Sorry about your loss. You can go for infant formula for now like nan, atapmil, sma etc(ensure 1is written on it) when she is four months old, there are cereals suitable for her but ensure 4mnths is written on it or you can go on with the milk for now and introduce cereals and other food to her.

Thanks, it's one of it, the one from NAN, the nurses have been given the baby after delivery so we will just have to continue. My concern is that it was written on it that breastfeeding is the best for your baby. So don't know if there are formulas or supplements that will also act and work just like breast milk even if not 100%.

Good afternoon mothers in here, please i just need advice on a pressing issues.

My Niece put to bed last week Friday, ever since then she has been having serious difficulty with breathing before we lost her yesterday.

The baby is fine, but with the look of things the child might be taking care of by my sister which happens to be the mother of my niece..

So I need advice and suggestions on how best to take very good care of the baby, she haven't been breastfeed since day one and we all know the importance of breastfeeding on new born. So thing that she can be given while as she grows without her mother.

I just lost one of the best human on earth. My prayer warrior.

Pls ask them to do a CT scan to check for blood clots in the lungs- pulmonary embolism. That's quite expensive too, but it will help them in her management

I will suggest you get permission from the husband to allow you take pic so that those that want to help could easily be move through the picture that you post.

We try to get some pictures of her but the hospital refused, they said it's not allowed that the management don't accept it. They said hospitals have been sued because of it. I told him that we needed it to raise funds so the doctor said what they always suggests and gives is medical reports. So we are waiting for him because they are still busy inside with her

Today makes its 8days she gave birth to her child, she haven't carried her baby for once, the baby haven't suck from her mum.

It hurts seeing the baby crying and the mother is not with her.


All we want is for her to come back quickly and take care of her child.
