As earlier said, that it depends on you...

On Sim/contact issues.., that is the easiest....
Copy all old and safe contacts somewhere before you do away with the sim...
Make sure you DON'T copy her contact and her would-be symphatizers as well...
This would save you time and unnecessary headache...
Call back your old contacts on As-IS basis alone...
Stay clear from all her issues,

Your peace should be your utmost imporatnce to you, BUT incase you made promises to her during your kpeka/kpekus heat period, let her see reasons you could not fulfil it again...that, its for her, her dignity, honour and peace in her home... Her continous pestering u for away match with you could only mean one or more numerous reasons... She likes u, how u play that thing, u re romantic, her kpeka has little or no time for her, she is on revenge mission wit her kpeka, we may never rule out some diabolical means too...

On 2, that will depend on you...
For your peace, be calm with yourself first...
Make her see reasons why you cannot continue with the old lifestyle with her...if you have done that, repeat with her the last experience with her kpake...what if you were caught,,,she is a woman, let her see reason But don't Scorn her...
Incase reasoning didn't work, CHANGE UR SIM. She is not likely going to come visit u at ur place, ur office or in your bedroom... Doing that means she is crossing the line...

1. Most of the lands here come handy with minimum acres ranges from 100+ upwards, this might not be affordable for the upcoming farmers

2. Leasing should also be looked into by reduction in the minimum acres,,,

3. Is there hope of buying back the Leased land...

4. Possibility of leasehold maybe for 5+ years without disturbance or interference,,, and lastly,

5. Do you have in Osun State, if yes:
a. Price per acre i,e, for sale/lease
b. Minimum acre for sale/lease.
