SIMPLIFIED: Though am nt a webdesigner. For such a fair to hold lagos shud be the place to kick-start nd it can gradually be taken to oda states..first an association need to be there..wit proper planning, the fair can hold in nov, dec time so dat everything will properly be in place..potential sponsors like google,,intel, microsoft(i think they all have naija office), vconnet nd oda big time sponsors like mtn, den publicity will be followed..at least 5 times advert in three national dailies like vanguard,punch nd guardian and online advert too..of course a website would be opened for members to register..it is nt something u shud hurriedly do but with dedication nd support it will go a long way in changing the webdesign business in naija nd make it look more professional.

Paulipopor: The road to being a professional is not in just passing the exams. You can pass the exams by just reading on your own but you'll miss other value added 'ingredients' that make you a total professional. If you have the opportunity of attending lectures, pls do.
