I have 0 naira on my mtn line & it has been so for the past 3 weeks
Now I migrate and they give me 114 free sms to all network ( yes , one hundred and fourteen )
I don't trust them still , but I go sha use these sms finish first

That's confirms what I said earlier , your account is the problem , not the app

Why don't you try logging in from the native browser or bolt browser (it will give you access to the main webpage )

Have your tried logging inform a computer ? You might need to verify or reset your password .

Talking about mails, symbian phones has a time limite. your mails most av dropped in your mail box b4 u get it on your phone cos it as to refresh after every 5 min or as u set it. Bb mails drops even b4 it gets to your mailbox.

That's what am saying about knowing the device . My email on nokia is real PUSH , hits the phone immediately , I chat wit it without refreshing .its not that one you find in the messages section , its a seperate app entierly

, I ping/buzz anyone I want on both, I can make VoIP calls on my symbian nimbuzz, but not on BB .
My mails are push on both ,my nokia even fetches my old mails , but my BB doesn't
& the BB is almost twice the cost of my nokia yet the nokia is a much more interesting device with loads of applications
Depending on how well you can use your devices, you can get a lot from them

When i visited their office then, i was told that the service have not been launched and about my money, nuthing could be done.

Glo is a terrible network, they never have a stable service. i can tell you that in every month there will be at least 1 week with NO GPRS service. they are that erratic.

I feel your pain. AIRTEL BIS is just terrible. I'll advice you to go for etisalat or MTN. as I'm typing right now, I have 2 BIS subscriptions Running one GLO and One AIRTEL. I can confidently tell you BOTH are not working now. I am posting with my MTN on BOLT using PAYG. Glo, gprs has disappeared for over 48hours now and Airtel/zain despite having full bars thats bursting outta my phone, I cant even open common google. Its been that bad with Zain/AIRTEL ever since I activated I have NOT browsed for more than 5mins at a stretch without disconnection. This is just terrible.

My advice to you guys is if you want to migrate to any networks BIS just first subscribe fo
r the one day BIS and test it. 400 naira can save you alot of heartache.

I think this things are location specific , I do not experience what you experience on your glo at alllll, it works normal(not perfect). even when the network is down ,its never for up to 10 min (maybe except when am not looking) . But I guarantee you will be tempted to hurl your phone against the wall if you try mtn here . From what I have been reading around , I think etisalat is the most consistent across the country

But seriously , I don't think you get the full 10MB . Experienced this 'rip off' myself when they just started but I wrote it off as beginner's glitch. I also connected to a computer then , couldn't even send 3 mails successfully. When I checked my data usage, it was just above 6MB .luckily , I used my phone as modem, so I was able to verify my pc data counter's figure with my phone's . Just shook my head and said ' mtn did it again.'

Use glo and have no regrets , all browsers and applications work fine.
But I really can't wait to go back to my nokia(got spoilt,now with nokia care). It does all I do with my BB at a considerably lower cost.

Try downloading the s60 version of operamini 5.1 or opera mobile(this consumes more data compared to mini, its also a little slower)

only your free sms can expire. The tariff rate is permanent(at least for now, till FG decides to increase fuel price. )
