Meditation has so many benefits like stress management, improves focus, helps with creativity, self awareness, hypertension , help fight addiction etc.


So I want to create a meditation WhatsApp group who is interested.

The goal is to meditate twice a day before 12pm and before 12am daily at a minimum of 30 minutes per session.

This could be an allergic reaction to even some drugs that you might be using for treatment of another ailment. My mum coughed for close to 3 years, we went to Me Cure at Oshodi, we went for tuberculosis tests and HIV Hepatitis B, you name it. Have you done culture of the phlegm that comes out with your cough? What is your work environment like? Does it occurs even when you sleep during the day?

my dear, iv have come to the conclusion that this thing called staph has no cure. you can try the dr wales therapy since some people said it works for them, though it didnt work for me and some others people. that doesnt mean it wont work for you.. trying anything out is not a waste of money your health is the most important. my advice is ask for part since it is expensive so if you see result you can continue.. else you pull out and not waste your money.. for me im using moringa.. i chew 2 seeds morning and night. though with time your body will start getting used to it and it will stop working.. you just have to continue to be on the look out for stuff. me gaan im tired of even talking about staph before depression kill me. thats why iv gone off nairaland for a while. just thought i should check back and see weda cure don surface..
