Concerning Georges, its expensive oh, but they are good, they have the equipment and all. I was meeting the main doctor, and he was not just explaining well to me, for example, my husband went for his test, they didn't give us the result, just sent it to the doctor, he just said it was borderline, but ok. For one who is new to this, I had to start checking what borderline was oh, it was here that I knew about mobility and motility, he never explained to us. I was doing TVS, he didn't tell me that was TVS, just go, lie, a nurse will come, then he will say, meet with your hubby in two days. Did not explain, this is the size, you know all that. If they have their rep here, they should know that I am not happy oh. For every time I met with him and he conducted the TVS, it cost me 25k, imagine, 10k TVS, 15k consultancy that he was not explaining oh.

God should just answer me in this cycle, am not taking anything, He should show himself strong on my behalf and for everyone.

@ orney don't mix M2-tone and tamoxifen or letrozole. I did that last cycle and when I was suppose to ovulate I didn't see EWCM. The tamoxifen works to lower estrogen production so that eggs will mature and M2-tone balances hormones. So you see they will be conflicting. Nevertheless you can try taking it from ovulation till BFP.

To all mama's taking tamoxifen and letrozole pls be careful because of hyperstimulation and also cysts. Why am avoiding letrozole is that I read of birth defects in some research, so watch your dosage since most of us are self medicating and also take folic acid alongside. It will all end in praise.

I think one per day for two days, then two for the remaining days. But pls consult with ur doctor first.

Dunno if tamoxifen is as harsh as clomid, I for suggest u up dosage. I no be doctor o, I jex suggest depending on the mcg sha.

No oh, not CD 3 - 9, you either do cd3 to cd7 or CD 5 to CD 9. If you ovulate early, its better to start on cd3, but if your ovulation is later, the CD 5 is good. Also you can combine m2 tone with letrozole, tamoxo what or clomid. Some mamas in the past did it and it worked for then. Also try vit e after ovulation, start from CD 13 or 14, Omega 369 can be taken throughout. If you like, you can add evening primerose, but stop on cd10. This helps with ewcm. And remember our all mighty folic acid. God bless our hustle.

My dear, its better to exercise when TTC, it helps with hormonal balance, and wades off anxiety, but nothing strenuous. Walking is good, mild walking on the treadmill, little aerobics, and you can download Yoga videos, as this is one of the best forms of exercise when TTC. Above all, please watch wat you eat, less sugar and carbs, more protein, fruits and veggies.

Welcome back dear, to fight infection, someone suggested an antibiotic here. But if its gone, try taking garlic water, blend garlic, boil and drink it first and last. Also once in a while, mix with ginger, lemon and honey. Please run away from processed sugar and flour. Also try taking M2 tone, and see if it helps.

Mamas, we need to watch wat we eat, its really important, cut out white sugar, flour, frizzy drinks and cut down on carbs. Use coconut oil to cook, drink 1 to 2 spoon of olive oil once in a while, add to your cooking, all this will help.

My dear, the thing was affecting me too for a while, and it seems antibiotics was making it worse, so I had to go natural and up my hygiene.

-pieces and boil garlic, drink the water first and last thing at night. You can also peel about 2 cloves of garlic, puncture it and insert in you vj before bed, hence no show for u or oga.

- change your undies, soak them in hot water with Ariel and bleach, then was. Also sun dry. Place them in a neat bag and if possible iron before wearing.

- wash ur WC often with bleach, sprinkle bleach and harpic and was before using as often as possible.

- reduce ur intake of sugary stuff and carbs, as this bring it back.
- wash ur hand well before touching down there, also make u and oga take a bath before doing the deed, make sure both ur hands are clean before touching things...lol

Drink ginger, lemon in water, green tea etc... Things to detoxify ur system. Avoid sugar like a plague... Hope this helps

Fertilaid, evergreen formula for men, or Wellman. It will increase your chances, also you two can boil garlic, about 3 gloves, drink the water, either first thing in the morning or last thing at night, and drink lots of water during the day, this will help your body in fighting infection, and stop it from reoccurring.
