no tin 2 teach der juss follow steps..
1_enter settings
2_enter backup and reset.
3_then enter factory data setting
4_u will see reset phone.. then click on it.And dats all
pls make sure 2 backup ur data first sha...hence u loose all ur data in ur phone storage[internal storage]…

OK thanks but how will I restore the backup files.
