As for sponsors, its non of your business if they decide not to campaign, its their cup of tea. Its only after an election and they dont perform can INEC de-register them.

Not INEC fault bro, blame the learners at APC for their misfortune.

INEC have no right to reject any application for a new part, once the criterions are met.

They can only de-register you after an election where your party failed to perform.

APC or whatever they call themselves are such a confused lot.

How long does ut take a party to merge and get registered?
If they can't get simple stuffs as this right, how do they plan to govern right?

With all these teething issues for a supposedly experienced politicians, it leaves more to be desired of a self acclaimed 'main' opposition group.

If actually there is agreement/unity in this merger, all paper documents needed by the various groups should have been presented.

The name and logo thing should be the last thing on the table and should be ready a day or two to submission to INEC for registration.

I can decide to register a party with any name I deem fit and use my friends and family memebers as signatories. I wont be turned back because its my right. Moreover we are more than 170million people in this country and nothing stops me from mobilizing at least 10,000 with few cash.

The only place INEC have a right to de-register me if I dont win any seat/ post during election proper and by then my job is done!

This is a very simple thing and I thought APC are smarter than this, even a student knows this.

After hawking a name for weeks without any headway, they are now looking for PDP and INEC to blame. Thought you lot said PDP is clueless? Now u are admitting that same incompetent PDP has beaten u to your game of smartness.

Stop whinning already and put ur house in order!
