sure who, what or how their situations are being controlled, they live everything to fate.

People living by fate live in fear, because fear is a roommate of fate since nothing is certain. People living by fate have no faith in Christ; they reject or refuse Jesus Christ as their Lord. People living by fate live the way they please even in unpleasant and sinful manners in Satan’s freedom of bondage – seeing themselves as the controllers of their lives while Satan is their Dictator. They believe in their father’s religion or their framed philosophy.

Living by fate is living by probability, nothing is certain, not even where they are ending to after dead; everything is dim and blurry. There is no life as dangerous as living by fate.

LIVING BY FAKE
Fake is something not genuine; imitation or counterfeit. This is counterfeit of something original – Faith - fake faith. If you are a Christian, a church member, a Christian worker, a Christian leader or a Christian minister, it means you know what faith in Christ is all about, but do you know Satan does manipulates faith or exchange it along the way and turns it fake? That is the reason it is imperative for every Christian to constantly examine their faith in Christ lest it turns to fake. “Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves.” 2 Corinthians 13:5.

Characterises Of Fake Faith:
(i) Confession Without Repentance. The beginning of fake faith is confessing sins to God without first repenting from those sins. If you want to surrender your life to Jesus or you want to rededicate your life to Him, and then you start with the prayer of confession of sin without first repenting from that sin, you will always find yourself confessing and committing sins. Repentance is realizing your sins as sins and ready to forsake them. If you are confessing the sin you have not made up your mind never to commit again, is that not a buddle of fake?
(ii) Good Claiming Without Godly Characters. The common feature of fake Christian faith is claimings that lack godly living; claiming the righteousness of Jesus without living righteous life, claiming to be a child of God without lifestyle of holiness; claiming, “there is no condemnation” while they continue in sin and have unsettled restitution. Such faith is fake.

(iii) Confession Of God’s Promises Without Considering God’s Precepts. Every Christian of today, including the fake, has in memory at least 3 promises of God. Bible verses of God’s promises are the most popular verses - like 3 John verse 2, Philippians 4: 13 and 19. But the funny thing is that many Christians who are good at confessing the good promises of God barely consider the precepts and commands of God. That is the reason Bible verses like Romans 12:1, 1 John 3:8, and Hebrews 9:27 may not be popular with such Christians and their churches. If you are one of the Christians who are more of confessing God’s promises without taking more time to consider and live according to the precepts of God, then you are holding to a fake faith which you urgently need to drop now for a better one.

“Behold, I long for Your precepts; Revive me in Your righteousness.” Psalm 119:40

(iv) Earthly First. Christians with fake faith seek first earthly stuffs more than heavenly things; they are more concerned about their physical wellbeing than their spiritual wellbeing. How will you know this? In your personal prayer, if you pray first or mostly on earthly things like blessings, provision, prosperity, protection, health, etc. in your prayer time than purification and sanctification of your soul, righteousness of God, grace and strength of God to be more like Jesus and to do the work of evangelism, then you are a fake Christian. In your preaching and pursuit this year, if they are primarily on such earthly things, then you are having a beautiful fake faith as a Christian or as a Christian minister.

1 Timothy 6:11, “But you, O man of God, flee these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, gentleness.”

LIVING BY FAITH IN JESUS
There is no better life you can live in this world apart from living by faith. You can live luxurious life, you can live in mansion, you can live in wealth, you can live in beautiful place, but if you are not living by faith in Jesus Christ, you are miserable. Living by faith in Jesus is living with certainty and confidence: with certainty of where you are coming from, where you are and where you heading to; with confidence of who is in control of your life and what He has for you. Living by faith removes confusion, fear and unrest mind. Living by faith is ensued with peace of life and unspeakable joy of the Lord.

There is only one group of people who can genuinely and successfully live by faith in Jesus, and God wants you to be part of this group, because every other group are disqualified. Many people desire to live by faith, many claim to live by faith, but only one group actually lives by faith. Here is the group - Romans 1:17, “For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”

THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH
Only the just shall live by faith! Only the just are actually and genuinely living by faith! The Bible does not say, “People shall live by faith” It does not say, “Sinner shall live by faith”. How can you claim to live by faith when you are not just or how can you live by faith if you are not just? IMPOSSIBLE!

This is a divine DISCLAMER from God, that only the just are living by His faith, which He recognize, other claimers are on their own. Sinning sinners claiming to live by faith is fake claim, backsliding Christian claiming to be living by faith is fake. Before you can live by faith, you need to be among the just. Who are the just?

THE JUST!
“But the just shall live by his faith.” Habakkuk 2:4; Romans 1:17; Galatians 3:11; Hebrews 10:38

Another words for “The just” is the righteous, the redeemed, the regenerated. There no shortcut or other means by which you can live by faith except by becoming among the just.

Do you notice that the Bible does not say, “Faith will make you just” but it says “the just shall live by faith” Many preachers of today and tuning it upside down by saying if you have faith you will become justified in Christ even when you continue in unjustified lifestyle. No, this is fake! You can’t continue living in unjustified lifestyle, which is sinful life, and claim to be just at the same time. You cannot continue in sin and live by faith at the same time.

To become a just person, you need to be justified by Jesus Christ when you repent from your sins, confess and forsake them.

SALVATION: We are saved by faith in Jesus Christ to live a faithful life, not to continue in unfaithfulness. Those who claim salvation in Christ by faith and continue in sin at the same time are living in spiritual confusion and contradiction.

You need to get the following clear:

We are saved by GRACE. “For by grace you have been saved.” Ephesians 2:8

We are saved through FAITH. “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God” Ephesians 2:8

We are saved for good work, RIGHTEOUS WALKING. “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” Ephesians 2:10

If you know the means by which and through which you are saved, but you don’t know for what purpose you are saved, you will miss everything. That is the problem with preachers who preach once saved is always saved, who say you can continue in sin and still claim faith, and the same problem with Christians who claim they are saved while they continue in worldly lifestyles.

Beloved, do you care for genuine salvation that gives victory over sin? Do you want to live by faith and the rest of your life till you see the Blessed Jesus? Then you need to be justified in Jesus Christ.

THE LITTLE MISTAKES THAT HINDER MIGHTY MIRACLES
“A little leaven leavens the whole lump.” Galatians 5:9.

Our water supply in our compound had been very low, we would put on the pumping machines for several hours and the water would not be enough. About 2 weeks ago, one of my neighbors called a technician, he came to check it and asked us to replace one electrical stuff, and he did not bother to check the pump machine in the hole. After paying some amount of money he left, but the water pumping remained very low as it was. Yesterday, a Plumber was called, he came and removed the pumping machine from the deep, and discovered one damaged small stopcock had been hindering the full flow of water. After it was changed, the water began to flow steadily in every room.

Do you know the same thing is applicable in many people’s life, just little error, little mistake or little sin hindering the mighty blessings, anointing, and grace of God in many people’s lives and ministries. No matter how little an error is, it can ruin everything and hinder the power and presence of God. Many are working hard in the ministry today, using their human power and force, because the presence of God is no longer with them.

Here are some of the little things that hindered:

Little Unsettled Restitution – No matter how little, unsettled restitution can hinder one’s blessings and one’s journey to heaven. Many people are suffering and struggling in life, praying hard, working hard but remain in need, and far from God’s blessing because of one or two unsettled restitution, and many don’t even know that the solution to their problems is simply to do the necessary restitution, yet they keep on praying and fasting, moving from one mountain to another and they remain under the bondage of enemies as a result of unsettled restitution. it can delay the fulfillment of God’s promises, blessings and eventually hinder many Christians from entering heaven.

Unequal Yoke – In this end time, there so many mixed multitude, we must be careful who we relate with among Christians. Many ministers have lost the grace and anointing of God upon their lives simply because of relating or make partnership with ungodly people or ministry.

Little Worldliness – Little ungodly dress, worldly activity or even fellowshipping with a worldly church can hinder God’s power and presence in one’s life.

We must dig deep beyond the surface and discover those little errors in our lives or ministry, then we must repent and amend our ways before it get too late. Do not delay to amend your way before the Lord.
