Hello how long did it take for WES to change your update from '' We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).'' to the next update? Mine has remained the same however they keep changing the dates from 21st may to 28 May now the date changed to 4th June. Meanwhile they have received all my documents. Please what should I do?

that's the process. keep checking your account. you will be updated accordingly.

Hi guys

I don't no if anyone has experienced this, last two weeks my WES evaluation page changed from "we have received your documents, you are required to do nothing at this time" to "received document awaiting verification". This week, it changed back to "we have received documents, you are required to do anything at this time". It didn't show that they have accepted my documents before changing back (the attached is not mine, I just attached it to show the change from the verification page and back to the initial page). I don't know if anyone experienced this, please assist to explain. Thanks

if it changed back after you sent verification, then they are just telling you that they've received your verification.
for every document you send and they receive , they acknowledge it with that message.

however, always email them whenever u in doubt. it's the surest way for clarification. cheers.

Ielts Result 1st attempt BC: L8 R9 W6 S9!! When I saw the result I paused for a minute! I knew exactly what happened I was too casual with my writing, I didn’t practice enough because it was just essay writing and letter but ielts cleared my doubt.
Well no need to cry over spilled milk. I quickly enrolled and paid for for July 28th(7weeks) from now. Please guys I need writing tips and preferred materials because I want this to be my second and last one. Thanks guys for the great job.

that would have been a stellar result!!! ouch!!!!! well, almost doesn't count.
my advice: go to ieltsliz. com, you won't be disappointed I tell you. everything tip you need about writing is there. the format for all these different types of essay and letter-writing questions. she helped me in my time.
I believe your next attempt would be the last. Godspeed!!!!

Hi fresty,some people include their transcripts alongside ieltstrf, degree cert n eCa report while some don't.. And have gotten their ppr/copr..for me I won't include transcripts.. This is cause I won't have gotten the eca report if those transcripts were not sent to the evaluating body in my case Wes.... Plus the stress n cost of getting another.. But if you have it readily available and wanna heed the advise of that somebody.. By all means....

thanks for your reply. it's really costly getting another...however, to avoid i-told-you-so by my friend, I may just request for them again. afterall, no harm in it anyway.

hello y'all, please do I need to upload my transcripts when filling the ita form? is it mandatory? cos someone is telling me I would need to. I don't have copies and it's so hard to acquire from uni.

@Bettybeauty, was the transcript sent by ETX to WES electronically or through courier as I'm about to process mine.

WES will never accept transcripts through email or fax.
it's by courier. hard copies only.
you can fax your certificate.

Please I have gone through this thread and previous ones and didnt see the answer to my question.

The BSc certificate I sent to WES bears my maiden name, this will be same for my transcript, all other documents I have are in my married name, please how do i make them give my result in my married name?

On God, everything about Ibadan Polytechnic is stressing me out. There is nothing on their page to even help with transcript matters and all that jazz. Nothing!.

Means i have to travel down to the school at this point.

I advice you travel. you'd get a good grasp of things. then get someone to follow up for you after you travel back.

Trust the start to the week was stress free.

So in my search for stories written by Nigerians who have moved to Canada, I came across this blog post (Blackmigrantgirl[dot]c-o-m) where the writer shared her experience on moving to Canada from Nigeria and what she has had to go through in settling down. From quitting her luxurious job in Nigeria, to the stress she faced getting a new job in Canada and trying to find a suitable apartment etc. I wish she would post her "application timeline" here as previous PRs have done.

Anyways, she is quite vivid in her stories, it almost feels like one is with her as she goes around. I literally read all her posts in one sitting. Apparently, she also did a twitter thread (Blackmigrantgrl/status/1001289127155777536) where she highlighted things she noticed were different from the Nigerian culture she was used to.

Thought to share this post, as it may give us an idea of what to expect on eventually moving to the Red Maple Leaf country. Especially for those of us who recently got the COPR and are preparing to move.

By the way, this is not an advert of any sort o but I hope postings like this are not against the rules.

We are in the same boat. I sent someone (who reside in Ibadan) there last week. Here's the breakdown and requirements:

Certificate - 20k
Graduation fee - 5k
Transcript - 15k
Courier (Int'l) - 12k
Verification of result - 2.5k
Courier (Int'l) - 12k

Pay at the Bursary, collect, fill and return. Then wait for 6 weeks. ALL THE BEST.

why did u courier verification?? they should have emailed it to WES. that's how mine was sent though. eca expected on the 22nd.

okay I'm very certain it's in their inbox, if we talking about email. look for someone in the main office, perhaps registry, to check. I went to registry and it was there for mine.

if it's still not there, send a mail to WES... but be verrrrry sure it hasn't arrived.

3 weeks.
that was because I didn't send my certificate...i had to write them concerning the delay... I sent it after they replied me.

so typically, it's 2 weeks...anything after, try contact them.
