That's the problem MKO Abiola has no place in annals of history as Head of State. He was just a 'President Elect' that means you cannot confer that title 'GCFR' on him since he never assumed the mantle of leadership. Sentiments apart. that declaration by PMB was just to hoodwink the good people of South-western people in preparation of the upcoming election.

I want to see where in the Constitution that GCFR honor is meant for Presidents only. Also are you in the opinion that GCON is meant for vice president alone?
