The elderly man said his doctor when he was TTC then, advised them to start making love 7days after period ends. Like your period ends today, you start counting the next day as the 1st day. Make love EVERYDAY from the 7th day after period ends to the 13thday. Then don't kpekus on the 14th day (take a one day break). Baby dance again on the 15th day and thats it.
(baby dance day 7-13..skip day 14 ....baby dance day15).
Dont be confused o. Dont count the first day of ur cycle as day 1 for this style.

Well, I checked my calendar and realized these recommended everyday kpekus days are actually my predicted ovulation days!
The man and his doc had a huge point. The man (he is another close relative), said they conceived with this method after a few months. Then he told his secretary who was TTC. She conceived on her first try!

Personally, l will say from d lst day d flow can almost / fully fill a pad .
Even My own AF that used to be plentiful is now scanty. My whole four days flow is no longer up to a pad with some crazy menstrual pains. D matter haf tire me sef . I no come know which l dey suffer; ttc/ AF. Even my Alimighty bitter juice is not helping. I noticed this new wahala from d cycle I took 100 mg clomid & seriously regret that decision till date.
I have decided to stop all treatments (both English & Trado); make l no use my hand go find more wahala . I don entrust all my faith in God ; cos l believe this TTC HURDLE IS A TEST OF FAITH & l will also return wholly to my healthy lifestyle.

At this point, please don't worry, it only causes, damages. Thank God you are seeing improvements, will advise to be more prayerful, when you can't pray sing, download enough songs on your phone, buy gospel music and sing along... Dance and be joyful, then take your essential vitamins i.e folic, bco, vitb6, vit. E, your hubby should also take them, but add zinc and vit c for him. God will do it, ask Him for wisdom, on what next you should, do. Tell the Holyspirit to help you not to be worried or doubt, let faith arise in you mama... Please i'm beginning to get weary. My 2 years wedding anniversary is coming up next week and everytime i think about it i get really sad. I'm constantly crying inside.

Hubby and i have both run series of tests- Blood tests, HSG, SFA, Urinalysis, clomid treatments,etc and nothing is wrong with both of us. The hospital i was using put me on like 3 rounds of clomid but to no avail.Been dtd like clockwork during fertile day and non-fertile days. I also had follicle tracking about two months ago and confirmed i was ovulating as i have been telling them( always use ovulation strips and get +ves either between days 16-20)

I'm currently on trado but the only improvement i've seen so far is that my period is no longer painful and premenstrual symptoms like boob aches, backaches,etc have stopped.

Please what else should i do? should i change hospitals? what other meds can i take? i'm constantly praying to God to please answer my prayers.

God will surely surprise them, He who began a good work in your life, will bring it to completion in Jesus name...

Hello everyone. This is my BFP ANNOUNCEMENT!
So I had my first wedding anniversary this March. After one terrible miscarriage May last year, we started ttc. About 2 months later I started getting nipple discharge. I ran some tests and found out prolactin was a little high. I saw my period every month but there was never ewcm. I was always very dry and hubby was always hurting after kpekus. I started bromo from Aug-Dec 16, still no change. This year I started dosti. Immediately I could see changes. No more mood swings and I was always wet. Well I saw my period that Jan but it never came in Feb or March. I took urine, blood and ultrasound tests; all negative even as at last Monday. My doc said he would give me drugs to kick start it but I was skeptical so I waited. My asst. Pastor told me to take communion everyday and to meditate on the word. I did this with my husband everyday and took vitamins like I was already preggy. To the glory of God, I took a test on Sunday and it was positive. I confirmed on Monday with blood test. Am still in awe of God. He has done what only Him can do. He will do even more for everyone still waiting.

Vit. b, E, bcomplex, folic acid for both, and you can add vit C and zinc for him. God bless you

It is more spiritual, but when we are praying, lets pray from the position we are in, that's the position of Christ, and because the battle is not ours, but God, we need to know that we are already more than conquerors. Most of the battles is also in our mind, lets believe that we are already winners, the devil is a defeated foe, hence he loves playing with our minds, and wants us to feel like losers, but we have to stand on the Word, cast and bind and sing our victory. I've come to return all the Glory and Highest Honour to God. My Father, My Maker and My Healer....

I went for HSG today and to The Glory of God, My King and Miracle Worker...my left tube was declared open! The sonographer wasn't too sure about the right but I judge God faithful. If HE opened the left then the right is also open.

They said there's scarring on the cervix but I am not moved. God is perfecting everything within me.

Last year's HSG was terrible with both tubes declared blocked. I was told I had asherman's syndrome, hydrosalpinx and peritubal occlusions so the pain was unbearable but today's procedure was very smooth.

I guess what she means is for you not to do it yourself. Dont drink agbo and buy VIT c, it may just injure you more. Both if a specialist is the one adminisering it and you want to go along, you can try it, but please don't try it yourself

i'm not so sure about this, i had a Dr who used to administer both trado and engliish toDH and i in our first year of TTC. my quarell with him was that he was never interested in explaining stuffs to me and curiosity no gri me just dey take drugs/ tests without knowing what they were for or interpretation of the tests. Funny enough, i have people that swear by the man's combo of trado and english helped them. i got my first official BFP like two months after stopping wiv him.

so i guess its not so much about mixing trado and english, its about ensuring that the trado and english do not have the same function. eg, d trado might be to correct irregular period while the english will be for ovulation.

There is Fertilsm, Addyzoa, Manix. He can also take Zinc, Vit C 1000iu, Vit E with the first drugs mentioned. God bless and keep you

I can't believe that I can gather the strenght to type this.I've stayed away from this thread for almost 7months just due to depression.but I give God the praise.I'm not there yet psychologically,but I'm far away from where I used to be. This room used to be my source of strenght until the devil tried to rob me from all atom of joy.I've been trying to conceive for 1year and 2 months.gave up previously due to some reasons but now I'm willing to start all over again putting God at the center of it all....afternoon ladies.

Good evening everyone, been a not so active follower. I come here everyday to learn and to draw strength from all the wonderful mama's in the house. Got a Bfp, been having some symptoms but was so afraid to do a test cos I didn't want to be disappointed. Finally picked up courage to do hpt and I got a bfp.
Didn't really do anything diff, I just stopped all the drugs and everything that got to do with ttc and just depended on God.
Plus I and Dh decided to pay our first fruit and also give God everything we were suppose to use for medical treatment and decided to let God do His work and He proved Himself faithful.
I pray He blesses everyone sooner with BFPs and reward you all for strengthening another with your words and encouragement. God bless you all this month. Amen
