RELY ON GOD'S WISDOM!
In the year 2007, I went to Oceanic Bank in Ibadan to collect US$560 sent to me from the USA, and when I changed the dollar to Naira, it was N60,000. The teller who paid me then would be collecting about N80,000 to N120,000, in fact we later became friends. So my $560 was like half of his salary. But 15 years later, last year, 2022, I went to the same bank in Abuja, now Eco Bank, to collect US$560, and when I converted the dollar to Nigerian Naira, it was about N350,000. And the monthly salary of an average teller in Nigerian banks is N120,000.

That is how Nigerian, and most African currencies and economies have gone bad. And that is the reason many Bankers, and Africans are running to Europe and Canada, but that is not the real solution. When there is famine in the land, the solution is not by running away from the famine, but running to God to turn the famine to your fortune.

You can only be stranded in life when you lead yourself and follow your ways, but you will become stronger and better when you trust in God and follow His wisdom.

Genesis 26:1-3, "There was a famine in the land, besides the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went to Abimelech king of the Philistines, in Gerar.

2 Then the Lord appeared to him and said: “Do not go down to Egypt; live in the land of which I shall tell you. 3 Dwell in this land, and I will be with you and bless you; for to you and your descendants I give all these lands, and I will perform the oath which I swore to Abraham your father."

Egypt was a super country in those days, a prosperous country where anyone could make it and prosper, a country that knew no famine. God told Isaac not to go to Egypt but stay in Canaan land where there was famine. Isaac obeyed God. So what happened next? The Bible says in verse 12, "Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the Lord blessed him. 13 The man began to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous."

You can prosper in the land if the Lord is with you there.

About 90% of Africans who relocate to Europe or American tell one or two lies in the process of their visa application; some even go to the extent of forgery, and all sorts of fabrications. And when they get there, they expect God to prosper and protect them? The father of liars is the devil, and you can't get something by the devil and expect God to prosper it. If you used falsified document to travel abroad, you need to do restitution on that if you don't want to go to hell from abroad.

Travelling abroad is not forbidden but it is not by force or by falsification. If it is God who is leading you, you will not package yourself with a single lie.

If you have travelled abroad by false document or information, it means you are travelling from abroad to hell fire, except you repent and do the necessary restitution.

If you bribe to possess something or to collect a contract, you have collected a certificate to hell fire without missing it, except you repent and do the needful.

If you have changed or falsified your age for any official, business or marital purposes, you have earned yourself a sure certificate of eternal doom, except you repent and make your way right.

The solution for your financial rough situation is not by using your wisdom or worldly wisdom, but seeking the Lord and trusting Him for His direction. God has a better plan and purpose for you. Seek Him and you will find Him and He will order your steps into greatness.

As the chairman of my street, I led our executives to visit the chairman, board of trustees. And then after the meeting we were served food and wine. “Chairman, would you take alcoholic wine?” I said no, I would take 0%, not the 8%. Then the following day, I went to supermarket to buy bottled groundnut, but the groundnut was put inside an alcoholic bottle with its label. Many groundnut suppliers here look for empty wine bottles to bottle their groundnuts. Then I told the owner of the supermarket, “If I’m going to buy this bottle of groundnut, you will need to peel off the alcoholic label on it.” I further told her that I would not want a situation where I finish the groundnut and the empty bottle with the label of alcoholic wine stays in the waste bin in front of my house, and so if people spot it in front of my house, they would say, “So this oga dey drink this kind wine?” Then the supermarket owner said something like, “Who cares about what people say? Would they have the mind to come and ask you or challenge you?” Then I told her that as children of God, we must have a pure conscience before God and men.

It is not about “God knows” Yes, God knows I am not the one who consumed the alcoholic wine of the bottle, but Christian living is more than “God knows” men must also know. The Bible says, “This being so, I myself always strive to have a conscience without offense toward God and men.” Acts 24:16.

We must strive to have a conscience without offense toward God and also toward men; in our dressing as Christian women, yes you don’t have a bad or unclean motive for wearing what you wear, in fact, you are a happily married woman, a responsible and godly woman for that matter? But you need to know that your dressing must not cause offense to men out there. Because even if God knows you don’t have a wrong motive for what you are doing, but if it causes offense or cause of sin to others, God will hold you as an offender.

As we care about how God will feel, we must care about how it will feel on our fellow human beings. We must have a conscience void of offense toward God and men. We must not be the reason why people will mock or doubt our Christian faith.

Our right action, if care is not taken, can lead others to wrong action. Your dressing, if care is not taken, can lead men to lustful sin. You're visiting the opposite sex, even though you don’t have an immoral motive, even though God knows, yet, it can lead others to the wrong path of immorality.

Yes, we have the knowledge of God, and God knows that we don’t have wrong intentions, but then we must consider others with our knowledge and live with a conscience void of offense.

Here is what the Bible says, “But beware lest somehow this liberty of yours become a stumbling block to those who are weak. For if anyone sees you who have knowledge eating in an idol’s temple, will not the conscience of him who is weak be emboldened to eat those things offered to idols? And because of your knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died? But when you thus sin against the brethren, and wound their weak conscience, you sin against Christ. Therefore, if food makes my brother stumble, I will never again eat meat, lest I make my brother stumble.” 1 Corinthians 8:9-13

ALL CHRISTIAN WOMEN USING MAKEUP WILL END UP IN HELL FIRE!
As a Christian woman, you cannot makeup and make heaven at the end.

Let's check out dictionaries, as an action word, what does it mean to makeup? To make up means to:
1, to invent or cook a story, "She like making up stories against her friends'
2, to make up also means to compensate for something lost, missed, or deficient. "I'll make up the time tomorrow"

From these two dictionary's definitions of make up, we can see that: (i) using makeup is making up a fake, artificial beauty that is not real. It is a cover-up, fake like and children of God cannot involve in such ungodly habit. (ii) women who use makeup see God's creation as imperfect, so they are trying to make up God's deficiency. Women who use makeup are passing message to God that, "God, why did you create my finger nails short, my eye lashes short, my hair too short, but never mind, I will make up to Your deficiency"

No woman who believes God created her perfectly will ever use makeup, you don't makeup a perfection. A diamond does not need to be painted to show value. It is because you believe God did not create you perfectly that is the reason you use makeup as a woman.

Only those who see themselves as ugly use makeup to cover up their ugliness. If you see yourself as a perfect and beautiful image of God, you will not use makeup.

I am not here to argue with you, that is not my business, but my business is to prayerfully tell you the truth and how you respond to the truth is your own business.

All Christians women using makeups, bleaching, lightening or whitening their skins, loaded with jewelries, wearing mini-skirts, tight skirts or trousers are candidates of hell fire, no matter how zealous and serious they are in the Lord, no matter how fireful and powerful they are in the Lord, those satanic materials will never allow them to enter heaven.

You know what I will advise you? If truly you are a child of God, go back to the Lord to speak to you as you open up your heart and He will reveal the truth about all these to you before it is too late.

Before you ask your questions, let me ask you this simple question, when you stand at the gate of heaven, what will be your justifiable reason as a Christian woman, born again daughter of God for using make up, for fixing nails, eye lashes, for wearing tight trousers, skirts, tops, mini-skirts, shorts? What will be your reasons before holy angels of God for bleaching, lightening, whitening or “toning” your skin? What?

Listen, not using makeup, jewelry, tight trousers and skirts, alone, is not enough to take you to heaven if you don’t live a sanctified life, but using them alone is enough to take you to hell fire!

YOU WILL NEVER DIE…..
(You don’t need to make too much effort to prolong your life, because your life will never end actually.)
You cannot die and you will never die! This is not a prayer, it’s not a joke and it’s not a lie, it’s nothing but a hidden truth. As long as you are a human being with spirit and soul, you will not and cannot die.
You will not surely die!

This is a statement from Satan to Eve, it’s a truth but half-truth and Satan used it to entrap Eve. When Satan said, “you will surely not die” Eve should have asked,” How or when?” Half-truth, sometime, is more dangerous than falsehood. Satan can use our ignorance, our little understanding to entrap us. That is the reason Bible warms us not to be ignorance of Satan’s devices. One of the major devices of Satan is half -truth, quoting the word of God and mixing it up to deceive people. He tried to use it against Jesus Christ, quoting the scriptures (truth) half way and interpreting it in a wrong way, but Jesus knew the whole truth, and He was not ignorant of the devices of Satan. Half truth is half way that leads to wrong way. It’s not every spirit that quotes scripture in your mind that is from God, it’s not every preacher that quotes scripture belongs to God, and not every thought, suggestion or advice supported by scripture that is godly. So don’t be fooled, you need to search the whole scriptures, read the whole scripture and ask the Holy Spirit to help you understand the whole scripture before you can know the whole truth, you need to the know the whole truth before you can be free from the whole deceptions of Satan.

Here is the whole truth about the statement Satan made to Eve in Genesis 3:4, “you will not surely die”, the total truth is, “your soul not dies, and if you follow the advice and suggestion of Satan, you will not die in hell fire. Satan was actually saying, “Yes, as long as you follow my suggestion, you will not die, but in hell fire”.

The Embodiment
You are an embodiment of a personality which contains your body and your soul. You have a physical body, inside of it is a soul, and between both are spirit and self: these are channels. Your spirit is like your God’s given conscience to give you the knowledge of what is good and wrong and to suggest the good for you to choose. Your self is an adamic, sinful nature which Satan uses to suggest evil, sinful thoughts and suggestions into your mind. In between bad and good suggestions is your ability, or freedom of choice as a free moral agent.

Born Bad
Everyone was conceived and born in sin right from the fall of Adam. Psalm 51:5, “Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin my mother conceived me.” With this natural and sinful nature, your soul is defiled and doomed to destruction; your conscience is contaminated as your own “self” dominates. That is your real picture, in the real sense. Urgently as a matter of reality, you need Jesus Christ in your life to help you with your real situation.

Born Again
Since everybody is born with a bad nature, and bred with a bad notion, there is need to be born again. John 3:3, “Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” To be born again means to have your bad nature, life transforms to a good and godly one. That only happens through Jesus Christ. You need to accept Jesus Christ into your life before He can transforms your life. Then how? Since you were conceived in sin, born in sin, and brought up in sin, you need to admit you are a sinner. But admitting you are a sinner will not make a different. Except you are ready to forsake your sins and old lifestyles, then you confess them to Jesus Christ, ask Him to forgive you and also cleanses you with His precious blood that was shed on the cross. Then you ask Him to save you.

Here is the truth: Jesus Christ is the only One empowered by God to forgive sins, no matter how terrible or how long the sins have been in your life. Another good thing is that when Jesus forgives you, He also cleanses you. He pardons all your sins, all! He removes the contamination and consequences of those sins.

What Happen?
When you come to Jesus, accept Him into your life by repenting from your sins, confessing them, forsaking them, and then surrendering your life to the Lordship of Jesus Christ, what happen? Here is what takes place in your life immediately:

(1) Total forgiveness from God. God, through Jesus Christ, forgives all your sins which you ever committed, and wipe them away from your record as if you never committed any sin at all. Too good to be truth but its truth, it is called good news.

(2) Total cleansing from God. God, through the blood of Jesus, cleanses your defiled soul and redeems it by the sacrifice of Jesus. Since you were born in sin, your soul was doomed to destruction with Satan. To be free from that destruction, you or someone else needs to redeem you. The bitter truth is that no man can redeem his own soul or another person's soul; it’s too costly for any man. Psalm 49:7, 8. But the better truth is that Jesus Christ has already made the sacrifice and fully paid the redemption for your soul. He died on the cross and rose the third day just because of you. When you surrender your life to Jesus Christ, He immediately redeems your soul by cleansing and restoring your soul from the bondage and destruction of Satan. Psalm 49:15, “But God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave, for He shall receive me.”

He also cleanses your contaminated conscience. “knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers,19 but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.” 1 Peter 1:18, 19.

(3) Total reconciliation with God. When you surrender your life to Jesus Christ, He reconciles you back with God. The relationship that was lost from the Garden of Eden, the relationship between man and God that was cancelled in the Garden of Eden will be reconciled and restored between you and God.

(4) Total Assurance of Heaven. When you surrender your total life unto God, Jesus Christ will give you a big ticket to enter heaven and be with Him in beautiful heaven forever and ever. What a beautiful, glorious place you must not miss! John 14:2, “In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.” Instead of you to be doomed in hell fire forever, you will now be decorated in heaven by angels with Jesus Christ forever.

What are you waiting for?
Then what are you waiting for? Now you need to bring your life to Jesus and surrender it unto Him for His transformation and regeneration. You don’t need to delay further. You need to give your old life, polluted life up to Jesus so He can give you a brand new life in Him. Delay can be dangerous, do it now. Admit your sins, surrender all to Jesus, ask Him to forgive you and cleanse you. Accept Him to be the Lord of your life and determine to be pleasing Him and following Him for the rest of your life till you get to heaven, no turning back to sin and the sinful world.

You about to experience unspeakable peace of divine touch of God as you pray it now!

Even if your church does not serve God, you must determine to serve God. Even if people around you are not willing to serve God, if this generation is not ready to serve God as of old, you must determine to serve God in truth and in Spirit.

Serving God starts with genuine salvation, living a sanctified life and doing the work of God. We must serve God acceptably and without compromise. Do not compare yourself with others, but focus and look only unto the Jesus Christ.

DON'T GIVE UP
"Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray" James 5:13
As a child of God, if you are seriously disturbed or any unpleasant thing happens, you may not feel like praying. You may feel so down and traumatized that you can't even consecrate in prayer, your mind is bothered and wonders away when you start praying; as you open your mouth to pray, you don't know what to say or what you have said. Then you may feel it is not the right time to pray, that you need to take your time away. The truth is that, such time is the best time to pray. Prayer is being in the presence of God, communicating with God as He does back to us, it is not a must you ask every time. Taking time away to worry will only worsen the situation.

Even when you don't know what to say, even when you mind is not focused on the prayer, just keeping praying or singing, God understands and it is then He renews our strength and hope, and gives us way-out of the situation.You remember King David in the Bible? Many times in his Psalms, he would start the psalms with bitter complaints about his situation, but before he finish, he would feel joy, hope and strength, and end the psalm with praise and faith in the Lord.

So, the next time to pray and you are down in your spirit, distracted, disturbed or discouraged and Satan suggests you should postpone the prayer, please don't, don't stop, don't give up the prayer; keep praying, keep saying something, keeping singing, even if your mind is not in the prayer, remain in the presence of God and God will renew your strength, your hope and intervene in the situation.

How long, O Lord? Will You forget me forever?
How long will You hide Your face from me?
......but I have trusted in Your mercy;
My heart shall rejoice in Your salvation.
I will sing to the Lord,
Because He has dealt bountifully with me.

Every Christian has flesh to crucify daily. Flesh in you may be silent and inactive by the word of God, but if care is not taken, flesh in another person will call the flesh in you into action, because flesh calleth upon fresh. Bad action in a person can call upon anger in you. Carnal attitude in a person can bring up envy, jealousy in you. Worldly dress in a person can call upon lust in you. Bad attitude can call upon bitterness, revenge in you.
Fight can call upon fighting in you. Lust can call upon lust. Shouting can call upon shouting. Bad driving or bike riders can call upon bad language or cursing from you. People not caring or calling can call upon same attitude in you. Selfishness can call upon selfishness. Temper can call upon temper.

Because flesh calls upon flesh, flesh attracts flesh in another person. So how do we overcome? We must be watchful and prayerful not to make provision for the flesh, because flesh is always around, but we must not make provision for it. "But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts." Romans 13:14. Putting on the Lord Jesus, reading and meditating the word of God, being watchful and praying, daily examining our lives and taking to correction. As we do this, the flesh becomes impotent and dead.

"For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live." Romans 8:13. Lord, as we walk with you, help us to put flesh to dead and watch not to make provision for it in our lives, family, work, business, ministry in Jesus. Amen!

THE BLESSINGS OF RESTITUTION
Judges 17:1-2. Now there was a man from the mountains of Ephraim, whose name was Micah. 2 And he said to his mother, “The eleven hundred shekels of silver that were taken from you, and on which you put a curse, even saying it in my ears—here is the silver with me; I took it.” And his mother said, “May you be blessed by the Lord, my son!

There are many blessings that follow after restitution is done, here are few of them:

Peace with Men
In our past old life, we wronged God and men, when we are saved, we make peace with God and so we must complete the process of peace by making peace with people. People we fought, we offended or people we are owing before we were saved must be contacted and apologized to. People we had rancor, malice and animosity with must be settled with, even if we think they wronged us, even if we have decided not to greet them again, yet we must make peace with them for the sake of peace and to remove the bitterness, malice and others so that we don’t give room to the devil in our new lives in Christ. “If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men” Romans 12:18.

People you are living with, working with, schooling with; family members, friends and neighbors, every one we had issues with, as much as we can, we should settle peacefully with them.

When we make peace with all men, both right and wrong, it confirms our peace with God, it gives us peace and it’s the only way to see God, to enter heaven. “Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord” Hebrews 12:14. When we settle with people peacefully, it shows we are truly children of God the King of Peace; Jesus the Prince of Peace and we, the children of peace. “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.” Matthew 5:9.

It Settles Old Accounts
Restitution is to settle our old accounts and close them. If you are saved and you have not made some past wrongs right by restitution, it simply means you keep your old account open which may stand against you here on earth and eventually disallow you to enter heaven. Undone restitution has the capacity to block God’s blessing in your life here on earth and block you from entering Heaven. The old records which stand against you can only be settled and closed by restitution. People you cheated in the past must be contacted and settled with. Things you forcefully collected before you gave your life to Jesus is your old account and must be settled after you are saved.

It confirms your new life in Jesus Christ
In different online and phone transaction, after you have sent your desired transaction, you will be asked to confirm your transaction. If you fail to “just” confirm, thinking since you have filled all the forms, supplied all the needed information and it has been sent and accepted, you feel confirming again is of no use, your transaction will be invalid and will not be processed. The same is in reality with restitution. After you have repented and confessed your sin to God and He has forgiven, cleansed and accepted you, you need to respond back to confirm your salvation by restitution. Think about it, if I were your neighbor and I stole your stuffs in past and using them. You knew and just kept quiet, then later I got saved and come to preach to you and still using what I stole from you, how will you feel? You would see such Christian as fake. That I how important restitution is.

It turns curses to blessings
Many curses in life are caused by wrong things that we did in past, and many problems facing children of God after they have been saved are not because the enemies are powerful over their lives in Christ but because they allow the old curses to have access to their new lives because of ignoring necessary restitutions they need to do. Many battles Christians are fighting that make them have sleepless nights and continue to run from mountain to valley may be as a result of unsettled restitution. That is the reason many Christians wrongly concluded that salvation in Christ does not end spiritual battles of enemies, yes if you ignore restitution, even after you are saved, you may still be exposed to curses.

Undone restitution allows the unsettled wrong of your past to haunt your present life even though you are now a child of God. You give access to Satan, enemies, generational curses and many attacks when you refuse to do needed restitution. This can also block the free flow of God’s blessing, progress and God’s promises for your life. Undone restitution gives Satan stand to accuse you and oppose you in the present of God. Most of the problems making us to do fasting, special prayers, deliverances and attend several programs and the problems remain the same; those problems can be solved if we do simple acts of apologizing, forgiving or any necessary restitutions as the case may be, and that will end the mountainous problems, and open doors to progress and prosperity in your life, marriage and ministry. “And he said to his mother, “The eleven hundred shekels of silver that were taken from you, and on which you put a curse, even saying it in my ears—here is the silver with me; I took it.” And his mother said, “May you be blessed by the Lord, my son!” Judges 17:2

It Gives Blessed Assurance
When restitution is settled, you have peace, you have more confidence in the Lord and you have assurance of heaven. Satan will not have anything holding against you and you have that strong boldness in your prayer. Here is what the Word of God says, “And by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before Him. For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things. Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God. And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.” 1 John 3:19-22.

Do you know that refusing to do the necessary restitution hinders prayer of healing? The Bible says, “Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, [k]fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” James 5:16.

WRONG NOTIONS ABOUT RESTITUTION
So many Christians and pastors, especially these modern day pastors and lost ministers, do not have the biblical understanding of God’s command about restitution, they see it as unnecessary and they teach just that. They say when you are saved, God forgives your sins and that settle all without restitution. What that mean is that you can keep using what you stole before you were saved, you can keep covering the evil you did before you were saved, but the truth is that Christians who believe such will not want people to do so to them. They will not want their husbands who left them with children for strange women to continue staying with the strange women after the husbands are saved; they will want the husbands to return. Pastors who say restitution is of no use will not want their wives to continue keeping secrets from them even after their wives are saved. Christians who disagree with restitution will not want the thieves who stole their only cars or life’s precious belongings to keep them after the thieves are saved; they will definitely want the thieves to return them, they might even be praying that God should touch their hearts.

If a dubious person ganged against you and used his influence to claim your developing housing property which you have spent all your hard earned money to build, after the dubious person is saved, wouldn’t you expect him to come to you, at least to apologize?

Restitution is infallible truth of Christianity that cannot be biblically or humanly denied, it is soul depravity and self-deception that make “so called” preachers to ignore or deny restitution after salvation. If you go to such people for counsel, they will counsel you wrongly and cancel your life. Such preachers can tell you to just forget about it since God has forgiven you, they may tell you to fast and forget about it, they may tell you to give special offerings, sow into their ministries and God will pardon you. But the truth is that there is no substitution for restitution expects to do restitution after salvation.

Restitution is biblical command to the saved children of God, it’s not an option.

LIVING A VICTORIOUS CHRISTIAN LIFE!
The Bible says, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.” 1 Peter 5:8,9.

From the Bible verses, four things we must do to live a victorious Christian life over sin, self and satanic forces of darkness:

BE SOBER
To be sober means to be serious, sensible, and solemn, and these three must go together in a Christian life.
(i) You must be serious in your daily prayer life and Bible reading, from there come strength and grace to be victorious.

(ii) You must be sensible, by abstaining from appearance of evil. You do not continue with people, in places or practices of old. You must be sensible and spiritually conscious to avoid people and places that will want to lead you back to sin. You must disconnect yourself from sinful activities, friendship or materials, including music, movies, pictures, dressing and others.

(iii) You must be solemn, that is to always be watchful, you are not carried away by activities and ambitions of the world that will make you compromise your faith in Christ. You are not frivolous like the people of the world.

BE VIGILANT
To be vigilant is to keep careful watch for possible danger or difficulties. You need to know that Christian life is a spiritual battle, and this battle is not about witches and wizard who not want you to make it in life, but they are principalities and powers of sins wrestling against our soul. A vigilant Christian does not dress anyhow, does not talk anyhow, does not listen to any music or watch any movie or anything on your phone; a vigilant Christian does not just go to anywhere, you are always careful and watchful against sinful dangers. Being careful, watchful in spirit.

RESIST SATAN
How do we resist the devil? We resist the devil by rejecting his sinful offers and suggestions. That was how Jesus Christ resisted the devil, He didn’t accept his offer. Resisting the devil is not only by praying and speaking on tongues, but it is by refusing and refuting his ideas in our minds and offers in our lives. And you cannot resist the devil when you remain places that belong to the devil, you must disconnect yourself. You must leave the sinful places before you can resist the devil.

BE STEADFAST IN FAITH
Christian life is by faith and not by feeling. In spiritual warfare, we live by faith not by our emotion. When you don’t feel like praying, forget about your feeling, go ahead and pray. You don’t feel like reading your Bible? Who cares, feeling is nothing in Christian life, go ahead and read your Bible. Sometimes, you don’t feel like doing the right things, you don’t feel like forgiving people, you don’t feel like giving, preaching or evangelizing, but we are walking by faith not by feeling. Listen, Satan easily manipulates our feelings because our feelings are not consistent, it is not steadfast, but faith is consistent and we must be steadfast in faith.

When the devil brings doubts into your mind about your Christian life, about your Christian walk, and you feel so down and discourage, it is the devil who is making you to feel such way, but you must be steadfast in faith. Your faith must steadfastly be on the Lord.

As we do these, we will always live a victorious Christian life, “For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins.” 2 Peter 1:8,9.

Do not forget these four things, do not lack them in your Christian life. You are victorious in Jesus name!

WHERE IS YOUR FACE LORD?
When you are in the middle of storms of life, troubles and difficulties of life, and you begin to ask, “God where is Your face?” You know we are used to that question, “God where is Your face?” So if you are in troubles of life now, you are in the middle of windstorms now, you can’t go back and you can’t go forward, and you are in serious jeopardy, and you look up and say, “God, where is Your face?” I am glad to tell you that God has a question for you too. The disciples questioned Jesus also, “Lord, we are perishing. Lord don’t you care?” And you, “Lord, where is Your face?” And you know what Jesus asked the disciples? He is asking you the same thing, in Luke 8:25, “But He said to them, “Where is your faith?” So when you ask God in the windstorms of life, “God, where is Your face?” God is asking you right away, right now, “Son, daughter, where is your faith”

Where is your faith?
Face that storms in your life with faith in Christ not with fear of crying.

I don't know the type of storm you are in now, I don't know how long the storm will last and I don't know how it will end, but one thing I certainly know that can never be unknown, from Genesis to Revelation, till the world will end, is that you can never and you will never go with the storm, you will overcome the storm and the storm will soon end.

And you ask me how do I know? I know because you are a child of God and God is with you. Storm never overcome a child of God, that for sure.

“Mark the blameless man, and observe the upright; For the future of that man is peace.” Psalm 37:37.

The Bible also says, “Many are the afflictions of the righteous,
But the LORD delivers him out of them all.” Psalm 34:19.

WAY OUT OF THE BONDAGE OF MASTURBATION
I have received calls and messages for counsels and prayer on the issue of masturbation than many others, and Satan is using this on many youth and even older Christians, making them to remain stagnant in their spiritual growth and exposing them to evil forces.

You can't finish masturbate and you feel free in God's presence, your conscience will tell you something is wrong, that you are defiled. If you now feel no quilt in masturbating, it means you have silenced or killed your conscience, since the Spirit of God will not continue to strive with a man, but you know it wasn't like that at the initial.

Masturbation is satanic anchor by which he uses to grip souls under his bondage. The solution is not to argue it is not a sin, the solution is not marriage or attractive spouse, that will never solve problem of lust.

The solutions are:
(i) You repent and rededicate your life to Jesus by admitting it as a sin against God and ready to forsake all your sins, not only masturbation.

(ii) You watch out against it. You detach yourself from immoral materials, movies, music and thoughts. Resist the devil when he brings the pressure on you to masturbate; just hold the feeling and resist the devil, it will seems you can't survive or resist it when the temptation overwhelm you.

Behind masturbation is an immoral demon, I have been in such situation before, but he can't stay long, he will flee because your strength is in Jesus Christ, not your power, you should always remember that when it comes. It will come over you as if you can't resist it, but that is not true, you just hold it, don't torch, don't play along with the feeling, and don't think about. It is a sin and you don't want to bring yourself under the bondage anymore. The more you resist and overcome the feeling, the more you are strong, keep watching, it can go and come after some months, don't relax but guard to resist.

(iii) Pray about it. You must take it to God in your daily prayer to conquer the sinful notion and nature; pray for grace and strength to resist, to discipline your body and keep it under the Spirit of God.

What many Christians do not know is that new life in Jesus is a war between God and Satan, between flesh and Spirit of God, and your heart is the battle ground. You must see masturbation as war and ready to stand and subdue your flesh. It is applicable to all children of God, not you alone. Flesh will come, but don't let it overcome you again.

Apostle Paul, after many years of his salvation in Christ, he said, "But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified." 1 Corinthians 9:27.

We must continuously discipline our body - tongue, feelings, legs, hands, eyes, ears, etc. no matter how long you have been saved or how genuine your salvation is.

What many Christians do not understand is that after their souls are saved in Christ, the flesh is not saved. Your body is Satan's device to war against your saved soul, so you must discipline your body and subdue it to the Spirit of God by the Word of God, by watchfulness and daily prayer. This is the reason why many Christians fall back into sins, because they are ignorant of this, but we must not be ignorant of devices of Satan.

POLLUCTION & PERVERSION: FIGHT WITHIN
In our Christian walk with God and work for God, the enemy of our souls will not relent, using different devices and means, and so the Bible strictly warns us not to be ignorant of them because such ignorance is very costly. Looking from the book of Nehemiah, after the people of God were mocked and attacked in order to abandon God’s way and work, they didn’t; so the devil brought about the most terrible device against them which is fight within through pollution and perversion.

Through lessons from history, it is easier to resist and overcome fight outside than the fight within. As a child of God with a resolute mind to serve and live for God, it is easier to resist the devil outside than inside. As a church standing on the Word of God, it is easier to fight Satan to flee away than to fight the battle within. At the Promised land, the children of Israel conquered all the enemies but they could not conquer themselves.

The people of Nehemiah resisted Sanballat, Tobiah and the Arabs, but they would have to resist perversion and pollution among them. After they overcame mockery, conspiracy and attacks of the enemies, they must overcome their selfish and sinful interests.

Nehemiah 5:1, 6-8, “And there was a great outcry of the people and their wives against their Jewish brethren. 2 For there were those who said, “We, our sons, and our daughters are many; therefore let us get grain, that we may eat and live… And I became very angry when I heard their outcry and these words. 7 After serious thought, I rebuked the nobles and rulers, and said to them, “Each of you is exacting usury from his brother.” So I called a great assembly against them. 8 And I said to them, “According to our ability we have redeemed our Jewish brethren who were sold to the nations. Now indeed, will you even sell your brethren? Or should they be sold to us?”

Pollution and perversion are the last but not the least among satanic devices; it is applicable in personal and ministerial walks.

Personal Walk
As children of God, dedicated to live holy and righteous life, after we fight opposition from people, after we resist temptation for sexual immorality, lying, drink, fighting and other outward sins; after we have settled restitution and resolved matters with people, having done all, we must stand against the wiles of the devil within. Many believers and ministers of God overcome outward sins but are careless to resist the devil within.

There are two types of sins: outward sins and inward sins; all unrighteousness is sin, and sin is sin with capacity to drag one to hell, no matter how small. Most time we focus on maximum and outward sins and we become careless about inward sins, many ministers are free from outward sins but are slaves to inward sins. As the examples given about bitterness, a child of God may not revenge or repay evil for evil, but if he or she allows bitterness, Satan has eventually won the battle. Among children of God today, among ministers of God, many claim to be holy based on avoiding outward sins but fail to look inward and be watchful.

In our personal walk with God, after we overcome outward sins and oppositions, Apostle Paul admonished us to still stand and watch against the wiles of the devil because it does not end outward. Here are some of the inward sins we must daily watch against:
Ephesians 4:31 “Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice.” Bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, evil speaking – gossip, backbiting, envy, jealousy, etc – must be put away, because the tendency will always come without notice in our personal relationship and in the work of God among other workers and ministers; watch out, they come on a daily basis.

To overcome bitterness, the solution is forgiving one another. To overcome wrath, anger, and clamor, the solution is to be tenderhearted. And to overcome tendency of evil speaking, the solution is kindness to one another. These are stated in the next verse to Ephesians 4:31, verse 32 says, “And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.”

Do you know as times goes on in your Christian life, it may be easier to resist telling lies than to resist envy and jealousy? And worst still, do you know that it is easier to develop envy and jealousy among brethren and ministers than among family members and unbelievers? It is also easier to develop bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor and evil speaking after we have become mature in the Lord than when we first gave our lives to Jesus; it is easier among the workers and ministers of God. In the parable of the workers of the vineyard, the old and long time workers were rebuked of such evil. Matthew 20:13 But he answered one of them and said, ‘Friend, I am doing you no wrong. Did you not agree with me for a denarius? 15, “Is it not lawful for me to do what I wish with my own things? Or is your eye evil because I am good?’”

Along our Christian walks and ministerial works, if care is not taken, we can become evil, evil speaking, envious and jealous. The only remedy is selflessness and watchfulness.

In our working for God, after we have overcome every opposition and obstacle, we should be watchful against the fight within, against pollution and perversion. The greatest problem of the church is not persecution but perverse doctrines and teachings. The early church overcame several and severe persecutions but they could not overcome subtle perversion. In his first book, Apostle Peter encouraged believers to endure persecution, but his second epistle focused on a more terrible enemy, which is perversion. Many did not fall by persecution, but many followed pervasive teachings of the false prophets.

2 Peter 2:1
“But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction.”

The big problem of the church today is not unbelievers, not the government or the people outside the church; the big problem of the church today are the false prophets – the preachers of sweet gospel, the prosperity preachers, the permissive preachers. No wonder, no wonder when the disciples asked Jesus of the signs of the end time, that Jesus first mentioned and warned against the deception of false prophets and teachers. “And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many.” Matthew 24:4-5.

Many may not be dampened by persecutions, but many will be deceived by pervasive preachers of modern gospel.

After you know that Jesus is the only way to heaven, you should know and understand that holiness is the only walk to heaven. Several pervasive doctrines are all around today and many are falling victim of false doctrines like righteousness of Jesus without your righteous walk with Jesus; grace without godliness, once saved is saved forever, faith without work, and many others. As children of God and as ministers, we must be watchful against pollution and perversion.

We must also watch against pervasive habits.

THE SECRET OF OVERCOMING SINS
Let me tell this secret. When you give your life to Jesus Christ and you are being sanctified daily in the word of God, in prayer and total obedience, it does not mean the tendency or temptation of the sins will never come to your mind again, no! it will come and come again. The difference between a sinner and a child of God, both are exposed to temptations but a child of God does not fall into temptation, that is the difference. A child of God is not exonerated from temptation but he or she overcomes temptation.

Endure It!
The book of James 1:12, “Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.” Every child of God must endure temptation without falling into it. The devil will still bring the pressure, the feeling, the attraction, and it will be heavy on you again, those demonic spirits behind the sins will come again to tempt you, it will seem as if you can’t stand, as if you will die if you don’t do it, as if you are so weak.

So what are you going to do at such time?

Hold Your Peace!
You must hold your peace, you must not do it, just hold your peace on the word of God. You must endure it without falling for it. God will allow the enemies of your soul to tempt you but for a particular period and then the feeling will fade away. It may last for 5 minutes, 1 hour or so but during that period of heavy pressure of the feeling, just hold your peace in the Lord and remember the words you have been hearing or reading.

As a child of God, sometimes you may wonder why the persistent temptations and pressures for sin? It is part of Christian life, it is actually the fight of faith we are talking about. So how will you survive as you are exposed to sinful temptations in a sinful environment everyday? How possible will you not fall? The answer is that we stand by the grace of God not by our own power, we are more exposed to God's grace than to sinful temptations because where sin abounds, grace abounds much more.

Watch Also!
You must also watch! Watching here means to abstain from everything that will link you to your old lifestyle or spark it up again. You must disconnect yourself from sinful and ungodly friendships and places, you must destroy and delete all sinful materials, music, movies, pictures, magazines that will lure you back to the old vomit.

Your Determination Matters!
And finally, you must determine and decide never to go back, no matter what. God will not make the determination for you, it is your responsibility. Why many Christians still fall back into masturbation, pornography, other sexual immoralities or sinful activities is because they have not totally made up their mind not to go to hell fire. The day you make up your mind that you are not going back to sin, that you are not going back to Satan’s bondage and that you are not going to end your journey in hell fire, you will not allow anything to bring you back into such sins again. Addicted sins need addicted determination to ever follow Jesus for life! Let me read a Bible verse to you from the book of Hebrews 12:4, “You have not yet resisted to bloodshed, striving against sin.” Let me read it again, “You have not yet resisted to bloodshed, striving against sin. “That is it.

That is the reason you keep falling back into the sin, because you have not yet resisted the temptation, the devil, the nature of that sin into bloodshed. What does that mean? It means if you know and see that anyone who becomes masturbation or pornography will fall down and die immediately, will you want to still do it and die instantly? You will not! You will not want to die because of 5 minutes’ dirty enjoyment. That is how you must strive against sin and the grace of the Lord will sustain you in Jesus name.

What You Need Now!
So what do you need now? You make a total dedication of your life to Jesus by repenting from all your sins, confessing and forsaking them, all without any reservation. Then you make a total devotion unto God. Devote all your life to Him in reading, meditating, studying and obeying His Word. Occupy your heart with the Word of God and pray without seasoning, pray for purification, pray for sanctification, pray for God’s grace and strength to overcome daily. Then you watch, watch against sinful tendencies, resist the thoughts, the notions, the feelings, the pleasure and disconnect yourself from anything, anywhere or anybody that will bring you back to the old lifestyles.

NOW IT IS TIME TO PRAY, BEFORE I PRAY WITH YOU, I WANT YOU TO REPENT FROM ALL YOUR SINS, READY TO FORSAKE ALL AND SAY LORD JESUS, I COME BEFORE YOU, I AM SORRY FOR SINNING AGAINST YOU, PLEASE FORGIVE ALL MY SINS, CLEANSE ME WITH YOUR PRECIOUS BLOOD, GIVE ME A NEW HEART AND A NEW SPIRIT IN JESUS NAME! LET ME PRAY FOR YOU, AS YOU HAVE SURRENDERED YOUR LIFE TO JESUS AND CONFESSED HIM AS YOUR LORD, RECEIVE HIS TOUCH, YOU ARE DELIVERED FROM EVERY BONDAGE OF THE DEVIL, YOU ARE SET FREE IN JESUS NAME! FROM HENCEFORTH, LET NO ONE TROUBLE YOU FOR YOU BEAR THE MARK OF THE BLOOD OF JESUS IN YOUR LIFE. IT IS WELL WITH YOUR SPIRIT, SOUL AND BODY IN JESUS NAME! AMEN.

WHY YOU ARE NOT SHARING TESTIMONY OF GOD'S GOODNESS
So many children of God are not progressing in their finances, careers and businesses because the devil has shut their mouth from sharing testimonies of the goodness of God in their lives so they remain dormant. I remember when I first joined a Bible church in 1998, on every revival program brethren would share testimonies of what God did for them, both small and big matters, simple and serious testimonies and so people were edified and encouraged that, “If God could do this for that person, He will do for me too.”

But along the way, the leaders, old members stopped sharing testimonies, it looked like giving testimony is like an activity of baby Christians, those who are still surprised at the powers of God. That was how Satan shut the mouths of many of these people of God from sharing testimonies, and then devil can lie to any child of God without restriction, telling many Christians, “See, God can’t do it for you. You need to be wise. It is not possible for you to stay in the old path and ever succeed or prosper, have you ever heard any testimony of such in your church?” and you too would think that it is true, no one has ever testified of such goodness of God in your church. Yet God has done even more for many in that church but they shut their mouth from sharing with brethren. And do you think God will be happy with such Christians?

My wife told me about a Christian sister who always shared testimonies of goodness of God in her life and family to encourage brethren on her Facebook page, that she just got a miraculous breakthrough in her career in US, something like no black has ever achieved there. The sister had been sharing the testimonies on her page as she was processing the project and progressing until it is now a great breakthrough in Texas, USA. Then I told my wife, “Look at children of God sharing testimonies of God’s goodness in their lives to encourage others, see how they are progressing in life but look at those whose mouth has been shut by devil because of fear”

Why many children of God are not sharing testimonies of goodness of God? Why many are so secretive that they buy land in secret, build house in secret, some want to even get pregnant and give birth in secret, why such a secret life? And these Christians claim to be wise, citing, “Wisdom is profitable to direct” Why are they so secretive and shutting their mouths to talk of the goodness of God in their lives? It is because they are living in fear, simple. You can’t live in fear and live a free life at the same time. They believe enemies can destroy what God has done for them.

There are some principles and philosophies you will not see in the Bible. A proverb in African Yoruba that if someone’s yam (farm produce) yields abundantly, he must cover it up and eat it quietly. I can’t find a Bible verse to back it up as a Christian. God provides piece of land for you, you can’t share testimony with your brethren in your church, God helps you build house, you can’t share, because you don’t trust them, but if you are sick, the same brethren will intercede for you.

Children of God living continuously in fear cannot make heaven, because it is not possible to constantly live in fear without telling a lie, you must lie indirectly that what belongs to you is not yours.

I read a comment of a brother on my post recently, that God used one of my posts to save him from untimely death. You don’t know how a single testimony of God’s goodness can stop someone from committing suicide.

When you are sharing testimony of God’s goodness in your life, no matter how small, you are making Bible and God’s power to be real and realistic to people. The Psalmist says, “I will sing of the mercies of the LORD forever; with my mouth will I make known Your faithfulness to all generations.” Psalm 89:1.

Let me tell you something, no devil or demon can destroy what God has done for you, and when God begins a good work in your life, family, marriage, finance, business or ministry, no power of demon can stop it. Bible assures it.

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.” Revelation 12:11.

DEATH TO CHILDREN OF GOD: A PRIVILEGE, NOT LOSS
When we give our lives to Jesus as our Lord and Savior, death is not a loss but a privilege. To children of God who have given their lives to Jesus Christ, death is not like “God cut short” the life of somebody from enjoying life, but it is really God favorably cutting short the length of sorrow, temptation, hard labor, toiling and suffering of somebody on earth and connecting him to eternal enjoyment in heaven.

When a child of God dies, especially a young person, we feel like, “God, why? Why will you allow this young person who really served You well to die?” Some people because of death of their loved ones, they even stopped serving God, blaming God for taking their loved ones or allowing them to die.

Few months ago, when my mother was sick at the hospital, her condition was getting worse, but then I had peace like a river in my heart and I had faith in God that her life was in God’s hand. So I believed within me that she would be okay. My wife said, on normal days, by that time of the day, my mother would busy praying in her room, and that God would look at all her prayer and heal her. But within 4 days of sickness, she died. So why? Why would God allow this? With all her serving God and prayers? That was how Hezekiah felt also when God said he would die. “Then he turned his face toward the wall, and prayed to the LORD, saying, 3 “Remember now, O LORD, I pray, how I have walked before You in truth and with a loyal heart, and have done what was good in Your sight.” And Hezekiah wept bitterly.” 2 Kings 20:2-3.

When God allows a child of God to die, it is not because the child of God sins against God, it is not because that child of God is killed by devil, it is not because the child of God is unfortunate, but it is because God specially favors the person and the person is very fortunate.

Now, let me ask you, how will God allows someone to live for 90 years, to labor and suffer trials and temptations on earth before He will let him to come to heaven, and then allows another person to labor for just few years and come to the same heaven? It is like the story of the Parable of the Workers in Vineyard in Matthew chapter 20. Let’s check it together for better understanding:

Matthew 20:1-10
““For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire laborers for his vineyard. 2 Now when he had agreed with the laborers for a denarius a day, he sent them into his vineyard. 3 And he went out about the third hour and saw others standing idle in the marketplace, 4 and said to them, ‘You also go into the vineyard, and whatever is right I will give you.’ So they went. 5 Again he went out about the sixth and the ninth hour, and did likewise. 6 And about the eleventh hour he went out and found others standing idle, and said to them, ‘Why have you been standing here idle all day?’ 7 They said to him, ‘Because no one hired us.’ He said to them, ‘You also go into the vineyard, and whatever is right you will receive.’

8 “So when evening had come, the owner of the vineyard said to his steward, ‘Call the laborers and give them their wages, beginning with the last to the first.’ 9 And when those came who were hired about the eleventh hour, they each received a denarius. 10 But when the first came, they supposed that they would receive more; and they likewise received each a denarius.”

Can you imagine? Some people worked for 8 hours and some worked for only 1 hour and yet they received the same reward. In the same way, it is applicable, some lived for 90 years to labor, to face trials and temptations, to serve God and another only lived for 19 years to serve God, and God called both of them to the same heaven! The same heaven that someone who suffered for 70 years to serve God went is the same year the other who only spent 7 years went.

But we complain and become angry with God, “Why will You take my young loved one home, why?” Like the other workers in Matthew 20:11-12, “And when they had received it, they complained against the landowner, 12 saying, ‘These last men have worked only one hour, and you made them equal to us who have borne the burden and the heat of the day.’”

You know what God’s response to us is when we complain about the death of our loved ones who are children of God? It is like the response of the landowner in this Bible passage in Matthew 20:15,16, “Is it not lawful for me to do what I wish with my own things? Or is your eye evil because I am good?’ 16 So the last will be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few chosen.”

3 Things We Need To Understand From This Response:
1, “Is it not lawful for me to do what I wish with my own things” All men and women, young and old who give their lives to Jesus belong to God, we are God’s own and He does what He likes with His own, if He likes He let us stay on earth for 100 years, and if He can’t wait to have us with Him in heaven, He takes us home. We are not to complain when God’s children die, because the funny thing is that those children of God who died and went to heaven, they will never want to come back again. No one, who spends just 1 minute in heaven, will want to come back to the world again even if he is promised to become the richest person on earth. Because a single minute’s enjoyment in heaven is more than a year’ best enjoyment you can ever get on earth. That is the reason the Bible says a day is like a thousand year in heaven.

Another funny thing about children of God who died is that they don’t even remember anyone on earth again, because they have been overwhelmed by the beauty, enjoyment and glory of heaven that they have forgotten everything and everyone they left on earth. Until you get to heaven before they will recognize you and rejoice together forever. So if you are angry because your loved one who is a child of God dies, and you go to commit physical suicide by killing yourself or spiritual suicide by forsaking God, it means you will never be able to connect with your loved one in heaven forever, and you will live in hell to regret it forever, while the person you kill yourself for is in heaven having angelic enjoyment and entertainment - drinking, wining, eating heavenly foods and living gorgeously on the street of gold.

2, “Or is your eye evil because I am good?”
We should not allow sorrow to overwhelm us when a child of God goes to heaven, because God actually does a good thing. When my mother died, I was sad, crying and weeping day and night, ask God why? Then God spoke to me, “Which one is better, for your mother to stay with you there or for her to be with me here in heaven?” Then I began to ask myself, which one is better? Which one is good? Did God do me wrong or good by taking my mother to heaven? That was the reason the landowner asked the workers complaining, “Or is your eye evil because I am good?” And God is asking you the same question, “Is your eye sad because I am good to your loved ones? If I should open your eyes to see where they are, you will not be sad. If you should open your eyes to the Word of God to know where they are, you will not be sad”

God is good all the time, and all the time, God is good! Even in a sorrowful situation, we should not think evil of departing from the Living God. The Bible says, “Beware, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God” Hebrews 3:13. Do not fall away from the love and service of God because of the dead of your loved ones who are actually in heaven, you will connect with them in heaven if you continue with God on earth.

3, “So the last will be first, and the first last”
Do you know that it is he who gets to heaven first that takes the first not he that gives his life to Jesus first? That was the reason Jesus said in Matthew 11:1, “Assuredly, I say to you, among those born of women there has not risen one greater than John the Baptist; but he who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.” Meaning the least child of God already in heaven is greater than the greatest child of God on earth. The greatest experience of God you can have on earth is the least you will experience in heaven.

We are children of God, we are going to heaven, that is our home! But if you are not so sure, you can be very sure today, you can surrender your life to Jesus afresh and start better. THE EXTRA TIME OF KING HEZEKIAH (Part 2)
I heard about a man of God who prepared his sermons for several years in his journal till year 2005, and in year 2005 he died; meaning God had given him messages and mission for the period He purposed for him and the same thing is applicable to all children of God. God takes us home when we finish the mission He gives us to fulfill on earth, and asking for extra time is like a football team who is leading its opponent by 4-3 at the world cup, to the last minute of the game and when the referee blows the final whistle, the winning team by 1 point then asks the referee to extend the game by extra 15 minutes. You may never see such a sport team, because that sounds so stupid. But that was the case with Hezekiah, asking for an extra time.

Hezekiah lived for 39 years to fulfill God’s purpose and God told him to prepare to die, but to Hezekiah, it seemed as if God has forgotten his good deeds, as if God was not happy with him, as if God was depriving him of life, and then he prayed and begged God to allow him to stay more on earth. God granted his prayer and gave him extra time of 15 years, and the extra time of staying became a useless and terrible time for him and his generation and unborn generations, even till today.

The first time I shared the story of Hezekiah with my family – my wife, kids and my mother during our family devotion, I said Hezekiah asked for extra time against God’s plan and the extra time became a useless time. Then my mother added that, it was during the extra time that he gave birth to the son that destroyed everything (I did not even know about it before). She sounded like God’s time to die is the best. I did not know that was her last week on earth. She died the following week. It was so painful to me, because we just had her 74th birthday. I cried to God, “God, why did you take my mother away from me?” Then God said to me, “Which one is better, to have your mother with you there or with Me here?” Then I asked myself, which one is really? I knew it is far better to be with the Lord in heaven than to be on earth. Then I began to thank the Lord for taking my mother to heaven.

Hezekiah had come, he had saw, and he conquered and fulfilled God’s purpose and plan, and then God said to him, “Come home to rest, come home to receive rewards, come home to reign”, but he said, no, please let me still fight more. But unfortunately during his extra time, everything he saw before sank, everything he came to fulfill was destroyed because of his extra time and everything he gained and won before was lost as a result of his extra time.

DEATH TO CHILDREN OF GOD: A PRIVILEGE, NOT LOSS

HEAVEN IS SURE FOR EVERY CHILD OF GOD
So many children of God are living in fear of death because of fear of standing before God, maybe God will throw them to hell and then you are living in fear. You have been serving God by fear than by faith. When you surrender your life to Jesus and ask Him to be your Lord, you are automatically a candidate of heaven, you are not going to hell, and your name has been written in the Book of Life.

Thereafter, you must live by faith in God that you are going to heaven and not by fear of hell. Faith of making heaven helps us to please God than fear of missing heaven. You will have Peace when you have faith that you are going to heaven than when you have fear of hell.

Faith in the righteousness of Jesus will not lead to live a careless Christian life but it will help you to please God better than when you are having fear of hell or of missing the rapture. The Bible says, "But without faith it is impossible to please Him" Hebrews 11:6.
Do you want to please God with your life? Then have faith that you are going to heaven than you have been having fear that you are going to hell.

As children of God, it is the hope and certainty of going to heaven that will help us purify ourselves, not the fear of going to hell. You are never a candidate of hell after your surrender your life to Jesus. Don't serve God out of fear, that is not gospel of Jesus. Have this hope in you, that you are going to heaven, you are making the rapture anytime it happens, since you have given your life to Jesus.

Listen to what the Bible says in 1 John chapter 3:1-3
"Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him. Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure."

You will please God better when you have faith that you are going to heaven than when you have fear that you are going to hell after you are saved.

If you are not sure of your salvation, then ask Jesus to come into your life afresh and silence the mouth of the devil and you begin to serve God with hope of heaven and peace of mind.

If you have fallen into sin, ask Jesus to forgive you as you turn away from those sins.

If you are struggling with any sin, ask Jesus to help you, He is there to help us. Amen

WHAT IS MODERATION?
"Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand." Philippians 4:5

Moderation is showing little and sharing much; showing little of your financial capacity, little of your body when you dress, showing little. That is perfect example of Jesus Christ, when He was on earth, He showed little of His heavenly glory, He didn't show off, many times He did not want people to see or say His heavenly glory, He only showed little to the glory of God.

Moderation must affect every area of our lives, in our dressing, showing only necessary little part of your body, that is moderation. Wearing shorts, exposing one's body is not moderation; wearing tight, exposing one's shape is not moderation; wearing transparent clothing, exposing one's underwear is not moderation but extravagantly exorbitant.

The Christ-like nature of moderation must reflect in our spending and lifestyle. Some modern Christians like to show off not only in dressing but in spending, some even live above their financial capacity, that is not the nature of Christ, can you imagine a Christian taking loan to buy expensive car? Some outspend for ceremonies - wedding, naming, etc. Some take their children to expensive schools just in the name of classic lifestyle, and they can't afford to take another child living with them in the same school.

There is difference between showing forth the glory of God and showing off yourself. When you are living extravagantly expensive lifestyle, getting latest expensive things because you want to class yourself, because that is how your colleagues at work do, because you can, because God has blessed you, such lifestyle is not showing forth God's glory but showing yourself.

Those who dress to call attention to themselves, to show off their bodies by wearing shorts, tight or transparent, and those who attract attention to themselves by wearing expensive stuffs, living high class lifestyles are not living in moderation but in molestation of God's grace; and by the time the enemies of their souls come to molest them, they will be helpless.

Let's humble ourselves, correct ourselves and be moderate in all things by God's grace. The Lord is at hand.

THE EVIL PREGNANCY
"But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days!" Matthew 24:19.

Evil pregnancy will not allow children of God to make the rapture on the last day and so Jesus Christ Himself declared woe, judgment and God’s angry upon them, why? Because it is a terrible thing to be pregnant with evil. This is a spiritual pregnancy, not a physical women pregnancy. It means Christians who are pregnant with another human being in their heart, harboring people in their minds, holding people in their mind without forgiveness, these people are pregnant with un-forgiveness and malice. It’s pregnancy of Unforgiven spirit.

We need to know that when you are holding people in the prison of our heart because what they did or what they did not do, in the spirit realm you are pregnant. When you keep a human being in your heart unforgiven, you are pregnant with unforgiven spirit. And Jesus says, woe unto those who are pregnant on that day of rapture.

Forgive and let Go.
Why are you carrying the pregnancy, the burden of unforgiven spirit around? If you look at yourself in the mirror of the spirit realm, you will see yourself pregnant, it is evil pregnancy of unforgiven spirit. The unforgiven spirit is extracting your spiritual energy and strength and weighing you down and eventually it will not allow you to be able to make the rapture. After your salvation, your serving God, why will you allow unforgiven spirit dragnet you to hell fire? So why not release the burden, the pregnancy and let go? When you forgive, you are delivered from evil pregnancy.

Do you know that many lives and destinies are tied down because of unforgiven spirit? So when you allow unforgiven spirit to truncate God’s plans and blessing for your life, is that witches?

Look, the Lord is asking you to forgive everyone who has offended you, no matter what, and it is not because they deserve your forgiveness but because God also forgives you. When God forgives you, you don’t deserve it, and when you forgive people, it is because you have received God’s free forgiveness.

Look around you, look within you, who are the people you have vowed not to forgive that made you pregnant of evil spirit? Please I plead with you by the mercy of God to do yourself a favour, not only the offender, to release them, forgive so you too can move forward in peace and progress spiritually and physically.

Unforgiveness is like a man drinking a poison and expecting his enemy to fall down and die.

Get rid of the evil pregnancy and get progress.

THE EXTRA TIME OF KING HEZEKIAH
King Hezekiah was one of the best kings of the kingdom of Judah who served and trusted in God without compromise, in fact he was described as the best king who trusted in God more than any other, even more than king David, “He trusted in the Lord God of Israel, so that after him was none like him among all the kings of Judah, nor who were before him” 2 Kings 18:5. The Lord was with king Hezekiah and prospered.

King Hezekiah was 25 years old when he became a king in Judah, and after he reigned 14 years, he was only 39 years old, then he became sick. The Bible says in 2 Kings 20:1, “In those days Hezekiah was sick and near death” A faithful and godly king was sick, a king who trusted in God more than any other king became seriously sick. We would be expecting God to do something, or say something, at least. Lo and behold, God said something through His prophet, a popular prophet Isaiah. But what God said was not what king Hezekiah was expecting or what we would expect. We would expect God to talk of healing, to send word of healing to Hezekiah, a king who served and trusted in God. Afterward, he was still young, just 39 years old.

God sent prophet Isaiah to king Hezekiah who was seriously sick, God said in the second part of 2 Kings 20:1, “And Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, went to him and said to him, “Thus says the Lord: ‘Set your house in order, for you shall die, and not live.’”

WHAT? What kind of message is this?

Why would God let such a king like Hezekiah die? This alone could discourage many people from serving God, that trusting God does not make sense, at least, the man who trusted God more than any other even died at age 39, how can God allow a man who trusted in Him with all his heart just die like that at age 39? A man who walked before God in truth and with a loyal heart? Well, that was also the thought of king Hezekiah himself, the Bible said in 2 Kings 20:2-3, “Then he turned his face toward the wall, and prayed to the Lord, saying, 3 “Remember now, O Lord, I pray, how I have walked before You in truth and with a loyal heart, and have done what was good in Your sight.” And Hezekiah wept bitterly.”

King Hezekiah had good points here, he had truly walked before God in truth and with a loyal heart, and God can’t forget that, and also, that he wept bitterly, God can’t endure that. God can’t forget the good and godly works of His children and He can’t bear it seeing His loving children weeping bitterly.

So what happened next? Let’s check it together in 2 Kings 20:4-6:

“And it happened, before Isaiah had gone out into the middle court, that the word of the Lord came to him, saying, 5 “Return and tell Hezekiah the leader of My people, ‘Thus says the Lord, the God of David your father: “I have heard your prayer, I have seen your tears; surely I will heal you. On the third day you shall go up to the house of the Lord. 6 And I will add to your days fifteen years. I will deliver you and this city from the hand of the king of Assyria; and I will defend this city for My own sake, and for the sake of My servant David.” ’ ”

Because king Hezekiah prayed and wept bitterly before God, God gave him an extra 15 years, so he reigned for 29 years instead of 14 years God intended for him and he lived up to 54 years before he died instead of 39 years God actually planned for him.

So what happened in king Hezekiah’s extra 15 years? That is the main purpose of this message – the extra time of king Hezekiah – it was a sorrowful and most terrible thing that happened, and it was because God knew about that, that was the reason He wanted to take Hezekiah home before the evil days, but Hezekiah did not trust in God’s judgment, but he wept bitterly and cried to God to change His mind, and God answered him. But what happened to him in these 15 years became a great calamity and total disaster.

8 THINGS HEZEKIAH’S EXTRA TIME CAUSED?
At least 10 bad terrible things that happened as a result of Hezekiah’s extra time, that would not have happened:

1, All the good things and deeds that Hezekiah did for 14 years, his 15 years’ extra time destroyed them all.

2, all the good things that king Hezekiah’s fathers did in the land of Judah, from king David to king Uzziah, the extra time of king Hezekiah destroyed them all.

3, the beautiful temple that king David prepared and planned and that king Solomon built was destroyed because of the extra time of king Hezekiah.

4, the walls of Jerusalem that were built by many kings were destroyed because of the extra time of king Hezekiah.

5, the extra time of king Hezekiah gave birth to the death of so many people in Judah.

6, it was the extra time of king Hezekiah that gave birth to the captivity and slavery of the children of Judah in Babylon. If Hezekiah did not pray for extra time, the children of Judah would have not gone to slavery or captivity.

7, it was the extra time of king Hezekiah that caused the end of the kingdom of Judah. After king Hezekiah, only 6 kings ruled in Jerusalem for the period of 110 years and 6 months. And the kingdom of Judah permanently ceased till today, and they never had a king or independent kingdom again in Jerusalem till today, all because of the extra 15 years of Hezekiah.

8, The extra 15 years of king Hezekiah gave birth to king Manasseh, the cause of all the problems of the children of Judah. In fact, another name we can call Hezekiah’s extra time is Manasseh, because that was the major thing Hezekiah achieved in his extra 15 years on earth.

Hezekiah had an extra 15 years, meaning he was healed from the sickness and 3 years after he was healed, he had another baby boy called Manasseh. Hezekiah called his new born baby boy Manasseh, the name Joseph called his first born. The meaning of Manasseh is "God has made me forget entirely my troubles” but the devil changed it for him, instead of Manasseh to make him forget all his troubles, but rather he made Judah forget all about God and he made God forget all about Judah. Later after him, king Josiah served God to turn away God's wrath from Judah, Josiah served God and pleaded for God's mercy.

The Bible says, "Now before him there was no king like him, who turned to the Lord with all his heart, with all his soul, and with all his might, according to all the Law of Moses; nor after him did any arise like him." That is 2 Kings 23:25. But do you know what the Bible says in verse 26?

"Nevertheless the Lord did not turn from the fierceness of His great wrath, with which His anger was aroused against Judah, because of all the provocations with which Manasseh had provoked Him. 27 And the Lord said, “I will also remove Judah from My sight, as I have removed Israel, and will cast off this city Jerusalem which I have chosen, and the house of which I said, ‘My name shall be there.’”

If you also look at 2 Kings 24:3,4, "Surely at the commandment of the Lord this came upon Judah, to remove them from His sight because of the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he had done, 4 and also because of the innocent blood that he had shed; for he had filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, which the Lord would not pardon."

Manasseh made the people of Judah commit sins "which the Lord would not pardon." And this is the same Manasseh God wanted to prevent? Could that be the reason God wanted to take Hezekiah to heaven earlier?

WHAT REALLY HAPPENS WHEN YOU GIVE YOUR LIFE TO JESUS?
Do you know that when you give your life to Jesus Christ, you no longer live for yourself but for Jesus, you don't do what pleases you, talk as you like, dress as you like, you do everything to please Jesus your Lord, since it is no longer your life again, you have given it to Jesus, it is now Jesus' life.

GREAT BLESSING WHEN YOUR LIFE DOESN'T BELONG TO YOU!
Apart from living to please God the Owner of your life, since you have given your life to Him, another blessing is that when you give your life to Jesus, the implication is that life is no longer in your hand, so it is no more possible for you to ruin your life or for satanic forces to destroy your life.

Do you know what it means? When you give your life to Jesus, your life is now well secured in His hand, so you yourself cannot even ruin your life again with careless living or decision, because it is not in your hand again. And enemies cannot destroy your life, because they have no access to it again. Please me give you an example below:

You have a huge amount of money, and you decided to put it into Government’s Treasury Bill for a particular period. And someone asked you, “Where is your money?” You replied, “I have fixed it for Government’s Treasury Bill (for Government to use it for particular period and pay you interest on it). Now let me tell this, apart from the fact that your money will have interest value added, there TWO THINGS THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN TO YOUR MONEY:

1, You can’t waste the money or spend it anyhow, because it is no longer your money at that time, it is Government’s money. So, when you give your life to Jesus, it is no longer your life, it is God’s life. You can’t waste it, you can’t live anyhow, because it is no more your life. You know what the Bible says, “I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.” Galatians 2:20. So it is not possible for someone who has given his life to Jesus to live carelessly, to dress carelessly, to talk carelessly, because it is no longer your life, but Jesus’ life and you must life to please Him. You will not do what Jesus will not do, you will not dress the way Jesus will not dress, you will not talk or behave the way Jesus will not.

2. The second thing that can’t happens when you put your money into Government’s Treasury Bill is that, it can’t be stolen. If thief comes to you and say, “I heard you got a huge amount of money, where is it, give me now” Then you would say, “Sorry, it’s no longer my money, it is Government’s money, I have put it in the hand of Government to use it” What can the thief do? The money is not even in your bank account; if the thief says, “With my gun, I will lead you to your bank straight away, so that your bank will take me to Central Bank or National Bank, and the Central Bank will lead me to the Government’s Treasury so that I can rob you of your money” How possible is that? It is never possible!

Exactly the same thing is applicable, when you give your life to Jesus, your life is not in your hands again, not even in your account of your past record; and when the devil and his demonic or human agents come to steal, to kill and to destroy your life, your health, your destiny, your marriage, your children’s life, your ministry, your business, your academy, what will you say? You will say, “Sorry, I have given my life to Jesus, if you are serious with your mission, go to the angels of God, they will lead you to Jesus and Jesus will lead you to God, so you can rob God and collect my life from Him because the Bible says my life is hidden with Christ in God. Colossians 3:3.” How possible is that? NEVER!

When you give your life to Jesus, there many prayer points you will not join them to pray again, prayers like “Every power that want to ruin my destiny” that is not possible, no power can ruin your life that is hidden with Christ and also in God. “Every wicked force sitting on my destiny” Hey, that is not possible beloved, when you give your life to Jesus, you are seated with Christ in the heavenly, no demonic power or person can climb on top of Jesus and sit on your destiny, ok?

Those bad things can only happen to a child of God if he collects his life back from Jesus.

Beloved, it is not safe to be carrying huge cash around, you can be tempted to spend it anyhow or it can be stolen, so also it is not safe to be carrying your life around by yourself, give your life to Jesus now, to keep it safe and secure for eternity. GROWING IN THE LORD AFTER SALVATION
Here are the steps to take immediately after you are saved or after you rededicate your life to Jesus afresh:

TOTAL SEPARATION
After you surrendered your life to Jesus ore rededicated your life to Him afresh, the first thing you need to do is that you should separate yourself from sinful friendship, people, places and things. You must delete or destroy any materials, contacts or anything that will not help your spiritual life.

TOTAL DEDICATION
You must dedicate yourself to Jesus in daily reading and meditation of your Bible and daily prayer. Don't let a day pass without reading your Bible, at least 2 chapters and spending time to pray, especially for your Christian life and God's grace.

TOTAL WATCHFULNESS
You must be watchful and vigilant against devices of Satan. The devil will come in different ways to drag you back into sinful life, he will use different means and different people, but you must be watchful daily at all time with God's grace.

TOTAL SERVICE TO GOD
You preach and share the word of God daily. Doing evangelism anywhere and any time helps to distant you from old lifestyle and strengthen your new life in Jesus and also make you fruitful for God's kingdom.

THE DEAD CHURCH
Revelation 3:1, ““And to the angel of the church in Sardis write, ‘These things says He who has the seven Spirits of God and the seven stars: “I know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead.”

Jesus Christ described one of the 7 churches here as a dead church. Even though they still claim to be a church of God, redeemed by Jesus Christ, and may be growing in population and physically expanding, but spiritually they are dead church. To be dead means there was life before it was lost of given up. A dead church means it was alive and living before, but along the way it becomes dead. Jesus Christ, the Lord and Master of the church described the church of Sardis as a dead church.

When a church is born and established by the power of Holy Spirit in salvation and transformation of life and the members are regenerated and living in the newness of life, that is the beginning of a living church, starting in the Spirit and walking in the Spirit.

The priority of a living church is salvation of souls, righteousness and love of God and turning people from the kingdom of darkness to the light of Jesus Christ. The Sardis church was walking in the Spirit, preaching life given messages that established people in the Spirit and bearing the fruit of the Spirit. But along the way this church grew into complacency and turned into something else.

Dead Church
Jesus Christ said to the Sardis Church, “I know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead.” That is the sign of a dead church, a dead ministry or a dead minister, pursue after a name, making a name in the world. One of the focuses of dead church or dead minister is how to make a name in the world and not in heaven, how to become popular, how to become known to the world, how to have more members and more population. If the focus of your church is making name, your church is a dead church. If the focus or purpose of your ministry is to make a name, to make a population or popularity, then your ministry is a dead ministry. If your purpose as a minister of the gospel is to be trending and become a popular name, you are spiritually dead.

“I know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead.” This church still boasts of their beginning and yesterday’s glory, they still claim the name of the past, their pastors and members still rely on their past lively history but at the present they are dead. Let me tell you something, a spiritual dead church is not a church that closes down physically. A spiritually dead church will still be bumbling and growing physically, a spiritually dead church will still be making names, expanding and building more churches and branches; in fact a spiritually dead church can still be witnessing miracles, prosperity and popularity and more members every day. What made Jesus declared Sardis church dead was not because the church closed down physically or fold up, it was not because the church was not increasing in population or because the church was not making more money.

What Makes A Church DEAD?
What makes a church dead is when the church becomes worldly, when the church begins to conform with the world instead of conforming with the nature of Christ, when she cares for the things of the world than heavenly thing, then she is dead, when she focusses on physical growth than spiritual growth, she is dead. When she centers her attention on making names all over the world than making name in heaven, she is a dead church. The Bible says in 1 Timothy 5:6, “But she who lives in pleasure is dead while she lives” though she is still living physically, she is still increasing branches and running different special programs but she is spiritually dead.

When a church begins to compromise God’s word to please the people of the world, that church is a dead church. When a church allows worldly dressings, different satanic makeup, that church is dead. When a church begins to give special honor to the rich members and ordaining them as ministers, that church is spiritually dead. When a church ordains ministers by their finances or level of education instead of their calling, that church is spiritually dead. A church that focusses more on physical building project than building people is a complete dead church. A church that spends more on building new and more auditoriums than providing for the needs of her members is a dead church. A church that invites comedians for her program is a dead church. A church that has millions or billions in her bank account and yet members are suffering in poverty is a dead church. A church whose General Overseer is flying with private jet without a free primary school or a primary healthcare is a complete dead church.

Listen to me, a church that has private primary school, secondary school or university and an average members of the same church cannot afford the school fees is a dead and satanic church. When your Federal Government is subsidizing their universities with tax money but your church is using tithe money to subsidize your daddy G.O’s private jet’s fuel, it simply means your church is a dead church. A church that runs expensive private school more than Federal Government school is a dead church.

Listen to me, when your church preaches more about prosperity than purity of heart, your church is a confirmed dead church. When your church prays “fall down and die prayers” and prays more that the witches in your family should die than it prays that the sinners in your family should be saves, your church is a dead church. When your church uses offerings to measure seriousness of members, it shows that your church is a dead church. When your church talks about grace without godliness, your church is a dead church. When your church preaches and prays more about financial breakthrough, blessings than fruit of the Spirit, it shows your church is a dead church. When your church cares more about sudden miracles than second coming of Jesus, your church is a dead church. A church that does not believe and teach restitution is a dead church. A church that care less about the rapture but repeatedly talk about robust harvest of abundance is a dead church. When your church emphasizes about praises without purity, giving without godliness, sowing seeds without sanctification, that your church is a living dead church. If your church emphasizes more about speaking in tongues than speaking the truth, your church is a dead church. A church that talks more about prophecy than the Holy Scripture is a living dead church.

Jesus Christ gave Himself for the church, “that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish” Ephesians 5:26, 27. But when a church is living in all uncleanness and worldliness and still continue to claim grace without work of righteousness, such a church is a dead church.

Many churches today are dead churches but they are still busy with different activities, boasting fire and thunder. But you need to know this, that in Christianity, it is not all about what you claim to be that really matters but what Jesus declare about you. A pastor or church can claim or even proof to Jesus that “We prophesied in Your name, we cast out demons in Your name, and we did so many signs and wonders in Your name” Yet, Jesus will declare to them, “I never knew you, depart from Me, you workers of iniquities.” That is in Matthew 7:22,23.

If you or your church is worldly and polluted with the things of this world, and yet you keep on speaking in tongues, doing miracles, prophesying and doing many wonders, as that is the focus and priority of many churches and ministers today, if your church continues to focus on physical expansion and you people continue building gigantic buildings here and there, Jesus will not deny that you do all that in His name but He will dash you to hell with all your claiming and blasting in tongue.

Run For Your Life!
If your church cannot change you, change your church. If your church cannot change you to become more like Jesus, don’t let your church change you to become like the world. If will be foolish for you to perish with your church in hell. Christian race is individual race, not collective responsibility. Because your church is doing it or allowing it does not make is right before God. Because your pastor’s wife or your bishop’s wife is wearing worldly dresses and makeup and down does not make it good, because your pastor is telling little lies and turning worldly, and committing sins, that will not make is right before God, and if you join your church’s worldly and sinful lifestyle, it only means you are going to perish with your church. That your daddy G.O is doing is will not justify it. That your GS is doing it will not make is right before God. God cannot change His standard of holiness because of your church’s compromise but you are the one who will run for your life.

Call To Repentance
A dead church can still be revived back to life, no matter how worst or how long they have gone with the world and Satan, all they need to do is to repent and turn back to God. Jesus called the dead church of Sardies to repent, and He is calling you into repentance also, He said, “Remember therefore how you have received and heard; hold fast and repent. Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come upon you.” Revelation 3:3.

God is calling individuals into repentance, remember how you started with God when you first gave your life to Jesus Christ, remember your old love and simplicity and contentment, and also remember how you were carried away with strange doctrines and worldly ambitions, remember how you joined the modern worldly church and forfeited all your old time faith and virtues, remember how you fell away to permissiveness and perversion in your ministry and now center on prophesies and prosperity instead of preparation of the coming of Jesus Christ, remember how you changed your soul winning to churching winning. Repent today before it is too late.

Jesus is coming for a pure and blameless church, not a mansion-building church, not a 10-services in a Sunday church; pure church, not populated and polluted church. Repent and return to Bethel where you met Jesus, to your faith as old without compromise.

IS MouthAction OKAY IN CHRISTIAN MARRIAGE?

YOU NEED A COVER
Some years ago, after God miraculously provided the car for my family, an insurance company was introduced to me for comprehensive car insurance, but after delaying for about two months, my wife and I visited the office of the insurance company, then we paid and insured the car the following day, that was on Friday. Then one of their staff told me that the insurance certificate would be available by the following week’s Wednesday but, he said, “We will give you a cover paper between now till next when your insurance certificate is available, in case of anything.” And within me I laughed, “Cover paper for just 5 days, why? I have been driving the car for more than 3 months without your insurance and no problem so I can wait till Wednesday for the certificate.”

When I told my wife that the insurance company gave me a cover paper to insure the car for 5 days till the insurance certificate is ready, she also laughed and said something like, “Cover paper for just 5 days, they sound too serious.” Well, I collected the cover paper, since no extra cost, no extra coming back, just to collect, noooo problem!

SOMETHING HAPPENED
The following Monday, in the evening, I went out with my wife and the kids to nearby shopping mall to get some items, and as we were coming back home, close to the last bus stop to enter our street, it was a busy Monday evening; several people were standing by the bus stop to get bus or taxi. Then as I was driving to enter the service lane, I heard a loud sound at the back, our car was seriously hit at the back, pushed forward to hit another car in front of us. Thank God for His protection always and using the seatbelts and no one was injured. Our car’s bumper dropped down, the boot scratched, the bonnet also was a bit bend in front and all that. The other car that hit our car was seriously damaged, and I later got to know that it was a loss of brake of the car. As I came out of the car, people rallied us and someone said, “Oga, your car saved lives here.” The car that lost the brake and coming with speed would have ran into the people standing by the bus stop, but God used my car to stop it. My family was safe, the people by the road were safe, and the driver of the other car was safe except few people in his car with minor injuries.

On the scene, I checked the insurance cover paper and dialed the phone number on it and explained what happened to the man, and he said, “We are so sorry for what happened sir, your car will be taken care of.” The following day I drove the car to a good automobile workshop, and everything was fixed, painted and the car came out cleaner than before. The insurance company paid for everything.

YOU NEED BOTH!
There is something more important than the car and its repair here, and that is our life, we need both temporal cover paper and the real certificate of insurance for our life here on earth as a matter of urgency before it gets too late. The temporal cover paper represents God’s divine presence and preservation on earth, and the main certificate of insurance is eternal life, the assurance of eternal rest with God in heaven. When we come to God through Jesus Christ just as we are and realize we are sinners and ready for forsake the sins, then Jesus Christ forgives us and cleanses us, He saves us and washes us through His precious blood that He shed on the cross of Calvary for our redemption, and He writes our names in His Book of life.

As children of God, Jesus Christ will come to take us to heavenly paradise either through death or rapture, but between now and then we need a cover. He said, “I’m coming soon to take you to eternity of heavenly blessing, but till then I will give you a cover, you are covered by my precious blood, from every evil, from satanic oppression, depressions and suppression, from every curse, from sickness, and evil attacks”

There is no any other Cover on earth from evil except the Blood of Jesus. You need a cover for your life, your destiny, your marriage, your health, your business, etc. When trouble of life comes who will cover you? When terrible storms of life come, where do you hide? When challenges of life come, who will cover you? When satanic attacks come against your life, your marriage, your destiny, where will you get coverage without the Blood of Jesus? Life is full of evil and without the cover of Jesus we are vulnerable. That is the reason we all need to come to Jesus for total coverage. When we come to Jesus Christ as a sinner, we confess our sins and we are ready to forsake them and accept Jesus as the Lord of our lives, He will cover us with His blood and also cover us with His righteousness. These are the greatest coverage you can get in your life and they are free of charge: the coverage of the Blood of Jesus and being covered by His righteousness. You cannot get these anywhere else.

You need to hide your life in Jesus so you will not be hit be satanic and sinful forces.

And more than the temporal earthly coverage, because our living here on earth is temporal, what about the main eternal insurance, the insurance of your never-dying soul? Let me tell you, no matter how long we live here on earth, it is temporal compared to eternity

If you care to insure your car, your house, your health, then what about your never-ending soul? We receive certificate of eternal life when our names are written in the Book of Life, when we forsake world of sin and follow Jesus in truth and righteousness.

There is no situation as dangerous as living without the coverage of the Blood of the Lamb and righteousness of the Lord. No earthly cover and no eternal life certificate. If demonic forces just decide to make their lives, their marriages or careers miserable now, they have no cover of the Blood of Lamb, and the worst part is, if death comes or rapture takes place now, they have no assurance of heaven, no eternal life, what is miserable life!”

Will you continue to live in such a miserably dangerous life when Jesus is right there waiting to save, secure and insure your life now here and in eternity? Today is the day of your salvation.

Or in your case, your life has been hit and bartered by the evil forces of this life? Your life is in ruin, your marriage is serious damaged, your health destroyed, your spiritual wasted; you have either backslidden and allowed Satan to ruin your life or you never came to Jesus before till things got worst. Whichever your case, Jesus is ready to rescue your life, your marriage, Jesus is ready and willing to rescue your destiny, He came to this world for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil in your life and give you a brand new life. He has come to save you today, to wash you from sins, then beautify your life like never before and then give you a cover and certificate of eternal life. It’s free for all, including you.

All you need to do is to ask Jesus to come into your life right away, to forgive all your sins as you accept Him as your Lord and PERSONAL Savior and begin to follow Jesus. Your eternity is sure and your earthly cover is certain.

Born Again
Since everybody is born with a bad nature, and bred with a bad notion, there is need to be born again. John 3:3, “Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” To be born again means to have your bad nature, life transforms to a good and godly one. That only happens through Jesus Christ. You need to accept Jesus Christ into your life before He can transform your life. Then how? Since you were conceived in sin, born in sin, and brought up in sin, you need to admit you are a sinner. But admitting you are a sinner will not make a different. Except you are ready to forsake your sins and old lifestyles, then you confess them to Jesus Christ, ask Him to forgive you and also cleanses you with His precious blood that was shed on the cross. Then you ask Him to save you.

Here is the truth: Jesus Christ is the only One empowered by God to forgive sins, no matter how terrible or how long the sins have been in your life. Another good thing is that when Jesus forgives you, He also cleanses you. He pardons all your sins, all! He removes the contamination and consequences of those sins.

AMEN!

YOU NEED A COVER!
Some years ago, after God miraculously provided the car for my family, an insurance company was introduced to me for comprehensive car insurance, but after delaying for about two months, my wife and I visited the office of the insurance company, then we paid and insured the car the following day, that was on Friday. Then one of their staff told me that the insurance certificate would be available by the following week’s Wednesday but, he said, “We will give you a cover paper between now till next when your insurance certificate is available, in case of anything.” And within me I laughed, “Cover paper for just 5 days, why? I have been driving the car for more than 3 months without your insurance and no problem so I can wait till Wednesday for the certificate.”

When I told my wife that the insurance company gave me a cover paper to insure the car for 5 days till the insurance certificate is ready, she also laughed and said something like, “Cover paper for just 5 days, they sound too serious.” Well, I collected the cover paper, since no extra cost, no extra coming back, just to collect, noooo problem!

SOMETHING HAPPENED
The following Monday, in the evening, I went out with my wife and the kids to nearby shopping mall to get some items, and as we were coming back home, close to the last bus stop to enter our street, it was a busy Monday evening; several people were standing by the bus stop to get bus or taxi. Then as I was driving to enter the service lane, I heard a loud sound at the back, our car was seriously hit at the back, pushed forward to hit another car in front of us. Thank God for His protection always and using the seatbelts and no one was injured. Our car’s bumper dropped down, the boot scratched, the bonnet also was a bit bend in front and all that. The other car that hit our car was seriously damaged, and I later got to know that it was a loss of brake of the car. As I came out of the car, people rallied us and someone said, “Oga, your car saved lives here.” The car that lost the brake and coming with speed would have ran into the people standing by the bus stop, but God used my car to stop it. My family was safe, the people by the road were safe, and the driver of the other car was safe except few people in his car with minor injuries.

On the scene, I checked the insurance cover paper and dialed the phone number on it and explained what happened to the man, and he said, “We are so sorry for what happened sir, your car will be taken care of.” The following day I drove the car to a good automobile workshop, and everything was fixed, painted and the car came out cleaner than before. The insurance company paid for everything.

YOU NEED BOTH!
There is something more important than the car and its repair here, and that is our life, we need both temporal cover paper and the real certificate of insurance for our life here on earth as a matter of urgency before it gets too late. The temporal cover paper represents God’s divine presence and preservation on earth, and the main certificate of insurance is eternal life, the assurance of eternal rest with God in heaven. When we come to God through Jesus Christ just as we are and realize we are sinners and ready for forsake the sins, then Jesus Christ forgives us and cleanses us, He saves us and washes us through His precious blood that He shed on the cross of Calvary for our redemption, and He writes our names in His Book of life.

As children of God, Jesus Christ will come to take us to heavenly paradise either through death or rapture, but between now and then we need a cover. He said, “I’m coming soon to take you to eternity of heavenly blessing, but till then I will give you a cover, you are covered by my precious blood, from every evil, from satanic oppression, depressions and suppression, from every curse, from sickness, and evil attacks”

There is no any other Cover on earth from evil except the Blood of Jesus. You need a cover for your life, your destiny, your marriage, your health, your business, etc. When trouble of life comes who will cover you? When terrible storms of life come, where do you hide? When challenges of life come, who will cover you? When satanic attacks come against your life, your marriage, your destiny, where will you get coverage without the Blood of Jesus? Life is full of evil and without the cover of Jesus we are vulnerable. That is the reason we all need to come to Jesus for total coverage. When we come to Jesus Christ as a sinner, we confess our sins and we are ready to forsake them and accept Jesus as the Lord of our lives, He will cover us with His blood and also cover us with His righteousness. These are the greatest coverage you can get in your life and they are free of charge: the coverage of the Blood of Jesus and being covered by His righteousness. You cannot get these anywhere else.

You need to hide your life in Jesus so you will not be hit be satanic and sinful forces.

And more than the temporal earthly coverage, because our living here on earth is temporal, what about the main eternal insurance, the insurance of your never-dying soul? Let me tell you, no matter how long we live here on earth, it is temporal compared to eternity

If you care to insure your car, your house, your health, then what about your never-ending soul? We receive certificate of eternal life when our names are written in the Book of Life, when we forsake world of sin and follow Jesus in truth and righteousness.

There is no situation as dangerous as living without the coverage of the Blood of the Lamb and righteousness of the Lord. No earthly cover and no eternal life certificate. If demonic forces just decide to make their lives, their marriages or careers miserable now, they have no cover of the Blood of Lamb, and the worst part is, if death comes or rapture takes place now, they have no assurance of heaven, no eternal life, what is miserable life!”

Will you continue to live in such a miserably dangerous life when Jesus is right there waiting to save, secure and insure your life now here and in eternity? Today is the day of your salvation.

Or in your case, your life has been hit and bartered by the evil forces of this life? Your life is in ruin, your marriage is serious damaged, your health destroyed, your spiritual wasted; you have either backslidden and allowed Satan to ruin your life or you never came to Jesus before till things got worst. Whichever your case, Jesus is ready to rescue your life, your marriage, Jesus is ready and willing to rescue your destiny, He came to this world for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil in your life and give you a brand new life. He has come to save you today, to wash you from sins, then beautify your life like never before and then give you a cover and certificate of eternal life. It’s free for all, including you.

All you need to do is to ask Jesus to come into your life right away, to forgive all your sins as you accept Him as your Lord and PERSONAL Savior and begin to follow Jesus. Your eternity is sure and your earthly cover is certain.
