There we go again... Owing life savers their basic pay pack. How does that motivate the professionals to give their best? Or to remain in the country where they are grossly undervalued? Many of us need to hear from the Nigeria Immigration Services - as well as the administrative departments of Universities with medical doctor graduates. The grim truth is that: Our good doctors are leaving the country on a fresh unprecedented scale. The brain drain has assumed an unimaginable level in 2014 since the NMA Strike. It is well! |
Wealthyone: Chris and Anita looks so much alike....abi it's just me?No be only you. That's the same thing that crossed my mind! |
For as long as my wife holds on to Christ, who is the foundation of our existence and marriage, I'll stand by her in ANY circumstance. I repeat 'ANY'; be it Infidelity or Disease - even if, God forbid, it were Ebola (she stood by me, cared for me and contracted chicken pox along the line from me -even while we were still dating), or anything... My Bible says: For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God - yet God's love for us is indescribable. Winners don' quit and quitters don't win BUT first make CHRIST (with full respects to Islam, African traditional and other forms of religion; I don't despise other religions/creed - as long as each man's conscience is alive) your cornerstone. As a matter of fact, you'll find out that overbearing upheavals wouldn't happen in your marriage if you both hold on steadfast to Christ. **We met via (not ON, but through) nairaland - but the road to marriage wasn't easy or roses-laid. We are best friends today!** |

Tadeus: Budget 550k - 600k for either Mazda 626 or 323 1998 model delivery to LagosHi Tadeus, your response about the Mazda inspired my question. I'll appreciate a quick reply. My guy needs Mazda Millenia, 2002/2003 Full Option - leather seats & all. How much (in naira) can you help him get it? We would sort the custom papers for him by ourselves. Pls treat as important. |
egift: Here is what Ribadu had to say just April this year.*In Patience Ozonkwo's voice:* EEWO! |
roland2rule: now that u av said ur mind...You could be a lot more responsible - even on the internet, you know... If you are a current IFE student, as is obvious, then you were probably in primary school when myself and others did what you now do. Some of us transversed AWO Hall, 'Afrika' Amphitheatre, SUB, and held Student union offices as well performed important roles in the University student community - before going on to pick our degrees - and with good grades too. The difference between what we did and what you've done with your quote of me and your rather insolent comment above was to be RESPONSIBLE and guarded in speech and action. You possibly don't know how much eventually went into the eventual fees reduction. Take it or leave it young (wo)man, it wasn't only your demonstrations on campus, it was intellectual 'aluta' from within and outside the university - including staff and alumni. |
AlmubaraqSadara: I know that; is going to come to this far…. my fellow students of great IFE, we need more than a physical compact at this point spiritual compact will be a better option. Let's join our comrades in movement verily they had put their careers inline please united we stand devided we fall and shattered.Did a professed current IFE Undergraduate write those sentences above? O my Lord! Education has gone to the gutter.... P.S: I don't blame OAU as an institution. How this student managed to pass Waec and UTME English language is what baffles me. There's abject decadence in the system. We must overhaul it and get things right - from primary school level. A Standard VI pupil from the days of yore would probably have written better, honestly.... |
