That might not be the first time they are removing plugs from the machine without switching it off. You know Nigerians always like to act fast while risking their lives in things like this. We see obedience to safety precautions as a waste of time. Since we don't place values on our life those sub-foreigners(Indians, Lebanese and Chinese) won't either. Their should be safety laws that must be well adhered to by all these industries and strict monitoring and enforcement has to be put in place but the corruption and laxity by govt agencies is a problem. Normally the owners of this companies together with that machine operator should have been arrested and detained by now but I'm sure they'll bribe their way out. Don't be surprised he was being paid a useless salary. And they might not even think of compensation for the family of the departed. Working in all these companies is tantamount to slavery.
So unfortunate!
