The story behind this sale is actually a funny one now but wasn't funny when the sale had not been made.
While carrying out the very first outbound for this name, I got a response from a client asking how much.
Told him my price and he accepted immediately without any hassle at all.
Then he CCed his SEO team to handle the transaction. His exact words were, "Andre, attend to this and wrap it this morning". That's the client referring to his web guy.
The web guy sent me a few mails asking for more information which I provided and he seemed satisfied.
Oya press the Buy Now button sir... This nigga just went mute.
From day 1, day 2 week 1, week 2, week 3... No show.
I kept bombarding this dude with emails and calls. He kept saying "don't worry, I will get it done before the end of today"
Na so the end of today turn 3 weeks. Was almost getting frustrated. Abi SEO guys want to unfortunate ni??...
Well fast forward to the Monday the domain got sold, and I picked up my phone and called this guy again, "Wa, Alaye, if you don't press buy now on my domain, I will not drop this call o... My blood is hoting"
The dude apologized and promised to make the purchase at exactly 8 pm Florida time(1 am Nigerian time).
And well, true to his word, I received a Congratulatory message from Dan.
Phew!!! Thank God.

Moral of this long epistle: Domaining is all about patience and persistence. Learned that from our OP here and also Alex Verdea.
No matter what, keep pushing. That sale is just around the corner.

The domain is under 60 days lock, just trying to reach out to Rob if there is anything he can do.
All these happen after I have taken my time to convince the buyer whose replied was "not interested" to accept my offer and convince them the need for the domain.

Better use Dynadot, Epik or porkbun. Godaddy is quite more expensive and you won't need to pay extra for domain privacy in the others.

Looks like crypto payout have been disabled for all Nigerian accounts. This is really sad. I hope they reinstate it soon. Believe it or not, people have been abusing the crypto payout, they buy their own names with Nigerian card using imported lead (1% charge) then receive the payout using crypto.

You guys need to calm down and stop assuming things. It wasn't just disabled for no reason. Check you mailboxes and am sure you would have gotten a message from Dan on how to reactivate crypto payout. Have reactivated mine.

Please, I made a research and got a domain name with a convincing SV and CPC on ED.

However, the one with an upside arrangement has a better SV and CPC than the other.
Example,

LagosBreadSeller = SV 20 CPC $2.9
WHILE
BreadSellerLagos = SV 260 CPC $11.77

I used other tools and got almost the same figure.

Please do note the Lagos bread seller isn't the domain name.

I'm a Newbie and this will be my 1st domain if it passes my 'test'.
Both are available.
Which should I go for please?

Hi all, thanks for those interested in the letsextract//software. I got a reply from them last night, and its attached below with my question i initially asked. I believe we can try the least package( basic) and look for external verifier either cracked or gmass to finish the cleaning.
From the link given to me, you can see how much individual likely pay if we have 10 people, for both pro and basic.

May be if we can contribute for 10 licenses, batch by batch, forming groups if one is occupied, it will save us lots of money.

I will suggest we go for the basic if it goes out fine. Reason is that if anything wrong happens along the activation, we will loose the least amount. Note that we are all risking together. You should know that benefits of this software not limited to domaining alone.
Remember all we are doing is to buy it at half price, which makes sense to me.

I feel like I should share the story behind this sale. Someone might a thing or two from it.
So I am on my laptop, sending mails to end-users make them buy my domains, as usual. And then someone (in Canada) I contacted via their website contact form responds, (please don't joke with website contact forms, especially if you don't see any emails) He says He is not interested in domain name but he has a domain name he wants to sell, asking me if i would be interested in marketing it for him, and I respond saying yes.

Then he gives me a background story of how he had a company, and his best friend and personal assistant leaves his company along with a few of his best staff to go open his own company. And then he ends up closing his own company. Out of anger and spite, he sees that this "friend" has bought the .ca of his company name and so as revenge he goes to buy the .com domain. So after holding it for a few months or a year i think, he decides he wants to let it go.

So I request for the name of the domain, and also tell him that whatever we sell it for, we split 50/50 which he gladly agrees. So I set to work, with only one end-user in mind (his "friend". I send him a mail as usual, and he responds that he would be interested but only ready to pay $500. I start my negotiation from $2,988 after a lengthy negotiation battle, we settle for $1000. He pays a few minutes later. My canadian friend now gets skeptical about transferring out the domain because he thinks I might scam him. He begins to question me, and I let him know from the onset that I'm a Nigerian. This creates some doubt in his mind. But after a few exchange of words and even pictures (Yes, I sent him my picture of myself and my wife), He decides to take the risk of trusting me.

He transfers the domain as Dan has instructed and within 2 hours the money lands in my bitcoin wallet. Now I am not able to send him his share that same day. Am sure this must have caused him sleepless night cos he kept firing mails at me asking when he will get the funds.

Well, first thing the next day, I transferred his share of the money to him and as soon as he sees it, he is so elated and he responds with the message in the picture below and even promises to assist me whenever I am ready to relocate to Canada (Yes, I told him I have plans on relocating to Canada).

Oh, And he later reconciled with that "Friend" of his after the transaction, which He also thanked me for, for helping him overcome the bitterness he had for his friend.

So sorry for the extra long epistle. I just felt I should share.

A Funny Story

Let me just drop this sales report because of the story behind it.

So I gave a scrapper 4 domains to get end users for me. He came back and asked me to replace one of those domains because the tool he was using for the scrapping can't work for that particular domain's country.

I replaced it with the domain in the screenshot below. A geo I bought in 2019 (renewed 2020). Did several outbounds but didn't sell.

He sent the Enduser list for that particular domain, and the number of Endusers was less than 20 (after removing duplicates and all that).

I outbounded to more Endusers last year than the small list he was giving me. I even used FAX for outboud!

Anyway, because the list was small, I started with that.

And it sold that same day!

Maybe luck, providence, Grace, hardwork, whatever...

But the domain was quite good sha.
I even reduced the price to $199 at some point as I wanted to get rid of it.

Other info: Sold via the new GoDaddy ns5/ns6 Landers.

The sales drought is crazy. And to think I have 95 good geo names all outbound for and yet I have been experiencing sales drought for the past 5 weeks now. And it's not like I am not getting leads or inquiries but most if not all of them has been backing down.
This is my longest drought since I joined this hustle in November 2019.
