my school sends through email though.
don't know about OAU. I'm sure titiclassy can answer that.
however, never be afraid to send WES mails about any concerns. they respond sharply with 24hrs.

Pls i have an unusual situation at hand. While awaiting my transcript to be ready at my school. I decided to first send wes copies of my certificate by hello fax pending when my transcript is ready. This is what my wes status read.

We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).
Status last updated: 5/15/2018
Pending
Evaluation in Progress. Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time.

I am surprise to see such because I am yet to send my transcript to them. Now they saying am not expected to do anything, without any date of completing the evaluation. Also since then am yet to get an up date from them. Pls if anyone has similar or useful information, I will be glad to hear.

okay. it's the normal response when they receive any document. as soon as they receive your transcripts, they will update again with that message showing the new date.

after that, they will ask for verification... till final evaluation. it's quite a process.

right now, your evaluation hasn't begun until all your documents are received by them.

Mails are instant but schools have ways they process theirs. Mine checks at close of work everyday and collate them for processing end of the week. If school didn't receive yours, speak to wes. Did you receive a mail notifying you wes sent the request to your school?

yes I received the email and update in my WES account. will call school today then will decide whether to contact WES after that.

First you need to know and be sure your school has been receiving successfully before yours.

Second, when you confirm that, reach out to wes via the best channel you prefer and let them know school hasn't gotten it and request it to be resent. Same thing happened to me till i bothered them and they later discovered it was their own error. Cheers!

yeah my question is how soon does the email deliver? is it not supposed to be instant? is there usually a few days delay in delivery? which kain thing be this one?

no this is the mail sent to the uni for verification of my docs. they say they haven't received it. wanted to know if anyone experiences a time lag in delivering considering the fact that email is instant.

How far your end? Are you emailing them? Your evaluation date should be out by now being a foreign degree. UK for that matter.

What's happening...

Finally my verification mail has arrived after 3weeks of waiting and emailing WES. Apparently I didn't submit my certificate. Well, done that.
Off to school tomorrow for the verification process. Yeah. Small steps. Thank you Lord.

I didn't think it mattered really. Apparently it does. It was required of me but I didn't send it. It was an oversight on my part.

Check if it's part of your required docs then send it asap.

Their Fax number is 416-972-9004
You can use free fax online... such as HelloFax, Faxzero etc..

Hmmm. I messed up.
WES replied my mail and said I didn't send my degree certificate . My transcripts were accepted.

I'm sending it through someone there today, hopefully they would get updated by Monday.

Twitter response was quite fast. They told me I would soon receive an update from WES.
