Education › Re: UNN ASUU Accuses JAMB Of Deliberately Failing South-east UTME Candidates by funshint(m): 8:59am On May 15, 2025 |
Bobloco: Unfortunately, this is not a saner clime. This is the Tinubu regime, where ethnic and tribal bigotry reigns supreme.
Did you not also read about the Ifo LG chairman who was threatened and hounded by his tribesmen for congratulating a candidate with the highest JAMB score—who happened to be from the Igbo tribe? To save himself from the wrath of his kinsmen, he had to congratulate another candidate from his own tribe.
All institutions under the Tinubu regime have become a disgrace.
JAMB, which used to be one of the few remaining institutions with a semblance of credibility, has now been infected by Tinubu's calamitous Emilokan-driven tribal and ethnic bigotry. It is now a shadow of its former self, gone to the dogs.
Last year, during the Mmesoma debacle, instead of handling the issue professionally and individually as an educational institution should, JAMB played the ethnic card, denigrating the tribe the young girl came from. That was when I realized it was all over.
This year, unable to find another “Mmesoma,” they released a list of states with the highest number of malpractice cases, unsurprisingly placing Anambra State at the top.
When Nigerians criticized the exam scheduling, particularly the early accreditation time of 6:30 a.m. and raised concerns about the safety of teenagers aged 15 to 17 traveling long distances for exams, JAMB failed to respond professionally. Instead, in the usual fashion of the Tinubu-led APC government, they singled out Peter Obi for a response.
This is the legacy Tinubu is leaving behind: one of deepening ethnic and tribal bigotry. Based on precedence you can't tie Tinubu as a person with ethnic bigotry....look somewhere else maybe you need to change your lenses. |

Sapeleboy911: A fish pond in my area actually did this. The poultry was directly on top of the fish pond, and the waste was being fed to the fish. The business crumbled after the first harvest; maybe it was due to inexperience. What most people don't understand is that it's not the poo that's being eaten but the maggots inside the poo. It's best to leave the poo for sometime to produce enough maggots. This can be later separated so that only the maggots which is proteinous is fed to the fishes. |

medropoly: Prophecy shouldn't be the right word. Lucky guess I think. I stand to be corrected if am wrong
I was watching PSG Vs Arsenal the second leg match and before the match I told my friend the exact scores and it happened just as I have predicted. The funniest part was that I shouted goal just when PSG was about to take their attack (about two minutes before they actually scored) and they scored. People who sat close to me where very surprised how I knew. One even asked for my prediction in the next game
I just laughed. If only they knew that it was just a lucky guess that went perfectly well. Lol Abeg...Predicting the next Pope's official name with the number is more than a guess if this tweet is not AI generated like some claimed. I also predicted Madrid-Arsenal game and even wọn a cash reward on Twitter; I can provide you the link on Twitter. This is more than a guess on less there's a system of naming the next successive popes we are not aware of. |

You or your love ones will fall a victim of their hatred sooner or later..... if you're from a home with cash to travel around the world..... Stop putting yourself in a position that'll attract hatred. Respect people's laws and culture and stop chestbeating or else you'll only attract more trouble for yourself. Neither me nor any of my family members will fall victim...we are law abiding and responsible individuals. |

These people only believe in their importation business; importing fuel and selling it at high price to Nigerians. They can't run a refinery successfully; not even for a week! Just look at the way they northernized that company; almost 90% of their staff are from the North?! I hope the new management conducts a review of the last recruitment exercise hurriedly done by Mele Kyari and his cabals. These people are highly incompetent to run a motorpark talkess of a critical infrastructures like refinery. |

But when did Igbo's start having kings?! Were Igbankes migrants to Edo state? How did their first set of kings emerge? Relevant historical facts are needed to analyze this issues. Then what's the limit of the Oba of Benin in Edo state? Does he have the native constitution power to suspend those monarchs? Does he also exercise thesame power on Igala and Yoruba kings in Edo? A lot of answers are needed. |
