Health is necessary in every area of our life I believe u don't need money to live a healthy life asin they way we eat,sleep ,dress,walk,sit,our environment,d placement of ones house ,wardrobe,toilet and bathroom,rooms,kitchen,and how 2 handle things that happen around us health wise eg what one can do when u have a headache or/and feel feverish,or when u feel a pain etc,and how we can use our health 2 affect our personal life eg study,relationship,work and exercise etc. Etc.
Dis thread is created 4 people like me dat want 2 learn 4rm others, I hope I can get my experience here and more . Thanks
