My dearest people, good morning, forgive me if it’s been answered before, please can I send in a proxy with authorization to pick my passport from TLS, we don’t have same surname.

Before the 9 month foundation course, what country were you living in?
Go ahead and book the test while researching- making sure to get a date within your timeline. If you find online links accepted by UKVI as to back up why you do not need the test then reply with those to them, if no change to their decision then get a TB report sent to them before the 10 day expiration.

Also just for clarification ( to help others) I thought the rule says you have to be in a country for 6months to take the test? I’ve been the the uk for 9months, I’ve just been back a month now.

Hi guys, please help with this, I just got a mail to upload a TB certificate, mind you I didn’t take the test because, I just returned from the UK where I did my foundation 9months, I only just returned a month ago. What do I do?

You need to fill and submit a new DS-160, print and take the new confirmation page to your interview.

Quick advice needed, I filled my form last year May, interview is next month. Do I need to fill another form, I’m seeing the form expires after 6months? I do have a print out the form I filled though.

Please I'm in similar boat, got the infamous Not Straightforward mail, after seeing this comment, I compared my scenario with the person you replied. here is my case, please take a look for me.
was suppose to submit same time with my sis, but my cas was delayed, same school, we are both minors, sis visa is out but she hasn't travelled. POF was has been in mom's account long before admission was out just for the purpose of our application over 50k pounds still in the account not a dime has been added no removed since sis got her visa.
how safe is my application? could this be the reason for the not straightforward thingy?
P.S.
sis hasn't left because our parent want to take us together.

He is not a minor, visa wise a child is someone between the age of 4-17, your brother is a young adult.

If he did not travel with the money how then is he surviving?

What you are trying to do is to recycle the same money your younger brother used.

Your brother applied and got his visa then travel to the UK without the money and now you want to use the same money.

If you do that and get caught you will be refused and possibly implicate your younger brother

Good morning all, I've had 6 months used twice, 2 years used twice also, I'm about to renew, but I noticed the difference in visa fees between 5years and 10years is just about 80k, can I skip 5years and apply for 10years?
