Education › Shocking Photos Of Dilapidated Government Owned Primary School In Anambra by funkybroyouknow(op): 2:16pm On May 28, 2021*. Modified: 2:51pm On May 28, 2021 |
Inside Government Owned School Built around a "Short Time" Hotel Where "Quickie" is Done Outside While Pupils Watch Olainfo has obtained a set of videos and photos about a government owned primary school in Anambra state where pupils are subjected to learning in a dangerous and unhygienic environment with a “short time” around the learning space.
From the pictures and videos shared on social media, pupils are seen learning in a dangerous and unhygienic environment. The classrooms are not even built with normal bricks but woods with the premises looking so disgusting and unkept.
The pupils are obviously at risk with the condition of the woods and rusted roof. The entire school could blow off in a wild storm and Only God knows the faith of the pupils during heavy downpours too.
According to the poster of the videos and photos Ifeanyichukwu, Okpoko Primary School is a government owned school situated at Opkoko town in Anambra state.
He revealed how the Head Mistress used her personal money to develop an uncompleted fence around the school. He added that one of the buildings around the school is a "short time" hotel where "quickie" is done outside while pupils watch.
He also confirmed that, Anambra state government has been deducting five thousand naira from the teachers' salary with reason unverified.
However, the HM is soliciting supports from the public to raise funds to fix some things in the school. If it rains, it's hell for her, staffs and pupils, she stated. Watch videos below

He thought they'll pity him 'cause he's a Kalahari goat; such a funny bald-headed animal he is. The police should put 3 liters of groundnut oil on fire for 15 minutes, put the oil in a metal syringe then, inject into his veins. A tiny rod that's been put in fire for hours should then be put in his penis hole. His asshole should be brutally violated with a rusted knife. Then hang him in the sun till he withers away. All these should be done in the presence of his loved ones. He's lucky I'm in a good mood. No need bro, US authorities don't play around, look at the sentencing Wire fraud, according to the United States Department of Justice, is punishable by up to thirty years in prison when it relates to benefits paid in connection with a presidentially-declared disaster or emergency, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. |
Crime › Ogun Aide Charged With Stealing ₦144 Million In U.S. COVID-19 Unemployment Fraud by funkybroyouknow(op): 2:57am On May 21, 2021*. Modified: 5:04am On May 21, 2021 |
How Dapo Abiodun’s aide was arrested trying to jet out of U.S. Court documents filed against Abidemi Rufai, an aide to Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State, have shown how the suspect was arrested by operatives of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) following his alleged involvement in a $350,000 (about N140 million) COVID-19 unemployment fraud.
PREMIUM TIMES on Tuesday obtained an affidavit sworn before the United State Districts Court at Eastern District of New York by Andrea Desanto, FBI special agent in charge of Mr Rufai’s case.
According to Ms Desanto, the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington issued an arrest warrant commanding the arrest of Mr Rufai on May 14, 2021, for violations of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1343 (wire fraud).
“On or about May 13, 2021, law enforcement received information that ABIDEMI RUFAI would be boarding Royal Dutch Airlines flight KL644 at John F. Kennedy International Airport (“JFK Airport”) in Queens, New York to Amsterdam, with a final destination of Lagos, Nigeria.
“At approximately 7:45 p.m. on May 14, 2021, RUFAI arrived at JFK Airport. Law enforcement officers met RUFAI, who waived his Miranda rights and agreed to speak to law enforcement officers without an attorney present. While speaking with law enforcement officers, RUFAI verified his name and date of birth,” part of the affidavit read.
“In his possession, RUFAI had, among other things, a Nigerian identification card and various credit cards listing a name matching that of the defendant ABIDEMI RUFAI. In addition, RUFAI had in his possession a Nigerian passport, which listed a name and date of birth matching that of the defendant ABIDEMI RUFAI.
“RUFAI’S appearance matched photographs from the defendant ABIDEMI RUFAI’s passport and identification cards. I further recognized RUFAI from the defendant ABIDEMI RUFAI’s 2019 visa application photograph and from secondary inspection photographs taken by United States Customs and Border Patrol in 2017 and 2020.
“RUFAI’s appearance also matched photographs obtained from the defendant ABIDEMI RUFAI’s social media accounts as well as photographs obtained from the defendant ABIDEMI RUFAI’s Google Drive account pursuant to a judicially authorized search warrant, as detailed in the Complaint,” the court affidavit showed.
Back story
PREMIUM TIMES earlier reported how Mr Rufai used the identities of more than 100 Washington residents to steal more than $350,000 in unemployment benefits from the Washington State Employment Security Department (ESD) during the COVID-19 pandemic last year.
He is also suspected to be defrauding unemployment programs in Hawaii, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Wire fraud, according to the United States Department of Justice, is punishable by up to thirty years in prison when it relates to benefits paid in connection with a presidentially-declared disaster or emergency, such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
This newspaper also reported how the suspect bypassed security systems at the Employment Security Department using a simple feature of Google’s free Gmail service.
“Rufai used the dot variant addresses to create multiple accounts in the Washington state system that authenticates online users of government services, the complaint alleges. Rufai was then able to file for unemployment benefits with the ESD using stolen personal identities of real Washington residents,” the complaint said.
He was also actively engaged in stealing and retaining the personal identifying information of American citizens.
Following the report on Mr Rufai’s alleged fraud, his principal, Mr Abiodun has announced his suspension from Ogun government.
The suspect has also come under severe attacks on social media as Nigeria criticized him for his involvement in the alleged fraud. https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/462419-how-dapo-abioduns-aide-was-arrested-trying-to-jet-out-of-u-s.htmlmynd4 lala frontpage

Politics › Army, Police Conduct House-to-House Raid For IPOB/ESN Members In South East by funkybroyouknow(op): 3:00am On May 20, 2021 |
Nigerian Army, Police Conduct House-To-House Raid For IPOB, ESN Members In South-East The Nigerian Army and the police intelligence response team have stormed houses in the Onicha Local Government Area of Ebonyi State and Igbo-Eze community to arrest suspected members of the Indigenous People of Biafra and Eastern Security Network officials in a house-to-house raid.
SaharaReporters learnt that the raid started on Monday with many residents reporting that their family members, mostly young men, have been picked and taken away to undisclosed locations for questioning.
SaharaReporters gathered that the military and the police carried out a similar operation in Owerri adjoining communities in Imo State and the Igwuocha (Port Harcourt) area of Rivers State.
“There was a shoot-out on Douglas Road, Owerri, yesterday between the army, the police and unknown gunmen who are said to be aggrieved over the indiscriminate arrests. The army personnel are all over Onicha-Igboeze LGA and are going from house to house picking up suspected IPOB members and their families,” a source stated.
“Some of our brothers were abducted here in Igwuocha (Port Harcourt) and in Borokiri (Rivers State) by the police who tagged them unknown gunmen. Our people are seriously under attack,” another source confirmed.
SaharaReporters had on Saturday reported that the Nigerian Army would be having a seven-day showdown with the IPOB and ESN in an apparent show of force and had moved in new ammunition and explosives into the 34 Artillery Brigade in Obinze, near Owerri in Imo State.
SaharaReporters had learnt from reliable military sources that the army planned to blow off some of its expired military hardware, including explosives, in order to create panic for the IPOB and ESN militants and wade them off security stations.
The 34 brigade also confirmed this on Friday, saying the use of explosives would last from May 14 to May 21.
SaharaReporters had also last Friday reported that the Nigerian military had drafted reinforcement troops from some of its formations fighting insurgency in Borno State to join the troops in the South-East region over the military’s clash with IPOB and ESN operatives.
Military sources had confirmed to SaharaReporters that the reinforcements were drawn from some battalions including the 231 Tank Battalion in Biu, Borno State, which is under the 3 Armoured Division, Jos, Plateau State.
“Yes, some troops are moving from the North-East to the South-East as reinforcements. They started moving from Wednesday. Among them are those from the 231 Tank Battalion; they are believed to be more trained in quelling uprisings,” a top source had confirmed.
President Muhammadu Buhari had on Tuesday held a meeting with the service chiefs and the Inspector-General of Police at the Presidential villa, Abuja, telling them to adopt certain security measures in the South-East and the South-South geopolitical zones of the country. http://saharareporters.com/2021/05/19/nigerian-army-police-conduct-house-house-raid-ipob-esn-members-south-east
