ELI BROUGHT UP HIS CHILDREN IN A MODERN WAY!
Eli was a high Priest of God in Shiloh then, he has 2 children , boys, but they were spoiled children, spoiled by their father, he brought them up in an American way, in a Western and modern way and then the children became useless, so useless to him and to God.

Do you think Eli did not talk to his children? He did, but with more respect than with discipline. Eli could talk to his children like, "Guys, what you are doing is not the best, you need to think, think and bring out the best in you. You are wonderful guys and I would not want to say anything that would hurt your feeling or emotion, because you deserve respect as the sons of the highest priest in Israel. You have great potentials and you deserve a reserved respect, but then I would not want you to hurt God, men"

Now, with all the evils, corruptions and immoralities of his sons, see how he rebuked them, "So he said to them, “Why do you do such things? For I hear of your evil dealings from all the people. No, my sons! For it is not a good report that I hear. You make the Lord’s people transgress." Eli spoke to his spoiled children with respect, he wasn't ready to be too direct or harsh with them, that was the reason he kept saying "What I hear about you". He was living with them in Shiloh and he saw none of the evils they were doing, he only heard what people said. He did not want his sons to see him as a tough or strict father and he did not want them to be mad at him, he was like, "I didn't see anything wrong in what you are doing, but what I am hearing is not good, you know people now...."

That is how the western world, modern world wants you to bring up your kids, like Eli, with much respect even if they are disrespecting God, no discipline and no any form of punishments.

Eli honoured his son more than God and God was not happy about that. God said, "Why do you kick at My sacrifice and My offering which I have commanded in My dwelling place, and honor your sons more than Me....."

Listen, it is better you discipline your children now than for God to decide His judgement upon them. It is better to hurt your kids with punishments now than for you to hurt God. Eli lost everything and his two sons in a day just because he honoured his children more than God.

"He who spares his rod hates his son, But he who loves him disciplines him promptly." Proverbs 13:24.

Train and discipline your children in godly way now, forget about their moods now but mold them in a godly way. They will thank you later.

THE POWER OF CONFESSION
“Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” James 5:16

The act of confession is so important in our daily living especially as Christians. Many Christians are suffering physically and spiritually, and they ignorantly think it is the work of enemies against their lives, not knowing it is all about their failure to do the necessary confessions. So many Christians are ignorant of the powerful effects of confession.

The confession I am talking about here is not about confessing our sins to God. After you have confessed your sins to God and God has forgiveness you, it is a must to confess to your fellow human beings, you need to confess to the people that are concerned and then ask for their forgiveness. If you say you have confessed to God and refuse to confess to the people you offended, the people in your life that you are hiding it from, it means your confession to God is fake and not genuine.

You remember what the Bible says? It says if we say we love God that we can’t see physically but hate people we can see physically, our love for God is fake and not genuine. The same thing is applicable here. If you say you have confessed to God you can’t see but you refuse to confess to fellow human being you can see, that shows that your confession to God is fake, it also shows if you had seen God physically you would not have confessed to Him.

The Bible says, “Confess your trespasses to one another”
After you give your life to Jesus, after you become born again, after you realize the wrong you have done and after you have confessed to God, the Bible says, “Confess your trespasses to one another” From this Bible passage, we can see that there are two sets of people we must confess to after we have confessed to God, the Bible says, “Confess your trespasses to one another” One first, then another. So who are the one another? Let’s check it.

The One – People you Directly offended.
Before you gave your life to Jesus, before you rededicated your life to Jesus, you have sinned against God and men. So now, after you have confessed to God and asked for His forgiveness, you need to confess to people you offended directly, the people you cheated, the people lied to, the people you fought without cause, the people you stole from, the people you directly offended. Some of these people may be higher than you, they may be your senior, your boss, your parents, your pastors and some may be your junior, your staff, your worker, your church members, your spouse or even your children; some of them may not even know what you did against them or they may not know you are the person who committed the offence, but since you have given your life to Jesus, you need to go and confess to them and ask for forgiveness.

If you have worked anywhere and you cheated, stole or dealt unfaithfully, you need to communicate with organization and confess the wrong things you did, because if you don’t confess to them and apologize, apart from the problem of making heaven it poses, it will also hinder you from making progress in life. That is the reason the Bible says we should confess to one another. So many Christians are ignorant of this Bible truth, they think their past is gone and gone forever and no need to confess to one another, and the devil is using this against their destinies, their blessings, their progress in life and he will also use it against their making heaven.

Let me tell you the truth, if you have worked with someone faithfully, and you start your own, that your own business may not prosper until to go back to where you have worked and confess your trespasses. That is the reason many businesses are not prospering and you think everything is witches and wizards, the household enemies or you think it is general economic problem in your country so you can run away to another country. Listen, you cannot steal from another person and then start your own and expect God to prosper it. The Bible says in Luke 16:12, “And if you have not been faithful in what is another man’s, who will give you what is your own?” This is God’s principle and your fasting and prayer cannot change it. If you have been unfaithful in another man’s business, and you have realized your unfaithfulness, you need to confess to the person and ask for forgiveness.

When the Bible says we should confess to one another, but you say you have confessed to God so no need to confess to one another, you are in direct disobedience to the word of God, no matter your sacrifices to God, your labor, your offerings, your tithes, your commitment to the work of God, you are working against the word of God. The Bible says obedience is better than sacrifice. Obedience to the simple word of God which says, “Confess your trespasses to one another” determines the rest of your relationship with God and the certainty of your making heaven.

The Another – People You indirectly offended
When the Bible says, “Confess your trespasses to one another” the “one” there are the people you directly offended, and the “another” are the people you offended indirectly. Who are the people you offended indirectly? They are people you betray their trust in you. Let me give you an example. A pastor who went into sin of adultery, after realizing his sin and confessing to God for forgiveness, he must confess to his wife, because he has offended his wife directly and he must confess to his church, because he has offended his church indirectly. Failure to confess to one and another will bring attack of the enemies and judgment of God.

Some people say there is no need to confess to one another, since it is God they sin against, they will just confess to God and that settles it. Some say when David committed sins, he just confessed to God alone and not to men. And my question is that, if David only confessed to God and he did not let any man know, so how did you know about it? You know what? You are sitting on timing bomb; you are in serious danger if you refuse to confess your trespasses to one another.

Listen, if you say you have confessed to God and that settles it, then why are you still having a disturbed mind? Why are you still always afraid of letting some people know? Why are you still having a trouble mind and condemnation in your mind? Is that how you are going to continue living in fear and trouble mind for the rest of your life? So why not open up and be free? Why are you keeping the dangerous secret away from your wife, your husband, your marital partner or your physical or spiritual parents?

If truly God has forgiven you, why are you still having condemnation and fear? It simply means you need to open up to some people, though you did not offend them directly, but you have betrayed the trust and confidence they have in you. And so the Bible says, “Confess your trespasses to one another”

Let’s read the whole Bible verse, “Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” James 5:16.

So What Happens When you refuse to Confess to One Another?

Number 1, Unhealed Situation
One of the reasons why so many Christians are not being healed from sicknesses, why healing is not rampant in church as of old is because of cover up of trespasses. Look at that Bible verse, it says, “Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed.” So if you don’t confess your trespasses to one another, you may not be healed. The Christians of this generation believe God for healing more than ever, we pray and even fast for healing, but we witness little healing all because of unconfessed sin. Many Christians have faith for healing they pray to God for healing, they claim healing but they never experience healing, not because God does the power to heal but because of unconfessed sin to one another. So many Christian homes are full of cover up sins, so many churches are covering up their trespasses and this is hindering the healing power of God. The Bible says “Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed.” Do you want healing in your health, in your marriage, in your finance, in your business, in your ministry? Then “Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed.”

Number 2: Unanswered Prayer
The second thing to happens when a child of God refuses to confess his sin to one another after confessing to God is unanswered prayer. You can see that so many Christians spend more time to pray more than before, many churches spend most of their time to pray, every new year, 21 days’ prayer and fasting, 100 days fasting and prayer, if you like you can do 1000 days fasting and prayer, if you like you can go from one mountain to another, you can speak in tongues of angels, but if you are refuse to confess your trespasses to one another, to the necessary people, if you are hiding something from your spouse, if you are keeping secrets from your husband or your wife, your pastors, your parents, or anyone as the case may be, and you are covering up, your prayer will be hindered.

Listen to me, if you commit sin in English and you are confessing it by speaking in tongues, you are only confusing yourself not even the demons. Satan has no problem with you speaking in tongues as long you don’t speak the truth.

If you don’t want your prayer to be hindered, and you don’t want Satan to hinder you from making heaven you must open up the secrets you are keeping all these while and confess to one another as the case may be.

The Bible says, “He who covers his sins will not prosper,
But whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy.”

REALITY OF CHRISTIANS AND BUSINESS' SUCCESS
With my few years in business as a child of God, I can categorically tell you this that If you are a true child of God doing business, you believe in holiness, righteousness and integrity and yet you don't know how to hear from God, you don't know and follow the daily leading of the Holy Spirit in your day to day activities of your business or career, IT IS NOT AND NEVER POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO PROSPER OR SUCCEED.

Listen, this world is corrupt and this generation is super corrupt and evil, and so many Christians who claim to be successful in business are compromising, compromisers from Deeper Life, Redeemed and others. You see, business is a different world with sinful systems especially if you aim to the top. You will get to a point that you must choose to let go of your salvation or the business. And unfortunately many, so many including the believers of holiness, are letting go of their Bible standard because of earthly success and money.

In the business world, you don't want to lie, you don't want to bribe, you don't want to forge, you don't want to join occult group, you don't want to compromise holiness and you are in business, yet you don't know how to listen to the voice of God, you don't know how to discern the leading of Holy Spirit in your business, then it is not possible for you to prosper if you are in this generation.

This reality was so obvious many years before that believers thought children of God could not high level of business or prosper in this sinful world; they thought how would that christian survive the sinful and corrupt business atmosphere? But that is NOT the best conclusion, and the solution is not for a child of God not to aim to prosper or to go into high level business. God want to bless His children, to prosper them even like Abraham in this generation for the glory of God and blessing of His kingdom.

But compromising with the world, joining them in evil is not an option or a solution, that would lead to earthly and ETERNAL destructive.

The secret of prosperity and success in business as genuine believing Christians is ABILITY TO KNOW THE DAILY LEADING OF HOLY SPIRIT and FOLLOW IT.

The Bible says,
"Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying,
“This is the way, walk in it,”
Whenever you turn to the right hand
Or whenever you turn to the left." Isaiah 30:21

That is the secret and sure of way of success in business for every child of God - divine leading of Holy Spirit.

Anyone who claims to be a child of God that does not know how to receive God's leading, how to know God's leading and follow it, that christian is the most miserable.

Our primary focus as children of God is not how to speak in tongues or prophesy but to hear from our loving heavenly Father, His leading and guidance in this wilderness world.

Luke 17:35, "Two women will be grinding together: the one will be taken and the other left. Two men will be in the field: the one will be taken and the other left.”

If you miss your booked flight at the Airport, you can wait for another flight, but there is a flight you must not miss, because it will happen once, that is the flight of the rapture to heaven, it is called the catching away of the saints by Jesus. This rapture will happen within seconds when the angels of God will blow the trumpet…in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound. 1 Corinthians 15:52.

There will be sudden disappearance of Christians who have experienced genuine salvation, who have opened up their secret sins, settled needed restitution and living in holiness and righteousness from the blemishes of the world till the seconds of the rapture. Many people will be left behind throughout the world, many Christians will be left behind also, why? Because they are not well prepared. The left behind at the flight of the rapture will be left to blight of the Anti-Christ and eternal doom; that will be devastating and destructive occurrence which never happens since the beginning of the world. This unprecedented occurrence can happen any seconds from now without any warning or feeling of awareness.

If you have not surrendered your life to Jesus Christ as your Lord, you are at the danger of being left behind to the mercy of Satan, If you are postponing your salvation, you are in serious danger; you need to surrender your life to Jesus now.

If you are a Christian and toiling with sins, rising and falling, you need to rededicate your life to Jesus totally now! If you have been saved, serving God but there are some little worldliness in your lifestyles or unconfesed sin, or inconsistency in your Bible reading, prayer life, Christian life, or unforgiving people you have ignored, or unsettled restitution, you may also be among the left behind group, you need to surrender and settle all now. It may happen right when you are angry or getting involved in something sinful, and that is the end.

You need to totally surrender all, every area of your life to Jesus and at all time, because the rapture will happen within seconds and there will not be second chance for another rapture.

Many Senior pastors and big ministers of God will be left behind, many church leaders, workers and many Christians will be left behind, and all unbelievers will be dazed, at last, it will happen!

If at the moment you are reading this message rapture has not happened, then you have the choice to make the rapture. Without delay, you need to surrender all to Jesus, if you are a believer, you need to check your life and surrender all, no sin is too small to hold you down not to make the rapture, even if your big pastors do not oppose it, even if you have reasons to support yourself, even if everybody is doing it. Don't be fooled, don't be arrogant or defensive at this time, just surrender all to Jesus, because He is coming any moment from now. You must leave behind your sins, sinful partners, materials and gains so that you will not be left behind.

You have a choice: leave all behind for Jesus now, let the people and world leave you behind or you are left behind at the rapture?

Matthew 25:13, ““Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.”

WHEN IT COMES TO SUCCESS IN BUSINESS, EXPERIENCE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN CAPITAL.
If you think of building a multi-million business as a child of God, it takes years of diligence and hardworking, patience and help of God. Successful business is not something you use your retirement money to build overnight.

When it comes to success in business, the most important aspect of it is experience not money. But so many Christians are making mistake that it is just about money, that is the reason many who retired with so much money could achieve little in business, that is the reason so many people who were sacked at work with so much money ran out of business after a short time even with so much money. And that is the reason many with huge bank loan without experience could achieve little.

Listen to me, it is not about money but years of experience. God values experience and He that is the reason He is taking you, building you through it all these years just as He did with the children of Israel to the Promised Land. But unfortunately, many Christians don’t want to go through years of experience, they want thing to begin to boom immediately. And that is the reason many abandon their God’s given businesses and careers, they want the job that will yield millions, official cars and earn them respect at home and in the church, but these are not the concern of God for us.

Maybe God is taking through it to get the experience before giving you money, before letting you travel out, so that you can use the experience to build your own. But many are so much impatient and care less about experience, they become half-baked and useless.

God could provide huge amount of money for you within few days but what about the experience?

Wait patiently upon the Lord to take you through the process of experience, His plan for you is to give you a future and hope, a glorious future but a glamourous present.

" For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. " Jeremiah 29:11

ALL CHURCHES RUNNING EXPENSIVE SCHOOLS ARE NOT SENT BY GOD!
Baptist Church, Apostolic Faith, RCCG, Deeper Life Church, etc. running expensive nursery and primary schools, secondary schools and universities, more expensive than Federal Government's schools or more expensive that an average member of the same church cannot afford, they are not sent by God, they sent themselves.

I heard about a school founded by a man of God, Gbele Akanni, a school totally free of charge for all the students. This is a man who does not run church, who does not collect tithes and offerings, yet runs free of charge school and the school is progressing and well taken care of by God. And your church, collecting tithes and offerings, using church's land and money, members' donation to build the school and the school is so expensive that an average member of the same church cannot afford to send their children to their church's school, is this not wickedness and ungodliness? Is your church carrying this money to heaven? Is your church running the Gospel of Mammon or Gospel of Christ?

Ask yourself, If Jesus were to start a private school in your country, would He be charging such school fees your church is charging now? Is your church Christ-like or a business venture?

One of the wickedness of this generation's church is starting private schools with church's contributions and making the same school unaffordable to an average member of the church. This is barbaric, not biblical!

I am saying this not just to correct these churches but to warn the upcoming generation of young men and women of God not to follow the footsteps of heresy and love of money.

The funny and filthy excuse many churches give is that it is an expensive running school. Now let me help relieve you of that excuse: there is no clear difference between the school fees of private individuals and church's schools, so an individual who collected bank loan to build school without church money or church's land and with only the school fees he collects from his private school, he pays his loan, maintains school and makes profit and your church is collecting similar school fees for her secondary school or university, and you say it is not easy to maintain school?

The satanic aspect there is that the church's school built by church money with church's land is charging similar school fees with private individuals and making profit on his church members and doesn't care about his church members who can't afford it, is that not satanic?

If the Federal Government is subsidizing their school fees with tax money, why can't our churches subsidize their university's school fees with tithe money? For how long are we going to be defending what is not defendable before God and keep playing religion on our common senses?

Education was brought to Africa, not by our Governments or by Colonial Governments, but by the church, the selfless Christian missionaries. But after the missionaries gave us the gospel and we have known even more than the missionaries, we now have our churches in Africa, the same African churches are so rich to afford building multi-million church auditoriums more beautiful than what the missionaries built for us and so rich to buy private jets for our Bishops and Papas, but unfortunately these African churches cannot afford free education which the missionaries brought to Africa with the gospel.

Tell your church to repent before it is too late for them because judgment will start from the house of God.

WHAT LEADS TO SIN
Do you know that you can never commit a sin except you desire that sin? Sin does not come automatically. In fact, Satan cannot force us to commit sin. Satan can deceive you with sin, he can tempt you with sin, he can bring sinful thoughts and memories into your mind, but he cannot force you. The limited power of Satan is to tempt us with sin but he cannot force us. There cannot be sin without desire for it.

The first sin ever committed on earth by Eve, the devil talked to her, it did not turn to a sin, the devil tempted her, that did not become a sin, even the devil persuaded her, yet there was no sin. But until the woman desired the sin. The Bible says, “So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.” Genesis 3:6.

Listen, if you don’t desire it, you cannot do it. If you don’t desire it, it cannot dominate you. There is nothing like, “I don’t know how I find myself in the sin” There is nothing like, “I don’t know how I did it” That is the reason God leaves the responsibility of desiring it to us so that nobody will blame another or the devil for the sin they willingly desire and commit.

Sin cannot come just without you desiring to have a bite. No one ever committed sin without first desiring it, that is the reason we are responsible for sin we committed because we first desired.

Solution
If you want to overcome sin, you need to first experience Salvation through Jesus Christ. And if you saved and you don’t want to fall back to sin, you need daily sanctification. It is a must as children of God to always run scan on our heart through the word of God and continuously engage is surgical operation through sanctification to remove sinful desire before the desire forms into demand and destruction. The sanctification of yesterday cannot deter the sinful desire of today.

Hey, don't say you are spiritually matured or you are an elderly Christian, don't say you are sanctified years back. It is a must for us to always run scan and x-ray just like women go for pregnancy scan, to check if there is any pregnancy - sinful desires - before it reaches 9 months.

We must always pray for sanctification by saying LORD, SEARCH ME AND SANCTIFY ME! And we must always separate ourselves from sinful desires.

You know David, a man after God's heart? Even with his godly heart, he prayed a serious prayer. He said,

"Search me, O God, and know my heart;
Try me, and know my anxieties;
And see if there is any wicked way in me,
And lead me in the way everlasting." Psalm 139:23,24

And some Christians are saying no need for daily searching or sanctification? Some Christians say sanctification is a one-time experience, that once they are sanctified, they are sanctified forever, will that lead them to everlasting life? It will only lead them to hypocritical life then to hell fire.

We must be humble to search our lives daily, no matter our spiritual attainments and to pray for heavenly sanctification daily.

Say,
LORD, I CANNOT SEARCH MYSELF, PLEASE SEARCH ME!
LORD, I CANNOT SANCTIFY MYSELF, PLEASE SANCTIFY ME!

SANCTIFY MY THOUGHTS
SANCTIFY MY TEMPER
SANCTIFY MY TONGUE.

THE ABNORMAL BEHAVIOR OF USING MAKEUP
If you see a woman or you know a woman who cannot go out without using makeup, such a woman is being tormented by abnormal behavior. Do you know using makeup is an abnormal behavior? I can simply explain this to you psychologically. If you, as a woman, are obsessed with using makeup, you are not self-confident without makeup; if you feel ugly without makeup or you are not complete without applying makeup, you are having a psychological abnormal behavior called Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Obsessive-compulsive disorder is characterized by unreasonable thoughts and fears (obsessions) that lead to compulsive behaviors. So we can see that OCD centers on fear and in makeup, it is the fear of how you look to people and fear of what people will say about your appearance. This is fear of how people see you and not how God sees you. If you are a child of God and you know how you are made by God, you will not be afraid, worried or obsessed about how people see you because you are fearfully and wonderfully made, you are The Masterpiece code 06-00-00 of God. If you know how naturally beautiful you are, you will not paint yourself with artificial makeups. A piece of diamond does not need to be painted before it shows its value and beauty.

Behind every woman using makeup is fear of appearance, a mindset disorder which leads to OCD, Obsessive-compulsive disorder that is characterized by unreasonable worries and fears (obsessions) which lead to compulsive behaviors – the compulsive behavior here is applying makeup for every outing. Let me rephrase it better, if it’s a compulsory habit for you to apply makeup before going out, you are suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder OCD.

There are 7 forms of obsessive-compulsive disorder and one of them is doubt and incompleteness. If you don’t feel complete or confident without artificial makeup, if you have an inferiority complex on your beautiful outlook without makeup, it simply indicates you have abnormal behavior called obsessive-compulsive disorder OCD or do you think it's normal for a normal human to fix nails like tigers before she sees herself beautiful? Do you think it is normal for a woman to fix eyelashes, paints her face with colors and look terrible before she gains her self-confidence?

But the good news is that OCD is curable! You need to visit a Physician at a clinic, simple! SECRET OF OVERCOMING ADDICTED SINS
If after you have given your life to Jesus, you find it difficult to stop some sinful habits you were used to, if you find it difficult to stop smoking or to stop drinking alcohol, if you find it hard to stop watching pornography or masturbating, if you find it difficult stopping any addicted sinful habit, you need just two things – Jesus said “Watch and pray” and that is all you need.

As Christian, the only secret of overcoming addicted sin is what Jesus said to His disciples, to watch and pray. Let me read it to you in Matthew 26:41, “Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” What this means is that when you give your life to Jesus, you already have the Spirit of God and that Spirit of God is willing to help you to serve God, willing to help you to live a holy life. But then your flesh, your flesh is very weak to go in line with the Spirit of God that is the reason Jesus said the spirit if willing but the flesh is weak.

So then what will you do when your flesh is too weak to walk in the Spirit? What will you do when you are too weak spiritually to stand and serve God? Will you abandon your salvation and go back to join them? Will you go back into sin and worldliness? No! Listen to me, the statement, “My flesh is weak or I am weak” is not an excuse to continue in sin or to go back to sin but it’s a realization to do something urgently, to do the needful. When you see your flesh is weak or you are weak, then you need to watch and pray more than ever before.

What we need to do when our flesh is too weak, when stopping sinful habits becomes difficult is to watch and pray. Nobody who becomes born again and becomes automatically strong, everybody was weak at initial, and you should not let Satan deceive or discourage you that you are super weak to serve God and to live holy life. Even the disciples of Jesus Christ were too weak to stay for just an hour, but Jesus told them the secret of becoming strong, the secret of overcoming addicted sins, the secret of overcoming smoking and drug adicts after you are saved; the secret of overcoming masturbation, the secret of overcoming drinking alcohol, the secret of overcoming pornography and other sinful habits, and that secret is to WATCH AND PRAY!

So how do we watch? To watch means to be warned, to be careful, to take caution. And how do we do that in our Christian life? We watch by being careful of what we think, what we say, where we go, what we watch on our TV and phones, what we listen to, what we desire and who we go out with? That is all about watching in Christian life! So when Jesus says WATCH, He is saying, “Hey, be careful what you think and allow to flow through your mind, be careful of the video clip and movies you are watching and the type of music you are listening to, be careful of where you go and who you go out with. People you move with after you are saved, are they people that will help you to serve God better or pull you back into darkness of sinfulness?

And how do we pray? After we are saved, we pray for God’s sanctification, meaning for God to purify your heart from ungodly notions and desires. We pray for God’s strength to overcome the pressures of sin and to resist sin. It is not by our power but by God’s strength in our inner man. It is a step at a time, a day at a time, a daily progress in the Lord.

THE MOTHER OF SIN
“But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. 15 Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.” James 1:14,15.

The mother of sin is desire. Without desire sin cannot be born! It is desire that gives birth to sin. It is sin that gives birth to death, eternal death. So now let's do the analysis: Sin is banished without desire for it but sin is born by desire for it. The mother of sin is the desire and the father of sin is the doing. When there is pregnancy, the child can be born without the presence of the father around but not without the mother.

When you have the desire for it, you are already pregnant even though you have not done or committed the sinful act. Desire for sin is more than thought of sin coming to your mind, but it is a concluded interest for sin, when you are already in love with the sinful desire in your heart and in your mind, you are already doing it and defending it.

And the question is, “Can someone who is pregnant of sinful desire make the rapture, even though he or she has not done it? Here is the answer from the Bible, “"But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days!" Matthew 24:19. If you are pregnant with sinful desire and the rapture or death meets you there, there is danger.

The desire for high life, desire for sexual immoral pleasure, desire for pride, desire for ungodly things building up in your mind is a serious matter. The desire for sin is a sin itself, it is called inordinate affection, don’t wait until you do it before you see yourself as a fall-away.

It is a must as children of God to always run scan on our heart through the word of God and continuously engage is surgical operation through sanctification to remove sinful desire before the desire form into demand and destruction.

Hey, don't say you are spiritually mature or you are elderly Christian, don't say you are sanctified years back. It is a must for us to always run scan and x-ray just like women go for pregnancy scan, to check if there is any pregnancy - sinful desires - before it reaches 9 months.

We must always pray for sanctification by saying LORD, SEARCH ME AND SANCTIFY ME!

You know David, a man after God's heart? Even with his godly heart, he prayed a serious prayer. He said,

"Search me, O God, and know my heart;
Try me, and know my anxieties;
And see if there is any wicked way in me,
And lead me in the way everlasting." Psalm 139:23,24
And some Christians are saying no need for daily searching or sanctification? Will that lead them to everlasting life?

Say,
LORD, I CANNOT SEARCH MYSELF, PLEASE SEARCH ME!
LORD, I CANNOT SANCTIFY MYSELF, PLEASE SANCTIFY ME!

SANCTIFY MY THOUGHTS
SANCTIFY MY TEMPER
SANCTIFY MY TONGUE.

Say,
LORD, REMOVE EVERY SINFUL PREGNANCY IN MY NATURE!

SINFUL PREGNANCY OF EVIL DESIRE

HOW SATAN PRESENTS SIN AND UNGODLINESS TO PEOPLE
“So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.” Genesis 3:6

1, He makes sin look good – lust of the flesh.
Nobody wants to intentionally do something bad, so for Satan to make people commit sin and sin against God, he will first present sin as good to them, you must see something good for any reason before you do it. And that was how Even fell into sin. She would not have eaten the forbidden fruit if she still saw it bad. The devil is using the media, celebrities and different means to present sin as good thing to people. When you see something good for yourself or for others, you will have little resistance to it. When the devil makes sin looks good to you and you see it just like that, you will not mind going for it. That was the trick he used against Eve.

2, Satan makes sin looks pleasant – lust of the eyes.
This is the same forbidden fruit Eve had seen several times and ignored it or ran away from it, but this time the devil is presenting it to her in a different way, in a pleasant way. You may see fornication, adultery, worldly dresses, and others as terrible and evil, but the day you begin to look at it in a pleasant way, that is when you will fall for it. Satan does not present sin as evil or terrible thing, but he does present it as pleasant. Have you seen any alcoholic drink company running advert of their alcohol that people drink it and show bitter face or get sick? No, they will show people drinking alcohol and smiling and being happy, so you too would feel if you drink you will be happy and forget your sorrow. That is how Satan presents sin. You cannot fall into sin unless the sin looks pleasant to your eyes.

The Bible says, “For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world.” 1 John 2:16. These are the things the devil uses to lure people into different sinfulness and ungodliness – the lust of the flesh, looking good for you, the lust of the eyes – looking pleasant to your eyes, and the pride of life – desire to have more and more.

3, Satan makes sin desirable – the pride of life.
Listen to me, except you desire the sinful temptation, you cannot fall for it. It is the work of the devil to make sin desirable to people, he must do the finishing to sin that will make you desire to have a bite. If you don’t desire it, it cannot dominate you. The desire for sin comes from within, the devil sows the seed of sinful desire into man’s heart. The little, little desire, the new and little interest that is coming from your heart is not ordinary but the beginning of your spiritual downfall. Desire for sin brings downfall for your spiritual life.

Don’t wait until you do it, as soon you see you are desiring the sinful things, you are already gone. 4, Satan present sin as a modern wisdom and knowledge.
People are searching for wisdom and knowledge and the devil is presenting sin and ungodliness as wisdom, as civilization and modern life. The Bible says in the end time knowledge will increase. There are many things that were called sins years back but now they are called civilization. And nobody wants to look primitive, we want to be civilized in this modern world, even if it will take you wearing crazy jeans, as long you are part of the crazy civilized people.

And Satan is busy presenting sins as modern civilization in the family, in the church and in the society. Sinful dresses are no more sinful, even in the church, they are modern dressings. Fornication is no more seen as terrible sin, it is now dating or making love. Covetousness is no more sin; it is called being ambitious. Telling lies is no longer a lie, it is being smart or being diplomatic. False prophecy is not a sin; it is helping people’s faith. Worldliness and carelessness in the church is no sin, it is liberty and anyone who still cares to stand on the word of God as of old is seen as being legalistic. Holiness and righteous living is now termed as being legalistic and worldliness is now liberty or knowledge. That is the reason sin is striving and increasing in our modern society.

The good looking sinful person or sinful thing, the pleasant or pleasurable benefits you stand to get or gain from sin, the desirable love that comes from your mind and the modern civilization of sin and trivialization of sin are all the deceptions of the devil to make you sin and disqualify yourself from God’s glory. If you fall for it now, later you will realize you are deceived by the devil but it may be too late. Later Eve realized she was deceived by the devil but it was too late to reverse it. In Genesis 3:13, “And the LORD God said to the woman, “What is this you have done?” The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”

Everybody doing it now will still realize that they are deceived by the devil but unfortunately it will be too late for the majority. The devil is deceiving you with the cares of this world now that you don’t have time for your salvation and to serve God in holiness and righteousness, the devil tells you it is called being ambitious, and you are happy with yourself, but one day you will realize your ambition is ambiguous.

The devil is deceiving you with worldliness, worldly dressing and you call it liberty, is that liberty in Christ? One day, you will realize you are all under the bondage of the devil which he deceives you with liberty.

To you, anyone who stands on the word of God as of old is legalistic, right? And that sounds boring and odd to you. The devil is doing deception party on your head, your face will soon clear when you pass into eternity and he does reception party for you in hell.

There are so many people in hell now, when they were alive, they were like you, they were enjoying the sin, postponing their salvation, living a careless Christian life, covering up their sins, deceived by the devil and lost forever and ever.

What is your decision today? You want to continue in the modern deception of the devil, you want to continue in the deception called liberal, modern Christianity of the penterascal prosperity gospel or you want to genuinely surrender your life unto Jesus and start the journey of eternal life on the old rugged way or you want to continue on the smooth, permissive, modern, liberal way that leads to eternal doom and darkness? Today is the day of your salvation.

Say Lord, I am a deceived sinner, but I don’t want to continue in deception of sin and religion.
SAVE ME.
FORGIVE MY SINS
WASH ME WITH YOUR PRECIOUS BLOOD
I SURRENDER ALL TO YOU JESUS
BE MY LORD FROM TODAY AND FOREVER
LEAD ME FROM HERE TILL ETERNITY

THE SECRET OF GETTING YOUR DESIRED MIRACLES FROM GOD
Let this message always come to your remembrance in your life. At every junction of your life, in your family, ministry, health, and business. Always remember the secret of getting your desired miracles from God.

Let's open our Bible to Matthew 15 from verse 21, “Then Jesus went out from there and departed to the region of Tyre and Sidon. 22 And behold, a woman of Canaan came from that region and cried out to Him, saying, “Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! My daughter is severely demon-possessed.”

One day, Jesus and His disciples went to the region of Tyre and Sidon and there a woman of Canaan came to Jesus to pray for her daughter who was demon-possessed. This woman needed miracle for her life and daughter and she believed Jesus to do the miracle, so she prayed to Jesus. And what happened? The Bible says, "But He answered her not a word." Matthew 15:23.

A woman needed miracle,
She prayed to Jesus,
And Jesus did not answer her prayer.

This is where many of us give up today. We say "God said we should pray, and we have prayed" but God does not answer. So what do we do when God does not answer? We immediately begin to think of alternatives. Since prayer does not answer, maybe we should go to specialist. Psychiatrists. Maybe she should go to hospital in abroad to meet the special Psychiatrists”

Listen, the Bible says the daughter was demon-possessed but the doctors will still call it a name, a name they don't even understand and you too will be thinking or hoping for healing from the treatments. Treatment from demon-inflicted sickness? What kind of hope is that?

And some may begin to Google it, “How to manage a daughter with psychiatrists-named mental illness” And they begin to write drugs, drugs to treat demons? How possible? Do demons bow to drugs? Can drugs chase away demons? Someone who is being tormented by demons and he is using blood tonic syrup.

To some, since they prayed and no answer from God, the Bible said Jesus did not answer her a word, the next thing some would do is to raise money to foreign medical treatments. Sometimes I look at the way people in Africa put their trust in foreign hospital or foreign medical treatments as if the people there are not dying in their hospitals. See, the girl did not have Corona virus, it was the demonic. Raising money � will not solve the problem. Flying to foreign hospital will not chase away the demonic possession.

But the woman did not think of any other alternative. And then maybe if she begs disciples of Jesus to help her plead to Jesus, something would happen. So what next? "And His disciples came and urged Him, saying, “Send her away, for she cries out after us.”

Second level: Ministers and children of God helped intercede.
She prayed, God did not answer,
She engaged brethren to pray,
Unfortunately, God did not answer again.

"But He answered and said, “I was not sent except to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”

What a sorry case!

Some might think, “It is like some forces are pursuing this woman, forces from her mother �household that says prayer, that says she will not eat the fruits of her labor over her daughter”

Will she kill herself?
Prayed, nothing
Involved brethren and ministers of God, nothing happened!

“Is it not for her to forget about healing miracle from Jesus? Maybe that is the destiny of the daughter or the daughter has offended God so much or she has committed abortion, hmmm, young girls of these days. Who knows where she got the problems? Maybe she joined secret cult or she is a witch. Maybe it is God's punishment. See, you better go and drop her somewhere at rehabilitation center and move on”

But the mother says no, she must get her miracle from Jesus. No going back home with these demons. So what next?

Third level of getting what you want from God: Worshipping God!
"Then she came and worshiped Him, saying, “Lord, help me!”

You prayed and nothing happens?
You engage intercession and supplication and yet nothing happens?
So what next will you do?
To give up and go back empty hands? NO!

The third thing is to begin to worship God. Begin to praise God. Thanksgiving is the next and highest level. Let me read to you in Philippians 4:6. “"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God"

"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by PRAYER and SUPPLICATION(intercession), with THANKSGIVING, let your requests be made known to God" You pray, you supplicate, then you move to thanksgiving, worshipping God. What are you saying when you are worshipping God in your situation? You are telling Him to help you. You are telling Him you have no other way; you are telling Him you believe Him.

Matthew 15:28, "Then Jesus answered and said to her, “O woman, great is your faith! Let it be to you as you desire.” And her daughter was healed from that very hour."

Jesus told her, “Let it be to you as you desire.” The woman got more than healing for her daughter. She got everything she ever desired for her daughter. "Let it be to you as you desire.” everything she desired for her girl. If she had desired the girl would be Lawyer or anything in life, authority of Jesus had approved it. If she desired her daughter to become the richest woman, it would happen to that girl. Jesus gave her present and future answers, as she desired! It is like asking Solomon what he wanted. As she desired, everything she desired for her daughter for life. Just because she did not give up.

So here you are, will you give up and seek for alternatives? You too can get your desires if you don’t give up. What are your desires from Jesus? Write them down, keep praying about them. Keep interceding about it.

You know many of us are funny. We desire somethings from God, we go to Him with prayer or fasting and God does not answer then we stop. So you just gave up? Are you paying money to talk with God? Are you buying airtime? What will cost you to keep asking God? Airtime, battery or iPhone? So why did you stop? Who lose? You must pray until your joy is full. You must keep sending prayer requests until they turn to testimonies. That is faith!

You don't know when God will open the book of remembrance for your prayer requests. If you pray on something, and you stopped while nothing has happened and you are still alive, who lose? The woman of Canaan would not do that. Many have lost their health, their businesses, their marriages, their children, their destinies just because they could not persevere with Jesus. You can pray for something for 10 years as long you are alive, you don’t PAY for it, you just PRAY for it. So why stopping? Why giving up on your spouse, on your child, on your health? Why giving up on your business or ministry, why giving up on your vision?

It is better to die in faith than for faith to die in you while you are still alive! The Bible says, "These all died in faith" Hebrews 11:13. Like the saints of old, I will die in faith but faith will not die in me. God will applaud us for having faith that does not give up not for having fear that run away

SAY LORD, I AM BACK! I AM GOING NOWHERE AGAIN!

Say LORD, ANSWER ME. Begin to tell Him your desire over there!

Amen.

May the name of the God of Jacob defend you;

May He send you help from the sanctuary,
And strengthen you out of Zion

DON'T GIVE UP
"Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray" James 5:13
As a child of God, if you are seriously disturbed or any unpleasant thing happens, you may not feel like praying. You may feel so down and traumatized that you can't even consecrate in prayer, your mind is bothered and wondering away when you start praying; as you open your mouth to pray, you don't know what to say or what you have said. Then you may feel it is not the right time to pray, that you need to take your time away. The truth is that, such time is the best time to pray. Prayer is being in the presence of God, communicating with God as He does back to us, it is not a must you ask something every time. Taking time away to worry will only worsen the situation.

Even when you don't know what to say, even when you mind is not focused on the prayer, just keeping praying or singing, God understands and it is then He renews our strength and hope, and gives us way-out of the situation.

You remember King David in the Bible? Many times in his Psalms, he would start the Psalms with bitter complaints about his situation, but before he ended, he would feel joy, hope and strength, and end the Psalm with praise and faith in the Lord.

So, the next time to pray and you are down in your spirit, distracted, disturbed or discouraged, and Satan suggests you should postpone the prayer, please don't, don't stop, don't give up the prayer; keep praying, keep saying something, keeping singing, even if your mind is not in the prayer, remain in the presence of God and He will renew your strength, your hope and intervene in the situation.

Psalm 13
How long, O Lord? Will You forget me forever?
How long will You hide Your face from me?
......but I have trusted in Your mercy;
My heart shall rejoice in Your salvation.
I will sing to the Lord,
Because He has dealt bountifully with me.

WHO IS YOUR FATHER IN THE LORD?
The truth of this matter is that majority of ministers of God we call “Fathers in the Lord” are not really father, and most of those who call themselves fathers in the Lord are not really fathers. That is the reason I find it hard to personally call a man of God father in the Lord. Who is really a father in the Lord?

Abraham was called father of faith and he was referred to as father Abraham, do you think he got the title by honorary degree? No, he deserved it, he was really a father that every generation can proudly call father. A Spiritual father is a person who cares for his spiritual sons even if the sons go on a wrong way, if the sons are called to go on their own or wish to go on their own.

Abraham took Lot with him in his journey and because of Abraham, God blessed and prospered Lot and his business. Yet, Lot’s workers were not submissive to Abraham’s system, maybe because he did not teach them. And it got to a time, Abraham could not bear the ways Lot’s workers were doing things, it was like it got too much for Abraham to bear, yet Lot decided to choose the best for himself, what an arrogance! Can you imagine how Lot left with no regards for Abraham, a man older than his father.

Now, Abraham was not offended with Lot. Abraham, when he saw that Lot was making progress, he suggested Lot should go and establish on his own. Abraham, when he heard Lot and his wife were taken captive, Abraham left his dear family and his business to risk his life just to rescue Lot. Abraham, when he was told that God was about to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah, he interceded several times for Lot, he did not say God should teach Lot a lesson. Abraham was indeed a father, he deserved to be called father Abraham.

Most ministers of God who we call fathers in the Lord are not at all. You will know your father in the Lord indeed when you leave their ministry. I heard in RCCG, cursed was laid on any pastor who leaves the mission and such should never be invited to minister in RCCG, how true? In Deeper Life, if you leave, it is like you are lost forever. In MFM, even in unpopular small ministries, in many denominations today, especially in Africa, do they have official room for those who want to leave? Where there will be send forth and prayer for them and they can freely come to visit?

If you hear that anyone who leaves a particular ministry backslides, becomes backward in life or die prematurely, there is satanic evil spirit operating in that ministry, not the Spirit of God. When people leave you, they should become better by your blessing in all areas and refer to you as a good father not as a monster who destroy destinies of those who leave.

We don’t have fathers in the Lord or how will a father be angry with his son who wants to leave for progress? How will a father say his son should not leave to answer God’s call? They are not after the progress of their spiritual sons, they don’t care even if it is God who ask them to leave.

Even if they left in a wrong way like Lot, do these fathers in the Lord seek, pray, intercede for them? As father or like father Abraham, do they go to rescue their “Lots”? Our father “Abraham” of today are praying for the downfall of their “Lots” who left them, they are cursing their “Lots” who left their ministries to start their own.

Listen to me, if anyone leaves your ministry and the only news you wish from him is bad news, you need repentance, you are possessed with evil spirit of bitterness. If anyone leaves your business or your private school to start their own and all you wish within you for them is downfall, you need repentance. Even if they left you in a wrong way, how will their downfall amount to your uplifting? Go and read about Abraham and Lot and learn from Abraham.

I find it difficult calling many popular men of God fathers in the Lord, when I see how they treat people who left their ministries, I wonder if they are really fathers indeed or if they really know the Lord at all. Will one be able to make heaven with bitterness and hatred?

Let’s humble ourselves, let’s all repent and seek love of God.

WHAT YOU'RE ABOUT TO READ IS HARD TO BELIEVE........

Several years ago a book was published titled Beyond Death's Door by Dr Maurice Rawlings. Dr Rawlings, a specialist in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease, resuscitated many people who had been clinically dead. Dr Rawlings, a devout atheist, "considered all religion "hocus-pocus" and death nothing more than a painless extinction". But something happened in 1977 that brought a dramatic change in the life of Dr Rawlings! He was resuscitating a man, terrified and screaming — descending down into the flames of hell:

"Each time he regained heartbeat and respiration, the patient screamed, "I am in hell!" He was terrified and pleaded with me to help him. I was scared to death. . . Then I noticed a genuinely alarmed look on his face. He had a terrified look worse than the expression seen in death! This patient had a grotesque grimace expressing sheer horror! His pupils were dilated, and he was perspiring and trembling — he looked as if his hair was "on end."

Then still another strange thing happened. He said, "Don't you understand? I am in hell. . . Don't let me go back to hell!" . . .the man was serious, and it finally occurred to me that he was indeed in trouble. He was in a panic like I had never seen before." (Maurice Rawlings, Beyond Death's Door,(Thomas Nelson Inc., 1979) p. 3).

Dr Rawlings said, no one, who could have heard his screams and saw the look of terror on his face could doubt for a single minute that he was actually in a place called hell!

". . . THEY DIG INTO THE HELL . . ." Amos 9:2
Another scientist Dr Azzacove Picks from Dr Rawling with this stunning revelation. He says "As a communist I don’t believe in heaven or the Bible but as a scientist I now believe in hell," said Dr Azzacove. "Needless to say we were shocked to make such a discovery. But we know what we saw and we know what we heard. And we are absolutely convinced that we drilled through the gates of Hell!"

Dr Azzacove continued, ". . .the drill suddenly began to rotate wildly, indicating that we had reached a large empty pocket or cavern. Temperature sensors showed a dramatic increase in heat to 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit."

"We lowered a microphone, designed to detect the sounds of plate movements down the shaft. But instead of plate movements we heard a human voice screaming in pain! At first we thought the sound was coming from our own equipment."

"But when we made adjustments our worst suspicions were confirmed. The screams weren’t those of a single human, they were the screams of millions of humans! (These details are from the translation of an article in a Finnish newspaper name 'Ammennusatia'.

Do you know why Jacques Costeau, the famous underwater explorer, quit deep sea diving sometime before he died? It is said that he stopped because he had heard in one of the underwater caves he was exploring, the sounds of people screaming.

There was also another time, when one of his men, who was in a diving bell in the deepest trench at the Bermuda Triangle, also had a similar experience. He signalled to be brought up immediately. After being revived from his shock, he told others of his frightening experience of hearing people's screams while under the deepest part of the sea.

The Bible continually warns of a place called hell. There are over 162 references in the New Testament alone which warns of hell. And over 70 of these references were uttered by the Lord Jesus Christ!

In Luke 16, Jesus Christ gives a frightening picture of hell:
22 . . . the rich man also died, and was buried;
23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.
26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.
27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father�s house:
28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment. (Luke 16:22-28)

HELL IS A PLACE OF FIRE
The man in Luke 16:24 cries: ". . .I am tormented in this FLAME."
In Matthew 13:42, Jesus says: "And shall cast them into a FURNACE OF FIRE: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth."

In Matthew 25:41, Jesus says: "Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting FIRE,. . ."
Revelation 20:15 says, " And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the LAKE OF FIRE."

THE BIBLE GIVES THE LOCATION OF HELL
When Jesus Christ died on the cross, He descended into hell. In Acts 2, Peter is speaking, verse 31, " . . . seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in HELL" When Jesus Christ died His soul went into hell.

And in Matthew 12:40, Jesus Christ says: "For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly: so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the HEART OF THE EARTH. "The Bible is clear — Hell is inside the earth!

Ephesians 4:9, says of Jesus: "Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the LOWER PARTS OF THE EARTH."

On page 85 of Beyond Death Door, Dr. Rawlings writes patients who described hell said, ". . . this place seems to be UNDERGROUND or WITHIN THE EARTH in some way." Scientist and Bible teacher, Henry Morris also agrees the Bible plainly teaches that hell is in this earth:
"So far as we can tell from Scripture, the present hell, is somewhere in the heart of the earth itself. It is also called 'the pit' (Isa. 14:9, 15: Ezek. 32:18-21) and 'the abyss' (Rev. 9:2). . .

The writers certainly themselves believed hell to be real and geographically 'beneath' the earth's surface. . .

To say this is not scientific is to assume science knows much more about the earth's interior than is actually the case. The great 'pit' [hell] would only need to be about 100 miles or less in diameter to contain, with much room to spare, all the forty billion or so people who have ever lived, assuming their 'spiritual' bodies are the same size as their physical bodies." (Henry M. Morris, The Bible Has the Answer, p. 220)

The Birmingham News, April 10, 1987 had an article entitled "Earth's Center Hotter Than Sun's Surface, Scientists Say". The article stated that scientists have recently discovered, "THE EARTH'S INNER CORE HAS A TEMPERATURE OF OVER 12,000 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT!"

Have you seen pictures of a volcano erupting, spewing a lake of fire from inside the earth — consuming everything within miles just from the heat? When Mount St. Helens erupted in May 18, 1980, it was described by reporters, "When HELL surfaced upon the earth." The book, Volcanoes, Earth's Awakening (p.91) describes an erupting volcano as "descent into HELL".

YES! THERE IS A PLACE CALLED HELL!
In Numbers 16, the Bible gives the account of people falling into hell alive! "And THE EARTH OPENED HER MOUTH, and swallowed them up, and their houses, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods. They, and all that appertained to them, went down alive INTO THE PIT, and the EARTH CLOSED UPON THEM:" Numbers 16:32-33

Caspar Peucer, a famous fourteenth century astronomer and physician, who also researched and documented the volcanoe eruptions at Heklafell wrote some very frightening information in his research findings. Peucer, claims (as others) that "fearful howlings, weeping and gnashing of teeth" could be heard "for many miles. . ." as these volcanoes erupted: "Out of the bottomless abyss of Heklafell, or rather out of Hell itself, rise melancholy cries and loud wailings, so that these can be heard for many miles around . . . there may be heard in the mountain fearful howlings, weeping and gnashing of teeth." (Haraldur Sigurdsson, Melting the Earth, The History of Ideas on Volcanic Eruptions, p. 73)

And Caspar Peucer is not alone. There are others who believe they have heard "cries and screaming" coming from volcanoes. Most have tried to ignore the obvious. Some simply explain the "sounds of hell" to some rational meaning. But they are there. . ."The fearsome noises that issued from some of their volcanoes were certainly thought to be the screams of tormented souls in the fires of hell below". (Haraldur Sigurdsson, Melting the Earth, The History of Ideas on Volcanic Eruptions, p. 73)
Inside this earth, this very moment, there are millions of lost, tormented souls — burning, weeping, wailing — without any hope whatsoever!

In Mark 9:46, Jesus Christ says about hell: "Where THEIR WORM dieth not, and the fire is not quenched."

Jesus said explicitly — THEIR worm — not a worm, or the worm — but THEIR worm. The Bible teaches that Christians will one day have a body like the Lord Jesus Christ. Scientists recently discovered cracks on the ocean floor where fire was leaking out. Do you know what they found around these fire-breathing vents in the crust? Eight-foot long worms, found no other place in the world! The book, The Deep Sea, by Joseph Wallace (p.39), reads, "Perhaps the strangest of ocean creatures recently discovered are Riftia, the giant tube WORMS. Measuring up to 8 feet in length, the worms are ONLY FOUND NEAR DEEP SEA VENTS."

And Jesus Christ said, "Where THEIR WORM dieth not, and the fire is not quenched."

National Geographic magazine truthfully titled their story on Volcanoes "Going To Hell". When PBS did a series on The Savage Earth, one episode was titled "Hell's Crust: Our Everchanging Planet". Everything we know. Everything we observe. Echoes the truth of a place called hell.

Nature magazine recently discovered (July 2002) what the Bible knew over 3,000 years ago. Inside this earth is "fire and brimstone": "Volcanoes may be more like hell than anyone realized. Eruptions disgorge streams of molten sulphur, the brimstone of evangelical preachers, which burns up before it can be preserved for posterity, new research in the journal Geology shows". (Nature, Science Update, July 22, 2002)

HELL IS A PLACE OF TORMENT
Jesus says of the man in Luke 16:
23 "And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in TORMENTS. . . "
24 ". . . for I am TORMENTED in this FLAME."
28 ". . .PLACE OF TORMENT."

It is humanly impossible to comprehend the Bible description of hell. Nothing on earth can compare with it. No nightmare could produce a terror to match that of hell. No horror movie could describe its fright. No crime scene with all its blood and gore could begin to match its horror.
It will be beyond anything humanly imaginable!

The Bible warns in Psalm 9:17, you will not only be in hell — you will BE TURNED INTO HELL! You will literally BE HELL! “The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.” Psalm 9:17

The Bible describes it as weeping (Matt 8:12), wailing (Matt 13:42), gnashing of teeth (Matt 13:50), darkness (Matt 25:30), flames (Luke 16:24), burning (Isa 33:14), torments (Luke 16:23), everlasting punishment! Jesus Christ says in Matthew 25:41, "Depart from me, ye cursed, into EVERLASTING FIRE, prepared for the devil and his angels."

In Matthew 13:42, Jesus says: "And shall cast them into a FURNACE OF FIRE: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth."

HELL IS FOREVER!
Rev. 14:11: "The smoke of their TORMENT ascendeth up for EVER AND EVER: and they have NO REST DAY NOR NIGHT." Just look how the Bible warns of the eternity and permanence of hell:

everlasting fire - Matthew18:8, 25:41
everlasting punishment - Matthew 25:46
everlasting chains-Jude 1:6
eternal damnation -Mark 3:29
eternal judgment -Hebrews 6:2
eternal fire -Jude 1:7
unquenchable fire - Matthew 3:12

fire unquenchable - Luke 3:17
mist of darkness is reserved for ever - 2 Peter 2:17
the blackness of darkness for ever - Jude 1:13

What could possibly be worth eternity in hell? No wonder Jesus Christ warned so much about hell! No wonder Jesus said in Mark 8:36, "For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and LOSE HIS OWN SOUL?"

Hebrews 9:27 says, "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this THE JUDGEMENT"
Friend, it is appointed unto man once to die . . . and one day — YOU will die . . .
And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments . . .

But God is a God of LOVE. . . Why would a GOD OF LOVE send me to hell? Yes, God is a GOD OF LOVE — but God is also a HOLY GOD. A HOLY GOD demands payment for sin. Otherwise God would NOT and could NOT be HOLY.

Because God is holy — sin MUST be condemned. Joshua 24:19 says, ". . he is an HOLY GOD;. . . he will NOT forgive your transgressions nor your sins."

BUT FRIEND I HAVE GOOD NEWS!
God does NOT want you in hell because hell was not made for man. Matthew 25:41 says, hell was, ". . . prepared for the devil and his angels:"

Because God is a GOD OF LOVE, and He LOVED YOU so much, He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to this earth to die a cruel death on a cross to pay the price a HOLY GOD demands for your sins.
Roman 5:8 says, "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. God does not send someone to hell. You choose hell when you reject Jesus Christ. When you refuse God's love gift of eternal life in Jesus Christ. . .

Millionaire Ted Turner, said in an interview,” I’m looking forward to dying and being cast into Hell. That's where I belong." You say —a fool! But friend, when you say "No" to Jesus Christ and His payment for your sin — you are saying the same thing! "Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, repent from all your sins, confess and forsake them, become a new creature in Jesus and you will be saved from the terror of hell.

FIRSTFRUT MONETARY OFFERING IS A SCAM!
In the New Testament, the word "firstfruits" was mentioned about 8 times, and none was refereed to for offering or money, because in the New Testament, Jesus Christ became our Firstfruits sacrifice of offering unto God, and the offering of firstfruits is no longer necessary and biblical.

1 Corinthians 15:20, "But now Christ is risen from the dead, and has become the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep."

1 Corinthians 15:23, "But each one in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, afterward those who are Christ’s at His coming."

In the New Testament, first-fruits is no longer monetary or food offering but Christ became our Firstfruits, and then every person who first gives his life to Jesus in a family is the firstfruit of that family; people who first give their lives to Jesus in a particular community or country are the firstfruits of that location, and every first church in a particular community or country is the first-fruit of that place.

Romans 16:5, "Likewise greet the church that is in their house. Greet my beloved Epaenetus, who is the first-fruits of Achaia to Christ."

James 1:18, "Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of first-fruits of His creatures."

There is nothing like first fruits offering in the New Testaments. First fruits offering became popular in the recent time from modern prosperity preachers. If your church or G. O is asking you to your first salary as a first fruit, know for sure that, that church cares for your money than your soul.

Jesus Christ never asked for firstfruits, Apostles never asked the church for firstfruits, even Apostle Paul in all the collections of offerings from churches never asked for firstfruits offering.

You must be a Bible believing Christian, not a church or daddy G.O believing Christian. In this end time, only Christians who search and stand solely on the Bible will not be scammed or strayed away.

ABOUT 99% CHRISTIANS MAY NOT MAKE HEAVEN
If you hear me saying 99% committed Christians in this generation may not make heaven, you may ask me if I have seen a revelation or vision of heaven. No, it's not a vision that reveals that to me but a practical reality. For example, in Africa, about 99% committed, serious, matured, fireful “Christians” are not faithful with money, as in, money alone will disqualify about 99% Christians in Africa from making heaven. By the grace of God, I am a businessman, and I can tell you categorically that when it comes to faithfulness with money, uncompromised in giving or taking bribes, if God should only use financial integrity to screen Christians for heaven, about 99% African Christians will not make heaven.

I have engaged in small business activities in different countries in Africa and my primary target of people to engage with were not just Christians but matured, sanctified Christians. In Nigeria, I sought to employ matured Christians, pastors and church’s leaders were my managers. At one point, I had more than 40 staff and workers from different churches – RCCG, Deeper Life, Orthodox churches and others working with me; the majority of them were faithful with time but not with money. When money increases in care of an African Christian without proper monitoring, it means you want to deliberately send that Christian to hell.

How many Christians are living on their salaries without engaging in extra-official means of getting money or without collecting bribes in public or private offices in Africa? How many Christians can stand in the business world without giving bribes or are we saying bribery is no more a sin? In my businesses, I know how it is in Africa when you want to collect licenses from Government, when you want to import, when you are into transport business and deal with officers on the road; when it comes to standing without compromise or giving bribes.

I remember some years back my staff was driving from Ondo state to Abuja and he was stopped on the road by Police to check the vehicle’s papers. And then it was discovered there was an error in the chassis numbers, the VIO office that issued the paper made a mistake on the numbers typed in the vehicle’s paper and the vehicle was taken to the Police station. My staff called to tell me about the situation and I called to VIO officer in Abuja, he admitted the mistake was from them and he spoke with the Police on the road, but the Police officers said they would not accept such that my staff would have to park the car with them and take the papers to Abuja for correction and then come back to take the car after correction. It was already getting late, so I told my staff he would need to lodge in a hotel around there, and join public transport to Abuja the following morning; make the correction at VIO office and go back to get the vehicle with all the materials inside, before God intervened. It is better to go through such stress than to think of settling in an ungodly way if you truly care for heaven.

Now let me tell you, the way about 99% Christians Africa will be disqualified from making heaven on the ground of financial unfaithfulness, so also about 99% Christians in Western world will be disqualified from making heaven on the ground of indecent dress. You may wonder, “How possibly all the devoted Christian women in Europe and America who wear indecent dresses, tight trousers, shorts, leggings, tinny tops, using makeups, fixing nails and others, with all their devotions in praises and worship, will God disqualify them from entering heaven?” The same way an American Christian will ask, “Will God disqualify all African Christians from making heaven because of their unfaithfulness with money, with all their fireful fasting and prayer?” The Bible answer to both questions is Yes! Someone asked Jesus, “Then one said to Him, “Lord, are there few who are saved?” And He said to them, “Strive to enter through the narrow gate, for many, I say to you, will seek to enter and will not be able.” Luke 13:23,24.

Listen, there are millions of millions of people already in heaven, so if no one qualifies for heaven in this generation, heaven will still be heaven and God will still be God. God will not change His holy standard because of this polluted and unfaithful generation. But the truth is, if those who are in heaven could make it, we too can make it if we are ready to surrender all to Jesus, if we are ready to see heaven as the most important and we are ready to sacrifice everything for it. If Jesus could help those who made it, He will help us also. But we need to help ourselves to trust Him, obey Him and follow Him. Do not copy or compare your life with other Christians or pastors, look only unto Jesus for perfection and always ask Him to help you.

THE BIBLICAL ENLIGHTENMENT ON "RIGHTEOUSNESS"
There is a serious confusion among many Christians of today about the word “righteousness” so many interpretations and definition about righteousness in Christianity of today but the most popular one is this definition among the modern day gospel being circulated by the prosperity preachers or I should call them motivational speakers and well accepted by the new speeches Christians.

The modern day definition of righteousness today is what I call passive righteousness, this righteousness definition teaches that when you give your life to Jesus or when you just confess your sins and claim Jesus as your Lord and Savior, then you are covered by the righteousness of Jesus Christ, you become the righteousness of God through Jesus Christ. So it does not matter what you do after, you are covered by the righteousness of Jesus, even if you continue in sins, you are covered and the righteousness of Jesus is always there to cover you in your continuous sinful life. They say we are not saved by our works of righteousness and all our works of righteousness are like a dirty rag, so no need for work of righteousness after you are saved, just continue in your sin and keep confessing the righteousness of God.

This is the most deceptive and most popular doctrine of demons. You wonder why so Christians are living in total worldliness, many women who call themselves Christians dressing like harlots and yet they can speak in tongues, their men living in immoralities, dishonesty, corruption and sinful lifestyle and yet let them begin prayer, within few minutes they begin to blast in tongues. Sometimes you see some people with their lifestyles, their ungodly ways of living yet they can quote Bible and even preach. It is because they believe in the heresy of false righteousness.

The heresy of false righteousness teaches that all you need to do is to confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, begin to attend a church, be faithful to pay your tithes and offerings and no need to change your lifestyle, God’s righteousness always covers you. Even if you continue in unrighteousness. But I need to tell you that if you believe such thing, you are swimming in heresy for your eternal damnation. And I am here to warn you.

What is righteousness? If you don’t have the sound understanding, you will be confused and deceived. Because you need to know that those who are preaching this false righteousness are agents of devil in suites. Because Satan knows if he should come out to preach heresy to you, you will not be scared, you will run away from him so he chooses men and women with nice looking church auditoriums and load them with different false teaching and doctrines to take as many people to hell fire.

The meaning of righteousness is simple good works. Righteousness by the word of God is good works. So let me explain to you:
Salvation through Jesus Christ does not come by our good works, meaning we are not saved because we are good, we have all sinned and come short of God’s glory. We are born bad and bred bad. Before God, no one is good. The Bible says, “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8.

I want you to take note of that Bible statement, “while we were still sinners” Two things you need to take note here: 1, we were sinners, bad people when Jesus came to save us” 2, when Jesus saves you from bad life, that is, from sins, you don’t continue sin again, you don’t remain a sinner. That is the reason the Bible says, “while we WERE still sinners” so it is a past tense, we were sinners before we met Jesus, and we don’t remain sinners, we don’t remain in bad works, ungodly works after we are saved in Christ.

For you to be free from false teaching on righteousness, for you to have sound understanding of the word of God of righteousness, you need to take note of these 2 things: We are saved by what? And we are saved for what?

WE ARE SAVED BY WHAT?
We are not saved by our own works of righteousness but we are saved by GRACE in Christ through FAITH. The Bible says in Ephesians 2:8,9, “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast.”

We are saved by grace, free gift of God and not by our own works of righteousness. This is the gospel. Gospel means good news of God’s salvation free of charge.

WE ARE SAVED FOR WHAT?
This is the problem of many Christians of today. They only know why which means they were saved but they don’t know more than that. And that is half knowledge, and you need to know that half truth or half knowledge leads to greater heresy. Let me tell you, if you know by which means you were saved but you don’t know for what purpose you were saved, you are so biblically ignorant and you will misuse the salvation. The prosperity preachers, the modern gospel preachers are so biblically ignorant that they only know “by which” but they don’t know “for which”

Now, righteousness, as I said means good works and we are not saved by our good works but we are saved for good works. “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for GOOD WORKS, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” Ephesians 2:10. We are created in Christ, we are saved in Christ for good works, not for ungodly or lawless works.

Let’s quickly go through these Bible verses:

We are not saved by the works of righteousness which we have done:
“Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,” Titus 3:5.

But we are saved for works of righteousness in Christ by His grace:
“Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.” 1 John 3:7,8.

Those preachers are churches that teach that when you saved, you are covered by Jesus’ righteousness and your righteous living does not matter are misguided end time anti-Bible teachers, they are agents of Satan. Let no one deceive you with permissive teachings, we are not saved by our works of righteousness but not for unrighteous living. When you are genuinely saved, you start to live righteous life by God’s grace. You must be righteous just as He is righteous, just by His grace. Heaven is meant for the righteous not unrighteous people who claim faith without works.

“Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous.” 1 John 3:7. The false teachers and permissive Christians say no need to practice righteousness after you are saved, that it is all about the righteousness of Jesus. But here. Bible does not say “He who claim righteousness is righteous” but it clearly says, “He who practices righteousness is righteous” You will not want to be disappointed after you die.

"Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace." Romans 6:12-14.

We are saved by grace for godly living!

THE FALLEN ELECTS
(The more you are feeding on the wrong meal, the more you have appetite for it. The same with the prosperity preachers and motivational speakers - they are sweet, cheap poison to your spiritual life.)

When they started in US in late 60s headed by Normal Vincent Peale, many saw them as strange, when it was imported into Nigeria by Idahosa & co in early 80s, many saw them as fake prosperity preachers, but now, many have are falling victim of them, including the careless elects, including the covenant church like RCCG whose foundation was on old time religion, including many brothers and sisters, whose spiritual foundation in their secondary school and college fellowships was laid on holiness and hunger for heavenly things. But now the careless fallen elect churches, ministers, brothers and sisters have become more worldly than the people of the world.

Can you remember how you started your Christian life far back then? Can you? Do you remember how you started the ministry then? The standard, the humility, the simplicity, the commitment in prayer, personal evangelism and the watchfulness in all things with YOUR PROMISES NEVER TO COMPROMISE THE SAME STANDARD? Then you saw people who lived the type of life you are living now and the type of ministry you are running now as backsliders and false ministers, you remember?

But now you have fallen victim of the modern gospel, and the worst part is that you are unaware of your falling. You are celebrated, you are celebrating but heaven is weeping over you. You are now rich materially and financially but poor spiritually. You are now populous, popular and even powerful but your old standard of purity has gone.

God is calling you into repentance back to your first love for Him. That standard of holiness and righteousness you believed and preached in 1980s and in 1990s, when you were in school fellowship, that high commitment of prayer and evangelism - that woe is unto you if you don't preach to somebody in a day, that simple lifestyle of dressing, of humility and giving to people around, all these have not changed, God does not change any of standards which you knew far back then, it is you who have changed. But He is calling you back, because we are in the last hour of the end.

Go back to where you started, your first love, your foundation, your Bethel - where God met you and called you, where He was pleased with you and covenanted with you. You are among the false modern, motivational and prosperity preachers, but that was not your calling, you are an elect; you have now mixed with this modern, falling church as a committed member, worker and even minister, have you forgotten where you came from, you standard and knowledge of God of old? You are an elect, not to perish with these modern end time churches.

Repent, rededicate yourself to God and come out from among them, yes, do that NOW!
(I am not saying you should go back to a church, but to your fellowship of old with God.)

"THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH" Please read this!
Only the just shall live by faith! Only the just are actually and genuinely living by faith! The Bible does not say, “People shall live by faith” It does not say, “Sinner shall live by faith”. How can you claim to live by faith when you are not just, or how can you live by faith if you are not just? IMPOSSIBLE!

This is a divine DISCLAIMER from God, that only the just are living by His faith, whom He recognize, other claimers are on their own. Sinning sinner claiming to live by faith is fake claim,
backsliding Christian claiming to be living by faith is fake.
Before you can live by faith, you need to be among the just. And who are the just?

THE JUST!
“But the just shall live by his faith.” Habakkuk 2:4; Romans 1:17; Galatians 3:11; Hebrews 10:38

Another words for “The just” is the righteous, or the redeemed, the regenerated. There is no shortcut or other means by which you can live by faith except by becoming among the just. Do you notice that the Bible does not say, “Faith will make you just” but it says “The just shall live by faith”

Many preachers of today and tuning it upside down by saying if you have faith you will become justified in Christ even when you continue in unjustified lifestyle. No, this is fake! You can’t continue living in unjustified lifestyle, that is in sinful life, and claim to be just or live by faith at the same time. You cannot continue in sin and live by faith at the same time.

1 John 3:7-9
"Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. 8 He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. 9 Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God."

To become a just person, you need to be justified by Jesus Christ when you repent from your sins, confess and forsake them.

SALVATION: We are saved through faith in Jesus Christ to live a faithful life, not to continue in unfaithfulness. Those who claim salvation in Christ by faith and continue in sin at the same time are living in spiritual confusion and contradiction.

You need to get the following clear:
We are saved by GRACE. “For by grace you have been saved.” Ephesians 2:8.

We are saved through FAITH. “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God” Ephesians 2:8.

We are saved for good work, RIGHTEOUS WALKING. “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” Ephesians 2:10.

If you know the means by which and through which you are saved, but you don’t know for what purpose you are saved, you will miss everything. That is the problem with preachers who preach once saved is always saved, who say you can continue in sin and still claim faith, and the same problem with Christians who claim they are saved while they continue in worldly lifestyles.

Beloved, do you care for genuine salvation that gives victory over sin and that will give you a definite purpose for the rest of your life? 3 THINGS YOU NEED AFTER YOU ARE SAVED!
After you genuinely repent, confess your sins and saved from sins through Jesus Christ by His Precious Blood, you will need three things to do and keep doing for you to maintain your salvation and make heaven at last. It is a bad news that many people were saved but they lost their salvation and fell back to old bondage of sin because they lack the understanding of new life in Jesus Christ. It is possible for you to be saved in the morning and lose the salvation in the evening if you don’t take these three necessary steps. Salvation is conditional, not an unconditional certificate. The teaching of “Once saved is always saved, no matter what he does” is false teaching from the put of hell.

SEPARATION
After you experience salvation, failure to separate yourself from old sinful and worldly things and people will lead you to fall back into sins. Instead of you to move forward with Christ in new life, those things or people will pull you back into darkness and your old vomit. That is what Apostle Peter says in 2 Peter 2:22, “But it has happened to them according to the true proverb: “A dog returns to his own vomit,” and, “a sow, having washed, to her wallowing in the mire.”

Every Christian journey that will successfully lead to heaven must daily involve separation as a continuous exercise. Separation from worldly, sinful things and people is not only for new convert, it is not only useful for us at our early Christian level but continuously till we get to heaven because when you separate yourself from this sinful or worldly thing today, the devil will introduce another thing tomorrow. That is the reason the Bible warns us to daily search ourselves so as to continue the spiritual exercise of separation. Unfortunately, many long-time Christians and Christian ministers are majestically marching straight into eternity without realizing that the devil has implanted some ungodliness, uncleanness or worldliness into their lives, because they fail to exercise daily spiritual checking for separation.

DEVOTION
Devotion unto God involves two things: (i) daily prayer. To maintain a victorious Christian life, you need a fervent prayer life, praying for God’s sanctification, strength and grace every day; praying for the spiritual understanding and knowledge of God to help you avoid errors. (ii) daily Bible Reading. It is a must for you to spend good time to read and meditate the Word of God. Don’t just read, but prayerfully read and meditate, thinking over and over the Bible passages as you read until you understand and take note.

WATCHFULNESS.
Watchfulness is simply to work out your professed salvation with trembling and godly fear. It means to carefully apply the Word of God you read and the grace of God you receive through prayer into your daily living. That is when we become fruitful in the Lord. We must be watchful how we live our lives, how we talk, how we behave, how we response to people’s provocation, how we abstain from appearance of sin, how we dress, cloth we wear, the motive behind our dressing, the motive behind our desire for money, all these must be controlled by the Word of God – this is what watchfulness is all about.

“For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins. Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble; for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” 2 Peter 1:8-11.

SATAN'S MEETING AGAINST GOD
(Read even if you're busy)

Satan called a worldwide convention of demons. In his opening address he said, "We can't keep Christians from going to church." "We can't keep them from reading their Bibles and knowing the truth." "We can't even keep them from forming an intimate relationship with their Savior." "Once they gain that connection with Jesus, our power over them is broken."

"So let them go to their churches; let them have their covered dish dinners, but steal their time, so they don't have time to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ." "This is what I want you to do", said the devil:
"Distract them from gaining hold of their Saviour and maintaining that vital connection throughout their day!" "How shall we do this?" his demons shouted.

"Keep them busy in the nonessentials of life and invent innumerable schemes to occupy their minds," he answered.

"Tempt them to spend, spend, spend, and borrow, borrow, borrow."
"Persuade the wives to go to work for long hours and the husbands to work 6-7 days each week, 10-12 hours a day, so they can afford their empty lifestyles."

"Keep them from spending time with their children." "As their families fragment, soon, their homes will offer no escape from the pressures of work!"

"Over-stimulate their minds so that they cannot hear that still, small voice." "Entice them to play the radio or cassette player whenever they drive." "To keep the TV, VCR, CDs and their PCs going constantly in their home and see to it that every store and restaurant in the world plays non-biblical music constantly." "This will jam their minds and break that union with Christ."

"Fill the coffee tables with magazines and newspapers." "Pound their minds with the news 24 hours a day." "Invade their driving moments with billboards." "Flood their mail boxes with junk mail, mail order catalogues, sweepstakes, and every kind of newsletter and promotional offering free products, services and false hopes."
"Keep skinny, beautiful models on the magazines and TV so their husbands will believe that outward beauty is what's important, and they'll become dissatisfied with their wives." "Keep the wives too tired to love their husbands at night." "Give them headaches too!" "If they don't give their husbands the love they need, they will begin to look elsewhere." "That will fragment their families quickly!"

"Give them Santa Claus to distract them from teaching their children the real meaning of Christmas." "Give them an Easter bunny so they won't talk about his resurrection and power over sin and death."
"Even in their recreation, let them be excessive." "Have them return from their recreation exhausted." "Keep them too busy to go out in nature and reflect on God's creation." "Send them to amusement parks, sporting events, plays, concerts, and movies instead." "Keep them busy, busy, and busy!"

"And when they meet for spiritual fellowship, involve them in gossip and small talk so that they leave with troubled consciences."
"Crowd their lives with so many good causes they have no time to seek power from Jesus." "Soon they will be working in their own strength, sacrificing their health and family for the good of the cause." "It will work!" "It will work!"

It was quite a plan! The demons went eagerly to their assignments causing Christians everywhere to get busier and more rushed, going here and there. Having little time for their God or their families. Having no time to tell others about the power of Jesus to change lives.

I guess the question is, has the devil been successful at his scheme?
You be the judge! Does "busy" mean:
B-eing
U-nder
S-atan's
Y-oke?

"Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings .And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast. To him be the power for ever and ever. Amen. - I Peter 5:8-1.

If you are too busy to daily prayer time and Bible reading, then you are under the end time yoke of Satan. If you now are too busy to to have time for evangelism, visiting and calling the brethren and family members, then you have been carried away with the cares of this life. If your life is busy with the cares, longing, desires, activities of this world, then you are among the deceived. If your heart is busy with business, buyings, beauty, building project, bank account, etc, it may be too late after the rapture.

Rededicate your life to Jesus Christ, refocus your priority, purpose of living, pursuit, prayers, and preaching on heaven and preparation for His coming. Care less about the passing things of this life, and you will not be among the foolish Christians.

"And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved" Matthew 24:12, 13

"...and the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful." Matthew 13:22.

" Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming."

YOU ARE THE STORM!
I heard the story of a man in Lagos some years ago, he was driving home with his carat late hours and the car developed faults, so he parked somewhere in a street in Lagos and sitting inside the car if he could manage to stay till day break. Then some street guys came to him, greeted him and begged him for money and he gave them some money. These guys so much appreciated his generosity that they offered to help him push his car and follow him till he gets to his street safely, but the man said he would not want to risk such in the middle of the night because he was afraid of bad boys on the road. Then those guys told him, “We are the fear that you are afraid of at night, we are the fear that cause fear, so as long we are with you, you get nothing to fear.”

As we walk in the journey of life, there a lots of fear, terrors and dangers that trouble lives, ruin destinies, hinder progress and even destroy life. This life is full of wickedness and evil and it is real. No matter how bright your destiny is, no matter how talented and brilliant you are, no matter how rich or how good you are, the terror along the journey of this life can stand as a serious danger. It is dangerous walking alone in the journey of life.

Yes, many people are aware of this danger of walking alone in the journey of life, that is the reason many join the company of bad guys, bad people for security, but you need to know that bad gang can be good to you today, but their real color is bad and they will surely turn bad for you tomorrow. Some join satanic and demonic groups for protection and security, but the truth is that, such protection can’t last. Satan is a bad Satan and God is a good God. If you get good thing from Satan today, it is a mirage and it will soon turn to your nightmare because Satan is not a good Satan and nothing good comes from him.

In the journey of life, you need more than the company of people or group, for your total safety and protection, you need the presence of God with you. When God is with you, you have nothing to fear again except God Himself. When you give your life to Jesus and you begin to follow Him in newness of life, God’s power and presence become part of you and you will fear no evil from anywhere. That was the reason David said, “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me”

When you give your life to Jesus, even though you walk through the valley of the shadow of death, you will fear no evil because the Master of all fears is with you. God is the Fear that catches fear, He is the One that makes fear to be afraid. Do you know one of the names of God in the Bible is the Fear of Isaac? God Himself is a Fear to the kingdom of darkness, He is a fear to the enemies of His children. He is called Erujeje, that is a Terror, a real Lion, Master of Pharaoh. When this fearful God is with you, you will become a fear to the kingdom of darkness.

Hear what David said in Psalm 27,
“The LORD is my light and my salvation;
Whom shall I fear?
The LORD is the strength of my life;
Of whom shall I be afraid?”

When you have been transferred into the kingdom of light of Jesus Christ, when you have experienced the salvation of the Lord through Jesus, then who are you going to fear again? Let me tell you something, when you fear God in your life, God becomes a fear and terror to your enemies and you become a storm to the kingdom of darkness.

So this year, fear not!

LET THERE BE LIGHT!
"You need to walk in the light of God this year, for you to be free from attacks of the darkness."

Genesis 1:3, "Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light."'

The first thing ever created on earth was light; before anything was ever created or formed, God created light. So the question may be, "Why light was the first to be created among others? God first created light even before he created life. Why God did not create something gold, silver, animals or man before He created light? Here are the answers:

1, because there is no creativity in the darkness, but only commotion, confusion and cruelty; nothing good can be created in darkness. Before there can be creativity, light must first be in place. The reason why many lives are not being productive, the reason why many are making many efforts and getting little or no result is because they are still in darkness. Do you know why you are living in terrible fear all day long? Because your life in is darkness. A life in darkness is a life full of fear and forces of darkness.

So many people are living in darkness and the powers of darkness are making their lives to be miserable. Why are many lives are void of peace even with all the financial prosperity and money, yet you have no peace, no peace at day and no peace in the night? It because such lives are living in darkness. Let me tell you, money may give you anything you want in life but it cannot give you peace. And you can have anything in this world and still live without peace. Money can get you the best matrass and bed but it cannot give good sleep. Money can get you good drugs and best medical treatments but it cannot give you healing, because healing comes from God.

You can get the best food for your appetite, you can get the best clothes and creams for your body, but the best thing you can give your soul is peace, and that peace comes from the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ.

I need to tell you, that what you need first in this new year is not connection, not business opportunity, not money, or bank loan and not good job or promotion, but light. When you have light in your life, your life will become productive, progressive and peaceful.

If you want to hear the truth, what you need this new year is not another set of 100 days marathon fasting and prayer, it is not sowing seeds to a man or madam of God, seed does not germinate in darkness; what you need in this new year is not how you will sow your first salary to a man of God or god of man, what you need is light. God first created light before He created trees and seeds. If you want your life to be fruitful spiritually and physically this new year, you need the light of God in your life, you need to be free from darkness. You cannot remain in darkness and keep praying against the powers of darkness, you need the light of God before you can overcome darkness and before your life can be free from darkness.

2, The second reason God first created light before He created any other thing is because there is no life in darkness. Before lively things can be created, there is need for light. Those in darkness are living under the shadow of death, they are far from life, they are bound in darkness of devil for death. Listen, before life is light! If you want to come alive in this new year, you must first come to the light of God.

If you want your life to be creative, to be productive, to be progressive; if you want to be free from the bondage of the powers of darkness, if you want to be free from the torments of the devil, put aside the 100 days fasting and prayer, the first fruit sowing and planting, the new year resolution, the deliverance mountains, but first seek light of God for your dear life!

The Bible says in Psalm 119:130, "The entrance of Your words gives light." The Word of God must first give light before it will give life; a person must first be enlightened before he can be brought to life. When somebody is living a sinful life, no matter how fancy or fun it brings, he is living in darkness, controlled by Satan. Sin is the source of darkness and every sinner is living in darkness, bound under the cruel bondage of Satan, no matter his position, possession, privilege, prosperity or popularity. Such people are living under the shadow of death, their souls are bound in chain. If God should open your eyes through His Word to see the condition of your soul, you will not want to delay your salvation again and you will not want to toil with sin again. You may be a Christian, Pastor, great minister of God, and yet bound in darkness.

Do not replace salvation with new year resolution, only salvation can set you free. Do not replace the salvation of your soul with 21 days, 100 days new year fasting and prayer. You can fast for the whole days of this year, but if you remain in your sin, in your secret sins, open sins and ungodly lifestyle, you will remain in darkness under the bondage of Satan.

It is dangerous to walk in physical darkness, but most dangerous to walk in the spiritual darkness, because spiritual darkness is full of dangers of devil and his demons. "But if one walks in the night, he stumbles, because the light is not in him.” John 11:10

THE LIGHT SHINES!
"And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it." John 1:6.
What is darkness? Darkness is sin and Satan, but light is Jesus Christ and His Word. When you personally and sincerely open up your life to God's Word to search you, and surrender your life to Jesus Christ to save and sanctify you, He shines His light into your life, and transfers you from the bondage of darkness into His marvelous light. Isaiah 42:7, "To open blind eyes, To bring out prisoners from the prison, Those who sit in darkness from the prison house."

Now your major concern should be
HOW TO BE TRANSFERRED FROM DARKNESS INTO LIGHT
Just three steps:

Come To The Light.
Jesus is the light of the world, when you come to Him, you surrender your life to Him and forsake your sins, you confess them and ask Him to forgive and cleanse you, Immediately, the light of God will shine in your heart, soul and spirit will be relieved from the bondage of darkness. No matter the thickness of the darkness of sin or enemies, it cannot comprehend the light of God into your life when you surrender all to Jesus.

Be Enlightened By The Word.
The Word of God is a light; after you come to Jesus, you must be always enlightened by God's word every day, with prayer, to guide and guard you. If you are a Christian and you don’t want to walk in darkness or deception in this end time, you need to personally read and understand the word of God by the help of the Holy Spirit.

Psalm 119:105,
"Your word is a lamp to my feet
And a light to my path.”

This world is full of darkness, tick darkness everywhere but if you don’t want to walk in darkness, you need the word of God to enlighten your paths every day.

Walk In The Light.
Coming to the light is not enough, but you must remain in light, reading the Word of God is not enough, but you must walk in the light of the Word of God, by allowing God's Word to guide and direct your life; it is then that you will walk in the light of God and be fruitful in Him. Ephesians 5:8, "For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light."

We must continuously walk in the light of God's Word to the end. But you need to know that living in a secret sin, covering up a sin or having un-confessed sin brings a believer who has been previously enlightened back into darkness; living in unforgiveness, malice or bitterness also brings a Christian back into darkness. We must open up to God's light to search us every day through His Word and be ready to walk in God's will.

WARNING: Do not make any effort this year without first having the light of God in your life, and do not start work or walk out in a day without allowing the word of God to lead your path. Light first!

1 John 1:7
But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

As you surrender to the lordship of Jesus Christ, I pray for you, let there be light in your life, in your family. I rebuke the powers of darkness in your life and every work of darkness is destroyed in your life in Jesus name.

YOU CAN'T HAVE GOD'S GLORY UPON YOUR LIFE AND DO MAKEUP!
Why do you think artificial beauty, makeup, fixing nails, eye lashes, wig, weave on and others are so popular among Christian women in this generation than before? It is because many Christian women of today are ignorant, mistaken glamour to be glory, but they are totally different. When you give your life to Jesus, it is all about God’s glory, GLORY, not makeup, not artificial beauty. Any Christian woman that uses makeup is totally ignorant of God’s glory. It is not about glamour, but glory of God. It is not about people being pleased with your dressing but God being pleased with the way you dress. It is not about people commenting you or complimenting you but God’s comment on you. It is not possible for you to be covered with God’s glory and use makeup, it is never possible, because a precious diamond does not need painting, or have you seen a refined gold or a diamond that needs to be painted with paint before it will feel confident that it is really a gold?

When God’s glory is upon your life, when God’s spirit is inside of you, you will know that it is all about showing forth God’s glory in your physical appearance and not about being glamourous. So you see all Christian women in Africa or America or Asia, anywhere, who do not feel confident or comfortable in their natural physical appearance without makeup, it is because the glory of God is not upon them or the glory has departed from them. You cannot have glory of God upon your life and use makeup, it is never possible in the physical or spiritual realm. The Bible says “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light” a chosen, royal priesthood, special daughters of God do not need satanic artificial beauty or makeup before they can proclaim the praises of God, except they are after their own praises.

WHY WAS JESUS BORN IN A MANGER?
Manger is a long trough from which sheep, cattle or horses feed. And there was no place Mary could give birth to Jesus other than in the manger? Do you think it was by accident or what? Even if there was no room in the Inn, there could be room in the kitchen, inside the synagogue or anywhere else apart from the manger, but why the manger?

Before the birth of Jesus Christ, animals like cattle, sheep, lambs were made as sacrifice for sins, and now Jesus Christ came to offer Himself as a sacrifice in place of the animals, so the message was clear, Jesus was born in manger as a clear message to replace the sacrifice of animals. The Bible says in John 1:29, “The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!”

Jesus Christ offered Himself as a Lamb for a sacrifice to take away the sin of the world because the sacrifices of animals could not take away sin, it could only appease God’s judgment, “For the law, having a shadow of the good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with these same sacrifices, which they offer continually year by year, make those who approach perfect.” Hebrews 10:1, but Jesus came as a Lamb in place of the animal lambs for a better sacrifice for the sins of the whole world. ““Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!”

Since Jesus has made the ultimate sacrifice on the cross for our sins, no more need for animal sacrifice, since He has died for your sins, you don’t need to die for your sin again, you don’t need to pay for the sins of your fore fathers again, Jesus paid it all. He was born in a manger where lambs were born as a Lamb to be sacrificed for the sins of the world.

Jesus died for your sins, you need to accept His salvation into your life. The Bible says, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16. God loves the world, so no matter how worldly you are, He loves you, no matter how wayward you are He loves you and no matter how wicked you are Jesus loves you. He paid the price for your sins, and you need not to pay with your soul.

Trust Him for your salvation, ask Him to save you and surrender your life to Him, He will wash you with His Precious Blood and give you a brand new life.

WHAT IS RIGHTEOUSNESS?
What is righteousness? If you don’t have the sound understanding this topic, you will be confused and deceived. Because you need to know that those who are preaching this false righteousness are agents of devil in suites. Because Satan knows if he should come out physically to preach heresy to you, you will be scared, you will run away from him so he chooses men and women with nice looking church auditoriums and load them with different false teaching and doctrines to lead as many people to hell fire.

The meaning of righteousness is simply good works. Righteousness by the word of God is good works. So let me explain to you:
Salvation through Jesus Christ does not come by our good works, meaning we are not saved because we are good, we have all sinned and come short of God’s glory. We are born bad and bred bad. Before God, no one is good. The Bible says, “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8.

I want you to take note of that Bible statement, “while we were still sinners” Two things you need to take note here: 1, we were sinners, bad people when Jesus came to save us” Number two, after Jesus saves you from bad life, that is, from sins, you don’t continue sin again, you don’t remain a sinner. That was the reason the Bible says, “while we were still sinners” so it is a past tense, we were sinners before we met Jesus, and we don’t remain sinners, we don’t remain in bad works, ungodly works after we are saved in Christ.

For you to be free from false teaching on righteousness, for you to have sound understanding of the word of God of righteousness, you need to take note of these 2 things:

1, BY WHICH WE ARE SAVED
We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus, we are not saved by our own works of righteousness or good works but we are saved by faith in Christ. The Bible says in Ephesians 2:8,9, “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast.”

We are saved by grace, free gift of God and not by our own works of righteousness. This is the gospel by which we are saved!

2, FOR WHICH WE ARE SAVED
You know the problem of many Christians of today? They only know by which means they were saved, they don’t know more than that. And that is half knowledge, and you need to know that half truth or half knowledge leads to greater heresy. If you know by which means you were saved but you don’t know for which purpose you were saved, you are so biblically ignorant. The prosperity preachers, the modern gospel preachers are so biblically ignorant that they only know “by which” but they don’t know “for which”.

We are saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus, but for what? For which purpose were we saved? If you don’t know the purpose of a thing, you will abuse the thing. Are we saved to continue in sins? Are we saved to continue in lawlessness and sinfulness, is that the purpose of our salvation?

The Bible says in Ephesians 2:8,9 that we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus but God does not leave us in darkness on the purpose of our salvation, but in verse 10, the Bible says, “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” Can you see here now, “created in Christ Jesus for good works” meaning being born again, saved in Christ Jesus for good works. Good works means righteousness.

The purpose for which we were saved is for good works, is for righteousness, to live in righteousness and holiness to the glory of God. So when you give your life to Jesus, when you become born again, you are born again for good works, for righteousness and holiness.

Now, let me explain better, your good works before your salvation in Christ, before you become born again is your own work of self-righteousness, it cannot save you. But your good work after salvation is the fruits of the Spirit. After you are saved in Christ, the Bible says you must work out that salvation with trembling and fear.

We are saved for works of righteousness in Christ by His grace and anyone who claims to be saved and continue in unrighteousness is fake. It is not possible for you to be genuinely saved without practicing righteousness in God. It is not about claiming righteousness but practicing it. Anyone who does not practice righteousness is not righteous and no unrighteous will enter heaven. The Bible says, “Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.” 1 John 3:7,8.

Those preachers are churches that teach that when you saved, you are covered by Jesus’ righteousness and your righteous living does not matter are misguided end time anti-Christ agents. Let no one deceive you with permissive teachings, we are not saved by our works of righteousness but not for unrighteous living. When you are genuinely saved, you start to live righteous life by God’s grace. You must be righteous just as He is righteous, just by His grace. Heaven is meant for the righteous not unrighteous people.

"Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace." Romans 6:12-14.

If you claim to have been saved, but you are still living in sins, you need to rededicate your life to Jesus afresh and receive the grace, the supernatural empowerment to go and sin more. It is possible in Jesus and that is the reason He died for you, to set you free from sin and give you the power to live a holy and righteous life.

FULFILLING PURPOSE IN LIFE
“O Timothy! Guard what was committed to your trust, avoiding the profane and idle babblings and contradictions of what is falsely called knowledge” 1 Timothy 6:20.

There is a general knowledge about fulfilling purpose in life, this knowledge is even being preached in many churches today, they talk about fulfilling purpose in life, that you need to fulfill your purpose in life and you discover your purpose in life by your passion in life or what you have pleasure in doing. So whatever you have passion to do or whatever you have pleasure doing is your purpose in life. But I need to let you know this teaching or notion is satanic, it is unbiblical and from the pit of hell. If you have been following your passion or your pleasure in life, you have missed it in life.

There is difference between fulfilling your purpose in life and fulfilling God’s purpose for your life. These are two different statements that mean two different things with two different ends, but many are getting it wrong, thinking they are both same thing applicable. No! These are opposite and never can be the same. The prosperity preachers and motivational speakers, inspired by Satan, are doing havoc to many Christians by misleading them. Here is a clear clarification:

Fulfilling God’s Purpose For Your Life: When you give your life to Jesus, you don’t follow after your passion but your Savior and you don’t follow what pleases you but God’s pleasure. You are created by God and God has a purpose for creating you into this world, and if you don’t fulfill or accomplish that divine purpose, you will feel empty and useless to God, no matter what you achieve on earth. And there is no way you can discover or fulfill God’s purpose for your life except you surrender your life to God through Jesus.

Before you buy something in the market, you have a purpose for it, and for God to create you, He has a special purpose for it, no one is born into this world without a divine purpose. The Bible says, “
Know that the LORD, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.” Psalm 100”3.

But the devil is deceiving and diverting many people away from God their Creator and making many to ignore their Creator’s purpose and to seek their own personal purpose.

If you know there is God and that He is He who created you, why did He create you into this world? For you to fulfill God’s purpose for your life, you can not discover that by your passion or your pleasure, it is by surrendering your life Him and seek to discover His purpose for your life because there is difference between discovering your purpose in life and discovering God’s purpose for your life.

When you genuinely surrender your life to Jesus, you surrender your passion and your pleasure and submit to His will. Anyone who claims to be born again and still pursuing his own passion and pleasure is half born and half baked. Nobody surrender His life or her life to Jesus and remains the same. And when many people claim to be saved in Jesus, they don’t even understand the meaning of salvation in Christ. Salvation in Jesus is not a trade by batter where Jesus collects some things from you and you collect
somethings from Him, no! Salvation is a total surrender to Jesus, you give your life and everything that has to do with your life to Jesus, you submit and surrender all, including your passion, your pleasure, everything is surrendered for the love of God.

So when you give your life to Jesus, you don’t have that life with you again, it is no more your life again, it is given to Jesus, and so you don’t have any purpose to fulfill except God’s purpose for your life. So when I hear people saying, “You need to discover your purpose in life” I say, no, but I discover God’s purpose for my life. What does He want me to do, where does He wants me to go, how does He want me to do it? A surrendered life does not seek his own personal purpose in life but seek God’s purpose for his life. God has a wonderful plan and purpose for your life, if you miss God’s purpose for your life, you will be miserable in life. The Bible says, “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11. Until your fulfill God’s plan and purpose for your life, you cannot be fulfilled in life.

When you give your life to Jesus, you don’t seek to fulfill your purpose in life again but God’s purpose for your life. Those who seek to fulfill their purpose in life are people who don’t care about the existence of God, they are people only care about their present life and no eternal value.

Fulfilling your purpose is pursuing your personal will, what you like or any opportunity that comes your way. Most time our purpose are opposite to God’s purpose for our lives and our ways and wills are often contrary to God’s. You can be successful before men but at the same time a figure of failure before God, you may be rich financially and materially but poor spiritually; you may be very popular on earth but unknown to heaven. You may be working hard to fulfil your purpose and working contrary to God’s purpose for your life.

Many are wonderfully fulfilling their purpose in life but unfortunately working against God’s purpose for their dear lives. There are two reasons fulfilling your purpose in life is contrary to fulfilling God’s purpose for your life:

First, your desired purpose or passion may be sinful or unscriptural. For example, so many youths say they have passion for entertainments but God does not create or called anybody into His Kingdom for the purpose of entertainment in life – comedy, secular music, worldly or secular movies, etc. All Christians in entertainment are working hard against God’s purpose for their lives and they are missing God’s purpose for their lives already. You know why? Because children of God are not entertainments, and the Spirit of God in us is not to entertain people but to minister to people and transform people; entertainers are sugar of the world, just to sweeten like sugar, ministering to human feeling and emotion causing spiritual and moral diarrheal, but every genuine child of God is a salt of the world, the Bible says you are the salt of the earth, to season like salt, ministering to human soul and spirit for outward and inward transformation.

Entertainment, sinful professions or products, makeup services and many of their kinds are ungodly purpose and pursuit in the kingdom of God. There are many purposes and passions in life that are sinful and go against God’s will, that is the reason a child of God cannot just fulfill a purpose but God’s purpose and that is the reason a child of God cannot be led by his own passion in life.

Secondly, your desired purpose may be good and scriptural but not God’s will for your life. When you surrender your life to Jesus Christ, you accept Him as the Lord, Director, Commander, Controller, and Judge of your life; it is no longer your wish, will, personal desire or passion again, but His will and purpose and plan for your life. If you are a student, you may desire to be a medical doctor but God may say, “No, you must be a lawyer, because that is my purpose for you.” And if you have truly surrendered your life to Jesus, what will be your response, “Not, my will but your will Oh Lord!”

As a child of God, you must seek to know God’s purpose for your life, why He created you, and fulfill it. We must seek the will of God on what, where and when in every aspect of our lives. It is not hard to discover God’s purpose for your life as long you are a child of God, but it is hard for many to follow God’s purpose because it clashes with their own personal purpose.

The only way you can live a fulfilled life on earth is by fulfilling the purpose for which God created you on earth, the only way you can do that is by first surrendering your life to Jesus Christ and be transformed, because you must become one of the sheep before you can follow the Shepherd, not a goat.

Are you fulfilling God’s purpose for your life or you are fulfilling your own purpose in life? Are your pursuits in life scriptural or worldly? And are they directed by God or by yourself? You are created by God for His good purpose, don’t let today pass by without discovering and doing it, do not leave this world without fulfilling God’s purpose to the letter, or why will you meet Him empty handed?

Surrender to Him, seek Him and serve Him.
“Everyone who is called by My name, Whom I have created for My glory; I have formed him, yes, I have made him.” Isaiah 43:7

WARNING FOR THE WISE
Proverbs 20:17, "Bread gained by deceit is sweet to a man, But afterward his mouth will be filled with gravel"
Satan will give you sinful pleasures, benefits and gains but to destroy you at the end. He deceives people with the stuffs of this world and many are fools to fall in his traps. Satan has everything in this world to entice people. "Then the devil, taking Him up on a high mountain, showed Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said to Him, “All this authority I will give You, and their glory; for this has been delivered to me, and I give it to whomever I wish. Therefore, if You will worship before me, all will be Yours.”

Simple But Stupid
Satan will like to feed your body in order to get your soul lost forever. Your physical body is like a shadow that passes away, but your real person and value is your soul. When you care for your body than your soul, it shows you are spiritually stupid. Satan entices you through your craving pleasures and desires, and you trade your soul with him. Your love of money, ego, popularity, power, possessions and profits are the means by which Satan uses to entice you into sinful gains, lies, cheating, stealing, fraudulent activities, changing figures and papers; into sex, drink, smoking, and other ungodly habits of bitterness, malice, evil speaking, anger, etc. These are the seeds of destruction Satan may be feeding you with for eternal doom just as turkeys are fed for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Is it not because of all these earthly stuffs which Satan uses to attract you that has made you refused to totally surrender your life to Jesus until now? Those things are making you to delay, postpone your salvation, or to go up and down in your commitment to Jesus? Because you don't want to let go, that is the reason you are still hiding your sins, covering up, refusing to do restitution and to ignore call to holiness and righteousness. Satan can feed you with the pleasures, gains and benefits of sins for 100 years on earth in order to attract you to hell fire where 100 millions of years are just the beginning of sorrow. He will keep enticing you with everything of this world till the point of no return.
"Immediately he went after her, as an ox goes to the slaughter, or as a fool to the correction of the stocks, till an arrow struck his liver. As a bird hastens to the snare, he did not know it would cost his life." Proverbs 7:22,23.

Manipulation, Not Miracles
Because you are experiencing blessings and beautiful things in your life does not mean everything is fine with you or God is happy with you. Satan is just using those earthly stuffs to blindfold you so that you will feel relaxed as if nothing is wrong, until no second chance. Satan is also using the modern and motivated pastors to lure many into eternal doom with their holiness-free messages. Those testimonies, prophetic blessings and prosperity you see in those churches are satanic manipulations to keep people relax in their sins as if they are in tune with God until they are turned to the left destiny. Luke 7:22. Your Christian life without victory over sin is a defeated life under Satan. Your Christian faith with hidden sins and unsettled restitution is satanic manipulation to keep you seating on a time bomb.

Run Now Or Remain Lost!!!
Destruction is at hand, the satanic bombs in your life are set to blow, and this world is destined for destruction. Here is a second chance for the salvation of your soul, for you to rededicate your life to Jesus NOW, or you may never have a seconds for second chance. Don't ignore, don't postpone, or hardening your heart at this time is more dangerous than danger. He who is often rebuked, and hardens his neck, will suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy. Proverbs 29:1

All you need now is to surrender your total life to Jesus, to rededicate your life to Jesus in holiness and righteousness. God does not accept 99.9% but your 100% for total victory over sin and Satan. Will you be wise? Then repent, confess your sins and ask Him to forgive you, cleanse and save you. And start a new life in Jesus.
