This guy is not going down easily
Good trait though, but not sure what he hopes to gain from this
At this point I dont know what his best option is. He seems very firm in his belief that GEJ shouldnt be president
If I were him, I'd join any of the leading opposition and make GEJ's reign a living hell, probably lead a mass protest for his disqualification
Save for the aforementioned options, he is just grasping at a very very very slippery straw. |

9janerd1: question 1. i applied for the DV lottery against 2012 which is also the year i plan to do a Masters in the US . the question is 1. once i apply to the school and get admission and hopefully also win the lottery , would i get still need to apply for an F-1 visa ? and 2. would my school fees still be as that of an international student ? First of all, two impossible things dont happen at once It will take a seismic shift in the heavenly bodies for you to achieve such feats at the same time So this proposal is dead on arrival You will either with the lottery or get accepted into a school, but not both at the same time! |

so why don't you just tell me.
what does Yoruba mean in Yoruba?
Igbo has no meaning in Igbo
I can tell you now that England means Land of the Anglos in it you see the english word 'land' and the identity of the NATION 'Anglo-Saxon'
so what does Yoruba mean in Yoruba? Do you speak Yoruba? So we Yorubas gave you your identity, glad to know that So you are my biatch? Anyway, what does English mean in English? Odechukwu |

ogugua88: Lol because some people make it seem like it's the end of the world when either they lose a significant other, they can't find a significant other, or a potential significant other passed them by. After someone sees numbers like that, they won't be too worried anymore. Unless they're very picky. Is this an attempt at answering my question or just some random rants from your akpu stuffed brain? |
Romance › Re: If You Are Not Ready For Marriage, Don't Go Into A Relationship by fstranger6: 9:06am On Feb 06, 2011 |
ogugua88: I'm not reasoning like a child. I'm in school and have plenty of endeavors I'd like to complete before marriage. Getting myself into a relationship, at this point, is a distraction to me. Considering I want to marry a Nigerian and most of them discuss marriage and starting families (with me anyway), I don't need a relationship. I have other things to focus on. Out of the 6,800,000,000+ human beings on Earth, 3,400,000,000+ are men. The odds of me finding a man at any point in my life are greater than my odds of rushing into a relationship now and finding success in it.
It doesn't make me childish and it doesn't make my train of though shallow; it simply means we have different opinions. I said I'm not ready. I won't get myself into something I'm not ready or willing to finish. WHere did you get that data from? Are you still in middle school? You sound like my 12 yr old cousin, just want to make sure you are not my cousin |

Ikengawo: your attempt at sarcasm based on a half informed ignorant misinterpretation of fact that I and most scholars are presenting you with is embarrassing. I agree with you That said, how is your treatment going BTW, I didnt know Bini people are Yoruba too? You are indeed a great scholar! Just keep your scholarly work to yourself, and leave the rest of us sane people from this pepper-soup talk you and your pepper-soup scholars are trying to shove up my arse! |
Politics › Re: Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba Were British Creations. by fstranger6: 8:51am On Feb 06, 2011 |
Ikengawo: that's not true. there was never an Hausa tribe, and Igbo tribe or Yoruba tribe
'yorubas' were Oyos, and Ifes, or Ibadans
Igbos were Onitcha, Awo, Aro, and so forth
Hausas were baKanisa baKano and so forth
if it was any other way then who is the king of the yorubas? who is the king of the igbos and who is the king of the hausa?
even the sokoto caliphate was simply the dominance of the sokoto people over a large portion of northern nigeria that included Yoruba, Nupe, and or middle belt land. I totally agree with you The Oyinbo people actually created us Hence, Oyinbo is God and God is Oyinbo Anywhere, how is your treatment going? |

49cents: God operates like one hell of a supercomputer just that in his case he never gets tired watches us like we are the only thing for him to mind. Jesus said that not even a sparrow falls to the ground without his knowledge and that we are worth more than sparrows. Even if this were not in the scriptures its fathomable cos the being that put the universe even as scientist have discovered is capable of minding every thing he created at the the same atime.
Prayer is the response to the reality that we were made by someone else and the meaninglessness of life even with all its satisfactions we may be deriving from it. The next time you respond to my post and you put GOD or Jesus anywhere in your reply, I will personally 'gbebo' because of you and i will add to that by cursing you out in the nude for seven days. May you and your God perish in circle 8 of Dante's inferno! |

49cents: How come you were not aware of his alcoholic problems this seven years you guys dated? marriage is menat to be a lifetime affair that's precisely where its beauty lies, when we stick through it all we become beautiful persons as we have lay down our life unconditionally for love. you DON'T HAVE TO MOVE OUT FOR HIM TO NOTICE YOU! HE WILL ONLY NOTICE YOUR physical ABSENCE. You may convert this period to verify the truth that you don't another human being to be fundamentally happy; i'd advise you take this time to draw closer to God, think on Him, Talk to Him let him be your Father and Friend in prayer and reading of the scriptures particularly the Gospels, leave all unto His hands and see healing and restoration happen. You will find your self having the strength and wholeness you need. God can change your husband in a split second but he will do it at his own pace not for an insufficiency of power but according to his wisdom and the sincerity and fervour with which you pray. H will definitely will wont to heal you you first cos you need it. Life is simple but not easy! God bless you! Do you think God has time for shyyt like this There is more than one million planes in the air throughout the world at any given time, more than a billion cars on the road, more than 100,000 houses burning, more than 500000 women trying to give birth, more than 100000 high risk surgeries, wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, protests in Tunisia, Egypt, asteroids coming our way and a host of other things requiring God attention, and you think God's would have time for her when she put herself in that men. Why do you ask for God's help for something you can do yourself, do you think she is the only one with problems. Leave God out of this matter ok! Let her solve her own problem and if she cant, she doesnt deserve to live. |

funkee34: @fstranger, I have a very demanding job but I need someone to share my thots and feelings with, i mean why did I get married in the first place. Marriage is for baby making and intercourse and so you would have someone to share rent or mortgage with inorder to not end up on the rest There are ups and sowns in relationships Hey, dont you have friends, siblings, parents, coworkers, boss and proffesional bodies Your husband is not there to listen to your sob story all the time, he needs his life too. How would you feel if he comes home everyday dumping everyshyyt going on in his life on you, you'd feel miserable. He is tired and sick of your sob stories. What if he doesnt wake up tomorrow morning, what are you going to do, kill yourself? Wake up from your slumber, take control of your life, he is not here to live for you. |
